refit the secondary sprocket.

It is necessary to Charge a battery which is not used until six months following the date of
manufacture and a battery which is not used immediately after it 15 filled with electrolyte. Like-
wise, it is necessary to charge a battery whose voltage is lower than 12 volts and whose electrolyte
has a gravity of less than 1.26. For charging the battery, use a charger enabling the current to be
regulated as required. Charge with a current of 0,5 ampere: till the voltage and the electrolyte
gravity change no longer.
MICE:
The time required for charging the haterry depends on the condition and the capacity of the
battery. During charging, the battery temperature must not exceed «2°C. Should this happen. cool the
battery. for instance with running water.
If the electrolyte gravity exceeds the recommended value, top up the level with distilled water
only. The voltage of a fully charged battery should be 12.6 V , i. e. 2. l. V per cell. Owing to the
design of the battery, it is not possible to measure the voltage of the individual cells.
