1 CAMPO DI APPLICAZIONE

Nuovi prodotti che contengono una o più delle sostanze chimiche che figurano in questa lista non devono essere messi in uso. Tali sostanze chimiche non devono essere usate nei
nostri processi di produzione e non si devono trovare in forma reattiva nei nostri prodotti. Devono essere pertanto forniti a Zapi piani di phase-out con data finale di utilizzo per
le sostanze chimiche che non sono state completamente eliminate.
Il divieto si riferisce all’uso intenzionale di sostanze chimiche specificate nella lista. Tuttavia, la restrizione non si applica in quei casi in cui una sostanza chimica è presente sotto
forma di impurità in un prodotto specifico o non desiderata ma presente in concentrazioni molto basse, o quando è gestita in piccole quantità da staff istruiti nei laboratori.. Si
possono fare alcune eccezioni per le sostanze chimiche il cui utilizzo in processi di produzione è regolamentato da leggi o regolamenti di sicurezza in cui non è possibile per
ZAPI limitare esclusivamente l'uso della sostanza in questione. Nei casi relativi alle eccezioni, devono essere prese misure speciali precauzionali per evitare effetti dannosi
sull'uomo o sull'ambiente.

1 FIELD OF APPLICATION

New products containing one more of the chemical substances listed in this standard must not be put into use. Those chemical substances should not be used in our production
processes and not be found in unreacted form in our products. Phase-out plans with final date of use must be ptovided to Zapi for chemical substances that have not been fully
eliminated.
The prohibition refers to each deliberate use of the chemical substances specified in the standard. However, the restriction does not apply in those cases a chemical substance
occurs in the form of impurities in a specific product, in non-desired occurrence in very low concentrations, or when it is handled in small quantities by trained staff at
laboratories. It can be made some exceptions for chemicals whose use in processes production is regulated by laws or safety regulations where it is not possible for ZAPI
exclusively to limit the use of the substance in question. In cases related to exceptions, special precautionary measures should be taken to avoid adverse effects on humans or the
environment.

2 STANDARD DI RIFERIMENTO
La presente lista raccoglie le sostanze bandite dai seguenti standard/documenti di riferimento: lista BT "BT57-00-003 black list"; lista Toyota “STS Z0001E” Tav. 1 (“Sostanze
proibite”), inclusa dalla rev I; lista Nissan "NES M0301" (2011-1) inclusa a partire dalla revisione L; lista John Deere "Restricted Materials List for Suppliers" rev. 3, inclusa
dalla rev. M.

La conformità alle restrizioni di questa lista non solleva da, nè riduce l'obbligo di conformità a tutte le leggi applicabili nel paese e\o stato in cui il Fornitore opera (produce,
importa\esporta o distribuisce). Ciò include, ma non si limita ai seguenti regolamenti:
 RoHS – Restriction of Hazardous Substances
 REACH – Registration, Evaluation, and Authorization of Chemicals
Ogni deviazione dai regolamenti vigenti deve essere segnalata.

Compliance with the restrictions in this list does not relieve or diminish the obligation to comply with all applicable laws in the country and\or state where the Supplier works
(manufactures, imports\exports and\or distributes). This includes, but is not limited to the following regulations:
 RoHS – Restriction of Hazardous Substances
 REACH – Registration, Evaluation, and Authorization of Chemicals
Every deviation from mandatory regulations must be reported.
By accepting the present regulation, the supplier declares his conformity to the above mentioned regulations and to others that are applicable due to laws in force.
