Strap feed: S6 on, S3 off (light will be lit), begins when
strap track photo sees top of load; completes when strap
HOME stop lever turns S3 on (light will be off). S6 off will stop S1 ON Starts when slide plate stops moving
feed at any time. Y1 feed clutch turns on & Y5 strap drive forward; ends when #1 clamp starts to
brake turns off. extend
#1 clamp will extend to clamp strap
Strap separator & strap stop lever retract
Deflector wheel moves up to put brass
shoe against tension wheel
Strap is pulled back at high speed via Y1 feed clutch till S4
PULLBACK/TENSION zero speed switch sees a steady on or off signal. Strap is S1 OFF Starts when deflector wheel is fully up
then further tightened by Y2 tension clutch till S4 sees a (brass shoe against tension wheel).
