Any work carried out on the device by the user even require the separation of the plug from the socket. The mechanical parts of the
refrigerator do not require regular maintenance, but for the long life of the appliance is essential to a thorough periodic cleaning:
• CABINET: simply wipe with a soft dry cloth, in the case of stubborn stains use warm water and neutral detergent, then rinse and dry:
• STEEL PARTS: wash with warm water and mild soap, dry with a soft cloth, avoid scouring pads or steel wool that can deteriorate
the surface.
• PLASTIC PARTS: Wash with water and mild soap. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth, never use alcohol, acetone and other solvents
that deteriorate permanently surfaces.
• GLASS PARTS: use only specific products, avoid using water that could scale to build up on the surface of the glass.
Excluded from the above any disinfection or sanitization procedures and their frequency may vary depending on
the operating conditions of the unit.
Once a year clean the door gasket with the help of mild soap and warm water. Rinsing and drying, a thin layer of
Vaseline should then be applied in order to maintain the door seals soft and flexible.
In this operation, never use sharp objects
The mechanical parts of the refrigerator does not require any maintenance, but for a long service life is essential,
however, a thorough periodic cleaning;
body - simply clean with a dry cloth, in the case of stubborn stains use hot
water, neutral detergent as necessary: rinse and dry.
interior walls - defrosting as specified at this point. For cleaning, use water
with detergents: Do not use corrosive or soap.
plastic parts - wash with warm water and if necessary with mild soap.
parts in stainless steel - clean with a dry cloth and in the case of stains with a
cloth moistened with an appropriate product.
Moisture condensation - the cleaning of this part is very important, especially
with regard to the condenser (condenser means for the radiator which must
yield to air the heat removed during cooling process).
On this part is easily deposited dust and debris preventing the dispersion of
heat.
AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR you clean the condenser with a brush or better yet, with a
vacuum cleaner and compressed air. This must be done by a technician of our service center.
DEFROST
On the inner walls of all the devices, due to the condensation of air, it forms a layer of frost, this
represents a true insulator and reduces the efficiency of the apparatus.
A frequent need to remove this frost using a plastic knife or a stiff brush: snow that you get must be
removed.
Refrain absolutely from using knives or other metal objects. But when the frost layer exceeds 5/6
mm.di thickness, it is necessary to defrost complete, according to the following standards:
1) pull the plug and leave the door open
2) remove the stored products and put them in another similar device
3) facilitate the scaling of the frost with a plastic knife or with a sponge soaked in warm water
4) Remove the back of the grid

5) take the drain hose and put it in a bowl
6) remove the cap on the inside of the freezer compartment (below bottom)
7) remove all the water and all the frost
8) dry completely inside
9) put the cap
10) reposition the exhaust pipe inside the machine compartment and close the rear grid
11) and insert the plug, after the appliance is returned to the desired temperature, put the material in
the cell.

(These data can be taken from the rating plate located on the right side of the unit).
When the unit is to remain unused for a long enough period, you must do the following
1. Before the period of inactivity:
• Remove the plug from the socket;
• Defrost, clean and dry the inside and the outside of the device;
• Leave the door slightly open to prevent the formation of mold and bad smells;
• Cover the appliance with a cloth, place it in a dry, sheltered place from the outside weather;
2. When in operation remittance:
• Repeat electrical controls provided to COMMISSIONING;
• Wait at least two hours and then insert the products;
The remote contact allows, using the plug provided in the kit, to bring the alarm signal in unmanned areas, where they can not check
with appropriate frequency to functionality and then promptly check any alarm conditions.
The use of the contact mode is the following:
in case of alarm, the remote contact opens. This means that, for the remote alarm, it can be used as the logical-alarm digital input
signal (clean contact) to an external controller. Do not connect to the mains voltage (Vac). Additional construction details are given
on the wiring diagram.

NOTE
FIRST START
On first power up, the temperature descent time to set set, for example -25 ° C, is higher than the temperature alarm
delay time (set to 120 minutes), whereby the device will start to play, with the flashing display and the word "HI" (high
temperature), in this case you must stop the buzzer and control the temperature drops anyway. Time to "arrive" to set
temperature depends on environmental conditions, but has been estimated, however, around four hours. It recommends
charging the device at least 8.12 hours the material after it has reached the set temperature; not fill never completely,
and "hot" material the freezer.
VERSION WITH BATTERY
In the case in which the device is equipped with a buffer battery on the Controller, this allows you to view the
temperature even in the absence of electrical power, for several hours, in addition to immediately operate the buzzer and
remotely control the alarm signal.
However, it should be noted, that the backup battery, Pb 12V 2Ah, has a life of about 2-3 years, beyond which no
longer guarantees its operation. The temperature controller shall, however, to check the efficiency of the battery,
signaling, in case of anomaly of the same, "Battery failure"; in this case proceed its replacement with a wing of same
characteristics (12V 2Ah).
In the case in which there is an extra sensor PT100 with plug in the rear panel, the
