Designed in the “Motor Valley”, the area where are designed and manufactured the finest cars
and motorcyles of the world, the ITG 01 and ITG 02 are the state of the art of gearless technolgy.
Any mechanical and electrical detail of the ITG 01 and ITG 02 boast our passion for refined
technical solutions.
With the sries ITG 01 and ITG 02, Italian Top Gears offers an innovative gearless traction machine
for elevators for extremely compact lift shafts. Thanks to its extremely reduced dimensions, the
ITG 01 and ITG 02 gearless produces a multiplicity of advantages, from the ease of installation to
the possibility of designing elevators with reduced head height, with cabin almost reaching the
installation shelf of the traction unit.
With its only 270 millimetres of outer diameter and its reduced lenght, the ITG gearless are
suitable for machine room as well as for machine roomless installations, and it can be installed
directly in the shaft head.
Usable features
The traction sheaves are of usable diameter, and the performance are delivered with diameters
of 200, 210, 240 and 320 millimetres, thus not forcing you to be piano tuners for tensioning an
extremely large number of ropes. In the same way, the ITG 01 and ITG 02 haven’t been designed
for using large diameter traction sheaves that would minimise several of the advantages
produced by the use of a compact gearless traction unit.
Safety and quality built up not only on paper
Many are pleased to design their machines according to the norms and rules, but the rules what
they are, but something to be respected? We also have designed our machine according to the
norms, but the most important standards are those that have been imposed by us at ITG, since
the machine fulfils the highest possible safety concept.
The hardness of the traction sheaves has been determined together with some leading rope
Manufacturers, so to perfectly match it with the specific features and needs of the ropes.
The certified double action brake can be used as a safety device against uncontrolled car move-
ment upwards
Proven quality
The winding of the ITG 01 and ITG 02 are perfomed by robotised systens making sure that each
motor is exactly has it has to be.
Each and any ITG 01 and ITG 02 are fully tested by means of specially designed dynamometers
checking any working parameter of the motor as well as the almost imperceptible frequency of
vibrations of the machine and its quiteness of operation.
Silk can be a rough tissue
Silk could be somehow rough if compared to the smoothness of operation of the ITG 01. The
smoothness of movement granted by the ITG 01 and ITG 02 are uncomparable, it doesn’t matter
the implied winding or flux technology and the kind of used magnets.
Carattersitiche fuori dal comune
Progettato nella "Motor Valley", dove sono progettate e costruite le più belle auto e motociclette
del mondo, l’ITG 01 e ITG 02 sono lo stato dell’arte della tecnologia gearless. Ogni dettaglio
meccanico ed elettrico degli ITG 01 ed ITG 02 rivelano la nostra passione per le soluzioni tecniche
più raffinate.
Con l'ITG 01 e l’ITG 02, Italian Top Gears Vi mette a disposizione un’innovativa unità di trazione
gearless per ascensore, anche per i vani di dmensione più ridotta. Grazie alle sue dimensioni
estremamente compatte, i gearless ITG 01 ed ITG 02 producono una molteplicità di vantaggi,
dalla facilità di installazione alla possibilità di progettazione di ascensori con testata di altezza
davvero ridotta, con la cabina che può raggiunge la mensola d‘installazione dell’unità motrice.
Con i suoi soli 270 millimetri di diametro esterno e la sua lunghezza ridotta, l’ITG è adatto alla sala
macchine così come per impianti senza locale macchina e può essere installato direttamente nella
testata.
Caratteristiche realistiche
Le pulegge di trazione sono di dimensione realmente fruibile e le prestazioni ottenute con
diametri di 200, 210, 240 e 320 millimetri, quindi non devete essere accordatori di pianoforte per
tendere un numero estremamente elevato di funi. Tuttavia, i gearless ITG non sono stati proget-
tati per l'utilizzo di pulegge di trazione di grande diametro, che minimizzano alcuni dei vantaggi
tipici di una compatta unità di trazione gearless.
Sicurezza e qualità non solo sulla carta
Molti si compiacciono di progettare le macchine nel rispetto delle norme, ma le stesse a cosa
servono, se non ad essere rispettate? Anche noi progettiamo nel rispetto delle norme, ma gli
standard più importanti sono quelli che sono stati imposti da noi in ITG, dal momento che le
nostre unità di trazione soddisfano il più elevato possibile concetto di sicurezza e di qualità.
La durezza delle pulegge di trazione è stata definita insieme ad alcuni Produttori di funi, così da
renderla perfettamente in sintonia con le caratteristiche e le esigenze delle funi. Il freno,
omologato, a doppia azione può essere utilizzato come dispositivo di sicurezza contro i movimenti
incontrollati verso l'alto.
Comprovata qualità
L'avvolgimento del rotore degli ITG 01 ed ITG 02 è realizzato automaticamente da sistemi robotiz-
zati che fanno in modo che ogni motore sia esattamente così come deve essere.
Ogni e qualsiasi ITG 01 ed ITG 02 sono completamente testati per mezzo di dinamometri apposi-
tamente progettati per il controllo tutti i parametri di lavoro del motore, così come la frequenza
quasi impercettibile delle vibrazioni della macchina e la sua tsilenziosità di funzionamento.
La seta può essere ruvida
La seta potrebbe essere in qualche modo ruvida rispetto alla morbidezza di funzionamento
dell’ITG 01 ed ITG 02. La scorrevolezza del movimento concessa dagli ITG 01 ed ITG 02 è incompa-
rabile, non importa la tecnologia di avvolgimento o di flusso e il tipo di magneti impiegati.
