La risposta ad un nuovo concetto di bici da corsa
per tutti gli appassionati che cercano affidabilit,
sicurezza, comfort e il giusto rapporto qualit/prezzo.
I telai in carbonio utilizzano tubi in fibra alto modulo
della Toray, i pi leggeri e resistenti per la costruzioni
di telai.
Le fasce di carbonio mono direzionale vengono
tagliate sulla base di indicazioni computerizzate
e sormontati manualmente ponendo gli strati di
carbonio con un angolo di 45. Dove la torsione
maggiore ogni parte del telaio viene rafforzata con
pi strati fino ad avere una struttura solida e rigida.
La fase finale la pi severa: una macchina a
fatica mette a dura prova la resistenza del telaio,
caricando di tre volte la potenza e il peso che pu
esprimere il ciclista in corsa.
I telai in alluminio invece, sono costruiti con
materiali di lega leggera a profilo L.T.P. (low torsion
profile) realizzato per ridurre la torsione del telaio
in fase di accelerazione, contenendo i pesi grazie
allimpiego di rinforzi asimmetrici nello sviluppo e
differenziati nello spessore.
