DESCRIZIONE DELLA MACCHINA La fresatrice automatica OMEC F13, stata progettata per produrre canali per fondi, coperchi e supporti delle bottiglie . Il modello F13 corredato di due gruppi lama che permettono la realizzazione di canali con dimensioni e posizioni diverse. La macchina lavora i pezzi singoli. Lavanzamento dei pezzi dal magazzino in entrata, il bloccaggio, il ciclo di fresatura, lo sbloccaggio e lavanzamento fino allimpilatore del magazzino in uscita avviene in modo totalmente automatico. I comandi sono realizzati con una pulsantiera e un pannello di comando. Il modello F13 comandato da un PLC che stato programmato per avere la massima flessibilit e velocit di lavorazione. Tutte le regolazioni vengono effettuate con estrema facilit per mezzo di alberi di regolazione serviti da indicatori di posizione. DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE The OMEC F13 automatic milling machine has been designed to produce bottom grooves, covers, bottle racks. The F13 model has two blades for cutting grooves in various dimensions and positions. The machine cuts single pieces. The pieces are fed out of the infeed magazine to the blocking zone, then to the milling cycle, unblocked, then fed to outfeed magazine stacker, completely automatically. The machine is controlled by a pushbutton panel and a control panel. The F13 model is controlled by a PLC programmed for the maximum flexibility and highest machining speed. The machine is extremely easy and fast to adjust thanks to the adjuster shafts and position indicators. DESCRIPTION DE LA MACHINE La fraiseuse automatique OMEC F13, a t conue pour travailler des canaux pour les fonds, les couvercles et les supports des bouteilles. Le modle F13 est fourni avec deux groupes de lame qui permettent de raliser des canaux de diffrentes dimensions et positions. La machine faonne les pices simples. Lavancement des pices de l'entrept en entre, le blocage, le cycle de fraisage, le dblocage et lavancement jusqu lempilage de lentrept en sortie est entirement automatique. Les commandes sont actives laide dun clavier et dun panneau de commande. Le modle F13 est command par un PLC qui a t programm pour que l'usinage soit rapide et trs flexible. Tous les rglages sont effectus avec une extrme facilit au moyen d'arbres de rglage servis par des indicateurs de position.

BESCHREIBUNG DER MASCHINE Die automatische Frsmaschine OMEC F13 wurde zur produzierung von nutenbden, Deckeln und halterungen fr flaschen. Das Modell F13 ist mit zwei Schneidegruppen ausgestattet, die die Anbringung von Nuten verschiedener Abmessungen und Position ermglichen. Die Maschine bearbeitet einzelne Werkstcke. Der Vorschub der Teile vom Einspeisungslager, die Blockierung, der Frszyklus, die Freigabe und der Weiterschub bis zum Ausgangs-Stapellager geschehen vllig automatisch. Die Bedienung geschieht mit Hilfe einer Schalt- und einer Steuertafel. Das Modell F13 wird durch eine SPS gesteuert, die auf maximale Flexibilitt und Produktionsgeschwindigkeit programmiert wurde. Smtliche Einstellungen knnen mit Einstellspindeln, die von einem Positionsanzeiger gesteuert werden, ganz leicht vorgenommen werden.

El modelo F13 est provisto de dos grupos cuchilla que permiten la realizacin de canales con tamaos y posiciones distintas. La mquina elabora las piezas individualmente. El avance de las piezas desde el almacn de entrada, el bloqueo, el ciclo de fresado, el desbloqueo y el avance hasta el apilador del almacn de salida, se producen de forma totalmente automtica. Los mandos se envan a travs de una caja de pulsadores y un panel de mandos. El modelo F13 se acciona a travs de un PLC que est programado para obtener la mxima flexibilidad y velocidad de elaboracin. Todos los ajustes se realizan con gran facilidad mediante ejes de regulacin provistos de indicadores de posicin.
