3 - 4) Passiamo adesso allo studio dell'andamento dei nostri dati. Ricaviamo l'equazione che meglio li rappresenta e i coefficienti di dilatazione termica
Dopo aver effettuato un disegno preliminare a mano che evidenziava notevoli fluttuazioni dei dati sulle prime misure (alte
temperature) rispetto all'andamento lineare atteso si deciso di restringerci per l'analisi dati ai valori centrali delle serie dei
dati, al fine di considerare soltanto condizioni di esperienza le pi stazionarie possibili.
In particolare, vengono scartati i dati a temperatura elevata perch maggiormente affetti dalle fluttuazioni di temperatura
incontrollate dovute alla residua presenza di acqua e vapore entro la sbarra.
L'intervallo di temperature considerato da 40 a 75 C.

Tutti i valori trovati per l'acciaio risultano 1.98 e quindi sono compatibili.
Per concludere notiamo che la maggior fonte di incertezza in queste misure sono le fluttuazioni incontrollate di temperatura
dovute alla non uniformit del riscaldamento / raffreddamento delle sbarre. Proprio allo scopo di limitare tali influenze ci
siamo limitati ad un intervallo centrale di temperature.
