ASPIRLIGHT BP
1. INTRODUZIONE
La qualità dell'aria interna e l'efficienza energetica sono considerazioni molto importanti per le abitazioni di oggi.
L’unità di recupero calore ASPIRLIGHT BP è stata sviluppata per rispondere a queste esigenze e offre una
ventilazione controllata e migliore per un sano e confortevole clima degli ambienti interni nel pieno rispetto degli
attuali regolamenti, pur mantenendo il calore ad un rendimento fino al 90%.
PER IL PROPRIETARIO DI CASA O ABITAZIONE:

Questo documento illustra il principio di funzionamento del sistema di ventilazione, di come far funzionare e
mantenere questa unità.
Non spegnere mai la ventilazione, scollegando il cavo di alimentazione dalla presa di corrente!
(Tranne che per gli intervalli di manutenzione e la manutenzione.)

Questo documento spiega come installare e la messa in servizio dell'unità.
Leggere attentamente queste istruzioni e di attenersi a tutte le norme per impianti di ventilazioni nelle abitazioni.
1.1 CONFIGURAZIONE:
L'ASPIRLIGHT BP è stata sviluppata per gli appartamenti e piccole case con una superficie interna fino a 130 m2.
Può essere montato a parete, pavimento, soffitto e controsofitto (ad esempio nello spazio di una dispensa da
cucina).
Dimensioni 597 mm di larghezza x 280 mm di profondità x 760 mm altezza.
NOTA
- Leggere attentamente il presente manuale.
- Il mancato rispetto di queste istruzioni può provocare effetti negativi sulla salute dell'occupante.
- Lasciare le istruzioni con l'utente.

2. SICUREZZA
2.1 GENERALITÀ
- Non utilizzare l'apparecchio per funzioni diverse da quelle descritte in questo opuscolo.
- Non toccare l'apparecchio con le mani bagnate o umide o a piedi nudi.
- Non conservare prodotti infiammabili nella zona dell'unità.
- L'apparecchio è adatto solo per 230 VAC/50Hz.
- Non modificare mai il ventilatore o l'elettronica.
- Non collegare mai il cavo di alimentazione se la parte del motore non è collocato nell'unità.
ATTENZIONE!
Scollegare sempre il cavo di alimentazione elettrica prima di rimuovere il motore e la scatola della centralina!
2.2 RESPONSABILITÀ DEL PROGRAMMA DI INSTALLAZIONE
- Bilanciamento e messa dell'impianto.

- Relazione misurato volumi aerei sulle griglie.
- Conformità ai requisiti dei locali e ulteriori regolamenti
- Spiegazione del sistema di ventilazione all'utente.
2.3 RESPONSABILITÀ DELL’ UTENTE
- Effettuare pulizia o sostituzione dei filtri quando previsto (Vedere il capitolo 9. MANUTENZIONE).
- Pulire le griglie nelle camere a intervalli regolari.
NOTA:
Le griglie devono essere sempre rimesse nella loro posizione originale. Se le griglie sono cambiate di posto o
sistemate in una posizione errata, la ventilazione non sarà più corretta e il sistema di ventilazione potrebbe non
funzionare correttamente!
ATTENZIONE!
Pulire e / o sostituire i filtri almeno ogni 5 / 6 mesi.
L’Inquinamento del filtro potrebbe danneggiare la vostra salute!

4. DESCRIZIONE DELLE FUNZIONI DI CONTROLLO
4.1 CONTROLLO DELLA VELOCITÀ DEL MOTORE DEL VENTILATORE
L'unità ASPIRLIGHT BP dispone di un motore a 3 velocità con ventilatore regolabile.

La bassa e l’alta velocità possono essere regolate dai potenziometri manuali posti nella parte superiore dell'unità.
(Vedi capitolo 6.1
messa in servizio.)
La seconda velocità è la media tra la bassa e l’alta velocità.
4.2 PROTEZIONE ANTIGELO
NOTA PER L'UTENTE:

Quando ci sono temperature esterne molto basse per un tempo superiore alle 24 ore, l'unità ASPIRLIGHT BP è
dotata di sensore di temperatura situato all'interno della alimentazione dell'aria proveniente dall'esterno, per
spegnere il motore del ventilatore.
Se questo accade, il motore del ventilatore si spegne per un breve periodo e sarà avviato automaticamente quando
la temperatura esterna aumenta.
4.3 FUNZIONE BY-PASS AUTOMATICO
Il modello ASPIRLIGHT BP è equipaggiato con una valvola by-pass sul condotto di estrazione. Questo rende
possibile il controllo dell'aria estratta dall'ambiente interno.
Quando la valvola è in posizione normale (chiusa) l'aria estratta dell'ambiente passa attraverso il pacco di cambio
trasferendo il calore all'aria di mandata in arrivo dall'esterno.
Quando la valvola è aperta, l'aria estratta non passa attraverso il pacco di scambio evitando lo scambio termico
all'aria di mandata in arrivo dall'esterno. La funzione by-pass è completamente automatica ed è gestita dal
software della scheda elettronica.

7.4 RIPRISTINO ALLARME FILTRO SPORCO
Se il LED lampeggia in arancione dopo aver premuto un tasto, i filtri dell'unità

devono essere puliti o sostituiti. (vedasi capitolo 9.1).
L'allarme filtro sporco può essere resettato con il telecomando eseguendo le

seguenti operazioni:
- Togliere tensione all'unita di ventilazione per almeno 15 secondi.
- Premere contemporaneamente i due tasti inferiori del telecomando entro 10
minuti.
- Ridare tensione all'unità di ventilazione RDV-RF
8. RISOLUZIONE PROBLEMI
8.1 FAQ PER L'INSTALLATORE
a) La ventola si è fermata in modo imprevisto.
- Errore nella rete elettrica, verificare il fusibile o nel quadro elettrico di distribuzione.
- Controllare il fusibile sul circuito stampato dell’unità.
- Collegare il cavo di alimentazione.
- Protezione antigelo attiva, attendere alcuni minuti e la ventola si attiva automaticamente.
b) L'unità fa rumore.
Gorgoglio proveniente dall'unità di ventilazione.

- Il sifone realizzato sul tubo di condensa sotto l'unità ha un livello d'acqua troppo basso, riempirlo con acqua
come riportato nella figura a pag 12.
- Il tubo flessibile di condensa non è completamente nel sifone, spingerlo più in profondità.
Strano rumore in uscita dall'unità.

- Guasto del motore del ventilatore, aprire l'unità motore come riportato nella figura a pag 18 e controllare il
funzionamento della ventola o effettuare la pulizia.
Sibilo che esce dalle griglie.

- La velocità dell'aria nei condotti è troppo elevata. Contattare l'installatore per verificare il settaggio dell'unità
di ventilazione.
c) Voglio spegnere l'unità durante la notte.
- Non è possibile, c’è bisogno di aria fresca anche durante la notte.

d) Odore sgradevole.
Sento odore di cottura in tutta la casa.

- Portata d'aria di ripresa/ velocità di funzionamento sono troppo bassi, accendere velocità massima durante
la cottura di cibi.
- I filtri sono sporchi, pulire o sostituire entrambi filtri.
Odore sgradevole vicino l'unità.

- Il sifone realizzato sul tubo di condensa sotto l'unità ha un livello d'acqua troppo basso, riempirlo con acqua
come riportato nella figura a pag 12.
- Il tubo flessibile di condensa non è completamente in il sifone, spingerlo più in profondità.
Odore sgradevole proveniente dalle griglie di presa d'aria esterna.

- L'aria sgradevole viene da fuori, non un difetto di ventilazione, ma per essere sicuri, controllare e pulire il
filtro dell'aria.
e) Formazione di troppa condensa in bagno.

- Portata d'aria di ripresa/ velocità di funzionamento sono troppo bassi, accendere velocità massima durante
la doccia o il bagno.
- Controllare e pulire i filtri e la griglia di ripresa.
f) Perdite di acqua in prossimità dell'apparecchio.

- Il sifone condensa è intasato, pulirlo.
- Il tubo flessibile per lo scarico della condensa è intasato, pulirlo e sostituirlo.
g) Nessuna variazione di velocità dopo aver premuto il pulsante sul RDV-RF

- Sostituire la batteria del telecomando (tipo CR2032 Li-Mn).
- Scollegare e collegare il telecomando al Unità di nuovo (vedi capitolo 7.3).
h) Condensa o presenza d'acqua sul condotto dell'aria in mandata.

- Verificare che la posizione della griglia esterna di presa d'aria si tale da non aspirare pioggia o acqua.
- Il condotto di aspirazione aria non è isolato termicamente. Contattare l'installatore.

9.MANUTENZIONE
9.1 SOSTITUZIONE DEL FILTRO E PULIZIA (A CURA DELL’UTENTE)
La manutenzione è limitata alla pulizia e sostituzione periodica dei filtri con una frequenza soggetta alla qualità
dell'aria interna ed esterna.
- Effettuare pulizia o sostituzione dei filtri quando previsto (Vedere il capitolo 9. MANUTENZIONE).
- Pulire le griglie nelle camere a intervalli regolari.
NOTA:
Le griglie devono essere sempre rimesse nella loro posizione originale. Se le griglie sono cambiate di posto o
sistemate in una posizione errata, la ventilazione non sarà più corretta e il sistema di ventilazione potrebbe non
funzionare correttamente!
