Le batterie di raffreddamento dell’aria serie BRA+ coprono
una gamma di potenza compresa tra 2 e 169 kW. Posizionata
all’interno di una struttura chiusa che garantisce quindi un
buon isolamento e conseguentemente un ottimo rendimento,
la batteria può avere svariate applicazioni, tra le quali il
raffreddamento della bolla nel film estruso. L’acqua fredda
viene fornita da un chiller.
The BRA+ range of air cooling coils covers a cooling
capacity included between 2 and 169 kW. Positionned into
a closed framework ensuring the proper insulation and
the best performances, the coil may be applied to several
different processes including cooling of the blown film
lines. Cold water for the coil is typically provided by a
chiller.

AIR+ è l’innovativo sistema di raffreddamento del film
in bolla, l’evoluzione della BRA+ intesa come macchina
autonoma per la produzione di aria fredda. Utilizzando l’acqua
per la condensazione a +15°C ÷ +35°C proveniente da kit di
condensazione o da chiller e grazie alla stessa tecnologia già
utilizzata per gli ABFevo, con AIR+ il raffreddamento avviene
in modo semplice e diretto.
AIR+ is an innovative technology designed for the cooling
of air blown film lines. It represents the natural evolution
of the BRA+ range, being a stand-alone unit supplying
cold air. The unit takes the condensing water from a
condensing kit or a chiller at 15°C ÷35°C and thanks to
the technology already applied on ABFevo line, the AIR+
cools down process in a simple ad straight way.

(PW), i refrigeratori della serie MINI ABF forniscono aria
fredda a temperatura costante al variare delle condizioni
ambientali, garantendo quindi una produzione costante e
qualitativamente elevata.

cooled version and are able to provide cold air at steady

and a high optimization of energy consumption*.
• Direct free-cooling with AMK (optional) activated
thanks to the cooling of the air through the
exchange with colder air. The reduction of the
energy consumption is granted and becomes more
advantageous, the longer the external air temperature
is lower than the one required for the desired cooling.
*It applies only to units fitted with Inverter.

esterna per usufruire di un’aria miscelata e lavorare senza

compressori, utilizzando una fonte energetica gratuita ma
controllata con una precisione molto rigorosa. Con l’utilizzo

The purpose of the AIR MIX KIT function is that of
exploiting, whenever this is possible, the temperature of
the outside air to take advantage of a mixed air to be able
to work without using a chiller: in this way the free-cooling
function is activated and the compressors automatically
stop, taking advantage of a free energy source but with a
very strict control. AMK’s technology therefore allows a
considerable reduction in energy consumption to the full
advantage of costs.

The OFC KIT line consists of finned coils made of copper/

propri delle torri evaporative. L’acqua da raffreddare transita all’interno

The ADcooler KIT line consists of units that are the natural
replacement of the evaporative towers, being able to equal their
performances but zeroing water consumption and avoiding the
formation of mucilage and limestone which are instead typical in
the installation of evaporative towers. Water to be cooled flows
into the coil in a closed circuit, while the evaporating water flows
on adiabatic pads causing a sharp drop in of the temperature of the
sucked air, with no deposit on the fins which consequently save
their efficiency.

as a consequence the cycle time at the expense of

EU-DRYmould sfrutta il concetto del rotore adsorbente
mediante polimerizzazione di silicati metallici (MSiO3) su una
struttura in fibro-ceramica.
DESCRIPTION
EU-DRYmould is a process air dehumidifier preventing the
formation of condensation on the surface of injection
and blow moulds. EU-DRYmould takes advantage of the
principle of the absorbent Rotary Wheel Dryers, which
address the issue of high levels of energy consumption by
utilising a rotating wheel which continuously puts dry
desiccant into service while regenerating saturated desiccant
in the same rotational cycle.
