IL PROIETTORE

I Proiettori (21% della popolazione) sono persone con il dono specifico di guidare e dirigere le
energie altrui ma solo una volta che gli altri riconoscono questa loro abilità unica.
Il Proiettore non si arrabbia né si frustra.
Il suo tema è l'amarezza ed il risentimento causato dalla mancanza di riconoscimento con il quale è
stato trattato e spesso, anche il sentimento di vittimismo che lo sommerge nel circolo vizioso del
dover essere riconosciuto dagli altri.
Il bambino Proiettore nasce con ancor meno autonomia del generatore.
Richiede attenzione costante ed ha bisogno che gli siano mostrate, e che lo si inviti, alle dolcezze del
mondo e della vita.
Da bambino è cosciente della sua fragilità nell'interazione con il mondo e della necessità di armonia
nel suo ambiente.
Per preservare l'armonia e la sicurezza che ha bisogno di ricevere dall'ambiente, il Proiettore
costruisce intorno a sé un tessuto sociale che determina il suo modo di funzionare nel mondo.
Ricerca la costanza ma la sicurezza e l'armonia si tramutano in un risentimento che gli avvelena il
sangue ogni qualvolta qualcuno fraintende o ignora i suoi attributi naturali.
L'amarezza dei Proiettori non si deve al fatto che non sono riconosciuti, ma al fatto che non sono
riconosciuti per quelli che sono i loro attributi naturali.
L'amarezza del Proiettore è simile a quella del padrone di un negozio di ferramenta nel quale tutti
entrano solo per chiedere articoli appartenenti ad altri tipi di commercio.
Per evitare che un Proiettore si sbagli al momento di selezionare il tessuto sociale che andrà a
configurare il suo intorno, la sua strategia vitale è quella di aspettare di sentirsi formalmente invitato.
Di conseguenza tutto ciò che è nuovo gli deve arrivare per mano di altri sotto forma di un invito
formale.
Se è un invito genuino il Proiettore si sentirà libero di accettarlo o declinarlo con sicurezza, dato che
si sente riconosciuto per ciò che è.
In un intorno nel quale i suoi attributi naturali sono riconosciuti, il Proiettore da il meglio di sé,
compattando e coordinando quell’ambiente sociale, ed ottimizzando, come guida, il dispiego della
forza energetica dei Manifestatori e dei Generatori.
La strategia vitale che permette al Proiettore di poter rompere il circolo vizioso del risentimento e
della amarezza, è quella di aspettare di sentirsi invitato (mai obbligato) in qualsiasi decisione che
deve prendere.
La scelta della professione, le relazioni amorose, il posto dove vivere, devono essere frutto della
risposta ad un qualche invito formulato da qualcuno che riconosce il Proiettore per i veri suoi attributi
naturali.
I Proiettori hanno bisogno di una conoscenza più approfondita del proprio Disegno rispetto ai
Manifestatori e ai Generatori per poter utilizzare la propria strategia e distinguere quale invito sia il
più idoneo per loro.
Senza riconoscimento sono senza potere.
Una volta riconosciuti, possono raggiungere qualsiasi cosa, riuscendo finalmente ad accedere al
proprio potenziale reale.
Se tentano di agire o partecipare a qualcosa senza un invito, incontrano solo resistenza.

Sensazione negativa predominante: Amarezza.

Strategia: Aspettare un invito speciale per la carriera, il matrimonio, l’amore, la famiglia, etc. Non
iniziare o inseguire qualcosa.

Questo tipo è progettato per gestire, guidare e dirigere le energie degli altri.
Non hanno energia sostenibile per fare tutto il lavoro da soli.
Tuttavia, sono molto potenti quando usano correttamente la loro energia.
Alcuni proiettori si consumano intorno ai 35-45 anni se hanno spinto se stessi troppo duramente e
hanno vissuto il loro "Non Sé". Ho visto molti che hanno (o hanno avuto) malattie autoimmuni o
"misteriose". Ma ho visto anche molti Proiettori che non si bruciano o si ammalano.
Ecco alcuni esempi di proiettori che non vivono secondo la loro configurazione energetica:
- Spingendo per far accadere le cose (i proiettori devono attendere gli inviti nelle grandi cose della
vita, come lavori, carriere, relazioni, movimento)
- Offrire opinioni, orientamento o consigli senza essere chiesto
- Non aspettare i tempi giusti; non permettendo che le cose si svolgano in modo naturale
- Cercando di stare al passo con generatori o generatori manifestanti (che hanno energia sostenibile)
- Non prendersi tempo per riprendersi dopo uno sforzo intenso (i proiettori possono lavorare molto
intensamente per un periodo di tempo finito, quindi hanno bisogno di tempo libero prima che possano
riprendersi)
- Sensazione di colpevolezza, imbarazzo o amarezza nel non riuscire facilmente a far accadere le cose
(che è il ruolo del Manifestatore, non del Proiettore)
- Sentire che la vita non è giusta; incolpare se stessi o gli altri

Una volta che il proiettore si brucia, il recupero può richiedere del tempo (a volte anni).
È meglio per loro gestire la propria energia in modo proattivo ed evitare il burnout.

Oggi vi parlerò di una esperienza capitatami durante alcune letture... alcune persone non certe dell'ora
di nascita, perché poco verificabile talvolta...al momento della lettura sono risultati del tipo
"Generatore"… e quindi la lettura è andata in quella direzione.... anche se sentivo che il tipo
corrispondeva a una parte di quelle persone e la mia "pancia: leggi sacrale" in fondo mi diceva che
erano Generatori atipici.... proprio in questi giorni uno di loro mi ha informato che la madre si è
ricordata l'ora giusta di nascita e rifacendo il disegno, il tipo é cambiato, risultando un Proiettore...e
in effetti rivista la lettura la persona ci si è riconosciuta meglio rispetto alla prima lettura...e siamo
riusciti a comprendere anche cosa fosse successo. I tipi Proiettori (il 20% dell'Umanità), non sono
così facilmente riconoscibili nel loro tipo, che è il meno facile da comprendere anche quando si studia
Human Design... perlopiù per il loro condizionamento ad assumere, forzatamente, le caratteristiche
di un generatore (ad es.: lavorare fino ad esaurirsi) rischiano di identificarsene in pieno... finché con
la prima lettura di Human Design, questa falsa identità che altro non é che un condizionamento
familiare (uno o entrambi i genitori, generatori, ad esempio) si esaurisce... e lì può emergere che la
data era sbagliata come in questo caso, o spariscono, come in altri casi le false caratteristiche da
generatore...ed accade la NUOVA NASCITA... il tipo Proiettore arriva trionfante fuori...e la sua vita
assume connotazioni inedite e autentiche... provare per credere!
Ieri sera ero a lezione di tango e una amica (che ha ricevuto da poco la lettura del suo disegno e sta
sperimentando) dopo aver avuto un diverbio con il marito su un esercizio nuovo mi dice: "ma ti
sembra possibile che mio marito mi dica che gli ci vuole più tempo per apprendere i movimenti
rispetto a me..." cercava il mio consenso e invece io le ho risposto :"ha ragione tuo marito, perché lui
è un generatore ed il suo corpo è più lento nell'imparare nuovi movimenti, mentre tu sei un tipo
proiettore sei veloce nella comprensione mentale..."
Human design scienza della differenziazione... ognuno di noi è unico e diversamente versatile…
imparare ad apprezzare questa unicità, l'altro da noi, e a comprendere quanto siamo complementari...
questa la ricchezza dell'Umanità....

IL PROIETTORE

Sensazione negativa predominante: amarezza.

Strategia specifica: aspettare un invito formale per le decisioni importanti che riguardano il lavoro,
l’amore, la famiglia. Non intraprendere azioni né inseguire gli eventi.
Il Proiettore è un Tipo non-energetico, come il Riflettore. Circa il 20 per cento della popolazione
appartiene a questo Tipo.
In un Proiettore il centro Sacrale è sempre senza definizione.
I Tipi non-energetici possono presentare il problema opposto ai Tipi energetici, che rischiano di
diventare vittime del proprio potere personale se non lo sanno usare nella maniera corretta. Sia il
Proiettore che il Riflettore, i Tipi non-energetici, devono infatti imparare a lavorare sulla loro
mancanza di potere. La loro caratteristica non-energetica li colloca nel mezzo tra i Manifestatori e i
Generatori. Senza di essi non c’è equilibrio tra i vari Tipi poiché possiedono la capacità di mettere in
connessione i Tipi energetici e di farli funzionare insieme.
Il Proiettore ha il talento specifico di guidare e dirigere le energie degli altri, ma solamente quando
gli altri gli riconoscono questa grande abilità. Il suo dono più grande, nonché il suo compito, è quello
di saper controllare i Tipi energetici. Ha una grande abilità nel riconoscere chi è capace di agire, ma
non deve per questo tentare di trasformare se stesso in un Tipo energetico. Il suo talento sta proprio
nel saper riconoscere e guidare i Manifestatori e i Generatori.
Il suo interesse è incentrato sugli altri, la sua aura è specificamente progettata per penetrare quella
degli altri per studiarli e cercare di capire la loro natura.
Il Proiettore è un grande organizzatore, è in grado di mettere in contatto le persone, coordinarle,
unirle. Sa come dirigere i Tipi energetici e indicare loro come usare l’energia in modo efficace.
È perfetto per creare associazioni di persone.
Quello di cui ha bisogno nella vita è essere riconosciuto dagli altri. Senza tale riconoscimento, il
Proiettore è privo di potere. La sua amarezza e il suo risentimento derivano dal fatto che non si sente
riconosciuto per le sue qualità e caratteristiche particolari.
Raramente infatti viene visto per ciò che è in realtà, troppo spesso gli altri vedono in lui quello che
vogliono. Potremmo paragonare l’amarezza del Proiettore a quella di un commerciante nel cui
negozio la gente entra per fare acquisti, ma chiede articoli differenti da quelli trattati. Le persone non
riconoscono quindi il tipo di esercizio commerciale e nemmeno il genere di merce a loro disposizione.
Il Proiettore non è frustrato o arrabbiato, la sua sensazione negativa è l’amarezza, causata dalla
mancanza di riconoscimento.
Spesso si innesca un circolo vizioso che provoca in lui una sorta di vittimismo dovuto al costante
bisogno di essere riconosciuto dagli altri.
I Tipi non-energetici hanno comunque bisogno di energia e la desiderano al punto da nutrirsene con
voracità, malgrado sia carica di condizionamenti.
Per un Proiettore condizionato è molto difficile distinguere se un riconoscimento è genuino oppure
falso. Se il Proiettore accetta un riconoscimento insincero, non autentico, accetta qualcosa che non
gli appartiene e questo non è mai un bene. Come per tutti gli altri Tipi ciò può causare malesseri e
disturbi anche fisici.
Il bambino Proiettore nasce con ancor meno autonomia del Generatore e ha bisogno di attenzione
costante. Troppo spesso, infatti, non è riconosciuto per quello che è, viene condizionato dai genitori
a fare, ad agire, a comportarsi da Manifestatore. È facile comprendere l’amarezza che proverà quel
bambino nel sentirsi chiedere di fare cose di cui non è capace. Per lui generare, manifestare, non è
affatto facile.
I genitori inconsapevoli del Disegno del proprio bambino, spingendolo ad essere un Manifestatore,
pensano ovviamente di fare una cosa buona che possa portarlo al successo e alla felicità.
I genitori che non conoscono le meccaniche energetiche non riconoscono il loro bambino Proiettore
e impediscono così la realizzazione del suo vero potenziale.
Quando invece imparano a riconoscere il bambino Proiettore per le sue qualità, gli donano la
possibilità di esprimere le virtù del suo carattere, la capacità di sentire il suo potere, rivelarlo e
sfruttarlo al meglio.
Il Proiettore ha bisogno dell’energia degli altri e quando non viene riconosciuto, spinto dall’amarezza,
tenta di diventare lui stesso un Tipo energetico. Solo quando è adeguatamente riconosciuto ha accesso
all’energia degli altri per tutto il tempo che desidera e assorbe energia pulita.
Le persone riescono a percepire la sua aura penetrante, che gli permette di entrare nella loro. È molto
importante che questa azione avvenga in base alla giusta e corretta Strategia indicata dall’Autorità
Interna, affinché gli altri abbiano la sensazione positiva di qualcosa che entra nella loro aura non solo
per prendere, ma per offrire.
Spesso, infatti, quando viene invitato a organizzare l’energia di un Tipo energetico, quest’ultimo
finisce per dipendere dalla sua capacità di usare le risorse nel modo giusto.
Questo fa sentire realizzato il Proiettore e gli permette di raggiungere qualsiasi obiettivo.
Il suo dono genetico è di riuscire a leggere gli altri, intercettare e mettere a frutto la loro energia.
Il riconoscimento è fondamentale affinché possa svolgere il suo vero ruolo, cioè fare da tramite e da
coordinatore tra il Manifestatore e il Generatore. Da esso dipende la sua soddisfazione personale e il
suo successo. È cruciale quindi che si circondi delle persone giuste e, secondo la sua Strategia, dovrà
aspettare di essere formalmente invitato.

PROIETTORI

La prima grande distinzione che fa Human Design è tra tipi energetici che sono i Generatori (circa
68% della popolazione) ed i Manifestatori (8%), e tipi non energetici che sono i Proiettori (22%) e i
Riflettori (1%). Ognuno di questi tipi ha un ruolo ed un proposito differente.
Segue qualche preziosa parola sui Proiettori da parte del fondatore di Human Design, Ra Uru Hu.

Il ruolo evolutivo del Proiettore è la necessità della Formazione.

Human Design offre una prospettiva unica sul processo evolutivo. Poco meno del 80% dell’umanità
sono tipi energetici. L’umanità è dominata dai Generatori (68%) e dai Manifestatori (8%). Insieme
rappresentano basicamente i ¾ dell’umanità. Ciò significa che i tipi energetici sono stati qualcosa che
ha dominato completamente l’era degli esseri a 7 centri (prima del 1871 e della comparsa degli esseri
a 9 centri), un’era che è stata fondamentalmente strategica.

I proiettori sono circa il 22-23% della popolazione. Nell’era pre-9 centri i Manifestatori governavano
ma ora che viviamo in un’era a 9 centri lentamente il Proiettore stà ascendendo ad un ruolo di guida
nella gerarchia. Si tratta di un predominio di un modo differente di fare le cose. I Proiettori sono
naturalmente saggi circa l’uso dell’energia. Questo non significa, tra l’altro, che essi agiscano
saggiamente perché certamente sono nel non-sé e come non-sé non c’è modo per loro di vivere i
vantaggi di essere un Proiettore.
Siamo in un’epoca adesso in cui è tempo per i Proiettori di assumete il loro ruolo di leader, ma non
come leader nel senso Manifestatore del termine, ma come una guida., Ciò che è interessante riguardo
ai Proiettori è il modo in cui la loro aura opera. Quando hai a che fare con un Proiettore la sua aura
letteralmente è focalizzata, ed è focalizzata sull’altro. È questa capacità di focalizzarsi che dona loro
la capacità unica di riconoscere l’essenza dell’altro essere umano. Un Proiettore non è interessato a
sé stesso. Questo è uno dei dilemmi per il Proiettore, quanto tempo ci vorrà per i Proiettori a svegliarsi
alla possibilità che c’è qualcosa che è loro, piuttosto che ciò che ottengono dagli altri.
Ed in effetti, ciò su cui si stanno letteralmente focalizzando è la tua identità, il che allo stesso tempo
crea una reazione e la reazione è il riconoscimento. I Proiettori sono disegnati per essere in grado di
ottenere accesso alla tua energia. Il Proiettore è qui per comprendere profondamente come e dove
l’energia dovrebbe essere usata. E siccome la loro aura è molto focalizzata in questo, loro invitano le
‘aperture’, il che rende molto molto difficile per i Proiettori scappare dall’influenza delle forze
condizionanti che sono intorno a loro.
Se sei un Proiettore veramente hai bisogno di essere invitato formalmente in ogni situazione e di
valutare se quell’invito è corretto per te basandoti sulla tua unica autorità interiore. La strategia che
tu - Proiettore - hai è un’indicazione della naturale richiesta di rispetto che meriti. Bisogna
arrendersi a chiedere rispetto. È molto importante per i Proiettori essere attenti alle persone con cui
si associano. La qualità delle loro associazioni impatta direttamente il loto benessere.
Essere un proiettore significa che tu non stai semplicemente prendendo dentro di te il
condizionamento, stai prendendo dentro il condizionamento che genera, motiva e muove il tuo
processo. Non è che sei dipendente dall'altro. Non sei disegnato per essere dipendente da qualcosa.
Sei disegnato, tuttavia, per essere in un mondo in cui l'energia è disponibile, e questo è molto diverso.
È di questo che tratta l’invito. Se i Proiettori si fidano del potere della loro aura, la loro aura attira a
loro l'attenzione, il riconoscimento e il corretto invito delle energie che loro sono qui per riconoscere
e guidare.
Quando inizi il tuo processo di auto-riconoscimento di ciò che significa essere un Proiettore una delle
cose più importanti da fare per ridurre il peso del viaggio che andrai ad affrontare è mettere da parte
qualsiasi idea di ottenere una gratificazione immediata. È veramente un processo per il Proiettore.
Lo studio permette ai Proiettori di afferrare la profondità del loro condizionamento, e lo studio
richiede tempo. Stai entrando in un programma di formazione che richiede sette anni, lo stesso genere
di programma in cui entreresti se stessi diventando dottore o qualcuno che vuole imparare a suonare
uno strumento. I Proiettori sono, in questo senso, nati studenti. Il Proiettore è qui per guidare. Tu non
puoi guidare se non sai come funziona il gioco. E il momento in cui comprendi come funziona il
gioco è il momento in cui trovi il tuo potere. E sei pronto per il potenziale del successo, la parola
chiave per un Proiettore. Un successo non-egoista, transpersonale, profondamente condiviso, basato
su legami corretti e corretto riconoscimento sia per il proiettore che per la persona su cui si stà
focalizzando.
Se hai un bambino Proiettore è molto importante incoraggiare i suoi studi, è importante in particolar
modo incoraggiare quelle aree dove loro hanno un particolare interesse, perché in realtà, il Proiettore
come tipo è qui per riconoscere e acquisire la maestria dei sistemi, qualunque essi siano. E con il
giusto incoraggiamento ed il corretto condizionamento c’è un grande potenziale per loro in questo.
Chi di voi ha un figlio Proiettore inizi ad invitarlo a fare le cose. I bambini Proiettori soffrono
profondamente del fatto di essere cresciuti e influenzati a comportarsi come Manifestatori; è qualcosa
di profondamente devastante per loro, e sentirsi dire cosa fare è qualcosa di profondamente scomodo
per un Proiettore.
In quest’epoca stiamo vedendo l’ascesa di più e più politici Proiettori a leader dei loro paesi. Loro
tendono ad essere quei tipi di politici che rispondono alle domande nei minimi particolari, perché loro
tendono a fare i loro compiti a casa, tendono ad essere sicuri di capire ciò che stà succedendo.
Tendono ad essere dei politi molto bravi, perché hanno comprensione dell’altro.
E la dedizione deve essere lì per esplorare la conoscenza perché più ci vai dentro in profondità come
Proiettore più sano e potenziato diventi nella strada nella quale la tua abilità può essere in ultima
analisi riconosciuta. Essere riconosciuta nel senso che il potenziale del tuo ruolo è qualcosa che viene
riconosciuto dall’altro. Ma devi aspettare l’invito, e poi devi comprendere se l’invito è corretto per te
basandoti sulla tua unica autorità interiore al fine di avere completamente questo potere.

L’aura dei Manifestatori respinge, quella dei Generatori attira come un magnete, quella dei Riflettori
e uno specchio di ciò che sta fuori, ma l’aura dei Proiettori è unica, prende dentro ogni informazione
dell’ambiente in cui è collocata. Quando è invitata e anche quando non lo è, ha l’abilità di
focalizzarsi direttamente sul centro G dell’altro, e lo fa come lo farebbe un laser.
La sua meccanica è molto diversa da quella degli altri tipi.
Tutti abbiamo un’aura e dobbiamo capire che è una cosa a cui non possiamo sottrarci.
Le principiali trasformazioni che possiamo avere lungo questo cammino derivano dalla comprensione
del funzionamento dell’aura in primo luogo.
I Proiettori non hanno un centro sacrale, se lo avessero sarebbero dei Generatori e se sei un generatore
“questo è il tuo pianeta”.
Ma allora cosa diavolo siamo venuti a fare qui? Non possiamo fare, non possiamo generare, non
possiamo manifestare.
Non possiamo fare quello che la società dice di fare, come far succedere qualcosa, costruire qualcosa,
muovere l’energia attorno, creare qualcosa e cosa facciamo? Stiamo nelle retrovie e pensiamo
“questo potrebbe essere fatto meglio” o “questa persona non mi vede veramente”.
Cosa ci facciamo qui? Cosa siamo venuti a fare? Assorbiamo l’aura di un’altra persona e la
penetriamo direttamente.
Nessuno vuole essere penetrato, in un certo senso chi è penetrato è indifeso. Il processo di
penetrazione aurica non avviene intenzionalmente, non è una cosa che si può vedere mentre accade,
non è una cosa che si chiede.
La migliore analogia di cosa significhi essere un Proiettore, può essere fatta pensando al movimento
felino del gatto che usa tutti i sensi per testare l’ambiente in cui si trova, annusa, gusta, tasta.
Noi letteralmente “mangiamo” l’ambiente, tutto il tempo. È per questo che dobbiamo testare
l’ambiente più “gustoso” per noi. Se non è “gustoso”, non è il nostro ambiente.
Un Proiettore ha fatto un esperimento, è entrato in un bar e ha iniziato una conversazione, solo per
vedere che succede.
Si è seduto e ha veramente atteso che qualcuno si alzasse e lo vedesse per quello che veramente è, ma
ognuno vede quello che vuole vedere, poi sono cominciate le domande, ognuno faceva quello che
doveva fare, ma così non funziona.
La protezione per il Proiettore, è non dare a queste persone il proprio focus. Questo è quello che
vogliono, vogliono il focus, non lo sanno, non sanno che siamo qui per essere riconosciuti e che non
possiamo sfuggire al riconoscimento.
Una delle cose di cui abbiamo bisogno è di essere riconosciuti, non c’è nulla di sbagliato nell’avere
questo bisogno.
Bisogna fare attenzione ad una trappola nella quale cadiamo, il bisogno di riconoscimento che non
deve essere agito. Se è agito, ci distoglie dalla nostra frequenza e ci fa diventare una specie di
Manifestatori o Generatori manifestanti. Ma noi non siamo qui né per manifestare né per generare.
Loro, i Manifestatori e i Generatori, sono su questo pianeta da più di 90.000 anni, hanno imparato a
vivere sulla terra, sanno come manifestare e fare molto meglio di noi, sia in modo corretto che
scorretto.
Mentre noi Proiettori abbiamo cominciato ad incarnarci sul pianeta circa 230 anni fa e la tecnologia
di Human Design ha solo 25 anni. Le conoscenze e le sperimentazioni sul funzionamento dell’aura
hanno 10, 20 anni.
Siamo disegnati per l’interazione intima con l’aura dei Generatori, specie uno a uno. Che ci piaccia
o meno. Se siamo in un gruppo saltiamo da una persona all’altra come se cambiassimo un canale
televisivo, da un centro G all’altro, direttamente nel monopolo magnetico.
La maggior parte delle persone che ci circondano non vogliono sentire quello che siamo qui a
dire. Perciò sediamoci e stiamocene zitti è la forma migliore di saggezza che possiamo agire.
Se proviamo ad attirare attenzione, se proviamo a dare informazioni se proviamo ad aiutare
senza essere invitati a farlo, non siamo più Proiettori, siamo qualcos’altro, una specie di zanzara
fastidiosa, che ruba l’energia vampirizzandola e manipolando l’altro.
Cerchiamo di lasciare stare tutto ciò, cerchiamo di mantenere la nostra integrità di lasciare la
persona andare verso il suo destino, questo è incredibile. È incredibile non avere opinioni, non
avere giudizi, non avere obiettivi. Èincredibile perdere il bisogno di provare a manipolare il
mondo, di come le cose dovrebbero andare, questa è la libertà cha ha il Proiettore, del Proiettore
pulito. Non è facile perché la mente vuole quel che vuole.
Noi Proiettori pensiamo di sapere quello di cui l’altro ha bisogno, ma in realtà non sappiamo
quello di cui l’altro ha bisogno o quello che l’altro dovrebbe fare, possiamo aiutarli a
sintonizzarsi, possiamo offrire prospettive, possiamo fare le giuste domande. Non è personale.
Non dobbiamo dare un valore a tutto questo perché non possiamo sapere cosa è corretto per l’altro.
Non c’è niente di personale. Non si tratta di “chi ama chi”, di “come le cose andranno” o di “come le
cose non andranno” o di “come le cose potrebbero andare”. Essere un Proiettore significa che siamo
qui per osservare l’altro, percepirlo e aspettare che qualcosa si mostri, coglierne il senso così da poter
fare la domanda esatta che aiuta l’altro. Per fare questo non dobbiamo avere un’agenda.
Ascoltiamo quello che le persone si dicono e il modo in cui se lo dicono. Dicono continuamente uno
all’altro quello che pensano che l’altro dovrebbe fare. Spesso sono in un trip mentale e lo siamo anche
noi.
Quello che si legge tra le righe quando un Proiettore dice all’altro cosa dovrebbe fare, del tipo
“dovresti venire con noi”, “dovresti fare quello” in realtà se ascoltiamo bene intende dire “voglio che
tu faccia questo perché è quello che voglio da te”, “voglio la tua energia”. Questo è triste, cerchiamo
di essere onesti con noi stessi, è un meccanismo profondamente manipolativo. Guardiamo cosa può
causare la nostra “boccuccia”. Ok, è una parte di noi. Solo osserviamolo. Siamo stati condizionati
dalla nascita, è importante liberarsi da questo modo di vivere che non è il nostro modo corretto di
vivere su questo piano in modo da poter avere successo. Il successo inteso in senso materiale può
essere ottenuto anche operando in questo modo distorto, ma non ci farà sentire soddisfatti con noi
stessi, e non si intende qui la soddisfazione intesa come è intesa in Human Design, piuttosto ci farà
sentire come dei miserabili nel nostro profondo.
Ascoltiamoci. Perché diciamo quello che diciamo? Stiamo provando a dire all’altro quello che
pensiamo debba fare o siamo totalmente puliti? In realtà, la strategia corretta è che non dovremmo
volere nulla da loro, non dovremmo volere il loro amore, ma solo quello che è corretto per loro.
Bisogna essere puliti, solo quello che è corretto per loro. Qualche volta questo fa male, perché spesso
dobbiamo allontanare da noi alcuni di loro e perché molti di loro non hanno bisogno di noi,
specialmente i Generatori che non vogliono il nostro focus.
L’“incontro perfetto” con l’altro prevede che noi non vogliamo nulla da loro in realtà, non abbiamo
un’agenda, non siamo lì perché vogliamo la loro amicizia o il loro amore. In un secondo momento,
eventualmente, il risultato di questa interazione può diventare una amicizia, una meravigliosa
collaborazione, una relazione. Ma noi non abbiamo voluto tutto ciò, è semplicemente successo.
L’“incontro perfetto” è non volere nulla, non aspettarsi nulla, non avere un’agenda. Questo vale per
tutti i tipi ma in modo speciale per i Proiettori. In tal modo cominceremo a vedere più velocemente.
Il nostro dono è che vediamo l’altro, non siamo qui per vedere noi stessi. Non ci sono scuse legate al
fatto che vogliamo o dobbiamo ancora conoscere a fondo il nostro disegno. Ci possono volere anni
per quello.
I Generatori hanno bisogno di conoscere la loro Chart immediatamente, non hanno bisogno di
studiare, hanno bisogno di studiare la loro energia, immediatamente.
I Proiettori devono studiare tutto. Dobbiamo vedere e capire come funzionano le cose. E poi
possiamo vedere come si muove l’energia. È un processo molto profondo. Guardiamo agli altri
Proiettori intorno a noi. Non è che gli altri tipi non debbano studiare Human Design, è che per i
Proiettori non c’è altro che abbia un simile valore.
Siamo sorgente cosmica. Dobbiamo essere molto cauti. È come una partita a scacchi interiore.
Facciamo attenzione alla frequenza che c’è sotto. Ci fanno una domanda e noi di rimando
facciamo una domanda, questa è una cosa che i Proiettori devono imparare, “sei sicuro che vuoi
sentire quello che ho da dire?”, “sei sicuro che vuoi sentire quello che ho visto?”, “vuoi che ti
faccia quella domanda?”.
Rispettiamo la loro aura, specialmente se sappiamo di che tipo di aura si tratta. Diciamo che è una
strategia di sicurezza, a meno che non abbiamo a che fare con i Manifestatori, in questo caso
potremmo trovare delle resistenze. Ma per quanto riguarda gli altri tipi possiamo chiedere di iniziare
in innocenza.
La nostra aura entra nell’altro profondamente quando è focalizzata. Il nostro dono è quello di
“guidare” ma potenzialmente anche di “sviare”.
Pensate a un Generatore tutto preso che viaggia secondo la sua traiettoria nello spazio lungo una linea
strana, poi arriva un Proiettore e gli chiede “vuoi venire al parco con me?” e anche il Generatore si
gira e vibra. Questo è il sacrale. Il sacrale prende le decisioni, fa le cose che gli piacciono, si diverte,
gli piace il focus dei Proiettori.
I Proiettori hanno l’abilità di guidare l’energia. Guidare l’energia significa mostrarla, indicarla.
Non significa dire “questo è il tuo destino” non sappiamo cosa è corretto per l’altro, non possiamo
dire dove va messa l’energia, è un errore. La maggior parte delle volte ci muoviamo solo per sviare
l’energia del Generatore. Facciamo attenzione a non sviarli. In realtà loro hanno già il loro viaggio
da fare e il loro destino da vivere.
Se c’è qualcuno di loro che vuole veramente una qualche forma di aiuto, le forze cosmiche, qualcosa
nell’aura, qualcosa che vedono in noi, sono tutti elementi che li condurranno a noi affinché facciamo
loro domande od offriamo loro nuove prospettive.
Se ci troviamo a dire loro “dovresti fare questo”, in realtà stiamo dando spazio al non sé del Proiettore
ed è profondamente disfunzionale. È una cosa molto distante da quello che potremmo definire un
Proiettore corretto.

LA TRASFORMAZIONE DEL PROIETTORE

Quando cominciai a insegnare, mi fu subito chiaro, conoscendo la natura del Proiettore, che per loro
ci sarebbe voluto più tempo per sviluppare un tipo di strumenti che al Generatore potevo offrire
immediatamente.
Durante i primi sette anni mi dedicai quasi esclusivamente ai generatori in quanto parte essenziale
della forza vitale di questo pianeta. In loro c’è la capacità del risveglio e possono quindi aiutare tutti
noi in questo.
Nello stesso tempo, una volta dopo l’altra, durante il mio lungo processo di conferenze e divulgazione
del Disegno Umano, mi era sempre più chiaro che quello che stavo offrendo ai proiettori non era
sufficiente in quanto non avevo nessuna soluzione pratica per loro.
Tutti i proiettori del resto lo sanno, sanno che la loro strategia è un concetto interessante ma che non
si può applicare in qualsiasi momento.
C’è qualcosa di molto difficile nel Disegno Umano ed è rappresentato dal suo processo
profondamente personale e profondamente individuale, lo è realmente. È un processo in un certo
senso molto solitario, sei solo, con una maniera molto specifica di relazionarti con la natura del tuo
Sé. Questa solitudine può essere molto scomoda nel senso di: “Dove vado?” “Sto andando nella
direzione giusta?” “Veramente questo funziona per me?”.
Si, perché quando pensi alla natura di un Generatore o di un qualsiasi altro tipo energético, questo
non rappresenta un dilemma. Non lo è perché esiste il potenziale costante in grado di trattare con la
natura del Sé attraverso la propria strategia. Però questo non è il caso dei proiettori, in nessun modo.
Possono invitarti a iniziare una carriera quando sei giovane e l’invito è corretto. Se la risposta
all’invito è corretta allora entri in qualcosa che per te è corretto. Questo non significa che sarà sempre
così, non significa che tutti ti inviteranno a decidere su qualcosa e sull’impatto che avrà su di te.
Essere un Proiettore vuol dire che in te esiste un forte impulso a integrarti con l’altro.
Non è tanto una necessità, bensì una grande curiosità. Questo è realmente uno dei temi più profondi
che caratterizza il Proiettore: la sua straordinaria curiosità. Curiosità che non sempre è evidente
nel modo in cui funziona la sua personalità, è una curiosità che fondamentalmente caratterizza il
funzionamento della sua aura. Nessun’altra aura ha questa facilità nel penetrare nel Sé, nell’identità
dell’altro.
Questo è il grande dono del Proiettore, questa dicotomìa di possedere il DONO di riconoscere
l'altro e di stare qui per essere riconosciuto.
Tuttavia la difficoltà, il dilemma del Proiettore risiede fin dal principio, dal momento in cui esce
dall’utero, nel condizionamento. È assolutamente essenziale assorbire il condizionamento e si arriva
al punto in cui è difficile, estremamente difficile essere in grado di distinguere tra il Non-Sé di quello
che sono perché è così come sono stato condizionato e l’autentico Sé, non è facile.
Quando iniziai il mio processo, centrarmi sul Generatore fu qualcosa di normale, visto la loro naturale
curiosità verso se stessi. Non è il caso dei proiettori, questo per loro è secondario.
L’interesse di tutti i proiettori per il proprio disegno è come questo può soddisfare la loro curiosità
nel poter riconoscere come funzionano le cose. Tuttavia nel fare questo sono dipendenti dall’altro.
Quello che condividerò con voi è la possibilità di poter discernere, di acquisire la capacità di captare
in che modo l’altro impatta su di voi, per poter stabilire se è sano o no. Questo è essenziale perché
per un Proiettore tutto dipende da chi fa parte della sua vita.
Non si tratta di chi è importante o no, si tratta semplicemente della realtà: la tua curiosità naturale fa
parte del tuo processo, hai bisogno degli altri con il proposito di riconoscere e di conseguenza quello
di essere riconosciuto.
Come Proiettore il condizionamento forma parte della tua vita ed è quello che sei venuto a
sperimentare qui. È parte del tuo funzionamento per avvicinarti ed esplorare l’altro. È qualcosa di
molto importante però è necessario che sia con le persone corrette per te… e allora come saprai quali
sono?

STARE CON LE PERSONE CORRETTE PER IL PROIETTORE È FONDAMENTALE

Potrete verificarlo facilmente. Così è come questo funziona. La maestria del Proiettore rispetto al
Sistema sono le sue doti relazionate al suo intorno umano. Ma la sua strategia non lo aiuta, lo so. La
strategia sta lì, l’invito anche, ma solo per cose generiche. Però deve vivere e con tutte le sfumature
che questo comporta, cavalcando il condizionamento degli altri nei Centri aperti, con le sue carenze
di generare e di manifestare. È molto facile sentirsi sopraffatti sia in senso positivo che in quello
negativo, questo può renderti cieco rispetto a quello che è il loro impatto reale su di te. Mentre stai
assorbendo tutto il condizionamento come Proiettore, è difficile poter separarti da questo. Però qui
hai una chiave.
Ho uno straordinario rispetto per il potenziale del Proiettore per riconoscere. Ho osservato durante
anni il coinvolgimento degli studenti proiettori e l’intelligenza che c’è dietro a tutto questo, il dono
del Proiettore per riconoscere. Questo è quello che significa essere un Proiettore: essere capaci di
riconoscere e avere così un segnale che ti guida. Essere in grado di avere il dispositivo pronto, la tua
capacità aurica di entrare nell’aura dell’altro e riconoscere immediatamente se è qualcuno che ti
spingerà verso la motivazione corretta, qualcuno che appoggerà questa motivazione, che ti aiuterà a
nutrirla o invece qualcuno che ti spingerà continuamente verso il trasferimento (??).
Potrai allora cominciare a discernere. Potrai renderti conto se queste sono le persone corrette per te.
Per un Proiettore questo è fondamentale.
Anni fa’ ero solito fare un certo tipo di ironia, non fu molto apprezzata, e per questo la racconto poco.
Ricordavo spesso alle persone che questo processo del Proiettore era molto più profondo rispetto a
quello di “mangiarsi’ ’ una persona: “Vorresti mangiarti quella persona?’’ “Vorresti quella persona
dentro di te?’’. È qualcosa che bisogna capire rispetto a ciò che significa per un Proiettore essere
aperti e in particolare esserlo nel Centro Sacrale, per intendere veramente cosa succede quando stai
assorbendo l’altra persona. Non solo è un meccanismo che sta attivando qualcosa, ma stai assorbendo
realmente qualcuno. Ed è molto facile, non c’è niente di più facile che essere sommersi dal
condizionamento dell’altro. Però la mente è qualcosa che amo. Può essere magnifica o essere il tuo
peggior nemico. Insegna alla mente tutto questo e ti aiuterà ad eliminare il suo potere di decisione.
La mente del Proiettore è particolarmente acuta per questo. È il modo più profondo per vedere
all’interno di qualcuno. E a proposito di questo, non tarderai ad arrivare a un punto in cui potrai
sentirlo invece di doverlo ascoltare.

IL RISVEGLIO INTELLETTUALE
Il risveglio intellettuale ha a che vedere con la risonanza della coscienza logica al passare attraverso
il cervello. Come trova la propria collocazione. Se c’è qualcosa di sbagliato, il mondo intero lo sa.
È quello che succede con le nostre motivazioni recondite, risuoniamo profondamente con loro. Una
volta che capisci il loro funzionamento, una volta che capisci il tipo d’impatto che hanno su di te,
allora potrai cominciare a misurare l’impatto provocato dagli altri nella tua vita. Per il Proiettore
tutto ciò è fondamentale.
Questa è la vera responsabilità del Proiettore. Se ognuno di loro perfezionasse il suo tessuto
sociale, avremmo un pianeta straordinario.
Nella mitologia del Tipo in questa èra, i Proiettori e i Generatori sono il perno sacro di tutto il
processo. Hanno una relazione profonda e mutua che ancora deve emergere. È necessario del tempo
per sviluppare la coscienza che porterà i proiettori ad un punto che non solo vivranno il loro Disegno
ma anche che il loro dono sia sufficiente per mantenere l’integrità della loro correzione.
Mantenere l’integrità della correzione, di questo si tratta, del processo quotidiano delle persone che
fanno parte della tua vita. È un processo quotidiano. Nel suo interagire con queste persone, per il
Proiettore, è molto importante capire che deve arrivare al punto in cui le forze che lo spostano dalla
sua motivazione, che lo spingono a vedere il mondo jn maniera diversa da come è stato disegnato
per farlo, queste forze devono essere eliminate. Questo è quello che ti permetterà essere una persona
differente.

L’AURA DEL PROIETTORE ESPLORA L’ALTRO

Il Proiettore quando è coinvolto in qualsiasi tipo di conoscenza che lo attrae, tende ad entrare in
profondità nei sistemi che sono naturali per loro. Ma mi riferisco a qualcosa di ancora più profondo.
La sua aura funziona realmente così: esplora l’essere dell’altro.
Nel momento in cui dai al Passeggero la scintilla intellettuale per essere in grado di discernere la tua
aura, alla fine questo si rifletterà. E nel riflesso di quest’aura, la tua abilità per essere veramente
capace di vedere e di ricevere un segnale che dica: “Sto funzionando nel modo corretto, sto
funzionando secondo la mia motivazione, sto guardando il mondo secondo come sono disegnato per
farlo e non ti azzardare a spostarmi”. Si tratta semplicemente di questo.
I proiettori sono qui per vedere che cosa gli è stato dato. Siamo qui per vedere cosa ci è stato dato.
È molto importante ricordare che questo ha a che vedere con le persone. Questa è la ragione per la
quale tu, come Proiettore sei qui per conoscere l’altro. Tutto nella tua esistenza dipenderà dal
guardare attraverso lo specchio di chi stai esaminando. Qui davvero esiste l’opportunità per essere
capaci di rompere lo specchio, di modo che possa assorbire a livello di condizionamento
profondo, solo la forza che ti permette di rimanere nella tua motivazione naturale. Così, se sarai
entrato correttamente in loro, attraverso un invito, indipendentemente da quello che ti succederà
nell’esperienza con queste persone, mentre la motivazione continua ad essere corretta, rimarrai
allineato e sarai corretto.
Se stessi lavorando con un gruppo di proiettori di 13 anni, sarebbe possibile parlargli di costruire
una vita con gli alleati corretti. Sarebbe possibile ed è per questo che è una conoscenza
straordinariamente corretta per i bambini.
Però quando tratto con gli adulti, con i proiettori, è molto diverso. Lo capisco. Sento una grande
empatia per quello che significa essere soggetto al condizionamento come modo di vita.
L’unica cosa che il Proiettore non è qui per evitare è il condizionamento. Tutti hanno una
resistenza naturale al condizionamento; i Proiettori invece, gli danno il benvenuto, lo cercano, perché
è il loro modo di esaminare l’altro.
C’è però sempre un rischio in questo. Come proiettori lo saprete. Come è facile essere trascinati in
quella che è la dipendenza dal Disegno di un altro. Questa per voi è una chiave percettibile.
Se volete vivere correttamente come proiettori a un certo punto dovrete ridefinire chi fa parte della
vostra vita, altrimenti non otterrete nessun risultato. È come il processo dei sette anni di
sperimentazione: l’intensa trasformazione che avviene è a livello cellulare. Per un tipo energetico è
una soluzione sicura. Per un tipo non energetico non lo è. E molto difficile superare questo processo
se si è incastrati in mezzo a forze che ti spostano continuamente dal modo in cui dovresti funzionare.
È impossibile.

VIVERE IL CONDIZIONAMENTO E CONTINUARE AD ESSERE CORRETTI

La ragione per cui i proiettori in quest’epoca sono destinati ad occupare la cima della scala gerarchica
è perché sono disegnati per stare nel mezzo di tutto questo, per abbracciare il condizionamento,
continuando ad essere corretti. È una grande sfida perché è relazionata ai rapporti. È sicuramente
rischioso.

I PROIETTORI SONO QUI PER CREARE IL LORO TESSUTO SOCIALE

Ogni proiettore è qui per creare il suo tessuto sociale, favorevole alla sua motivazione naturale. In
realtà ogni Proiettore cerca il suo Penta perfetto. Per un Proiettore avere cinque persone corrette nella
sua vita e questo non significa che debbano stare sempre presenti, è molto, molto importante. È un
potente contrappeso contro quelle forze che ti spostano da ciò che per te è corretto.
Fino a quando il Proiettore non costruirà intorno a lui un tessuto sociale favorevole alle sue
motivazioni, non potrà risvegliare.
Questa è la sfida ed è per questo che ha il dono di riconoscere. Per questo è dotato di un potenziale
così profondo per capire ed essere in grado di interpretare i sistemi di conoscenza. Significa che deve
conoscere a fondo il tema e possederne le chiavi di lettura.

I PROEITTORI SI COLLEGANO AL CAMPO AURICO

Quando il Proiettore entra nell’aura di qualcuno, si collega con il suo campo aurico non con la
persona. Si collega con la parte più vasta del Sé ed è per questo che possono gestire il
condizionamento. Il punto è che se non stanno funzionando correttamente, se non entrano in una
situazione attraverso un invito, verranno spostati dalla loro motivazione.
Quando non riescono a vedere correttamente è come uccidere il Proiettore. Sarebbe come dargli
il ben servito e dimenticarsi di loro. Per il Proiettore vedere è tutto. È qui per riconoscere.
Nello stesso tempo ci rendiamo conto di come siamo stati educati. Il modo in cui siamo stati
addestrati. Ci sono molti limiti nella pratica per poter riuscire a vedere ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Ed è
necessario vedere chi ti sta spostando continuamente dal tuo proposito. Se raggiungere il tuo proposito
significa essere qui per aver speranza, per essere guidato dalla speranza di come può essere la vita,
chiunque ti sposti da questo ti sta allontanando dal tuo proposito.

RIDEFINIRE LE PERSONE CHE FANNO PARTE DELLA TUA VITA

È necessario molto coraggio per ridefinire le persone che ti circondano. Se sei un Generatore e intorno
a te non ci sono le persone corrette, potrai sentirti a disagio senza che questo però incida sulla tua
natura. Semplicemente ti farai strada attraverso il tuo potente motore, facendo quello che devi fare
guidato dalla tua risposta sacrale. Alla fine, con il tempo le cose intorno a te cambieranno.
Il Proiettore non ha questa possibilità così definita di liberarsi da questo, non ce l’ha. Non può
permettersi di essere circondato da chi lo sposta da quello che è corretto per lui. Semplicemente non
può permetterselo. Tuttavia non sto dicendo assurdità quando dico che conosco i rischi, i pericoli, il
trauma del Proiettore. Ci sono pochi essere umani adulti che sono disposti a iniziare una nuova vita.
E non è perché non vogliono, è perché non possono, perché non è nel loro frattale, o perché sono
troppo coinvolti nella loro vita da figli, amanti, amici, lavoro ecc… Questo succede perché viviamo
nel piano materiale e per tutti gli esseri non sacrali questo è sempre qualcosa di molto difficile, perché
non è il nostro mondo, il nostro stato naturale.
Essere un Proiettore è una sfida ad un livello unico. La sfida suprema del Proiettore io l’ho vista. Ci
sono molti proiettori nella mia vita e persone che conosco bene, so quanto sia difficile questa parte
per loro. Gran parte di loro non hanno avuto abbastanza informazioni, uno strumento efficace in
grado di offrirgli la chiarezza necessaria per poter discernere tra questo e quello.
Quando inizierai a sentire queste forze spostarti lontano dalla tua motivazione, chissà, si sveglierà in
te la coscienza che questo non può continuare così, a meno che tu voglia arrenderti alla vita del Non-
Sè e dimenticarti del tema della realizzazione, del Proposito e della tua Croce.
Ovviamente non è facile per me dire questo. Quando parlo di un tipo energetico parlo solo dei
meccanismi e di loro stessi.
Quando parlo di un Proiettore parlo anche di loro, dell’altro, degli altri. Dovete avere ben chiaro che
per me è una responsabilità enorme. Li invito ad iniziare il proprio processo attraverso questa
informazione.
Non si tratta di decidere adesso rispetto a questo o a quello, su chi deve continuare a rimanere nella
tua vita e chi no.
Si tratta di vedere cosa provocano queste persone in te, esserne coscienti e vedere come questo
ti fa sentire. Sono convinto che comincerai a scoprire un nuovo potere che non conoscevi. È un
potere che spero un giorno possa emergere nei proiettori, il potere di rimanere allineato con un
ambiente corretto, che naturalmente gli darebbe potere e energia.
È una cosa che funziona perché i proiettori sono profondamente efficaci e di grande valore nel
rapporto con un ambiente corretto per loro.
In ogni caso, per me, si tratta di una conoscenza veramente significativa e penso che quando
comincerete a sperimentarla capirete la sua importanza nel vostro processo. Vi ricordo però, come
tutte le cose nel Disegno, che un tipo energetico può avere la percezione della correzione quasi
in ogni istante, ma per il Proiettore è un percorso di costante verifica, non solo rispetto all’essere
corretto o meno. Ma alla fine comincerete ad usare il vostro dono di riconoscere, a usarlo ad un
livello per cui l’altra persona non sarà cosciente, mettendo in pratica un livello sofisticato di un
sistema che costituisce il tuo proposito naturale.
Il Proposito del Proiettore, indipendentemente dalle caratteristiche della sua Croce, è raggiungere la
realizzazione dell’essere delle persone capaci di riconoscere e in grado di guidare.

Ho visto conosciuto interagito con molti proiettori, con diverse autorità interiori (o anche con autorità
esterna); da linea 3 ho visto tutto il non sè.
Ho visto proiettori con la gola non collegata a nessun motore, pistoleri verbali senza sosta, ho visto
manipolatori compulsivi, ho visto proiettori saltellare il più in alto possibile per farsi notare, lavorare
il quadruplo del necessario come se fossero super energetici per dimostrare il proprio valore, o per
dimostrare di essere altruisti (con ego definito), o tentare di guidare l'altro non solo senza essere
invitati a farlo, ma prima che finisse mezza frase.
La cosa che noto più spesso e più facilmente è il fastidio che crea un proiettore quando tenta di guidare
chicchessia senza essere invitato. Sento proprio a pelle la scarica elettrica che mandano e l’effetto che
ha sull’altro al momento. Le risposte diventano: “che caspita vuole questo, ma che sta dicendo, ma
chi lo ha cercato, perché non sta al posto suo??”.
Quando si entra come elefanti in una conversazione o nel fare di un altro, si percepisce un’invasione
che fa letteralmente saltare i nervi, e la risposta può essere un bel silenzio, una rispostaccia, una
risposta pseudo-gentile, ma la sensazione che si lascia è sempre costantemente di fastidio e di
repulsione.
E come mai quello non mi chiama più o non si fa sentire????
È una cicatrice, una coltellata verbale che difficilmente viene dimenticata, a prescindere dal tipo di
relazione che si ha con l’altro. Uno schiaffo si dimentica, può essere restituito e siamo pari. Ma una
parola invadente non ha possibilità di correzione. È scritta su pietra.
Non so come dire esattamente, ma la stessa invadenza che potrebbe fare un generatore non crea lo
stesso fastidio di quella di un proiettore (i canali proiettati li hanno in molti, ma la chimica e l'aura
sono diverse). È così. Meccanico posso dire.
Un’aura che si sente, ti taglia, e poi? “Poi con quello evito di parlare, è talmente penetrante, pesante,
che, mamma mia, andiamo a divertirci altrove!”.
Attenzione a quando si apre bocca, mordersi la lingua due o tre volte prima di esprimere qualsiasi
santa verbalizzazione ci passi per la mente in quel momento.
Allora mi dico: e io come me la gioco tutti i giorni, ogni momento, ogni telefonata, ogni interazione?
Le uniche cose corrette, nel modo corretto, nel senso che non hanno creato resistenze o fastidi, le ho
espresse non al momento, ma magari dopo giorni o anni da un certo evento.
Perdere l’occasione per parlare? Se si è persa e non ricapita, allora sicuramente non era l’occasione.
Se ricapita, allora quello che avevo da dire è ancora buono e non è andato certo a male. Anzi: “ah, ti
ricordi di quello che dicevo il mese scorso? wow, nessuno ricorda quello che dico, anzi, nessuno
manco ci riflette. Grazie che mi hai detto questo, mi fa proprio piacere”. Il gusto dolce del successo.
E poi posso andare via, non contento per il riconoscimento, ma perché sto imparando ad usare questo
veicolo, finally! Contento per me. Per te? Boh, magari non ti vedo più, com’è che ti chiami? Ah sì,
sai, io coi nomi!
E la coltellata non è più un colpo, ma uno stimolo che fa crescere una cosa nuova da qualche parte,
che non vedrò mai crescere, ma so che c’è. Per me.
Chi sia l’altro corretto per ME in questa circostanza: chi sei tu, chi sei tu ora, senza aspettative, senza
voler manipolare: o ci si allena a fare questo esercizio in meno di mezzo secondo, oppure la mente
prende il sopravvento e si ricomincia con i propri cliché relazionali, che per quanto ci facciano
schifo, che sarà mai: “tanto ci siamo abituati, è sempre stato così, è colpa loro in fondo che non si
vogliono far guidare, non sanno cosa si perdono, qui c’è la santità che cammina sulle acque”.
E si continua a boccheggiare invece che vivere…

In mezzo a questo mare di energia, proprio tu che non sei un energetico, che cosa percepisci? Chi
attira la tua attenzione focalizzata? Osserva dove cade il tuo interesse, osserva quante domande
quell’unica persona genera dentro di te. Osserva il legame, non temerlo, ma non diventarci pazzo.
Solo osserva, all’inizio. Dall’osservazione silenziosa molte cose arrivano a te. Quante cose puoi
arrivare a sapere solo osservando. Sappi, che io ho dato l’avvio a dei progetti molto tempo fa e che
molti si sono adoperati per realizzarli, te ne sarai reso conto. Molti progetti devono ancora partire,
anche più sofisticati di quelli che esistono e che si stanno espandendo. Ma qui, su questo pianeta,
l’energia è veramente limitata e le persone la portano dentro di sé e le vite delle persone hanno un
termine. Ho bisogno di energia per realizzare altri progetti, per cui va recuperata da qualche parte e
siccome tu, proprio perché non ci sei dentro, e perciò sei distaccato, vedi se c’è spreco. Qualora ti
venga richiesto puoi intervenire e aiutare a liberare energia se la trovi impegnata nel posto sbagliato,
non importa perché, l'importante è riavvicinarla alla sua fonte in modo che si sintonizzi al suo suono
e così di conseguenza si trovi in armonia con quel progetto che emette le stesse sue note musicali.
Il tuo è un lavoro specializzato, funziona meglio uno a uno. È molto profondo, richiede fiducia uno
nell'altro. Mi serve che sia così.

Riguardo alla prospettiva da proiettori, una cosa che non comprendiamo bene, ma che è sintomo di
nostra liberazione e di aperture di nuove vie, è che gli inviti non sono solo a stare in una certa
situazione, ma sono anche inviti ad andare. Non è personale, è la vita che dice che lì non è il tuo
posto.
Tutto dipende da come tu percepisci questo movimento, hai paura e ti leghi alle situazioni che ti fanno
male o respiri profondamente e ti lasci trasportare dalla maestra e unica autorità più grande di noi, la
Vita?
Con pazienza ascoltati, comprese le paure di lasciar andare e l'incognita del non sapere che cosa si
trova dall'altra parte della decisione, ma allo stesso tempo, se il tuo compromesso ti induce a stare
ancora un poco nella situazione di disagio, di starci il più rilassato possibile, consapevole dentro te
stessa di quel che ti accade nel tuo dentro, e allo stesso tempo vigile e curiosa osservatrice di quel che
accade nel tuo fuori.
Fidati di te stesso e della tua visione unica.

Gli altri non sanno chi sei perché tu non ti sei mai mostrato per chi sei, ti sei dimenticato di te perché
così è stato più facile e meno doloroso, in apparenza. Ti sei adeguato, ti sei conformato e adesso ti
vergogni, temi il giudizio, ti senti in colpa quando ti permetti di essere stanco e non ce la fai a smettere
di fare.
Il primo nemico non è l’altro, sei tu. Tu che sei un essere che non ha forza fisica da mettere in mostra,
ma che ha un’intelligenza specializzata, tu che hai sempre ottenuto quanto gli altri, pur non avendo
la stessa struttura fisica di chi dispone del proprio vigore in modo consistente. Tu che hai iniziato e
manifestato perché così si è sempre fatto e che sei diventato sordo anche all’amarezza, il modo che
ha la tua essenza profonda di riconoscere che ciò in cui sei immerso non fa per te. Tu, abituato ad
essere inghiottito fino a esserne svuotato, da rabbie e frustrazioni non tue.
Disturbatore della quiete energetica degli altri con i tuoi tentativi infelici, patetici e irrispettosi di
catturare attenzioni, abile manipolatore e stratega dell’energia, hai vissuto sia il suo blasfemo spreco,
che l’avarizia di non riuscire a lasciarla andare anche se non è quella corretta per te, perché hai paura
di morire, di non stare in piedi, e l’inconsistenza diventa una fragilità invece che un potenziale.
Tutto preso a capire chi sei e perché le cose non vanno, invece di cominciare a guardare fuori dove
sei, con chi sei, incapace di dire di no, di ritirarti nel tuo silenzio per capire che cosa sta succedendo
alla tua vita.
Hai perso la sensibilità di percepire quando è il momento di dire basta, di ritirarti per essere in grado
di rigenerarti quando i veleni degli altri intossicano il tuo essere.
Così se ne va anche la possibilità di coinvolgerti con chi ti vede per quello che sei perché ti ostini a
rimanere con chi pretende da te cose che non puoi dare o vuole offendere e mutilare il tuo pensiero e
la tua visione. E tu ostinato, cocciuto, stupido, sei tutto preso a cercare di fargli cambiare idea.
Non sai quanto può essere trascendente e quanto ti può far respirare il lasciar andare ciò che ti
respinge.
Dentro al mondo, ma sempre un po’ fuori di esso, non direttamente partecipe della vita ma osservatore
curioso, con questa percezione interiore di non poter mai veramente prenderne parte in prima persona,
perché questa volta non serve.

Il passato familiare, tranne rari casi, non è stato facile per nessuno. Il mio non ha caratteristiche
particolari, ma è stata la ragione per cui ho iniziato la mia ricerca individuale per comprendere che
cosa mi stava accadendo, che cosa stava accadendo ai miei familiari e perché la vita contenesse così
poca serenità e così molto dolore e pena, specie nei rapporti tra di noi a casa.
Non dico che gli esperimenti, i corsi, gli insegnanti, i falsi guru non siano serviti, ho imparato delle
cose, ma come dire, ho aggiunto, piuttosto che tolto, strati di confusione e strati di “roba” su di me.
Si è trattato di aspettare l’incontro con HD e la successiva sperimentazione che a esso è collegata,
sperimentazione che ha lo scopo di togliere pesi e “roba”, per riportare l’attenzione a quella parte più
vera di me, che c’è sempre stata, ma alla quale per una serie di ragioni non è stato dato respiro.
Caso vuole che il mio tipo in HD sia quello di un proiettore per cui fin da subito mi sono scontrata
con i dilemmi che appartengono al tipo, anche qui, nessuna preferenza, nessun meglio o peggio,
nessun più o meno con gli altri tipi, è solo un approccio diverso alla vita, una gestione diversa delle
tematiche esistenziali.
Un proiettore è colui che non ha un sacrale definito, primo requisito, e che se ha motori attivati nel
proprio disegno (ego, plesso, radici) questi sono rigorosamente non collegati alla gola.
Che cosa questo voglia dire a livello teorico, i corsi, i testi e il materiale sul web lo spiegano
benissimo.
Il punto è sperimentare questa condizione, abbandonare le resistenze, cominciare a interagire con
quello che significa condizionamento, accorgersi di come è stato in grado di modificare la percezione
di se stessi, delle relazioni, e come si è consolidato e radicato al punto da diventare tutto quello che
crediamo di essere attraverso differenziate strategie di protezione che si concretizzano in modelli
comportamentali, chiamiamoli pure abitudini, che mantengono in vita un sistema che funziona ma
che non è sano per la persona.
Il sacrale aperto non è qui per fare e generare in modo sistematico, ovvero un giorno dopo l’altro,
perciò se una persona ha trascorso anni o decenni in un campo condizionato, questo fa pensare che la
persona in questione ha sottoposto con forza il proprio fisico a una abitudine comportamentale che
quel fisico non è in grado di sostenere nel tempo se non a caro prezzo.
Siamo tutti coinvolti in un campo collettivo sacrale a livello planetario (il 67% delle persone che
popolano il pianeta sono generatori che per effetto della vicinanza aurica condizionano il resto del
33% della popolazione mondiale). Impossibile non accorgersi di quanto il pianeta si regga su questa
forza vitale che non si ferma mai, che crea, cresce, costruisce moltiplica, in un moto inarrestabile e
perpetuo esattamente com’è la vita.
Il punto è che il 23% della popolazione mondiale (cui aggiungiamo un 9 % di manifestatori e un l %
di riflettori) non ha un centro sacrale acceso in modo definito, tuttavia sottopone quotidianamente in
modo consapevole o meno, il proprio corpo a questo influsso che fa fare, lavorare, agire, creare,
moltiplicare, generare… senza sosta e senza sapere quando abbastanza è abbastanza. Il corpo per
adeguarsi a questo modello deve cambiare anche la sua forma e il suo funzionamento biochimico, il
corpo deve cambiare e diventare un corpo energetico.
È come se attaccassimo un motore di un’auto a un drone, poi tentassimo di far volare il drone magari
programmandolo alla stessa velocità dell’auto pretendendo magari stessa resa e prestazioni... Il drone
è un drone, è stato costruito per altro e se lo appesantiamo perde il suo potenziale, non vola, ma
stramazza a terra, non raccoglie dati ma fonde il suo apparato tecnologico, nel migliore dei casi perde
velocità, intelligenza, per cui alla fine non soddisfa le aspettative di chi lo carica di carichi e non
soddisfa il suo proposito.
Ma quel 23% della popolazione mondiale non sa di essere un drone, pensa di essere, che ne so, un
Boeing 747 e comincia a comportarsi come tale. Da fuori si vede che non è la sua storia, fa fatica
perché non ha la struttura adatta, sembra che sia debole e fragile, per cui si deve rafforzare, va
rafforzato, rafforziamolo! Questo pare essere l’imperativo… Se è stanco c’è qualche cosa che non va
in lui, è lui l’anomalia, non è che sta violentando se stesso e il suo corpo, no, no, è un energetico che
funziona male, questo appare.
Perciò il primo passo è ricontattarci, e accorgerci quando ci sentiamo stanchi o prelevati di cose che
non abbiamo (tipo l’energia, non in modo consistente almeno) e arrendiamoci al fatto che se le
prestazioni fisiche sono limitate, che ci sono altre potenzialità da poter esprimere e che non hanno
nulla a che vedere con l’uso dell’energia appunto, bensì con la sua osservazione, gestione e
ottimizzazione.
Accorgiamoci e permettiamoci di sperimentare, e, poi, di accogliere la stanchezza del corpo.
Permettiamo al corpo di rigenerarsi, per quanto è possibile, per poi procedere al passo successivo.
L’altra volta ho scritto della stanchezza che scivola nell’esaurimento fisico. Non è uno scherzo, e se
ci pare di farcela, e fisicamente magari ce la facciamo, in realtà il continuo abuso della forza vitale
che abbiamo perché ci ostiniamo a comportarci come un tipo energetico ha un lato ombra.
Guardiamo a una carta di un Proiettore, non c’è il centro sacrale definito. Significa non avere accesso
in modo consistente all’energia del fare, la forza che crea e moltiplica se stessa. Non c’è, ne possiamo
beneficiare grazie al condizionamento, ma non per usarla fine a se stessa per fare, bensì per sentire
come il nostro corpo la riceve e com’è usata dal legittimo proprietario.
È un film completamente diverso vero? Però è così, è funzionale al senso del nostro esistere come
tipo non energetico su questo pianeta.
Perciò se stiamo una vita intera in un campo generativo sacrale “all day long”, come diceva la
canzone, siamo marionette in mano all’energia. Senza il dovuto allontanamento e percezione interiore
che è una forza cui non abbiamo accesso se siamo da soli con noi stessi, non può accadere nulla di
nuovo.
Il nuovo sarebbe arrendersi a chi siamo e dirsi onestamente “per quanto posso, smetto di fare il
generatore super energetico”. Ma perché smettere? Perché altrimenti non c’è accesso all’intelligenza
del corpo che necessariamente deve acquisire una speciale sensibilità, ovvero accorgersi con una certa
precisione che dell’energia che non ci appartiene sta entrando nel nostro sistema oltre a essere in
grado di distinguere che tipo di energia sta entrando. Perché una volta che l’energia è dentro,
diventiamo quella, non c’è storia, la amplifichiamo, e devo dire che lo facciamo con grande abilità.
La fase successiva sarebbe quella di riconoscere se quell’energia è ok per noi, e se oltre alla nostra
stanchezza e tossine energetiche varie, dobbiamo pure incamerare altra roba tossica, oppure, nel
migliore dei casi, se riceviamo quell’energia dell’altro sotto forma di disponibilità a darsi, che è
il prezzo con cui scambiamo la nostra intelligenza e sofisticatezza del sistema di percezione.
Ma non è possibile che io smetta di lavorare da un giorno all’altro e non faccia nulla, come vivo?
Vero. Però il processo di decondizionamento è favorito se ci allontaniamo dall’energia per un po’, o
per quanto è possibile. Per noi non c’è potenziamento se non possiamo accedere alla nostra forza
vitale, i canali definiti nel disegno, e questo accade solo se affiniamo la percezione, il che non accade
se siamo impegnati ad amplificare e fare.
Piccola nota tecnica, nessuno, dico nessuno dei canali di un disegno di un Proiettore contiene energia
sacrale, però ogni canale che è definito in un disegno di un Proiettore serve ad amministrarla, che è
un’altra storia ancora.
Come mi capita di dire ai seminari Vivi il tuo Disegno (Living Your Design), il Proiettore perde la
sua intelligenza e diventa idiota se si ostina a fare l’energetico, a vederlo sembra perfino stupido,
goffo, fino a sfociare nella manipolazione dell’altro e nel risentimento per il fatto di vivere una vita
d’inferno. Brutto, brutto da vedere.
Il processo di decondizionamento si compie a piccoli passi e varia caso per caso. Ogni “no” al vecchio
procedere implica sforzo interiore e richiede supporto. In fondo noi proiettori come “ipotetiche” guide
energetiche, che cosa guidiamo a fare se non siamo in grado di guidare noi stessi, specie nei momenti
di manovre energetiche interiori?
Non ci sono mezzi risvegli, non ci sono mezzi accessi alla propria intelligenza, non ci sono mezzi
inviti perché mi sono decondizionato per metà. Non funziona così.
Il punto è che prima di sperare, o desiderare, o volere un invito, un Proiettore deve entrare in contatto
con le qualità che possiede e che sono le definizioni del suo disegno. Così si riconosce e per lo meno
si accorge quanto in profondità ha sepolto se stesso.
Personalmente ad alcune qualità che leggo nel mio disegno non ho ancora liberamente accesso, vuoi
perché sono inconsce, vuoi perché le strategie di protezione che ho adottato per proteggermi
dall’energia e dai condizionamenti mi hanno nascosta talmente bene che manco io mi trovo.
Infatti, non basta leggere una carta e consapevolizzare di avere una qualità specifica contenuta in un
canale e pensare di avercela fatta! O peggio decidere mentalmente di agirla.
Piuttosto accade che se molliamo un po’ di zavorra energetica succede che le nostre qualità, che sono
qualità profondamente condizionanti a livello aurico, creano le giuste sinergie, contesti e circostanze
per agirle. Ma in questo movimento non c’è nulla di strategicamente stabilito. Accade da sé.
È chiaro che sapere che certe qualità ce le abbiamo almeno sulla carta, un po’ ci rilassa. Ci aiuta a
capire dove siamo o dove non siamo, così da poter comprendere chi è l’altro che abbiamo incontrato,
e che ruolo riveste in quello specifico momento della nostra vita, se c’entra veramente con noi e con
la nostra traiettoria.
Il prossimo step ha a che vedere su come possiamo resistere alle pressioni esterne che ci vogliono
come eravamo prima del processo di decondizionamento, e alle pressioni del nostro sistema di
credenze interiori.

Che cosa possono fare i Proiettori durante l'attesa?

La strategia del Proiettore è aspettare di essere visto, riconosciuto e invitato. C’è sempre la tendenza
di irrompere e iniziare anche se non siamo stati invitati a farlo.
La risposta alla domanda iniziale dipende da dove siamo nel nostro processo di crescita e
consapevolezza dell’appartenere a un tipo “non energetico”
Se siamo appena entrati in contatto con l’informazione che abbiamo un modo diverso di funzionare
e maneggiare l’energia che non è congruente con quella della maggioranza della popolazione e ci
siamo comportati vivendo la nostra vita come farebbe un generatore o un generatore manifestante i
nostri compiti sono
• prendersi cura di se stessi, e rigenerarsi dal punto di vista della salute
• amministrare l’energia che abbiamo a disposizione in modo tale da poter riposare di più

Se siamo coinvolti in un modello di vita che ci sovrasta secondo la modalità “tipo generatore”,
probabilmente siamo stanchi e sulla via dell’esaurimento energetico – che noi percepiamo come
stanchezza profonda dalla quale non riusciamo a mai a risalire in modo definitivo.
Le persone giuste per noi, quelle che ci stanno cercando e che stanno cercando l’intelligenza specifica
che possediamo, ci possono riconoscere quando la nostra aura vibra nella frequenza del nostro
autentico sé, di chi siamo veramente. Non possiamo avere quella vibrazione se siamo esausti.
Bisogna fare un passo indietro prima di arrivare all’esaurimento e cominciare a coltivare la vita che
veramente amiamo, così le persone giuste ci riconosceranno e inviteranno.
Se invece stiamo praticando la strategia da qualche tempo e abbiamo recuperato le forze uscendo
dallo stato di esaurimento e abbiamo iniziato a coltivare uno stile di vita che ci nutre a livello
profondo, quello che dobbiamo fare per avvicinarci sempre di più al riconoscimento e all’invito, è
• andare in profondità di quello che ci piace studiare
• interagire con le persone che conoscono e comprendono il nostro processo di “risanamento
energetico” e che veramente ci supportano in questo, il che significa stare con le persone con cui
stiamo bene se sono nel nostro campo aurico
• trovare un equilibrio energetico tra il trascorrere del tempo da soli e scaricare l’energia in esubero
che abbiamo accumulato interagendo con gli altri, in modo da evitare di ricadere di nuovo
nell’esaurimento

Perciò la domanda è: dove siamo in questo processo del fare quei cambiamenti necessari per riuscire
a esprimerci come proiettori che hanno le loro specifiche qualità da far fiorire?
Siamo vicini all’esaurimento perciò abbiamo bisogno di prenderci cura di noi stessi, di riposare e
rigenerarci, oppure è una fase che in buona parte abbiamo superato e ci stiamo muovendo nella vita
facendo ciò che amiamo fare, così da poter riconoscere l’invito corretto per noi quando arriva?
L’attesa può essere frustrante se non la impieghiamo e viviamo secondo questa duplice modalità ed
è una preparazione per quegli inviti che sono pronti e scritti per noi. Perciò il riposo è cruciale.
Se abbiamo l’energia e la vitalità
• riusciamo ad accettare e riconoscere gli inviti corretti grazie ai quali possiamo esprimere chi siamo
e quello per cui siamo qui
• riusciamo ad andare sempre più in profondità coltivando gli studi che amiamo poiché è necessario
che diventiamo maestri di ciò che siamo qui per offrire.
Siccome l’attesa è frustrante, non siamo obbligati a passare questo tempo da soli
• circondiamoci di persone che ci possono supportare nelle diverse fasi del processo di
decondizionamento e attesa
• riposiamo, rigeneriamoci, guariamo dai compromessi energetici
• specializziamoci nella maestria della gestione dell’energia di quello che amiamo fare

I Proiettori, l'invito e la decisione

Human Design System è chiamata la scienza della differenziazione, ma io mi spingo oltre, direi anche
la scienza della complicazione se non ci andiamo un po’ cauti all’inizio. Infatti, bisogna prestare
molta attenzione alle informazioni che si possiedono in merito, accertarsi che siano affidabili, che
provengano da fonti attendibili e che non siano aggiustamenti che compie la nostra mente quando
sente un concetto nuovo, gli dà una forma distorta, e alla fine ci distoglie ancora una volta dal modo
migliore che abbiamo per muoverci e decidere.
Perché di decisioni si tratta. La nostra giornata procede perché noi facciamo delle scelte, consapevoli
o meno. Partiamo dalle scelte più piccole come quale vestito indossare il mattino, a quelle più
importanti, magari come quella che siamo chiamate a fare quando “finalmente” il nostro compagno
ci chiede di iniziare una convivenza. Faccio questo esempio perché io sono una donna e la convivenza
per me, è una scelta importante.
È quasi certo che andremo a frugare nella memoria e a pescare tutte le volte che qualcuno ci ha
invitato a fare qualcosa, poi magari penseremo se ci piace l’idea di essere invitati, magari a un certo
punto ci sentiremo agganciati da qualche immagine del passato o da qualche fantasia, comincerebbero
le domande i dubbi, oppure le false sicurezze. Onestamente parlando, quello che in Human Design
System s’intende per invito è proprio tutta un’altra cosa rispetto alle nostre immagini mentali e
convinzioni.
L’invito per i Proiettori è un invito per guidare l’energia di altri – qui s’intendono gli altri energetici,
in modo particolare i Generatori. Perché il Proiettore riceve questo speciale invito? Accade sulla base
di un riconoscimento delle sue qualità di guida. Facile dirà qualcuno, e magari quel qualcuno è proprio
la nostra mente presa da un delirio di onnipotenza. Direi di no, non è facile, né immediato, né scontato.
Noi Proiettori anche se Human Design System ci premia con questa bellissima definizione di “guide
naturali”, è difficile che riusciamo a esserlo veramente. Viviamo una vita come super energetici,
trasformiamo letteralmente la nostra chimica corporea e quindi la nostra fisicità, i nostri pensieri e
abitudini, cominciamo sin da piccoli a “strutturarci” tanto che le nostre qualità o intelligenze che
siamo incarnati ad offrire al mondo nel migliore dei casi sono addormentate, seppellite, irretite,
atrofizzate, distorte. Visione troppo negativa? Serve a riportarci nel mondo reale.
Sotto questa sovrastruttura, molto al di sotto, ci siamo noi e le nostre qualità, le stesse per le quali
dovremmo essere invitati. Quali siano le qualità che si possiedono, è possibile saperlo leggendo il
Corpo Grafico. Dopo di che, una volta che cominciamo a vivere il nostro disegno, cominceremo a
essere visti, riconosciuti e invitati per ciò che siamo. Questo processo di ritorno a noi che parte con il
ricevere l’informazione del proprio disegno, è un processo lungo, mira all’abbattimento della
sovrastruttura che ci limita e ci impedisce di essere visti, e tecnicamente si chiama
“decondizionamento”.
Quando saremo un po’ decondizionati, quando tutto il nostro essere comincerà a “respirare” per
com’è, solo a quel punto potranno arrivare i veri inviti. Saranno inviti che avranno a che fare con il
lavoro che meglio ci rappresenta, con la relazione corretta per noi, con un eventuale cambio casa per
essere catapultati finalmente nell’ambiente che meglio ci supporta energeticamente e ci nutre.
Gli inviti che ci facciamo quotidianamente – ti va un caffè assieme? – sono bene accetti, come pure
gli inviti a cena, io li considero una specie di rodaggio della nostra autorità. Dobbiamo sperimentarla.
Ad esempio io ho un’autorità splenica, ovvero decido sulla base del mio istinto in modo spontaneo.
Ad esempio, poiché sono sempre una donna, può essere che riceva un invito a cena da un uomo che
istintivamente non mi piace, in quel caso rifiuto l’invito. Il mio istinto mi dice “lui no” e il bello è che
non so il perché, ma l’istinto funziona così, è la mia autorità, mi fido. Non tutti chiaramente abbiamo
un’autorità istintiva. Dalla lettura del disegno si scopre anche questa importante informazione.
Anche gli inviti di rodaggio hanno la loro importanza, è chiaro. Ci permettono di fidarci sempre di
più della nostra autorità, ci evitano situazioni dannose o pericolose. Se il mio istinto mi dice che non
devo fidarmi di quell’uomo che mi invita a cena, magari mi evito una serata pessima perché lui parla
solo di sé stesso e alla fine mi trovo stanca morta e con un conto energetico in rosso.
Di sicuro accettare una proposta di lavoro in America seguendo un’autorità che non è la propria, è
molto più rischioso, implica un movimento energetico notevole da più punti di vista, è un cambio
vita, magari la nostra unica opportunità di realizzarci. Poniamo che intervenga la mente in una
decisione del genere, che ci freni e ci trattenga quando per noi sarebbe ok, o che ci spinga ad andare
quando per noi sarebbe meglio rimanere. Ma come? Facciamo tanta fatica per destrutturarci, per
decondizionarci, per essere visti, riconosciuti e invitati e poi decide la nostra mente per noi?
Sei un proiettore? ti trovi in un gruppo e tu conosci tutte le risposte e sai bene come fare una
tale cosa che gli altri ancora non sanno ?? prova a prendere INIZIATIVA nel dire la TUA senza
essere prima INVITATO e vedi nel tempo che succede, come tutti non ti considerino o ti rubino
le idee e cose del genere.

Projectors and Recognition
THE CLARION'S CALL

So, we have a very interesting movement in all of this. If this is where we’re at now, then it's important
to be able to see our world in this context. In other words, what is there in the Projector that is an
essential ingredient to establish the true identity? And of course, it's inherent in what we describe of
Projectors. That is, they bring recognition. They bring forces of recognition into the matrix. This is
their greatest gift, after all. And because they are not oriented within themselves, that is, they don't
ride on their Sacral—Sacral beings have to by their very nature be pulled in on themselves—that they
are looking outward. And it is this looking outward and this ability to recognize that brings a special
quality.
The fact that Projector exists is inherent in the fact that there is a Human Design system. And what I
mean by that is that here is recognition. This is the way it works. At the same time, we have this force
come into the world to be able to recognize and to be able to guide others to recognition, we have this
system that provides the mechanics in order to make that possible. And of course, this is the ultimate
thing. It doesn't matter in our modern context. Any one of these variations, whatever you happen to
be, the fact is that the only way in which this is going to be viable for you is that if you operate
correctly according to the relative Strategy and Authority of that vehicle. That's what's going to make
the difference. It is, after all, the individual lives that make a difference.
But what is fascinating for me is to see this movement of identity out of the program, out of the mind
and then finally to establish one’s true identity. And out of that true identity you get the clarity, the
intelligence, the awareness, all the language, you get those things that you need in order to be able to
operate in a way you were intended to operate. We’ve come a long way. This is a long process. And
as you’re moving through this depth of a process, to realize that what was created in the time of the
seven-centered being is the greatest burden that we carry now. And the Projector is saying to us that
we need to see that.
After all, their inherent gift is to be able to grasp systems, to be able to see things for what they are,
to be able to recognize. And all of this is about the potential that is there for us. It's much less
connected, the Projector, in that sense, to their own process. They’re rave like, in a way. I don’t want
to overstress that. But, Projectors are not interested in themselves. They're not interested in that
identity of theirs. They’re interested in that identity of the other. That’s not a far step to go to the rave
that says I'm not interested in identity because I’ve already given it up to the other; in that case the
conscious penta.
It's a movement. The wheel is turning and the mechanism is moving. It's fascinating to see, at least
for me; after all as I said, it's my speculation on the way in which all of this has emerged. It’s clear to
me that in seeing it this way, I also understand that time is running out. That is, time is running out
for unique identity. The Projector amongst us is already ringing the bell and letting us know that the
era of unique identity is coming to an end. And they’re here both to be what helps move us forward
and at the same time, help us to be able to recognize our identity. That’s what they’re good at, to be
able to recognize that identity in the other and to be able to help that being. This is part and parcel of
it.

The Projector

I think it’s one of the things I like the most about Projectors is how diverse their Designs are. I know
Projectors that have eight centers defined; obviously, not the Sacral. I’ve seen every kind of Projector
configuration — the purely Mental Projectors, the energy Projectors, the ones that have defined
motors — there are all these different varieties of Projector. I charted them once. I think there are
about four or five basic variations of Projector.
Of course, this is really the nonenergy dimension of the planet. Yes, there are Reflectors, but
Reflectors are always something different. I think in my own work, and I mentioned this before, I
think it did a real disservice to Projectors in the early years. I felt that if I could transform Generators
that Human Design would just be like a steamroller. And I put so much attention to the instantaneous
gratification that comes with being an energy Type, being a Generator or in fact a Manifestor, and
truly being able to deal with Strategy and Authority on a moment by- moment basis, and being able
to get the rewards on a moment-by-moment basis. And of course, this was deeply unfair to the
Projector.
The Projector really has an extraordinary gift and the gift is something that can be seen in its aura
because the Projector aura is a focused aura. It’s focused. And it focuses on the G Center of the other.
Where the Generator is designed to be wholly absorbed with realizing its own nature, the Projector is
wholly absorbed in witnessing that in the other.
This aura of theirs, in its deep penetration into the other, obviously is a double edged sword. It is
necessary for the Projector because the Projector needs to gain access to generation or manifestation
in some way. This is the way that they connect to the life force of the planet. Yet, we know that what
we don’t have in our Design is always the potential of wisdom in us, that the great wisdom inherent
in the Projector, deep wisdom in the Projector, is to know how to use energy, but not have access to
it itself.
And the Projector, because it is focused on the other, has a unique capacity. That is, they are designed
to master systems in order to be able to quantify, qualify, cubbyhole, whatever you want to call it, to
be able to measure correctly the other. It’s why we talk about the gift of Projectors as being a gift of
guidance. In fact, the great skill of the Projector is knowing how to ask a question. I guess the role
model of all Projectors should be Socrates, the question asker, because this is the magic of the
Projector. The correct aware Projector knows precisely what questions to ask, and it is a great gift.
But the Projector child, to begin the story, is deeply disadvantaged. They’re not an energy Type. So,
the clean-up-your-room, be good, do this, do that, all of this is part of a deep conditioning malaise.
And we know that in dealing with the Projector we’re dealing with the theme of bitterness, of not
being seen. And not being seen because the Projector is here to recognize and be recognized; in other
words, to recognize the other and to recognize the other clearly. And at the same time, to be
recognized, to be recognized of being of value, as an example, to be recognized in terms of what they
are.
The Projector child comes into the world; they’re not recognized from day one, not at all. You know
parents who spend their time inviting their Projector children to do this or that, other than the Projector
parents that we have in Human Design who might have a Projector child. You really have to see that
Projectors are the most deeply conditioned children and oh, yeah, they have a right to be bitter.
And how difficult that is if you don’t have the support mechanism, because as a nonenergy Type, one
of the most primary things for the Projector is its relationship with the other and the need for a valued
relationship with the other; it’s essential for them. The fact is that Projectors are naturally opened to
conditioning; while their aura is focused and absorbing, the other auras, and particularly in the sense
of the Generator aura and Generator field, is totally enveloping the Projector and conditioning it at
that same time.
All Projectors are here to be correctly conditioned. You cannot not be conditioned if you’re a
Projector. However, it does not mean that you have to be taken away from what is your Authority
and what is correct for you. But for the Projector, the discernment of the other is so important. These
Projector children need to understand the importance of the invitation. How devastating it’s going to
be for them. Projectors are constantly playing Manifestor, constantly playing Generator, they are
exhausted beings. These are exhausted children.
I see it in the life around me. My son, who is a Generator, has a particular connection to Projectors.
His best male friends, three of them, are Projectors, his girlfriend is a Projector, and he’s a Generator.
It’s so obvious that he keeps them going late into the night, early into the morning. Then you see them
the next day and the Generator is generating. He’s all right. He doesn’t lack for any energy. And I
look at these Projector kids and I tell them, they’re exhausted, just riding on this wave. And they’re
not designed for it at all. No other Type suffers from more sleep disorders and energy problems than
Projectors, they just do. If you come into the world with an undefined Sacral you’re not here to work.
So it already tells you something about your capacities, energy-wise. And if you’re a Projector you
have to see that being able to rest and being able to have proper rest is something that is enormously
important to the physical life. How important it is for Projectors not to be dragged to the point of
exhaustion. How important it is for them. It’s like having a Projector child and a Generator child, and
the Generator child you can’t give a bedtime to. But the Projector child you give them an early
bedtime. You tell them that they don’t have to go to sleep, just get into bed, read a book, listen to
music, watch something, and relax.

Projectors have a tremendous ability to lead and guide others, but can sometimes have a challenge
when it comes to abundance.
Part of the reason for this challenge is that the Projectors have a unique role that is often
misunderstood or misinterpreted and the Projector strategy is one of the most counter-intuitive of all
the Human Design Types.
Projectors have a life purpose of managing and guiding others in their process of creation.
Projectors are inherently intuitive and wise about others.
A Projector can watch any of the three energy Types (Manifestor, Generator and Manifesting
Generator) and instantly be conscious of what needs to happen to make their impact and work
more effective and easier.
This is a natural and intricate part of the Projector personality. If you watch young children Projectors,
they manage their parents and their peers with great awareness and clarity. This can often earn them
the reputation of being "bossy", controlling or a "know it all". The reason why this inherent wisdom
is often misunderstood is because collectively we don't know how to make the most of the energy of
the Projectors.
The Projector strategy is to wait to be invited into the big opportunities in life. These BIG invitations
come infrequently, every two to three years. Big opportunities are things like love, marriage, moving,
getting a new job, etc. In between the big invitations, Projectors don't have to wait for small things
such as going to a movie or going out to eat.
Generator Types have to wait to respond to everything, including the small things in life for them
to be in alignment with abundance. Manifestors have to wait for their creative flow to feel right.
Projectors don't have to wait for anything except big invitations and waiting for those big invitations
is an important part of helping the Projector find the place in life where they are valued and loved for
who they really are.
Projectors are not here to manage and guide everyone. They have their own group of people or
"tribe" who is waiting for them to come manage them. To find their "people" Projectors have to be
recognized or invited into sharing their wisdom. In a society where we are taught to go out and make
life happen, waiting for recognition and invitations from others can feel like a painful and agonizingly
slow process.
Because Projectors are often trained to act differently than their true nature, they can get very
busy pushing and forcing people to see and recognize them and often miss the true invitations
when they come their way because they're too busy doing what they've been trained that they "need"
to or "should" by others.
But pushing and forcing never works for Projectors. In fact, pushing and forcing will always
have the opposite effect for Projectors. The more a Projector pushes and forces and struggles to be
seen and recognized, the more invisible they become.
Not only that, Projectors have a very finite amount of energy. They are not designed to work in the
traditional way that we define work and can burn out easily, especially if it isn't work that recognizes
their inherent, intuitive gifts or involves hard physical labor of any kind. Projectors can't make life
work for them if they follow the standard definitions of what it takes to be successful in life, although
Projectors can be powerful and very successful. (For example, President Obama and President
Kennedy are both Projectors.)
Because pushing and forcing for Projectors actually pushes people away, rather than attracts people
and because working hard isn't really an option for the limited energy of the Projector, no
matter how hard they try, the Projector can often feel that life isn't "fair" and become bitter.
In addition, because very few Projectors are taught how to properly access their energy, of all
the groups, they can often be the most challenged when it comes to abundance.
There are two key factors in creating abundance for the Projector. First of all, the most important
thing that a Projector has to master is their own sense of worth and value. A Projector has to wait
to be recognized by the right people, the people who value and see them for the gifts they bear.
If a Projector is not sitting and waiting for the right people because they question their own value, it
makes them bitter and, ultimately, causes them to "waste" their wisdom and energy on people who
don't value who they are.
Projectors who value themselves enough to wait for the right people to give them invitations are
powerfully compelling and often have to turn invitations away.
A Projector who values themselves is an abundance magnet.
When a Projector is living their wealth theme, they are serving as "midwives" to the world. They
guide, coach and nurture others into fulfilling their roles as initiators and builders. Projectors truly
tend to the template of the evolution of the world in every aspect.
When Projectors are serving in this capacity they are strong and powerful blessings to the world
around them and magnets for abundant opportunities.
When Projectors first learn their strategy of waiting for invitations, they often have to dramatically
align their current life. Sometimes Projectors have to maintain their "day job" because they need to
money. It can be tricky to keep the traditional flow of income coming in and to simultaneously shift
to waiting for the right thing to show up. It is important for Projectors to do whatever they can do to
stay out of the bitterness that is the emotional theme of the Projector.
While they're waiting, Projectors need to stay in their joy and follow their bliss. It's not unusual for
Projectors to take a deep dive into what brings them joy only to find that their next invitation is deeply
aligned with the joy they've been pursuing!
Projectors are gifted at knowing others, not so good at knowing themselves.
Sometimes a Projector will benefit from having a good friend that they can talk with, not because
they need advice, but because they have to see their decisions in the context of someone else in
order for them to know what is right for themselves.
Talking helps a Projector "see" themselves and can be crucial to help them get clarity before making
a big decisions.
Self-care, rest, restoration and working on selfworth and value are the most important things
Projectors can do to activate their abundance blueprint. When Projectors feel energized and valuable,
they transform, not only their loved ones and themselves, but, ultimately, the world around them.

PROJECTOR Type

Projector Role: Projectors are here to manage, guide, and direct others.
Projector Strategy:
-Wait for invitations (specific and personal) into big life opportunities: relationships, marriage, jobs,
career, business endeavors, and where you live.
-Only accept the invitations that feel "delicious" to you. Once you accept an invitation, you do not
need to wait for further invitations to do specific tasks related to what you’ve been invited to do.
-Wait to be asked or recognized before sharing opinions, advice, corrections, suggestions, feedback,
etc. If you don't, you'll be considered pushy, bossy, irritating, nosy ... you get the picture. Worst of
all, others won't hear you or will misinterpret what you say, and your wellintentioned comments will
not have the effect you hoped for. So, don't waste your time or saliva — learn to stay quiet and wait
to be asked.

Example:
#1 You have the idea to have a booth at a local fair to test the response to a new business you’re
considering. To enter this activity correctly, you must wait for an invitation from the organizer (or
from someone with the authority to invite you to have a booth, i.e., not your mother), and then see if
that invitation feels really good to you.
#2 You are in a group and you have experience with something the group is attempting to do.
Although the group would benefit from your wisdom and advice, your words will likely not be
appreciated or even heard (unless the group is very enlightened), if you don’t wait to be asked or
directly acknowledged first. (E.g. eye contact, or some form of communication or recognition.)

Besides having your type listed in the keynotes section of your chart, you can identify your type as a
Projector because:
 You have an undefined (open) Sacral Center.
 You have no defined line from the motors to the Throat (figure).

Roughly 20 percent of the population are Projectors. The gift of the Projector is to manage, guide,
and direct others. The aura of the Projector says, “Ask me a question. I know the answer, and I would
love to share it with you.”
A healthy Projector has no bitterness or desperation. They simply wait. And when they are invited,
the Generators and Manifestors are beautifully guided and set free to make the best use of their energy
and creative expression. The world flows in a perfect order and every one of God’s creatures assumes
their divine role and it feels good to everyone.
Most Projectors are conditioned to believe they are Manifesting Generators, and they can really
struggle to keep up. They believe that they can initiate and do more than they are really capable of.
And they can, for short periods of time. Because the Projector has an undefined Sacral, they can take
in Sacral energy, amplify it, and do more than everyone else. But the energy of the open Sacral is not
sustainable, and the Projector who is acting like a Generator runs the potential of hurting their bodies
and their spirits.

A Projector has an open Sacral Center and no defined lines between the Throat and the motor centers.

It is important for Projectors to understand that they are not here to work—at least not in the traditional
way that we think of work. Working a regular, nine-to-five kind of a job is not correct for Projectors,
especially if the work is physical labor. Projectors are not lazy. They simply don’t have the same
energy for work as Generators.

The Projector’s Strategy: Wait to Be Invited

Projectors can have the hardest time in life when they don’t understand their type and their strategy.
The Projector’s strategy is to wait to be invited. The waiting of the Projector is about big invitations,
such as love, career, and living conditions.
Unlike the Generator, who is constantly responding to life, the Projector gets big opportunities with
very little in between. This can sometimes seem to Projectors and those who do not understand them
that the Projector is “lazy” or just sitting around waiting for something to happen. But, that is really
all a Projector is designed to do. Projectors who do not wait will not experience success. They do not
have the energetic configuration to just go do things and “make things happen,” as many will tell
them.
Because a Projector has no motor to the Throat and an open Sacral Center, they will struggle to be
heard and recognized. Projectors can stand in a crowd and talk up a storm, but if no one has asked
them to talk, they run the risk of not being heard, having their ideas stolen, or inadvertently insulting
or criticizing the people around them. This can make it difficult for a Projector to get their ideas off
the ground.
A Projector who offers up insight without being asked first may appear to others as bossy or
controlling, even when they have the best of intentions. It can be very painful for a Projector to not
have their wisdom recognized or appreciated. And eventually, they may become dejected or bitter.
However, a Projector who waits to be asked, recognized, or invited has an enormous amount of
wisdom to share with the world. They can feel the energy of others in a deep way. Intuitively,
Projectors know what the other energy types need to be doing to make the best use of their energy—
particularly work force and life force energy.
Projectors who wait to be recognized by Generators have a vital piece in the puzzle of life. Remember,
Generators without direction just do and do and do, without any real end result. The Projector who
waits can share incredible insight that can turn the directionless busyness of the Generator into
powerful energy that can accomplish great things.
It is crucial that we recognize and utilize the Projectors in our lives. They can be our most valuable
resources.
However, the fear of the Projector is that if they wait, no one will ever ask them their opinion. It is
difficult to know the answer and to have to wait with your mouth shut, hoping someone will ask you.
Remember, the aura does the talking. A Projector who waits will be asked by the right people who
value their wisdom.
A Projector living his strategy is magnetic and attractive. People won’t be able to stop recognizing
and inviting the patient Projector. It is planetary geometry.
But, it is imperative that the Projector wait for the big invitations in life, such as love, marriage,
career, moving, etc. A Projector who initiates any of this will most likely experience challenges and
struggles.
Many Projectors find that they are unconsciously preparing for the next big invitation while they are
waiting. Perhaps they are studying the very thing they will be invited into. Maybe they are
investigating living in a certain region.
Projectors do better when they understand that their process will most likely seem slower than the
process of those around them. Projectors must not compare themselves to the Generators and
Manifestors in their lives. A Projector, by nature, will have a slower journey. But it is their own
journey, and following their own path will give them sustainable energy and the recognition that will
make their soul sing.
A Projector who is living his strategy is a beautiful thing to see; he knows that invitations and
recognition will come from the people who value his wisdom and guidance.

Special Traits: Burnout

Projectors need help with recognizing when enough is enough. It is very easy for a Projector to take
in Sacral energy and temporarily morph into a Super-Generator. But that is not sustainable.
Unlike Generators and Manifestors, the Projector has a finite amount of time and energy. Most
Projectors can act like Generators until they crash around the age of forty.
Most burned out Projectors won’t know what hit them. They will feel exhausted and depressed. Their
bodies may be failing, and they might be struggling to make money and to keep their jobs. They may
even lose important relationships and support.
It is crucial that a Projector experiencing burnout take some time to recuperate and simply wait for
healing and an invitation. This can be challenging, as not many people have the financial means to
simply quit working. So they must work with the understanding that they are waiting for the right
job, via invitation, and their interim job is simply to pay the bills until that opportunity presents itself.

The Projector’s Health

Projectors are here to be wise about others. But their insight about other people sometimes leaves
them blind to themselves and their own needs. They do not have the same capacity to know
themselves the way a Generator does. Consequently, they need help seeing when they are overdoing
it. They can even need help in recognizing when their bodies are not feeling or working well.
The Projector is not designed to work physically. Working out and exercise are not always suited to
the Projector. Projectors do well with gentle workouts and must learn to honor their bodies and what
they are feeling.
Because Projectors are so sensitive to the energy of others, they need time alone to discharge other
people’s energy out of their system just to feel physically good. This is not personal. It is just a
necessity. Remember, the Projector is not hardwired to hold Sacral energy for prolonged periods of
time.
Projectors may find that they need to nap during the day. They also need to rest before they can fall
asleep. In order to protect their physical well-being, it is vital that the Projector goes to bed before
she is tired. If she waits until she is tired, it’s too late and the quality of her sleep will be poor.
Remember, the Projector sometimes needs help knowing when enough is enough. It is not uncommon
for Projectors who are acting like Generators to stay up too late working and then battle insomnia
even though they are exhausted. Projectors may also get better sleep if they sleep alone, particularly
if their partner is a Generator.

Parenting the Projector Child

The greatest gift you can give a Projector child is recognition.
Here is an example of a common occurrence in a household with a Projector: A Projector child yearns
to tell his mother all of his ideas. He is constantly expressing every thought he has, even if it may be
at an inappropriate time. He can become frustrated and angry when she doesn’t acknowledge his
ideas, whether it is because she is busy or simply tired; and she in turn can become frustrated with
her son for his inability to restrain himself.
But when the mother learns that her son is a Projector, she realizes he needs recognition for his ideas,
and she practices asking him about them before he can share his insights. This simple strategy shifts
the dynamics of their relationship significantly.
Suddenly, the mother realizes that her son has some great insights, and she looks forward to listening
to his opinions. Her son feels recognized and valued for what he has to share and finds it easier and
easier to be quiet and wait for his mother to ask. He feels heard and seen for the first time in his life,
and their relationship grows stronger and more respectful over time.
You can also help the Projector child in your life by facilitating opportunities for them. Remember
that Projectors must not initiate. They truly need others to help them gain access to opportunities and
energy. A Projector is not weak or lazy if they don’t initiate action; they simply need the energy of
others to help them get started.

Oggi approfondiamo tipi non-energetici: il Proiettori.

I Proiettori non hanno il Centro Sacrale definito e nemmeno un motore connesso alla Gola: ciò vuol
dire che non hanno la possibilità di creare o agire consistentemente, da qui la loro definizione di Tipo
non-energetico.
Sono il 22% della popolazione. I Proiettori devono considerare l'impatto e l'importanza che hanno le
persone con cui entrano in contatto. Essi hanno un enorme talento nel riconoscere una persona ed
hanno il potenziale per guidare e dirigere le energie altrui in maniera efficiente.
Sanno essere grandi organizzatori, "direttori d'orchestra", coordinatori, hanno il dono di unire le
persone e collegarle tra loro.
Il problema è che, se non hanno le persone corrette attorno a loro, che le riconoscono a loro volta per
i loro doni, non possono avere accesso alla loro energia. Questo porta loro una grande amarezza, un
risentimento per non essere riconosciuti per chi sono realmente.
L'ignoranza della loro meccanica li porta spesso a imporsi come guide, come controllori dell'energia
altrui, con l'effetto controproducente di esaurire sia sè stessi che le persone coinvolte.
La soluzione è nella loro strategia: "aspettare di essere riconosciuti per chi si è ed essere invitati".
Non si tratta di stare sempre ad aspettare un invito, è soprattutto aspettare l'invito per le cose
importanti della vita (nell'amicizia, nella relazione, nel lavoro, nel luogo dove vivere...).
Poco a poco il Proiettore sarà in grado di avere attorno a sè un ambiente sociale corretto, dove saranno
riconosciuti i suoi doni di guida, e dove l'amarezza non avrà più posto.
Una particolare attenzione dovrebbero averla i bambini Proiettori: non potete aspettarvi che siano
indipendenti come i Manifestatori, né che agiscano in risposta come i Generatori. Hanno bisogno
dell'invito corretto di altri bambini o persone per "muoversi", sono molto selettivi.
Nel Proiettore l'applicazione della strategia non è così immediata come il Manifestatore o il
Generatore: è un Tipo non-energetico, dopotutto. Ha quindi bisogno di più istruzione e studio in
Human Design per comprendere veramente il sistema.
Ciò non è una difficoltà per il Proiettore, poiché è il Tipo per eccellenza che riesce e sa come
padroneggiare i vari sistemi.

Conscious Manifestation for Projectors (Marketing by Design)

This post discusses the concept of “Conscious Manifestation” (i.e. the exact steps required to get what
you want) through the lens of Human Design. It also covers what I’m calling “Marketing By Design”,
i.e. How to do your marketing for ANY business in accordance with your Human Design (Energy
Field) Type. You can use this post to improve any business, create more of any kind of relationship
you would like, and really bring in anything you want.

Whilst I am focused on marketing for business here, I want to be clear. This information does not
replace things like Social Media advertising, or other kinds of advertising, handing out business cards
at networking events, or participating in strategic Joint Ventures… this info simply informs which of
these you choose, why you might choose them, and how you use those ones you do choose.

This post is focused on a minority group called Projectors. They are about 22% of the population and
are super insightful beings!
Each of the four Human Design Types (four rather than five, if you put Gens and MGens together)
has their own Strategy for the way they are designed to interact with other people and opportunities.
Since any business is full of relationships with people and choosing between or chasing after
opportunities, I consider it vital to know what works for you and what doesn’t. Most people (myself
included until about a year ago) slowly and painfully work this business of being in business through
trial and error.

We listen to “experts” who have gained levels of success in their business that we might only dream
of, and yet when we try and follow someone else’s footsteps we may be disappointed by the level of
success we achieve. If our teacher or mentor has a different Design Strategy to us, no matter how
much ‘luck’ they’ve had with it, if it is not our True Strategy, then we’ll just keep hitting brick walls.
The Strategy for the Projectors is to “Wait for the Invitation”. (You’ll see both your Type and this
Strategy in the text below your body graph on your free chart).

So what does that mean to “Wait for the Invitation”?

Well, it means it’s time for you to peel back the conditioning of the business world that has told you
if you want success you have to “make it happen”, “push”, “initiate”, or anything similar. All those
business coaches, mentors and speakers who pushed you to “pick up the phone”, “knock on doors”,
“hand out flyers”, “approach companies”, “buy lists”, “gain prospects”, didn’t know what they were
talking about… for YOU.

However, if you read the post about Generators/ Manifesting Generators you may notice that waiting
for an INVITATION is even MORE passive than responding. If you’re a Projector (like I am), you
actually have to wait to be invited…

Invited into new business opportunities.

Invited into new business relationships.
Invited into new business groups.

The biggest fear of a Projector is that we won’t be invited. Like, never. But the thing is, you always
will, when you’re MEANT TO. And in the meantime, while you’re waiting, you STUDY, whatever
you love to learn about, thereby increasing your value when you are invited.

#ConsciousManifestation for Projectors is similar to Gens/MGens, but looks like this:

1. Have an idea, or feel an inspiration move through you

And then rather than go and “make something happen” or “take it out into the world”

2. Journal, Vision Board, and/or Imagine it in detail

Get super, super clear on the “WHAT”, i.e. all the details about what it is and what it will feel like to
have it. Leave out any detail that is not important (for example, if you want another $2000 per month
to come into your business but you don’t mind which of your products or programs creates it, then
don’t limit the options).
3. Let it go to the Universe/ God/ Source to take care of the “HOW”

The mind is a sneaky bugger. Once you’ve come up with that great idea, it will insist it now needs to
work out “how” you’re going to get what you want. My best advice, and the advice of all those
Conscious Manifestation teachers before me, is Let It Go. We’ve been so conditioned to think we
need to work out the “how”, come up with the plan, create a strategy and follow the steps. The longer
I play this game, the more I disagree with and move away from this conditioning. I have a clever
mind. I really do. It comes up with clever stuff all the time and it knows it. But when I remind it that
by “letting go” and allowing the Universe to come up with the How, we then get the collective
intelligence of all 7 Billion minds on the planet, (plus a whole lot of other helpful energies as well),
then my mind stops arguing immediately. It knows it can’t win that argument, so it stops trying.

Caroline Southwell discusses the concept of Conscious Manifestation for Projectors4. Go make
popcorn/ watch a movie/ go for a run/ tickle your children/ (insert activity here that will fully captivate
you and allow you to STOP thinking about the thing you want to create or client you want to attract)
The trick is to distract your mind long enough for the Universe to go reconfigure the energy around
you, do some magic and bring you the thing you asked for, probably in a way that totally surprises
the heck out of you. It’s when you stop thinking about it, when you forget about it, that it can happen.
So “let go and let God” as they say. It’s so much fun watching stuff show up in the most unexpected
ways!

5. Within 24-48 hours what you asked for, or some that will directly lead you to what you asked for
will turn up as an INVITATION
It is helpful to nurture a greater sense of presence in your life. Not only because you’ll feel better and
enjoy life more, but also because it will be easier to notice when the stuff you asked for has turned
up! Sometimes it will be the exact thing you asked for, however if it feels like a big thing you’ve
asked for, you may get the next step that you need to take in order to receive the whole gift. Unlike
Gens or MGens it won’t just be something, anything to ‘respond’ to, rather it will be an invitation of
some kind direct at YOU.

It may be:
– a verbal invitation, “Hello new friend, can you tell me what you do?”,
– a physical invitation, like a hand out stretched towards you encouraging a handshake and hello, or
– an energetic invitation, this one I have noticed many times as a feeling that they’d like to speak with
you but for whatever reason (maybe they’re shy) they haven’t opened their mouth to say hi, but their
energy says loud and clear, “talk to me please!”

6. Your job is to accept that invitation IF it feels true to you

Check in with your body. Do you feel excited or expansive at the invitation you’ve received? If you
know your Inner Authority (Human Design wisdom on making correct decisions for you) then you
can rely on this to guide you. Remember, just because you manifested it, doesn’t mean you have to
say Yes! If it doesn’t feel true, say No 🙂
NOTE – If nothing shows up…
– Do NOT initiate. Wait. Wait for an invitation (and check that it feels true for you).
– If waiting an unreasonable amount of time (if nothing within a couple of days) then ask yourself
for “all the reasons why I think this thing I want hasn’t turned up”. You’ll then have a list of beliefs
that are blocking what you asked for and then you can use a process like EFT (or something else in
your toolbox) to clear them out.

That’s it!!

See your aura (energy field) as a Projector is mechanically set up to absorb information from those
around you things into you and project directly into one person at a time. It is very intimate, and can
feel very confronting for the other person. So you must wait for the invitation in order to get what
you seek.

If you are a Projector, and consciously follow this strategy of waiting for the invitation your business
will grow, your health will improve (because you’ve stopped trying to make things happen and have
waited to be recognised) and, if you’re dedicated enough to integrate it into your personal
relationships as well, then sit back and watch as your life transforms before your eyes.

This work has totally revolutionised my business and my life. And not because I read it and just
thought about it, but because I also applied it.

First, it’s important for you lovely Projectors to remember… the ‘invitation’ is really here as a strategy
for the BIG BIG things in life (i.e. where to live, who to marry, who to befriend or work with, or what
to do for a career).
For the rest of life’s smaller situations, you are here to DO WHAT YOU LOVE… while following
and trusting your unique Authority.
Projectors don’t need to be invited to do what they love.
You can ALWAYS move towards what you love, enthusiastically and happily.
You’re both here because you share a love of learning, and a desire to learn more about Human
Design.
You don’t need to be invited into an education…. although it’s even better when someone who really
knows you, and someone you feel genuinely seen and loved by, invites you into a situation.
Better in the sense that it’ll increase the chance that the ‘fit’ is going to be a good one for you. (i.e.
There are LOTS of HD educations out there. You’re more likely to find people and an educational
style/prism that you resonate with if you’ve been invited in by someone you trust, and someone who
knows you well.)
I invited both of you here into this group because I had a hunch you’d enjoy yourselves. So, you can
consider yourselves fully and totally invited in. (When you’re invited into a place, you can do all sorts
of things — including initiating conversations, generating inspiration, reflecting wisdom &
community, etc.)
That said, given the nature of this group (and any ‘social environment’), there will be differing
potentials for intimacy/friendship with each person here.
Some will more naturally ‘get’ you. They’ll love your questions. They’ll engage more enthusiastically
with you in conversation. Some won’t necessarily respond with such enthusiasm. (Of course, that can
be for many reasons that have nothing to do with ‘right fit’. But still…it’ll hold relevance when it
comes to the question of INVITATION.)
So, even here, there’s still going to be room to practice ‘waiting for the invitation’ — when it comes
to deciding whether or not to enter inter a deeper, perhaps more personal or private relationship with
someone.
Over time, you’ll get better and better at sensing a genuine invitation.
In the beginning, waiting for someone to ask you a question, or concretely invite you in is a good way
to go. But in time, you’ll be able to FEEL whether your presence is wanted. You’ll be able to feel
when you’re not being invited in by someone, even if they themselves are claiming that they’re
inviting you!
OK, so let’s say you are two Projectors, and you are considering taking your connection to the next
level (in this case, you’re considering communicating privately outside of this group). Then this is
how it would work.
The one who feels inspired to do it (because her Authority is guiding her, or she’s ‘feelin’ the love’)
asks first. But she asks without an agenda, without applying pressure. Then, the other one gets to use
her Authority in sensing into her answer. If she gets a ‘yes’, she then invites the original ‘inviter’
too… so the one who asked gets to also be asked the question.
(In a way, something similar applies to Generators as well. They need to take turns asking each other’s
bellies, just to make sure that they’re both in, and that it wasn’t just an initiation coming from the
head.)
Now, take all of this with a grain of salt.
It’s really just a way to start experimenting. And then, I’d love to hear what you learn from your
experiments. Because as I say all the time, this is a living, breathing system that needs researchers
like you to pitch in, based on your actual experience.

The Human Design Projector: Guides and Directors

Projectors are non-energy types. Projectors have power (knowledge, skills, expertise) but no energy.
As a non-energy type, their Sacral Center is undefined, and they do not have a motor to the throat.
This means that accessing energy can be a real challenge for Projectors, and when they are not living
their strategy, they can quickly burn out their bodies and their emotions.
Projectors comprise about 20% of the population. Projectors have innate wisdom about what others
need and they have an innate impulse to use this wisdom to make the world a better place to alleviate
pain and suffering. Projectors are designed to guide and direct energy, especially Generator energy.
Their life purpose is to guide others.
Because a Projector has no motor to the Throat and no Sacral, they will struggle with being heard and
recognized, and as well with getting things started. Projectors can address a crowd and talk up a storm
but if no one asked them to talk, they run the risk of either not being heard, having their ideas stolen,
or inadvertently insulting or criticizing the people around them.
A Projector who initiates conversations may be misunderstood or ignored. A lifetime of this kind of
reaction from others can damage self-esteem or make a Projector seem bitter.
It seems counterintuitive as most of us are raised to speak up, be bold and “just do it” but truly, for
the Projector, this is just not natural or easy. However, a Projector who waits to be asked, recognized
or invited has an enormous amount of wisdom to share with the world. A Projector is here to be wise
about energy, particularly work force and life force energy.
Projector energy is not sustainable. As a result, they are often thought of as lazy. A regular Monday
through Friday, eight-to-five job is exhausting for a Projector and most Projectors, when faced with
only those work options will eventually feel deeply bitter. At the same time, because they take in
Sacral energy and amplify it, they can be super-generators for a time. Projectors are often out of
touch with knowing when enough is enough! Because working hard and putting in long hours every
day don’t work for the Projector, learning how to leverage their energy is important.
Unlike Generators, they cannot be “on” all the time. Because the open Sacral takes in work force
energy and amplifies it, Projectors can work intensively for a short period of time, but not for a long
period of time. The open Sacral is not here to work in the traditional way. The open Sacral types are
not here to work sustainably. They cannot maintain the traditional work schedule forever. Projectors
usually burn out completely at 40 if they are minding a corporate schedule.
Therefore, the Projector’s way of creating has to be very intentional. One of the keys to sustaining
your energy as a Projector is to leverage knowledge by mastering a system, i.e., become a specialist.
You will benefit by having specific tools through which you offer guidance and direction. As a
Projector, you also need time alone and lots of breaks. After being around others, it is important for
you discharge that energy and get back into your own auric field.

Tips on Preserving and Revitalizing your Projector Energy

The Projector strategy is to wait to be invited, but they can also invite others. An invitation for a
projector is going to be about big life events. The big events are: job/ career, romance/ marriage,
where to move to, and where to live. These must come by invitation. When those invitations come,
it’s almost as if time slows down. The invitation seems to ripple through the time-space continuum.
The invitation will be clearly recognizable as an invitation. However — just because you are invited
doesn’t mean that you have to be grateful and say yes. It’s essential that it’s the right invitation, that
the invitation feels delicious — because if it’s not, the invitation won’t work for you.
Timing between the invitations can take a long while. Society tells Projectors they can’t just sit there
and wait. They have to go out and go for it. But Projectors have no energy to the Throat, so they
can’t initiate. And they will not be heard if they offer their insights before they’re asked. They cannot
artificially stimulate an invitation. That is why you struggle. You have no sacral energy. There’s
nothing for you to respond with and nothing for others to respond to in you. Before you despair, keep
in mind that you as a Projector are not here for everyone. You might know how to help everyone, but
you are here only for a specific group of people. They will recognize you and invite you into sharing
your wisdom with them. Your people will recognize you by your aura. That is how the Projector gets
invited to the big things. But you have to wait. While you’re waiting, follow your bliss. Study what
intrigues you. You are adding knowledge to your toolbox and getting ready for your next invitation.
The not-self emotional theme for the Projector is bitterness. Bitterness is very repulsive energy.
Nothing pushes an invitation away faster than bitterness. It’s not a Projector world. Projectors cannot
manifest their destiny. A Projector cannot just go do it. They must wait to offer their wisdom to those
who ask for it. Otherwise, they will not be heard and they will be rejected. In the short run Projectors
can work very, very hard with few results. While you’re waiting for the invitation, focus on your
gifts, not your problems. Focus on what you are grateful for.

The Projector Aura

The aura is an invisible energy field that surrounds all living creatures, extending about 6 feet in every
direction. Its frequency communicates who we are to others, and governs the way we impact or
connect with others. The Projector aura is penetrating and focused. It is the Projector’s specific gift
to be able to recognize the other. Their aura penetrates the G-center of the other, and that is how the
Projector is able to read others. Because of this deep and focused penetrating ability, the Projector is
also vulnerable to being conditioned by the other.

Projectors and sleep

Projectors have to go to bed and lie down before they’re tired. This is because of the nature of how
your energy works; you need time to discharge the energy you’ve picked up during the day. You
have to lie down to do this. If you wait to go to bed until you’re exhausted, you will not sleep well.
Sleep alone if you can. Or with another Projector or Manifestor, provided you don’t create a defined
sacral center in your composite chart.

The Special Breed

During ancient times, the Manifestors and the Generators populated the Earth with a few Reflectors
amongst them. Manifestors were men and women of great wealth and power, such as kings and
queens, wealthy land barons or priests using Generators to attain their dreams and maintain their
rulership.
Eons later, the Manifesting Generator appeared on the scene. This hybrid contains the Sacral Center,
just like the Generators but also took on the qualities of the Manifestor. The Manifesting Generator
becoming the representation of a super human, phasing out the wide chasm of caste between the
Manifestor rulers and the Generator slaves.
For centuries, we have witnessed the Manifesting Generator bridge and unite the castes through the
establishment of governments and the refinement of art and culture; we have experienced it through
the waging of war and the development of new religions. The Manifesting Generator came in with
the fortitude and strength to break down the walls of kingdoms in order to thrive into independent,
productive business people, artists and political leaders.
In time, the aggression of war and the search for establishing independence beckoned a new type of
human, which began incarnating onto this planet in 1781, when Uranus was first discovered. The
advent of this new planetary shift from the Piscean age to the Age of Aquarius, is intended to bring
more harmony to the planet, less war, less competition, less greed and less division. The new type of
human, the Projector was created and is incarnating to bring greater harmony, deeper understanding,
a more efficient way to live and a higher way of loving. It is a timely introduction to the incarnation
of this special human that has never before, existed on planet earth.

Seven Year Cycle

As all beings are cellularly impacted every seven years in a cyclical process, the seven-year cycle is
paramount for the Projector, in particular.
In gaining awareness, Projectors must assimilate a teaching over a seven-year period in order to
achieve the effect, fully. It is a very different process than the energy types: Manifestor, Generator
and Manifesting Generator, who begin to witness results immediately when applying a discipline.
During this seven-year process, the Projector assimilates knowledge and gains awareness through
observing others. Knowledge through observation builds the power of the Projector.
This same type of seven-year fixed cycle also applies with any relationship or job that the Projector
enters into with a promise or a commitment. This is why the relationship with the Inner Authority is
paramount, above the strategy.

Projector Life Strategy

For the Projector, their strategy for operating in life is “Waiting for the Invitation”. This special
“Invitation” goes hand in hand with the “timing” of life events.
Opportunities come through being in the right place at the right time, surrounded by the right people.
This means that being in the correct environment is prime importance to the everyday movement of
a Projector.
Most Projectors are not tuned into this delicate sense of timing so they experience a “bumping into”
things in a unpleasant way, not necessarily, in a beneficial, serendipitously way.
Projectors bump into rejection, lack of acknowledgment and loss of a great opportunities for work or
success. And if they push the sweet flow of life, not waiting for the right timing, they often get “booted
out” of the project or moved out of the way or simply deleted. This can be devastating for a Projector
to experience.
This is why the Projector must pay special attention to how their aura is responding to life moment-
by-moment. Through observing the aura and realizing how information is being transmitted to the
brain, the correct cognition automatically, gradually settles in. It’s actually that easy to imprint the
cells of the human body and redesign the mental process.

Projectors and Conditioning

As the Projector is interacting, moving about and preparing for success, the most important thing for
them to keep in mind is the quality of people surrounding them. The people in a Projector’s
environment are critical because Projectors are hardwired to be conditioned.
Since the Projector “plugs into” one person in the moment, they can become highly influenced and
conditioned at the same time.
And if the Projector “plugs” into the wrong person who is not healthy for them, it drains their vitality,
brings on disease or distracts them terribly from their life path.
In order to protect themselves from hooking into the wrong person, a Projector can actually “eat” a
person’s aura to taste and discover whether a person is correct for them or not. There will be a sweet
sensation if it is correct and a nasty sensation that makes them turn their head the other way.
It is absolutely critical to pay attention to this sensation of the aura and heed the guidance accordingly
if the Projector wants to travel the highest quality life path ahead.
The Projector Guide
The key for being an effective guide for the Generators and Manifesting Generators is in the art of
asking questions. So many Projectors miss this important point thinking that if they are considered a
guide in the Human Design science then that means that they are here to tell others what to do. But
that is not the case at all.
Because of the way their brain and aura work together, the Projector can naturally, easily “see” what
kind of questions to ask. An aware Projector knows that asking the right questions will actually trigger
the other into thinking in such a way that it brings clarity and understanding, immediately to that
person’s thought process.
And when the Projector does ask the question, they can watch to see who may become easily annoyed
while they are asking. This is a big clue.
If someone does become annoyed with the Projector for asking a question, The Projector needs to
scratch them off their list. They are not going to recognize the Projector properly and the connection
is not fertile enough for success in that moment. It’s a waste of time.
If the Projector has an engaging conversation following the question, they will see that an opportunity
will begin to brew in the conversation.

Projectors and Romance

Projectors are not really here for romantic relationships although most would beg to differ. They are
actually, naturally, the one type of human that can easily be comfortable as a single, individual
expressing their talents and skills while working towards great success directing, assessing, creating
and advising.
The only thing that stops a Projector from realizing their fullest potential in this life is getting
“plugged in and stuck” to one person, such as what happens in love relationships.
For the Projector, it is important for them to know when they have plugged into a person for too long,
or have remained focused on a project or an event beyond the body’s comfort zone. This awareness
is essential in order to maintain good health and keen perception.
Recognition, guiding, and teaching all come from being recognized at the right moment by the right
people, “un-plugged” and “tuned in”.
Right place, right time, right people = success.

Human Design: Projector Strategy

Wait For The Invitation

You are a natural guide for others in this life, ready to help out and take part in many different forms
of activity, ready for almost anything that comes along! You can be very observant of others’ ways
of life, easily recognizing that you could jump in to assist.... if only it was clear that your presence
was going to be appreciated. Getting involved in situations where you are not wanted and don’t fit in
can be a very unpleasant experience for you. As a projector, you are here to light the way for others,
but only when invited.
Projectors have a less common Design than others in the world’s population, and have a very different
lifestyle than the other Types of Designs, the Manifestors, Generators and Manifesting Generator
Types who, by design have energy to spare! This does not mean you as a Projector are starved of
energy, it just means that you do not have an in-built, constantly renewing source of energy, and you
need to be careful how you use the energy that is made available to you.
Please keep an open mind if you are reading this and thinking, “But I have lots of energy.... I’m
always up to something, highly active and busy!”
Appreciate that although energy might apparently be available within your Life Chart, it is not
sustainable in the same way as a Generator or Manifesting Generator Life Chart, nor can it be turned
towards catalyzing activity as easily as can a Manifestor’s Design. One of your life’s lessons involves
being very particular how much energy you commit to people and projects in your life and being
aware in situations where you might get carried away and burn out. You might try to continuously
“keep up” with others, but you are not actually equipped to do so! Your Design is better suited to
shorter bursts of activity followed by review, rest, and reevaluation.
We have a Projector friend who was always trying to keep up with the energy types around her. She
took a high pressured sales job and eventually collapsed on the sales room floor. For years, she had
been revved up on all the energy around her, similar to being constantly amped up on caffeine, and
her physical system finally broke down. It took her years to recover her health. As a Projector, it is
vitally important for you to learn to manage your energy wisely.
Patience is an essential thing to learn because you can only have a really powerful impact in your life
when you have been first recognized, and then invited into activities. Ideally being invited implies
that you are being recognized for your talents and qualities and being encouraged to join in as an
active participant and potential guide.
Invitations can come in many forms. Sometimes the nicest invitations come with gold embossing and
beautiful script, with your name clearly printed: “We request the pleasure of your company.... to
celebrate...” “etc.”, because these invitations are very clear, personal and lovely, and you can examine
and admire them at your leisure without doing anything about them until the RSVP date. Inherent
within formal invitations may be the understanding that you are being recognized for your unique
qualities; that is why you are wanted at this event!
However, life calls Projectors in many different ways, and some invitations can be much more subtle.
If you find yourself at a party and someone keeps looking at you with a look that lingers just a bit and
a juicy smile, you may feel invited into a bit of a romantic exploration! Regardless of whether they
be formal or more casual; obvious, or implied, it is important for you to recognize the invitations that
truly resonate for you. It may be flattering, but does the invitation resonate with you? Is that person
at the party tuned in to something special about you? Well, you certainly have enough of an invitation
to go find out!
Projectors are receptive to attune to everything going on around them and are often hungry for any
“invitation” to take part in any and all activities. We can’t emphasize enough that although it may be
exasperating to wait, you need to wait for invitations that align you with those sources of energy that
bring you personal fulfillment.
You might try to convince yourself to do things, or to try and join in with others as though you are
automatically included. Your mind can make very convincing arguments as to exactly why you
should participate in something, but it is important that you pay attention to find out if there really is
an invitation to you. If not, life has simply not called you to participate! If you insist on jumping in,
you can get run over by the very bus you are trying to get on. You can get rejected, become bitter and
unhappy, or you manage to elbow your way in to participate, but while engaged there, you can miss
one of those very special opportunities that life has for you while you are off doing something else.
Now you might say that Projectors, like anyone else need to get things done, and this is true, but you
have a very particular way to engage successfully with your endeavors. Once you are energetically
aligned, you have the means to guide and direct operations easily and can access all the energy you
need. As a Projector, you become aware of those people in your life who are reliable in giving good
invitations and those people or situations where getting an acknowledgment, let alone an invitation,
is more difficult. Nevertheless, and like it or not, throughout your life, you are always in a situation
of waiting; waiting for the right recognition and invitations. And, you may have found that getting
just one of these “right” invitations can open up doorways that sustain you for years at a time! If you
think about it and consider the times in your life when things really worked out well for you, you will
recognize that those activities started with a good invitation.
You have a kind of urgency to be recognized for your gifts and abilities, and you can quickly develop
a sense of gloom or despair when you appear to be passed over or ignored. When you allow yourself
to learn patience and the humility to concede that not everything requires your direct participation,
then you can relax and be energized and prepared to join into what is really important for you.
“How long does that take?” you might ask, and the answer is, “Be available, be ready!”
As the name suggests, as a “Projector”, you silently, yet constantly project out an energetic image of
who you are and what your gifts are. Everyone else, in their own way, picks up on these projected
images and either interacts with you in some way or passes by. The beauty of your Design is that it
naturally, automatically and continually projects energy that silently calls for the right invitations. It
is reliable. Your unique being, talents and abilities will be seen by others and you will naturally be
invited to participate. Trust that life will find you.
Once someone engages with you, recognizes and invites you, then you have access to their energy to
help steer and guide it. People will very much come to rely on you for this. When you withdraw your
attention from whomever you’ve engaged with, they can feel momentarily confused, dramatically
ignored or even abandoned, as though a cord has been cut tying you together. It can be quite a shock
for them. So, you, as a Projector have an important responsibility to be clear in your commitments
and particularly when and how you engage and disengage with people and projects.
Let’s look at the strengths and relative limitations of your Design:

Limitations
• You lack sustaining energy and must either rest frequently or rely upon others to provide it.
• Your longing to be recognized can be misunderstood by you and become a motivation in itself to
insert yourself into possibly unfruitful activities or relationships.
• The society we live in does not embrace waiting for invitations, but rather urges you to act, act, act!

Strengths
• You can be very clear in how energy can best be used, and enormously resourceful.
• You link people, places and activities together, giving much needed, and hopefully appreciated
direction to others.
• You have a flexibility that most energy types lack, allowing you to maintain several interests and
activities simultaneously.
When you sense clear recognition and invitation, you are given direct access to guide and ride the
energy of all manner of projects and endeavors. In the time before this acknowledgment and invitation
takes place, it’s a good thing to patiently watch out for your cue. There’s no need to be trying to
second-guess when an invitation is coming, but be alert for all possibilities, and in the meantime,
relax and enjoy your life!

IL PROIETTORE E LA CONSAPEVOLEZZA DIFFERENZIATA

Considerato che l'80 % degli esseri umani sono di tipo “energetico”, nel mondo omogeneo del Non-
Sé appartenere al tipo “non- energetico” diventa un handicap naturale nel momento in cui si tratta di
inserirsi in modelli di “normalità”. Inevitabilmente questo deve essere compensato con lo sviluppo di
un’intelligenza 'superiore’ rispetto a quella della maggioranza; un’intelligenza strategica affinché
l’altro si possa identificare e assoggettare volontariamente.
Come dire che se non hai muscoli allora lavora con il cervello! Comunque sia, questa lieve differenza
nella predisposizione cognitiva dei proiettori comporta una sfida diretta alle limitazioni inerenti
all’intelligenza strategica dell’essere umano, una sfida che é poi conseguenza diretta del processo
evolutivo della nostra specie. Più guardiamo lontano nel nostro passato evolutivo più vediamo quanto
fosse necessario essere dotati di muscoli per sopravvivere; oggi invece viviamo tempi nei quali é
sufficiente un clic del mouse per muovere e risolvere una grande quantità di cose. La capacità di
coordinare i dati e le persone é diventata un fattore ancora più determinante per il nostro successo
sociale rispetto alla capacità individuale d’imporsi agli altri con la “forza” e, non importa di quale
tipo di forza parliamo.
Durante tutta la nostra storia evolutiva con l'emergere del linguaggio abbiamo sviluppato il potenziale
collettivo del nostro cervello sociale, qualcosa del quale gli esseri umani del tipo Proiettore possono
beneficiarsi più di chiunque altro, per poi insegnare agli altri il modo più efficace di impararlo.
I Proiettori sono qui per assorbire tutti i tipi di informazioni sul loro cammino mano a mano che
crescono e quando trovano il fondamento nel quale tutte le informazioni che hanno assorbito si
riuniscono, si stabilisce una sintesi interiore che trasforma la base individuale della loro
comprensione; una comprensione che possono trasmettere agli altri come consapevolezza viva -
quella che nel Disegno Umano si definisce Autorità esterna.
Il vero potenziale dei Proiettori risiede nella consapevolezza individuale, e non nel semplice
accumulo di informazioni. I Proiettori sono solitamente grandi accumulatori di informazioni, e sono
sicuramente i migliori quando si tratta di organizzarle in modo che siano facilmente disponibili. Essi
sono disegnati per nutrire la forza del loro spirito, che è la scintilla primaria della loro intelligenza,
insita all’interno della loro natura profondamente ricettiva e sensibile.
Questo genio naturale che da vita all’intelligenza intrinseca della sua forma, é consistentemente
riconoscibile nella Forza Vitale definita nel suo Disegno che non é altro che un potenziale naturale
per incarnare una forma di consapevolezza specifica tra le tante altre di cui disponiamo.
Qui ne citerò solo alcune per dare un’idea più chiara di quello che intendo dire: il potenziale per
sviluppare la comprensione attraverso la propria sperimentazione con il gusto – o attraverso l’analisi
e la comparazione di formule collettive - attraverso l’interazione diretta nell’esperienza condivisa con
altri – il potenziale di sviluppare chiarezza rispetto al desiderio attraverso il riconoscimento dei
sentimenti - la capacità di sviluppare chiarezza attraverso i ricordi del passato – attraverso la sequenza
dei cambiamenti nel collettivo umano che chiamiamo storia- o il potenziale di sviluppare l’intuizione,
la passione e l’ispirazione.
Tutte queste sono differenti forme di consapevolezza umana che emergono da certi specifici aspetti
della natura umana, e tutte rappresentano la capacità di proiettare una particolare Forza Vitale
energeticamente passiva ma completamente consapevole di se stessa e della sua presenza in qualsiasi
circostanza mondana.
La presenza solo può essere “riconosciuta”, o no. La presenza é qualcosa con cui gli altri si possono
incontrare perché non é altro che un semplice stato dell’essere; lo stato naturale del Sé dell’essere
umano la cui personalità é risvegliata. Il risveglio é il primo passo per arrivare a prendere piena
consapevolezza di se stessi. Quello che sappiamo del Tipo Proiettore è che é qui per focalizzarsi
sull´altro, ma loro vogliono sempre sapere chi è chi sta loro davanti. Dopotutto, aspettando l’invito,
la domanda che nasce loro spontaneamente quando qualcuno li avvicina, è: “Chi sei,” e “che cosa
vuoi da me?”. Questo è tutto quello che si richiede, Presenza.
Siccome è un aspetto della natura con cui sono nati, i Proiettori hanno già raccolto moltissime
informazioni durante la loro vita, ma sono informazioni che sono state raccolte incorrettamente,
perché sono state assorbite attraverso la mente condizionata di un falso tipo energetico, che sta
cercando solamente di scalare la top ten dei più famosi schiavi pur di essere riconosciuto come un
comune ‘Genio’. Ed è molto probabile che possono aver sviluppato tutte le forme di consapevolezza
che non sono radicate nell’ambito dei loro doni naturali. Possono aver imparato un sacco di cose che
sono in realtà buone per gli altri, ma che non li portano mai più vicino a sentirsi riconosciuti per chi
sono veramente, dagli altri.
L’amarezza del Proiettore non è dovuta al fatto di non ottenere riconoscimento, infatti riceve più
riconoscimenti sociali di qualsiasi degli altri 3 tipi; ma solo in rare occasioni si tratta del
riconoscimento di qualcosa che corrisponde a chi è veramente. Riceve il riconoscimento in cambio
di quello che “fa” per gli altri, per il suo contributo materiale molto di più che per la sua
consapevolezza.
Il fatto di essere un tipo non-energetico il suo bisogno di essere riconosciuto dall’altro è molto reale,
questo però non deve diventare necessariamente un problema.
Intorno, abbiamo sempre più persone rispetto a quelle di cui abbiamo bisogno, no? Non trasformare
la necessità di altre persone nella tua vita in un problema, perché non lo è; ci sono un’infinità di
candidati intorno, aspetta e vedrai. È la stessa cosa di aver bisogno di aria per respirare, ne puoi fare
anche un problema se vuoi, ma la verità è che hai semplicemente bisogno di aspettare i “giusti” altri.
Chiunque è giusto per te, se pensi di essere chi non sei, o ti senti amareggiato perché non sei chi pensi
dovresti essere. È questa la distorsione del risentimento, nella frequenza della tua forza vitale, che ha
reso amareggiato il tuo spirito, perché essere riconosciuti semplicemente per quello che si è, è l’unica
cosa che ti è mai interessata veramente.
Tuttavia la maggioranza di quelli che appartengono a questo Tipo non é mai riuscita ad essere
riconosciuta in base alla sua reale natura come Tipo non energetico, questo contribuisce al fatto che
continuano ad esprimersi senza potere evitare di giustificarsi e scusarsi per il motivo di non essere
sempre consistenti con la propria energia e disponibilità.
Il Proiettore ha questa consapevolezza penetrante all’interno del meccanismo con cui l’aura opera
nell’interazione con altre aure. Non sono qui per penetrare gli altri con la loro energia. Come dato di
fatto, a livello energetico, sono loro che sono qui per essere penetrati dagli altri, e per sentire l’impatto
differenziato dell’energia avvolgente di qualsiasi Generatore che entri nella loro aura.
Sentire la vibrazione energetica che portano e lasciarla andare quando è ‘abbastanza’. Sentire la
differenza tra le aure e non trattenerne alcuna, necessariamente. C’è un’unica cosa che può essere
davvero pericolosa se sei disegnato per essere un parassita energetico. Non puoi permetterti di
rimanere attaccato al tuo ospite. Puoi solo essere tu un ospite nelle loro vite. Non sei obbligato a
mangiare tutto quello che è stato servito perché sei un ospite. Non devi comportarti in maniera
convenzionale; se hai seguito la tua Strategia e Autorità Interna sei trattato di conseguenza e cioè
come un ospite, unico e speciale quale sei in realtà. Si tratta piuttosto di quanto tempo rimani in quella
vibrazione: saprai quanta interazione è sufficiente per evitare che l’interdipendenza si trasformi in
codipendenza?
I Proiettori sono qui per riconoscere chi si sente bene e chi no, senza che essi debbano dire nulla. E
quando chiedono: “Come va?”, già sanno tutto perché sentono la vibrazione energetica, e sanno se la
persona si sente giù anche se sta dicendo che si sente bene.
Se sono consapevoli, sanno immediatamente che la persona non è in contatto con sé stessa o
semplicemente non sa come gestire le proprie emozioni più creativamente. Quindi, osservano come
la persona giochi il proprio gioco del Non-Sé, sapendo che la saggezza non é qualcosa che arriva
facilmente per gli essere umani. Tutti abbiamo bisogno di integrare il Non-sé nella nostra personalità,
perché è il modo attraverso cui siamo connessi alla dimensione materiale della nostra vita. Non
dobbiamo farci possedere dal Non-sé ma senza di esso non sapremmo come interpretare quello che
accade intorno a noi nel mondo materiale. Il nostro Non-sé è dove eventualmente potremo trovare il
nostro potenziale per la saggezza.
Tutti gli esseri umani hanno una ferita nello spirito, tutti hanno dovuto subire certi condizionamenti
che hanno creato una frattura tra il corpo e il proprio spirito intrinseco, imponendo di conseguenza
l’identificazione con la mente razionale la quale non fa altro che renderla sempre più profonda in ogni
nuova generazione. Il Tipo Proiettore é qui per capire da dove proviene questa ferita e come può
essere curata in ognuno di noi, essendo disegnato per penetrare gli altri e conoscerli al di là delle
apparenze.
Per questo motivo é così tremendamente importante che essi seguano la loro strategia, perché
garantisce un’unica interazione aurica alla volta. Inviti me, e ciò non ha nient’altro a che fare con
nessun altro. Uno ad uno. Gli inviti non sono mai per chiunque, sono personali, che siano formali o
meno. Entrambi possono essere belli, ma sono molto differenti. In special modo i veri inviti, che sono
inviti che puoi sempre rifiutare dicendo gentilmente “No, grazie” e non è prevista alcuna punizione
o rivalsa per non aver accettato. Se al contrario c’è una punizione, allora non era un vero invito,
perché vi si nascondeva una richiesta o una domanda che distorce lo spirito della potenziale
interazione.
La forza di un Proiettore risiede nell’integrità del proprio spirito, tuttavia essere forte di spirito in un
mondo dove lo spirito brilla per la sua assenza significa che devono compiere un difficile lavoro
psicologico al loro interno, per riuscire a guidare gli altri attraverso quello che è stato distrutto e che
limita la comprensione che hanno di sé.
I Proiettori sono disegnati per vedere e sentire un sacco di cose quando sono con gli altri, ma
nonostante questo devono rimanere in silenzio fino a quando qualcuno non chieda loro qualcosa.
Quando lo fanno, non vengono più percepiti come pistoleri verbali che semplicemente parlano a
raffica, ma bensì come qualcuno che è consapevole ed ha qualcosa da dire che non sia
“omogeneizzata”. Non sono più persone che parlano solamente per scaricare rabbia, frustrazione o
amarezza in modo indiretto attraverso le loro lamentele. Quando sono consapevoli, i Proiettori non
parlano più per tutti, ma comunicano più efficacemente quando lo fanno con una persona alla volta.
Questo è quello che significa essere un Proiettore nella vita quotidiana, ma richiede che tu sappia chi
fa la differenza nella tua vita. Metti tutto il tuo essere e la tua mente nel cercare di comprendere le
relazioni che hai con le persone che fanno la differenza nella tua vita, perché questo è il modo in cui
puoi andare più in profondità nella conoscenza per te di come funzionano le cose.
È questo il modo in cui arriverai al successo, quando capirai cosa c’è alla sorgente della sofferenza
tra te e il mondo intorno a te.
I Proiettori sono qui per trasformare le nostre idee ed opinioni rispetto al vero valore del successo,
che riguarda l’essere riconosciuti per chi siamo veramente. Essere amati ed apprezzati senza nessuna
pretesa, solo per chi siamo naturalmente, ossia un altro essere umano che è in armonia con il fatto di
essere incontrollabile.
I Proiettori sono qui per avere legami profondi con gli altri, ma non con chiunque sia disponibile.
Sono qui per essere molto aperti di spirito, ma devono essere selettivi perché non sono equipaggiati
per gestire l’energia di chiunque abbiano intorno per un periodo di tempo molto lungo, senza finire
totalmente esausti.
Hanno bisogno di conoscere quale sia la vibrazione energetica che è corretta per loro ed in quale
quantità, ma tutto inizia con l’aspettare un invito per interagire. Può avvenire in tantissimi modi.
Alla fine, il risveglio dello spirito è nel riconoscimento che la vita in sé è un invito - l’unico vero
invito per tutti - e tu sai che è un vero invito perché ti puoi voltare indietro, e ogni momento sarebbe
buono per andarsene. È un invito e puoi farne qualsiasi cosa se sei pronto ad assumertene le
conseguenze. Non ci sono regole, non ci sono altri limiti se non quelli imposti dalla concezione
dell’umanità che risiede nella nostra prospettiva. Siamo limitati nella forma, ma la consapevolezza
umana può creare la sua unica e differente illusione.
Questa è la consapevolezza; la nostra percezione differenziata della ‘realtà’ materiale che
condividiamo con gli altri. I Proiettori sono qui per vivere il successo di un’illusione differenziata,
non ristretta dal comune senso della realtà, un mondo a sé stante che riflette l’essenza del loro spirito.
Se esiste qualcuno che può cambiare il mondo, questi sono i Proiettori, perché non hanno bisogno di
cambiare prima il mondo al di fuori, ma possono creare il loro proprio mondo individuale con le
persone con cui condividono la vita quotidianamente. Ossia le persone nella loro la geometria che li
aiutano a costruire la loro vita, la rete sociale dell’umanità attraverso cui il loro senso del Sé permette
loro di sentirsi connessi al tutto.

Guide and Lead Us All Yee Projectors

Projectors in Human Design are here to guide, lead, manage and direct us. They are here to Project
the way. They have an energy configuration that is very open so they can take in the energy from the
world around them and project it out to help guide us all. Projectors make up about 20% of the
population, so with 1 manager in every 5 people that’s a pretty good ratio, almost like somebody had
a plan.
However we are all not always open to being guided. Especially if that guidance is coming from our
6 year old child. So projectors can face an uphill battle find their place to do the guiding and leading
they were designed at birth to do. The hierarchy of our schools and authoritarian institutions are not
necessarily receptive to direction from junior members. A teacher does not always smile upon
correction or direction from their students. When a projector child enters the work place world there
again they may struggle as they will typically be give n a full course meal of listen, follow orders and
don’t rock the boat.
This is one group of children and adults that thrive at alternative schools and businesses. The
authoritarian model is non existant or less dominate giving the projectors more of an invitation to
express their inner design.
So what is a projector to do? It is so simple. The projectors strategy is Wait to be invited. But the
waiting can be hard and invitations do not always come so easily. So while the theory is simple it is
not always so easy or painless to follow.
Why is this strategy important. Think about some group situations that you have been. Typically, in
the cases where the leader is invited, like being elected or appointed by their peers, their is a more
harmonious relationship between the group and the members. In our other experiences, where we are
assigned a teacher, assigned a manager the road may have been less harmonious. In fact in a lot of
the stereotypical work place situations the “I hate the boss” mentality prevails or is at least near 50%.
Even in politics, in a close or hotly contested election, there is a large percentage of the population
that holds some resentment because they did not invite that person to be President. In a lopsided
victory there is less resentment because a clear majority feel they have invited this person to be
president.
So with this knowledge I invite you to help yourself, help your friends and help your family. If you
are a projector look for invitations in your reality. Not out on TV or the Internet but in your life, in
spoken, written or physical form. They may originate out in the ethosphere but let someone say to
you I think you should try that school or I think you should apply for that job, you would be good at
that. If you are not a projector but have a projector friend. sister or child INVITE THEM! When your
6 year old starts telling you how you could save time preparing dinner, invite them to tell you all
about it instead of ignoring them.
Invitations are a projectors key to empowerment. If you invite the projectors around you everybody
wins.

The Projector Type

Two things stand out in a Projector’s BodyGraph. The first is an undefined Sacral Center, and the
second is that there is no motor connection with the Throat Center, meaning Projectors have no built-
in potential for generating or manifesting. Because they possess no consistent, reliable means of
manifesting or generating energy, Projectors are classified with Reflectors and a non-energy type.
These two Types use their experiential wisdom about energy to increase the understanding and
productivity of the energy types (Generators and Manifestors). Projector’s charts can be configured
with as few as two and as many as eight defend centers. They make up approximately 21% of the
population.

Overview
Projectors represent a new energy archetype on the planet that emerged after 1781. Until the advent
of The Human Design System, Projectors had no direct means by which to fully comprehend either
their unique auric field, or the particular role they are here to play as one of the four Types. Up until
the last century, Manifestors and Generators dominated positions of leadership and authority around
the world. In the future, however, it is the Projector who will begin to move into positions of greater
power, taking leadership itself in a new direction. This will happen when the energy types recognize
and empower the Projector’s natural potential by inviting the Projector to guide them. As Manifestors
are freed to initiate processes, and Geneators begin to realign with their own natural power as creative
builders, Projectors will emerge as the administrators of the new order.
The Projector’s focused, probing aura, and complex way of interacting with people at deep energetic
levels, sets them apart from the other three Types. With their natural brilliance and openness to taking
on the expectations and energies of others, they have managed to effectively imitate both Manifestors
and Generators, losing themselves in the process. How Projectors reclaim that self, along with their
significant and rightful place in the whole, begins with a comprehensive look at the complex nature
of their unique configuration.
Projectors have a general openness to life, combined with a penetrating aura that absorbs and
energetically tastes the energy of others. With their capacity to see the big picture, recognize the
talents and gifts of others, and bring people together, they make exceptional advisors, administrators,
networkers and natural mediators. Projectors can be gifted organizers, and masters at understanding
how to maximize energy and resources as they see things that others often miss. Just because
Projectors can see how a person’s energy is best utilized, however, doesn't mean they can tell others
what to do. A specific part of their role and purpose here on earth is to guide others by knowing how
to ask the right questions. Projectors have a natural gift for diplomacy that is wise to nurture.
Projectors are rising naturally to the top of the Type hierarchy, however, they still have a long way to
go, and a great deal depends on having awake and aware Manifestor and Generator energy to work
with. Projectors are more interested in other people’s designs than they are in their own, and they
normally seek out systems that help them to understand individuals, groups and the ways people work
together more efficiently and effectively.
Recognition is the Projector’s key to understanding the way their Strategy connect them to their
Authority and the world. In some ways, recognition is to Projectors what responding is to Generators.
Their powers of strategic recognition provide them with their boundaries, which they maintain by
being selective when accepting invitations. Both the Projector’s ability to recognize what is available
to them from others, and the need for their own unique gifts to be properly recognized by others, are
part of the specific way their auras are designed to connect. The Projector aura is an I-am-open-to-
an-invitation field that draws people in and out of their lives by provoking invitations from them.
Recognition, accompanied by a formal invitation, is the way the other Types honor and empower
Projectors.
As with Generators, waiting is a quality of the Projector’s Strategy, however the clarity of their answer
is not as immediately accessible as a Sacral response. To further analyze these subtle differences, we
have divided Projectors into three basic categories based on the chart configuration.

The Three Categories of Projectors

Mental Projectors are defined by andy combination of defined Head, Ajna, and Throat Centers, but
have an open design and a deep reliance on their mind. They tap into their environment and read its
transient energies through all of their undefined Centers. Mental Projectors are the archetype of outer
Authority, which is to say one who provides valued information and guidance for others. It is difficult
for them to accept the fact hat their strong and agile minds cannot be their personal Authority. For
Mental Projectors to reach clarity in decision-making, it is helpful to bounce things off others so they
can hear it themselves. Their surroundings can have a definite influence on their decision-making
process, so it is also important that they get a sense of how the environment is affecting them. With
so much of their design open and vulnerable to conditioning, understanding how others impact them
an prove and invaluable tool. Through studying other people’ designs, Mental Projectors begin to
understand the similarities and differences in their own process. As they become awake and aware,
their own strategy begins to work for them.
Energy Projectors have one or more motors, except the Sacral Center, defined in their design. They
need to pay close attention to the guidance of their Authority, being extra vigilant for invitations from
other people who want access to their energy just to fill a vacant position or get a job done. Even
thought these Projectors are under pressure to discharge built-up energy from he motors defined, it is
essential they expand it either by doing something they enjoy, or by doing what they have been
recognized for and properly invited to do. This extra energy creates two temptations for Projectors.
The first is initiating an action just to release the pressure. The second is unwittingly committing to
an activity whereby they become a laborer, rather than the one who can see how to direct a process
towards greater efficiency and success.
Classic Projector’s definition lies below the Throat Center but never includes a defined motor center.
Without motor definition in their design, they can test of taste the fuel from the motors of others, and
discern which people are correct for them and which are not. This gives them the potential to be more
objective and more selective about the invitations they accept. For example, Projectors take in,
experiences and magnify the creative life force energy of a defined Sacral Center. This can be
exhilarating, but can also make them prone to any toxic or detrimental frequencies attached to that
energy. It’s like ingesting a poison which then smothers or destroys their vitality, and compromises
their physical and mental health. Since all Projector decisions connect them to energies which either
empower or enlsave them, becoming conscious of the purity of the fuel emanating from people they
accept into their lives is critical to their overall well-being.

All Projectors
The dilemma for all Projectors is waiting for the invitation. They want to be, and must be, recognized
and invited in order to fulfill their purpose as administrators and guides. Personal success for
Projectors is dependent on having energetically healthy people around them who acknowledge their
Projector skills and offer them their energy resources to work with.
When not-self Projectors, eager for recognition of any kind, try to meet the expectations of others and
thus are recognized instead for who they are ‘not’, they can get confused and attach themselves to
anyone, even someone who is detrimental to them. Healthy Projectors are those who avoid this trap
by recognizing themselves, and understanding their own limitations. When the are no longer
dependent on external sources for affirmation of any kind, the true Projector gift of recognition is
returned to its rightful and properly functioning place in their Strategy.
The most basic but essential function of recognition for Projectors relates to choosing people to be in
their inner circle, people who will keep them aligned with their own path and purpose. Because
Projectors are designed to penetrate other’s centers so deeply, and because they cannot fulfill their
purpose without access to the energy and resources of other people, Projectors need to know who is
right for them; who recognizes or sees them for who the truly are.
This applies to the ways they connect to the wider community as well. For example, if you are a
skilled classical guitarist, you wouldn't book a concert to entertain a crowd expecting to dance to rock
n’ roll, unless your personal its include converting the casual listener to classical guitar music and
you have been invited to do that. Without the initiation, you would be wasting your precious Projector
gifts and leave the place without recognition, embittered by the experience. No amount of money
could buy or replace what you would lose.
Nothing boosts the mood of Projectors like being recognized, or drops them faster into a state of
bitterness when they are not. When Projectors try to get others to see them, they are perceived as
needy and demanding. Other Types feel this ‘need’ for recognition and resist it. By initiating and
inviting themselves, Projectors are giving their inherent power to the other person, which places them
at a huge disadvantage. This often happens in family relationships where they have not been seen as
themselves from the beginning. Taking their power back is difficult at first; it involves shifting their
focus, standing securely grounded in awareness of their own gifts, and waiting until their own auric
message is clearly receives. This allows the people around them o recognize and invite their real gifts
into the relationship, and changes the basis for the relationship as a whole.

Projector Strategy: Recognition

To Wait For the Invitation

Projectors are designed to be seen. They are always being noticed, but on must questions what is
really getting the attention. Are they being recognized for their true gifts or not? What Projectors
are truly recognized, they feel it in their core and there is no doubt. The Projector Strategy and
decision-making process is to wait for the recognition, and then the invitation. Recognition and
invitations come from silence. When Projectors grasp that waiting quietly is a quality of readiness,
they an watch their strong aura pull people and recognition to them. Once they have been recognized
and invited correctly, there gifts and skills are empowered as they are filled up by a trustiest energy
that is theirs to choreograph. The energy they connect with and commit to managing sort of flows
through them. It is not theirs, but they get to utilize its potential to benefit others for as long as that
invitation lasts.
Waiting for the invitation has specific to it that are subtly different from the waiting Strategy of
Generators, who wait for their life to be directed from moment to moment through response.
Projectors are waiting for what is best described as a more formal, long-term invitation. they are
waiting for ‘investors’ to recognize, request and empower their special skills - in exchange for ample
compensation! That invitation offers the Projector access to the investor’s initiating and generating
energy resources. This is what the Projector lives for, how their genius is empowered and how they
will experience the success they are here to achieve in their lifetime. The relationship between the
Generator and Projector is both essential and interdependent, as neither has the power to fulfill their
purpose without the other.
Investor invitations generally, but not exclusively, apply to four major decisions one makes in life:
the invitation to love, to a career, to bond with others, and to a place to live. Once an invitation is
receive and accepted, Projectors can use all the skills at their disposal, within the parameters set by
the invitation, for as long as the investor remains open and receptive and willing to play their part.
This can be for a few weeks, a few months, a few years, or for the rest of their life. When entering
into any of these major long-term communities, Projectors need to be intentional and deliberate in
following their Strategy and Authority.
The next essential step for projectors is being selective. Just because they finally received an
invitation doesn't automatically make it right for them. Their Authority will guide them to the right
energy exchange for them. Each Projector’s decision-making process is unique, and the best way to
determine what a correct invitation looks like is t measure the level of resistance they meet when they
act on one. Over time, and with increased self awareness, the Projector’s proficiency at recognizing
correct invitations improves, and the process itself is refined. When Projectors are recognized and
invited, they suddenly have access to the eliable energy of others, which in turn releases their own
Projector gifts and after authority. Patience and careful observation are once again key factors.
All invitations come with an expiration date. If the invitation has lost its energy or excitement, it is
possible that the invitation has been withdrawn, or perhaps the job is complete but no one has noticed.
The Projector may feel that things aren’t working anymore, such as money, interest, support, or
adequate time are no longer available. At this point, it is helpful to discuss the situation with the
investor in order to clarify the status of the invitation. Once aligned in their own power, Projectors
can let their auras do the talking. Their silent waiting is the most effective way to elicit correct
invitations from others. Gradually, the people and invitations that were not based on recognition will
sloshy fall away. If Projectors trust in the silent magic of their chemistry, there is no need to do the
inviting themselves; opportunities will come to them.
When Projectors understand the sancity of their aura, they will nurture and protect it. This begins
with creating an essentially aura-free space in their hoe they can retreat to in order to properly relax
and release the aura energies the have absorbed during the day. Sleeping alone is also important for
a Projector because 70 percent of the population is generating Sacral motor energy. In order to enter
a deep, restful sleep, Projectors must first take time to diffuse the extra energy they have taken in.
Achieving a healthy balance between actively and rest in their life begins with learning to sense when
enough, when to let got of the residual auric energy of others, and when to be alone.
Projectors with Emotional Authority
Projectors have been waiting so long for invitations that even those with emotional definition have a
tendency to jump at the first opportunity. Unfortunately, what appears to be a great invitation when
they are up in their wave can turn into a horrible commitment when they are down in their wave. We
are all conditioned to be polite and answer spontaneously when someone invited us to accept a job,
or attend an event. It’s also easy of emotional Projectors to get hooked into someone else’s energy
field, which adds to the confusion. They need to wait. discuss it, and discuss it yet again. By waiting
for clarity they may, in fact, receive an evermore delicious invitation. The strategy for emotional
Projectors is simply to request a day or two to think it over. If they’re still not clear by then, they
should unashamedly ask for more time and/or clarification of the details. Part of the experiment for
them is to observe how and if their auric field draws the other person back again to renew the
invitation while they themselves are waiting for clarity.

Projectors in Relationships
For a relationship to work, Projectors must be recognized, formally invited into it, and given an
essential role in its unfolding. Projectors who are neither appreciated nor recognized are stuck in a
dependent and weak position, which leaves them feeling bitter. Life and relationships lose their
sweetness. The best advice, as with all types, is to enter relationships correctly from the beginning.

Projector Children
It is particularly important to the extremely sensitive Projector Child that parents be intentional about
their own energy mechanics. Part of parental support includes recognizing ways the child manages
or interacts with healthy energies early on. Teaching Projector children to recognize themselves, to
know when they are recognized by others, and to recognize what a correct invitation feels like, places
them on the track to success. This is all the encouragement they need to practice their Strategy and
Authority, and to appreciate their uniqueness as a Projector.
Parents who invite and recognize their Projector children give them chance to develop, express and
feel the power of being who they truly are. Children who are taught to recognize and wait for the
correct receptive audience grow up to be successful, well-adjusted adults who can express their gifts
with clarity and integrity in the world.
Emotional Projector children must also be invited, but without any pressure being placed on them to
make a decision in the moment. This gives them a chance to get in touch with their emotional wave.
When they are in a community that recognized them, they will grow and thrive. If they are put under
pressure to accept invitations or make decisions before they have a change to process and know what
is right for them, they can easily end up confused, bitter and unsuccessful.

Projector Recognition and The Not-Self

When Projector’s hear about their Type, their is an immediate resonance with the keyword
‘invitation’. They suddenly realize that they have been the only one doing the inviting! In their
restlessness and insecurity, they treated others the way they themselves were meant to be treated,
which naturally met with resistance. After a lifetime of feeling unrecognized and uninvited,
Projectors become deeply pessimistic about people showing a genuine interest in them.
When Projectors feel starved for energy, they will compromise and settle for an invitation to the
wrong energy exchange. Accurate recognition and a proper invitation is what sets a Projectors’ gifts
in motion and increases their value to others. For example, when someone says to an emotionally
defined Projector, “I love the way you process your decisions through your feelings,” they know the
person sees them. This gives the Projector access to clean energy and, potentially, a receptive ear for
their insightful guidance and advice.
Once a proper invitation is completed or withdrawn, to Projector’s job is complete. Because the
energy they were committed to managing is no longer available to them, however, their not-self may
panic and interfere with their letting go and moving on. Their not-self has no confidence in Strategy
or their Projector auric invitation field, which can lead to them holding onto people, not knowing
when enough is enough, trying to prove themselves, accepting a wrong invitation to begin with, or
being fearful of not being invited again.
It is through understanding others that Projectors arrive at a clear understanding of themselves. If
their agenda for reaching out to people comes with the expectation that they will get attention or
recognition, however, they will meet with resistance. Like all types, they need to be aware of tier
underlying agenda and hidden expectations.
Projectors have a very strong intellect. They like to study and take in information. Because of this,
they tend to have a deeply conditioned mind that tries to control their lives and circumstances through
the not-self strategies of their open centers. They tend to feel they will not get the life they really
want, so they compromise in their relationships and jobs by settling for what they think they can get.
Settling is a huge problem of the Projector, especially when there are bills to pay.

Healthy Sleep Habit for Projectors

It is best for Projectors, with their open Sacral Center, to go to bed before they feel totally exhausted.
By lying down or relaxing as much as an hour before they would like to be asleep, they give their
bodies a chance to unwind, and their auras time release energies that do not belong to them, thus
preparing for a peaceful, refreshing night’s rest.

Signature Goal: Success

Success dispels bitterness and maximizes the Projector’s sense of well-being. Recognizing the
uniqueness and potential in others, and guiding them by asking the right questions without a personal
agenda, is the Projector gift. The right questions ultimately open the door to satori, transforming and
awakening someone to their own unique truth. Success also means getting to a place within where
being a non energy type is no longer an issue. Waiting for a respectful, formal invitation, accompanied
by the appropriate rewards and energy resources, is the Projector’s Strategy for the big decisions in
life, thus reducing the likelihood of overexertion or mental an physical breakdown. By moving from
success to success, the Projector learns how to use their limited energy wisely.
Projector Bitterness Is Not a Curse

When Human Design Projectors experience the not-self theme of bitterness it’s like a barbed wire
fence which hinders the flow of connection and invitations. Recently a Projector asked me how to
get rid of bitterness. She saw it very clearly in herself and it was eating her up. As we worked
together it became clear that the deep conditioning in her open centers was fueling much of her
bitterness. Because she was newly embarking upon her Human Design experiment much of this
conditioning was coming up in technicolor to facilitate her awareness of it. In time the bitterness will
abate, but for now it is her best friend that let’s her know when and how she is out of balance with
her true nature. It’s not a curse or a punishment. It’s an integral part of the Projector’s guidance
system.
The not-self theme is always present. It’s like the underlying go-to emotion in everyone’s life
regardless of your Human Design type. It doesn’t matter how “good” you get at following your
strategy. It never goes away. I have observed the natural frustration in Generators, the anger which
rises in Manifestors and of course the bitterness which exudes from Projectors, sometimes when they
don’t know it themselves. Regardless of your type, when you’re following your strategy the
emotional ground substance embodied in your theme will eventually no longer control you. It will
become a very valuable part of you which lets you know when you’re off track or not taking care of
yourself.
As a Projector it’s not always easy to see when bitterness is coming up. And depending on the
baggage of past conditioning that you’re experiencing in the present moment, it’s not always easy to
identify or deal with bitterness as it crops up. Sometimes it consumes you, and unlike the client who
knew it was eating her up, it may just be the sea that you swim in without even knowing. We’re not
here to know ourselves. We’re here to know others. But the knowing of others can get way out of
balance when you have a lot of openness in your chart or unhealed pain from the past. When you
carry your conditioning unconsciously, or when you are weighed down by years of painful baggage,
bitterness becomes a poison rather than a truth serum.

The Projectors natural position is at the top of the hierarchy, designed to be the guide of the energy
types. Projectors recognize talents and capabilities of Generators and Manifesting Generators and can
guide them in the most efficient use of their energy.
Power for manifesting is given to generators who do not know how to use it without the help of
Projectors. Projectors do not have this kind of manifesting life force themselves and will soon be
exhausted if they expend energy in the same way as Generators.
Projectors are great organizers and net-workers and have the knack for bringing the right combination
of people together to accomplish a task. They are the natural middle-man and ultimately, it is up to
them to maintain harmony in the world.
The most important thing for a Projector is to be recognized – their greatest secret is people. They
absolutely have to have the right people around them – and that is those who recognize them. If people
do not recognize a Projector – the Projector becomes an energy drain.
The appropriate recognition is key. When a Projector hears, “I always feel so inspired when I am with
you”, every cell in their body literally lites up, because that person has truly recognized them. If
someone gives a compliment that does not make sense – it may feel good – but it is not the right
recognition.
For Projectors exhaustion and fatigue go hand in hand often creating debilitating disease or a short
life span. Projectors tend to compromise searching for recognition creating exhaustive conditions
from the wrong relationships.
If a Projector does not wait to be recognized, they become ill from the energy of those around them.
Projectors are not designed to take on the burdens of others. Their true role is to guide the energy
types and let them do the things they are not equipped to handle.
It is essential that a Projector is recognized for who they ARE and not for who they are not.
Waiting to be Invited ~
Projectors often make the mistake of inviting rather than “wait to be invited”. In restlessness and
insecurity, they often rush to invite the other, another form of initiating.
Projectors must absolutely NOT initiate – they must wait to be invited. There are four types of
“invitations” that Projectors are waiting for:
- Invitation to Love
- Invitation to Career
- Invitation to bond with others
- Invitation for a place to live
The Projector must RELAX and STAY SILENT
A Projectors aura is very specific. It can be felt across a room and has a very distinct frequency.
Anyone who is attuned to their frequency will notice them immediately.
The Projector aura does all the talking and soon naturally brings out the invitation from the other.
When Projectors learn to trust in their silent chemistry, many opportunities come their way.
The mantra for a Projector is:
“Wait for a formal invitation that is just right for me”
This is the strategy to eliminate resistance as it makes life sweet. Everything else just unfolds if the
Projector learns to trust their chemistry.
Projectors auras are magical. It draws the right attention and protects them. Anyone who is not
naturally drawn to them will be unhealthy for them. All a projector has to do is sit back and wait to
see who comes forward and who does not.
Those with an Emotional Motor / emotional authority must wait to know their truth. They have to
sleep on it and wait to be “re-invited”. This can look like missing an opportunity but a decision can
look good when you are high on your wave and look horrible when you are low on your wave.
Thus emotional Projectors have to push an offer away or delay it to test it.
If the invitation is perfect, the aura will naturally draw the “re-invite”.
Waiting is the greatest secret – learning to wait transforms the very cells of the body.
Relief of not having to make things fit is a great gift for Projectors.
Relationships ~
Projectors have to receive a formal invite to love and to bond. This is the only way to correctly enter
a relationship.
If a woman is interested in a Projector, she will have to do the inviting. If two Projectors are interested
in each other – they will have to go through an extended courtship of inviting each other. This is the
only time a Projector can invite.
Each Projector needs an invitation to match their own energy. Plus, the nature of the invite is most
important of all – if you don’t invite at all and just say – “I really want to be with you” – the
relationship will be full of bitterness.
If Projectors do not enter a relationship in the right way, then they will always fall in with the wrong
person, becoming the “needy” partner in the relationship.
Projectors are unique in that they transcend status and class. They can be born poor and become very
rich. They are designed to move through the social strata of society.

Generators and Projectors interlock with each other. The Generators, collectively, create the life of
the larger organism of humanity. They are the pure cells that are buzzing day and night, maintaining
and building the whole. Projector cells are unique. They have no propulsion of their own, so they drift
around on the endless energy of currents created by generators.
These Projectors have certain purposes that only click when they are with the right combination of
Generators that “dock in” to receive instructions. Since the Projector has no energy, it cannot initiate
but rather it must allow for Generators to notice them and dock in with their own timing – also known
as – magical serendipity.
This recognition process works like a code and key built in to the two types at birth. The Projector
holds numerous keys that fit a large array of locks. When the key does not fit – it is very obvious.
The Projector does nothing until they are recognized. Every Projector knows when the key fits. Every
cell lites up in their bodies. They also know when it “sorta” fits – those are the critical moments – if
not perfect – smile sweetly and walk away.

Projectors - wait for the invitation

Projectors sit at the top of the hierarchy. They are here to guide others. There are many ways of
guiding and many types of guides. It is the same as an architect who designs the house, or a writer
who moves someone to shift their consciousness because of what they have written, or an artist by
his work. It does not matter how you guide, your design will give you the tools to do the work you
are meant to do.
When you were born, if you could talk, you might have liked to have been able to say “I am not here
to work”. You are not here to “do”. You have no action centre and others may think you are lazy, or
alternatively, you will find that you work harder because you reflect a Generator’s energy, and then
collapse when you are alone. You are here to help Generators to wake up and find themselves so that
they can take the right action in their lives. Generators are the only ones that can create change in the
world, and if they are not awake and aware, change will not take place.
Projectors generally know when the Generators around them are not awake because they cannot get
on with their own life. Because of this a Projector is driven to do their job properly. Projectors will
push, goad, and prod those Generators until the Generators see the truth of how they are living in an
automatic, socially conditioned way, however materially successful they might be. You must learn
to remember that your strategy for life must be “wait until you are recognised and invited”.
You do not have to go out and look for Generators to wake up. A Generator will come along,
recognise you, and invite you to be in his or her life. Although Projectors can be exhausted by
Generators, you are designed to be in their lives, so you are naturally attracted to them. Only when
you are invited, will your own life be correct and your resources will not be drained. You are more
interested in other people than yourself so you love to try to help people without being invited.
Because we are all conditioned to “do” without waiting for an invitation, an adult Projector has a
difficult time breaking the pattern of their conditioning. Although a Generator is not a natural
initiator, in the Projector-Generator relationship, it is always the Generator that needs to initiate.
Projectors need a lot of rest. While a Generator will become exhausted and go to bed, a Projector
feels that place of exhaustion frequently during a busy day and you may not have time to stop and
rest. So you carry on beyond that point. Because this has happened so often in your life, you find it
difficult to stop at the end of the day and go to bed. You need to practice going to bed an hour earlier
than you think you need to, and just rest and read or watch TV. It gives your body time to wind down
and settle, so that you can sleep.
You reflect other people’s energy and amplify it so you appear to act like an energy dynamo. When
you are out of that person’s aura you will collapse and wonder why you are so tired. As a child, you
may have been very active; you were reflecting the group of people at school or you family. Your
teenage years may have brought exhaustion. Projector children, too, need to be persuaded to go to
bed at least an hour before they are tired and read or watch television. Lying flat helps 70% of our
genes rest and regenerate, sleeping helps all of them. Most adult Projectors who live in an
environment of busy Generators will end up overwhelmed and exhausted unless they understand what
it means to be a Projector.
Practicing being a Projector may take time. You need to train those around you to invite you and
help them to understand that you are less likely to pick up the phone and call people, but that doesn’t
mean that you don’t care about them. Explain that it is easier for them to call you; in this way your
light will come on because you will feel invited and recognised. Learn to feel inside your body what
it is like when someone recognises and invites you; when someone passes you in the street and crosses
over to speak to you. Even these little aspects of recognition light you up, and it is only when someone
lights you up that you can truly feel alive.
It is always important to notice in a group how much energy you feel you have. This will disappear
as soon as the Generators have gone. You can be busy doing a project and the Generator leaves the
room and you will find you no longer have the energy for it; in fact you are exhausted. Noticing what
it feels like to be a Projector may start to bring changes in your life that are difficult to start with. The
reason for this is that you are trying to live in a world of busy people, and you have been reflecting
it. You may need a long break or a period of rest away from everyone. You will almost certainly feel
your exhaustion levels that you may have previously ignored and feel resentful because you cannot
continue at the same pace as you did before.
Some Projectors do not have a reliable way of making a decision, and if this is you, then you will
have created strategies to make decisions in the moment, so that you are seen to be effective in your
personal and working life. The truth is some Projectors can be spontaneous, others will need to wait
a week before they can make a decision and others will have to wait longer, have discussions with
others and seek feedback before they come to any decision. Your success in life may be based on the
fact that you reflect other people, which means you are living their life, not yours. In relationships, it
is important that other types understand their Projector partner. When you are with a Generator or
Manifestor, you appear to act like them, so these types will think you have the kind of energy they
are looking for. Particularly in relationship with Manifestors, who are always looking for someone
to carry out their ideas and do the work for them. Projectors love to have someone else to initiate for
them, and this is what Manifestors do all the time. However, you have to consider what the needs of
each partner are, and make sure that the Manifestor does not need anything from the Projector,
because neither person really likes being told what to do, and the Manifestor cannot expect energy
from the Projector.

Projectors and the Art of Guiding

So often, in the Human Design teachings, you hear about the importance of Projectors being the new
“guides” for humanity. Most people are confused especially Projectors because it’s not really clear
how this new kind of guiding works, exactly. There is no real manual for directing the process of
guiding nor is there a clear, precise example as to how this special new kind of “guiding” operates.
That is because, when a Projector first hears that it is here to guide, the first thing the Projector wants
to do is tell you everything it knows.
A Projector feels that if they share what they know, then they will get the recognition that they so
crave. So, you will find that Projectors will download lots of information, whether you have invited
it or not.
Eventually, after receiving the download, one is feeling a little bit confused and a little bit
“overwhelmed” yet feeling a slight bit of entertainment, because they can be good at entertaining.
Something is missing in that transmission though because the “guiding” is not about downloading
information, at all. If a Projector is downloading information, it is teaching, it is not guiding. There
is a big difference.
Please don’t misunderstand me.
Sharing knowledge and teaching is a wonderful thing and Projectors are good at it, especially because
of the way their brains work. However, teaching does not transmit transformation.
It is important to keep in mind that Projectors guide best, one on one.
When it is truly effectual, the Projector’s ability to guide is very personal and intimate and in the
moment.
And when they guide, they do not download, at all. They don’t have to say a word about anything in
order to guide. It actually works best if they don’t talk about what they know. Knowledge is incidental
to their true ability to guide.
This special gift of guiding is actually about asking the right questions at key moments.
When the Projector guides, naturally, through asking questions, it is an amazing sensation to
experience. It is incredibly empowering and brings tremendous clarity immediately.
There is a great sense of relaxation and calmness that sets in when the Projector is standing, in aura,
asking the most poignant question of all, in that moment.
In the teachings of the basic mechanics (LYD), Ra Uru Hu states:
“The Projector does nothing until they are recognized. Every Projector knows when the key fits.
Every cell lites up in their bodies.
They also know when it “sorta” fits – those are the critical moments – if not perfect – smile sweetly
and walk away.”
It’s difficult to understand exactly what that means until you begin to witness these types of “key and
lock” combinations happening in your life.
When the “key and lock” combination fits perfectly, the guiding is effortless. The Projector can see
who the Generator is, what they are struggling with and naturally begins to ask the “right” questions
that quickly leads to clarity for the Generator.
If the “lock and key” combination doesn’t fit, there is going to be a strange feeling when the Projector
attempts to guide because the Projector isn’t really interested. Because of this lack of curiosity in the
Generator, they do not ask the right questions, they don’t see the “other” for who they really are and
they don’t bring that wonderful state of relief or relaxation in the exchange of information or ideas in
the form of questions.
Instead, the Generator will get a download.
But when it’s a fit, it is incredibly delicious. There is nothing like it. It is probably the closest thing
to heaven that can be experienced on this planet. A Generator has a best friend, a guide, an ally,
support in the work to be done, and someone who is asking the right questions in the right moment.
The Projector has gained a great fan, a strong ally, a powerful source of energy for work to be done,
and dedicated support in the endeavors.
That is what a perfect fit in “lock and key” can do.
“Lock and key” fits are not found in electromagnetics, they are found in the environment, that brings
two people, together, in aura.
Our choices along the way dictate the degree of quality in which we experience these “lock and key”
connections and the amount of harmony and ease.
It is up to us to recognize these encounters when they happen and to enjoy and gain the most,
mutually, from the encounter.
Most people miss that magical “lock and key” encounter though because they are too focused on
romance and caught in antiquated, traditional thinking. So, they pass on by the Projector or Generator
they just met who might be a great fit.
It is unfortunate.
Quick Spotlight: Projector with Super Powers!

One of my clients is a 2-motors Projector, which means she has two Defined motor centers.
INFO TIP: The four Energy Centers that are considered motors are: Will (also known as Heart or
Ego), Emotional Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root. Motor Centers provide energy for taking action.
When a motor is connected, either directly or indirectly, to the Throat Center via a defined channel
then that person is a Manifesting Generator (if their Sacral Center is defined) or a Manifestor (if their
Sacral is open).
Projectors never have a Defined Sacral, but they can have from zero to three possible Defined Motors
(the Will, Solar Plexus and Root).
Motors DO make a difference in terms of a Projector’s energy levels. A no-motors Projector generally
will tend to have less energy on a normal basis than a three-motors Projector, for example. But it still
depends on the rest of the chart, whether the person loves what do they and loves their life, the
conditioning they have in their Open Centers, and the people they are around.
As an example, Steven Spielberg, famous film director and producer, is a no-motors Projector who
is extremely busy, productive and prolific. It can happen!
But back to my client. She is a 6/2 Projector in her 50’s with the Will and Solar Plexus motors defined
and her Identity and Throat Centers also defined.
I think of her as having Super Powers because of the level of activity that she happily maintains in
her life… and always has.
In high school she joined every after-school club. In college she held 3 jobs while going to school.
Then she was a fitness instructor for 20 years and did triathlons. She considers herself blessed with a
strong constitution. I’ll say.
She and her husband have raised five children (one is still at home) and by her own admission she
“works hard and plays hard.”
After 18 years of study and practice in the energy healing field, she created her very own
style/modality 8 years ago and she travels the world teaching it and certifying students to practice it.
These days she likes to ride her bike for an hour a day (that’s her “alone” time) and she makes time
for family every day too, though she admits that it’s hard for her to get to bed by midnight because
she’s so busy.
Recently she was interviewed on more than 30 online telesummits, she’s is writing a book, and she’s
is ready to “shake things up” in her business this year because she was getting a little bored.
WOW. She clearly gets access to her two motors by being around other people!!
I encouraged her to pay attention to her energy and take breaks when she needs to. But I did NOT tell
her to stop being so active. It’s working for her, and she said she has never burned out, so I believe
in sticking with what works…but with an understanding of one’s basic energy pattern.
She did say that learning that she should wait to be invited (the Projector’s decision and action
strategy) “feels like a relief!” I think she’s going to enjoy easing off the accelerator in her life and
business just a little.
But we’re not supposed to hold back in life. If it ain’t broke
PROJECTOR’S RELATIONSHIP STRATEGY

You need to be invited into life’s major choices, like romantic relationships, marriage, business
partnerships, careers, jobs, and decisions such as where you will live.
This means specific and personal invitations. Billboards, classified ads, magazine articles, and generic
emails are ??? invitations.
Wait for REAL invitations and only say “Yes” to the ones that delight you. Once you accept an
invitation, you may take any and all actions needed related to that opportunity at that time. (You don’t
need to wait for further invitations to take appropriate action.)
For conversations and everyday activities with others, wait to be recognized or asked before speaking,
and especially before sharing your wisdom, advice, suggestions, etc.
It’s also correct for you to invite others, once you’ve been recognized or invited to speak. Here are
some examples:
Don’t Talk, Just Listen

One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was from my brother.

My brother is one of those “Special Breeds”, a Projector, which is less than 18% of the population
and are the new “guides” for humanity.

The Projector is not considered a “leader” necessarily. They are not here to dominate, rule and govern
a large body of people. They are designed to be a guide that can see things just a little differently than
others with the unique way in which their brain operates. Through their keen ability to see certain
things, they ask penetrating questions that get to the core of the matter. Through doing this, they
gently guide others into clarity, efficiency and understanding. At least that is the way they operate
when they are operating correctly. It is rare that you hear a Projector ask questions to guide someone.
Often, a Projector is the one that is doing most of the talking, rarely asking questions.

My brother and I talk about once a week. I love his Projector mind. The first thing he does, is cause
me to laugh. He is emotional too, so it is easy for him to understand how to quickly navigate into a
smooth place with me. Emotionally defined people respond really well to humor and gentleness.

The second thing he knows about me is that I need to talk less, listen more and not initiate anything
into action that I might regret later. He has watched me and knows what I can get myself into when I
am upset. So he tells me, “Don’t say anything, just wait and watch and really listen to what others are
telling you”.

He doesn’t know Human Design. He doesn’t know and understand that I have an open Throat Center.
He also doesn’t know what it means to be emotional or not. He rolls his eyes slightly and listens with
one ear when I talk about Human Design. That is fine. But he has watched me throughout the years
and he knows that things work out best for me when I am patient, when I don’t talk, don’t initiate and
when I listen really well.

It now runs through my mind daily as a mantra, “Don’t talk, just watch and listen to what people are
telling you”.

It’s a good mantra to practice more patience, diffuse the emotional charge that is akin to a “gas pedal”.
When there is time and space for the emotional charge to empty in a quiet place, alone, clarity begins
to break through as the clouds of passion, anger and frustration dissipate.

The Emotional Charge

If someone is emotional, encourage them to take space and be alone for a moment so that they can
empty their charge. They will appreciate the moment that was given to cool their chemistry and come
back into balance and some sense of clarity.

Often times, the things that emotional beings say in the heat of an argument or in a moment of surprise
is radically different than what they really would like to express or how they truly feel without the
emotional charge. Don’t’ expect their words to be accurate about what they want and how they feel
when they are heated and passionate. The charge is so strong, it wipes out their ability to think straight.

If one person is non-emotional, they will feel the surge of the emotional charge from the other person
and they will magnify back to the emotional being their expression of the emotional charge, which is
usually very distorted. It is best if two people, who are in an argument, separate their aura’s for a
brief period of time so that they can empty out the emotional charges. Later, a few minutes to a few
hours they can reconvene and meet completely centered in their own chemistry. It makes a huge
difference on how quickly two people can get to understanding and harmony, when there is no
emotional charge.

When the two do come back together, it is best to just listen, don’t talk.

One would be surprised just how inaccurate the story is that the emotional body created before the
listening occurred.

1. Notice when you are recognized or invited, this could be just a look or you feel it in your body

4. Notice how your thinking can interfere with your instincts

Get these and you’ll have success

– wait to be invited
– do not compromise
– allow emotions to be your inner authority – How do I feel?
– Honour your incredible energy
– Don’t take bullshit invitations

Miscellaneous questions to ask myself

What are my gifts? How do I live my life authentically? How do I not take things so personally?
Where do I fit in? How do I feel about it? How do I feel about something? Ask – Do I want to give
my energy to that?
Where do do you get your jollies from? What you are here to do – work life, evolution/ lessons, what
keeps my soul happy? What is my soul purpose?
Feed the Hermit with creativity, play, nature. Manifest by waiting to be invited.

They absolutely have to have the right people around them – those who recognize them.
The appropriate recognition is key to a successful relationship. When a projector hears, “I always feel
so inspired when I am with you,” every cell in their body lights up, because that person has truly
recognized them. If someone gives a compliment that does not make sense – it may feel good – but
it is not the right recognition.
If a Projector does not wait to be recognized, you become ill from the energy of those around you.
You are not designed to take on the burdens of others.

It is essential that a Projector is recognized for who they are and not for who they are not.

Waiting to be invited:
Projectors must absolutely not initiate – they must wait to be invited.
Projectors are waiting for:
invitation to Love, to career, to bond with others, for a place to live

You must relax and stay silent

When Projectors learn to trust in their silent chemistry, many opportunities come your way.
The mantra for a Projector is: I wait for a formal invitation that is just right for me.

This is the strategy to eliminate resistance and it makes life sweet. Everything else just unfolds for
them if they just trust their chemistry.

Projectors auras are magical. It draws the right attention and protects them. Anyone who is not
naturally drawn to them will be unhealthy for them. All a projector has to do is sit back and wait to
see who comes forward and who does not.

Those with an Emotional Motor/ Emotional Authority:

They have to wait to know their truth. They have to sleep on it and wait to be re-invited. This can
look like missing an opportunity but a decision can look good when you are high on your wave and
look horrible when you are low on your wave.

Thus emotional projectors have to push an offer away or delay it to test it. If the invitation is perfect,
your aura will naturally draw the re-invite. Waiting is the greatest secret – learning to wait transforms
your very cells.
Relief of not having to make things fit is a great relief for Projectors.

Relationships:
Projectors have to receive a formal invite to love and to bond. This is the only way to correctly enter
a relationship.
If Projectors do not enter a relationship in the right way, then they will always fall in with the wrong
person, becoming the “needy” partner in the relationship.

Projectors who are not using their energy – and their inherent wisdom – correctly are often perceived
as: pushy; bossy nosy; annoying or irritating; bitter. Or they are simply ignored and literally not heard
when they speak. Projectors who are using their energy correctly are respected and sought after for
their knowledge, talent, and guidance. The truth is that Projectors need more attention and energy
from other people than any of the other types.

What’s a Projector to Do?

The best approach for a projector is to wait to be asked or invited before sharing their advice, opinion,
feedback, guidance, or direction. When someone asks, they indicate that they want the guidance and
inherent wisdom of that Projector. That person will then hear and appreciate the value of the
Projector’s input, because they were open to receiving it.
The Next Best approach for the projector is to at least wait for some recognition and an opening to
speak into. Make eye contact and wait to sense an opportunity to speak without barging into a
conversation or seeming pushy or overbearing.
When using this next best approach, the most effective way for a Projector to begin is to say
something like:
I have some experience that may be helpful to you. would it be all right if I share it with you?
I have some insights about that, may I tell you about them?
Perhaps I could be of help, would you mind if I try?
Notice that each one is a yes/no question requiring that the other person either gives you permission
to speak or does not. With their yes response, you have a clear opening/invitation. If the response is
No, it’s usually best to wait.
Listen to your own inner authority, and it’s likely you’ll find that things simply work better when you
have invited or recognized first.

Being Nice

I’m still processing my latest Projector lesson.

I’ve had to ask myself, “What makes me jump at the chance to help someone in need, who didn’t
invite me, specifically?”

I may not necessarily need the answer. Maybe I simply need to notice where I butt in when I haven’t
been formally invited. How things ultimately fall apart. How desperate am I for an invitation that I
jump in before following my emotional wave?

I’ve been a part of a Facebook group that focuses on energy and money and service.

From one of our assignments I ended up exchanging email addresses with Erin, another participant
of the group. I snail mailed her my first Ganesha ring and pendant. She added me as her Friend on
Facebook. I accepted.
Then she bombarded me with messages. The same messages, sent to me to Facebook and sent to my
email and sometimes also posted on my wall. It gave me a bit of an inkling, that this person wasn’t
for me, but I ignored it.

I should have said something immediately, like, “Pick one mode of communication and use that,” but
I ignored that inkling too.

There was something disingenuous about the constant messages. It’s kind of sticky too because they
were messages of gratitude, so I should be happy about that, right? But it was over kill and over the
top.

I told her several times that I was happy to pass on this gift. I wish for her to simply enjoy this gift as
I had, hoped it would bring her the peace of mind it brought me and that her thank you was more than
enough. “It’s yours now. Please enjoy it. You’ve thanked me more than enough.”

I am seeing that the first key for me is that she wasn’t listening/ recognizing that for me, enough was
enough. That was bound to frustrate me and make me a little bitter. You know what it was, as well?
It was every time I peeked into Facebook and updated my status then the little red ‘1’ would pop up
in the message waiting and it was her. “Holy cow! Give me a minute to look around.” The thing is
too, I’m notorious for responding to messages right away. I want to get it dealt with and out of the
way right away so I don’t forget or so it isn’t hanging over my head.

You know? I just wanted to ‘be nice’. This person is going through a troubling time and I didn’t want
to make her feel worse. And I didn’t want to seem like an asshole. What kind of person says, you’re
being too grateful? But like I said, something wasn’t right. You know that you know when you know
and no matter how ridiculous it might seem I have to believe in my ability to know…

Be Nice
So I endured weeks of her sending me her messages from every possible angle. The thing is that
makes me crazy.

I have an artist friend who I was really close to and our friendship pretty much came to an end when
I told her that she was bombarding me. She did a similar thing as Erin. She’d send an invitation to
my Facebook account, to my email account, through my twitter account. “Sweetie, if you know I’m
on Facebook all the time, why not just send me the invite there and let me accept it or not?”

She got pissed off, said I didn’t have to be so snarky, hasn’t spoken to me since.

But seriously though, who in their right mind thinks it’s okay? Every possible fucking account? It
feels like a level of being smothered. How do you say you’re smothering me virtually? Lol

No escape. No moment to breathe. Agitation. My mind is distracted on this person no matter how
much I try to move onto something else. It’s that old Tony Robbins comment, ‘try not to think about
blue.’ What are you thinking about?
I suffered in silence riding my ‘be nice’ stallion through the fields of pungent daily gratitude
messages.

Then I took it up a notch, just to prove my desperation. Erin updated her status that through this whole
hard time she’s being going through, she’s also lost all of her belongings in the emergency move she
had to make, everything except essentially the clothes on her back and her 4 cats. Could/Would
anyone find it, out of the kindness of their hearts, appropriate to send her some clothes – cotton t-
shirts; yoga type pants or sweat pants, maybe some books?

As an aside, this is a bit of a trigger for me. I have a friend who survived Hurricane Katrina and she
lost pretty much all of her belongings and she’s still recovering all these years later.

Anyway, Be Nice stallion and I went onto Amazon.com, found a package of 4 cotton t-shirts; and a
couple pairs of yoga type pants because those make you look much better than sweats. And just
because you’re going through a shitty time doesn’t mean you have to wear clothes that make you look
like shit. And I ordered a case of 24 cans of cat food. Once I was done, I commented on her status
and said, I’ve just ordered you 4 t-shirts and 2 pairs of yoga pants off Amazon.com. Hopefully they
arrive sooner rather than later. I didn’t mention the cat food because I wanted it to be a surprise.

The little red ‘1’ pops up in my messages.

She has written, “I prefer Fruit of the Loom or Hanes and can it be long sleeved t-shirts because I
need something to protect me from the bed bugs?”

I actually sighed out loud.

For one of the first of rarest occasions, I didn’t respond to her message. Even though I know that
Facebook informs her that I’ve seen her message

Then more messages kept popping up. Read the message, don’t respond. Read the message, don’t
respond.

About three hours later it dawns on her, I guess, and she sends me a message ‘I hope I wasn’t
overstepping asking you for specific name brands. Please believe me that I am grateful. I looked at
the amazon.com link you sent me and it’s just a generic link. It doesn’t show me what you ordered…”

I finally replied and said, that I was taken aback by her request. That I’d ordered what she’d requested
on her status, Cotton t-shirts and yoga typed pants or sweat pants. That if she knew she wanted long
sleeved Hanes or Fruit of the loom t-shirts then she should have expressed that to begin with. “It
didn’t seem like your status was over particular, you were desperate for anything any one could help
you with… I felt bad, I know what it’s like to be stressed out and I’d commented that I’d already
ordered you 4 t-shirts and 2 yoga pants. Sending me a message to tell me that you want a certain name
brand is moot as the order has been placed.”
Many messages from her of apologies. Then a message that says, she is so stressed out she doesn’t
know what she is doing that’s why she didn’t know that asking for specifics after the fact could come
across as rude.

I said it’s fine. Just let it go. I’ve accepted your apology. Let’s move on.

Over kill in the apologies, over kill in the gratitude makes me feel like a sucker.

She sends me another message. “I know you told me to let it go but I’m just going to send you one
more message saying that I am deeply sorry and I am very grateful to you. You are a Goddess. I am
going to ask my angels to send you good vibes…”

I didn’t respond to her message.

A week later, there is an email message from her:

“Happy Friday to you!

Last week, Thursday and Friday I took some (awful) medicine: Tramadol. I felt AWFUL. The purer
I become the more unable I am to tolerate man made medicines… And the side effects. This is why
I was so strange. No excuses, just an explanation.

I haven’t yet received your SWEET and kind generosity, … from Amazon. I’m so sorry I represented
myself and acted poorly. I’ll never take that shit again. I was NOT myself. I like your energy, and
wanted to let you know. Meow.

I hope you’re well.

My kitties, myself and Lord Ganesha are sending our love.”

I didn’t respond to her email.

She received the t-shirts and pants and cat food the next morning. I was over it by then.

I said you’re welcome to one of her messages, asked her to remove the tag on my Facebook timeline,
liked the tag and pictures posted in the Facebook group, didn’t respond to the personal email and I
hoped for some kind of radio silence that I knew wasn’t going to come. But one could hope.

An interesting thing though was the whole hearted rejection of her description, when she wrote about
it in the group, she said that important people had left her life but she was finding her new tribe. I had
a physical reaction to her considering me a part of her tribe. My whole body had that sensation like
when you stomp your feet as a child, “NO!” “You’re not a part of my tribe!”

So I knew that answer. No matter the invitations, She wasn’t one of my people. I knew it with certainty
had felt it with 100% clarity. When she a week later started a Go Fund Me type page to raise money
to fly from Arizona to Los Angeles for her court date and posted it on her Facebook timeline, I saw
it, felt absolutely zero urge to jump on it. I wished her well, in my thoughts, and kept on keeping on.

A couple days ago comes that little red ‘1’. I tells ya, I can hate seeing that red ‘1’!

The red ‘1’ can be a red flag when it comes from certain people!

Her – “Guess what? (please humour me)

Me – What?

Her – Hi! I’m on my way to Los Angeles and I’ve got Ganesha with me to protect me. Thank you
again!

Me – That’s nice. You’re welcome.

Then last night she tags me on her friends page to a video of an elephant painting. I try to untag myself
but the only option is to hide the tag, not remove it, and tell her why I’ve hid the tag.

I send her a message asking not to be tagged on videos of elephants doing tricks because when they
do these tricks they have been abused into learning how to do them. I find these videos upsetting
knowing of the abuse the animal had to endure.

She informs me in a rapid fire succession of messages that painting is not a trick. She would never
send me a video of elephants doing tricks.

2- She wouldn’t think of sending me anything about animals being abused. She loves animals too.

3- You are preaching to the Choir. I don’t want to look at anything that shows an animal being abused.

4- I just thought the video was cute because it’s an amazing thing to see an elephant painting.

I respond – I am not preaching. I am simply asking not to be tagged in any videos. Thanks again

Erin – Preaching to the choir is an American saying. It means that I understand. That we are on the
same page. That we are one…

Me – I understand what preaching to the choir means. We also use it here in Canada.

Basically what I am saying is I didn’t want this to turn into a long discussion. I simply don’t want to
be tagged.

Erin – I heard what you were saying. You weren’t listening to me.

2- I said I wouldn’t tag you in them anymore

3- You’re not paying attention

4- PAY ATTENTION!

I didn’t respond. I deleted all FB conversations I’ve ever had with this person and removed her as my
friend from Facebook because I knew if I didn’t, If I tried to be nice about it. I’d be bombarded with
more messages.

It all seems crazy but there’s a certain poetry about it. What started from me sending her an elephant,
Ganesha, ended over her tagging me on to a video of an elephant painting. What aggravated me about
her, is that she didn’t pay attention when I told her she didn’t have to keep thanking me and she didn’t
have to keep apologizing and then she ultimately yells at me PAY ATTENTION! Ha ha.

It was a good message reminding me about how EVERY invitation to a projector matters and shit
will drain me if I accept the wrong ones without getting clarity first.

I was re listening to Evelyn Levenson’s Success for Projectors week 1 recording and I was thinking
that I didn’t buy that Projectors only learn who they are through interaction with others. I still don’t
totally buy it as a blanket option and then I do see how this whole interaction has helped me to zero
in on myself.

I am a 6/2 Emotional Projector and this is how some of this interaction played out for me

My 10-57 channel (self to spleen) will give me a quick warning, a thought, a sentence (oh this person
is too much for me) or a little voice (turn off the television first before you investigate that loud noise
outside). The thought/sentence is more for people in my environment and the little voice is for danger
– being in danger or witnessing danger.

My Hermit (2 profile) needs space and cannot tolerate people hanging off me.

My 40-37 community channel (will center to solar plexus) looks for an agreement, “I’ll do this part
and you do that part.” I give you a gift, you say thank you, I say, “my pleasure” and there’s nothing
more beyond that. That’s the transaction. That’s the agreement. You don’t have to go on and on
about it. You are not beholden to me.

I was in my ‘up’ wave when I accepted Erin’s friendship request on Facebook and I was in a new
‘up’ wave as I removed her.

What ways do I know/feel when I’m not being recognized? The simplest thing is if I tell someone to
stop, that’s enough and they disregard what I’ve said. It eats away at me and eventually I move in to
full fledged rejection mode.

I notice more and more that People’s shenanigans bear down on me even when we’re not even in the
same environment. I feel their hook.
And focus. I have a hard time letting go of the focus, ‘other people’s questions.’ I have a hard time
trying not to think of blue.

Don’t let bitterness keep you from living as a fully empowered Human Design Projector!
You Can Transform Bitterness to Embrace Joy

The Waiting / Bitterness Cycle

If you're like many Projectors, you know that initiating actions when you're designed to wait can
result in bitterness. So you do your best to wait and to feel good about it. But when something doesn't
happen right away, like an invitation, you start to get bitter. You know that's not the way it's supposed
to be, but you don't know what to do about it.
The more you try to fight your way out of bitterness, the more bitter you get. It's easy to get stuck in
a cycle where bitterness just breeds more bitterness. When you get stuck in this exhausting, draining
cycle you start to beat yourself up. Because you know you are cutting yourself off from the life-
giving support you are here to receive.

Bitterness is Not Your Fault

Bitterness is part of your inner guidance system. It tells you when your actions and attitudes are not
aligned with the true magnificence of who you really are. When you stepped into your experiment to
consciously live as a Projector, your guidance system was overjoyed. If it was a person it would have
scooped you up in it's arms and given you a big hug and kiss... because finally someone wants to
listen to it! ... Because someone (YOU) are ready to explore what it means to let go of outside
influences and trust yourself to live in the way which honors and empowers you.

Stop Beating Yourself Up!

When you feel bitterness, it doesn't mean that you screwed up. You're not broken. You're not a
failure. You are just feeling very deeply the signal from your guidance system to make an inner
adjustment to be more of who you are. You are being triggered so you can release what you learned
and absorbed from the well meaning world and people around you who probably unintentionally
misguided away from your true self. Those triggers alert you to opportunities to live from a place of
greater understanding and acceptance of yourself.
Bitterness is meant to help you find you ...

Is Bitterness Controlling You Rather Than Helping You?

Bitterness was never meant to control you. But it can sure feel that way when you're triggered. When
you don't know how to handle these triggers, bitterness can wreak havoc on your inner peace,
relationships, and even your finances! And it never gets the chance to serve you by being your guide.
Let's face it, bitterness feels icky. It's debilitating. And it can be downright ugly. But when you deny
its true power, it will control and limit your ability to live fully and receive the best invitations that
are looking for you.
The more you try to control bitterness (by denying it or beating it into submission) ... and the more
you let it overwhelm you and steal your power ... the more it controls your life.
Bitterness is controlling your life and causing damage when...
You’re resentful of your strategy to wait for invitations
You walk around angry or upset a lot of the time because you feel invisible or undervalued
You can’t escape the cycle of low self-esteem because other people seem to have it better than you
You can’t identify your bitterness but you know that something is keeping you from the success you
seek

How to Keep Bitterness from Ruining Your Life

By following your Human Design strategy you begin the process of awakening to the power of your
true nature and aligning with the way you are designed to thrive. But in the meantime the road to
inner awareness can be filled with hard knocks as you struggle to keep your bitterness from
consuming you.
You can make peace with bitterness and put it in its place!
You can stop the damaging effects of the waiting / bitterness cycle!
You can embrace the joy of success that you're here to have!

Can’t other Types be loners? Not just Projectors?

A Designed to Blossom participant wanted to know how being a loner relates to the other Types. She
had read a previous blog I wrote about Projectors and solitude, and felt she could relate to much of
what I wrote, even though she was a Generator. Here’s my response:
I’ve been thinking about your question. And let me first say that you are certainly not the only non-
Projector with a deep need for solitude and aloneness. I’m a Generator myself, and consider myself
a highly sensitive introverted ‘type’ as much as I consider myself to be a Generator! So I can relate,
as can many people like you.
“Loner” is quite a simplified term that can easily reflect so many human tendencies and needs, just
as it can show up in any design, regardless of Type. (Same with rebelliousness!)
So as always, I encourage people to take labels like this lightly, to take time to explore what the label
even means to them, how it shows up in more healthy and perhaps more conditioned or fear-based
ways in their lives, and not get too heavily attached to being, or not being, whatever the label stands
for.
That said, for those of us who feel like loners at times, there are some ways in which an understanding
of our designs can illuminate the unique source or flavor of (and perhaps frequency of, or
healthfulness of) our own ‘loner’ tendencies.
One Designed to Blossom participant, for example, asked whether there’s a correlation between the
amount of openness in a design, and the need for alone time. I answered that in the most general
sense, I would say ‘yes’.
The more open people are, the more flooded they’re likely to feel by the energies/pressures/
stimulation of the world, and the more they’re likely to need alone time. So a very “Open” Generator
might genuinely respond positively to significant times of solitude.
Similarly, there’s a certain kind of overwhelm that people with open Sacral centers can feel, and a
certain kind of stress that people with open Roots can feel, that might make it particularly important
to unplug from the collective buzz.
Still, our sensitivity doesn’t only reflect the quantity of Open Centers that we have, or the particular
nature of the Open Centers we have. We all feel and experience our openness differently. Someone
might have one Open Center, and be extremely sensitive in that area… so may need plenty of alone
time in order to release the pressures they take in from that one place. Thought it’s less likely, you
might find someone with no Open Centers who needs alone time… to spend time with their thoughts,
or practice a skill, or…
Other aspects of a design can also point to a need for alone time. People with a lot of Line 1’s, or 2’s
in prominent positions, for example, can need time alone to investigate/introspect, or to simply enjoy
their natural impulses without having the feeling like someone’s looking over their shoulders. People
with Line 6 in their Profiles may need 20 years of ‘alone time’!
Certain channels and circuitry can give people this same tendency. For example, the Channel of the
Prodigal (33/13) — even though it’s part of the ‘collective’ and in many ways social Abstract circuit
— often generates an internal need to withdraw from the world and reflect on one’s life experiences,
before sharing about them.
Individual Circuitry — that goes on and off, according to an intrinsic pulse, that is deeply creative
and at times melancholy — can create a need for withdrawing, diving deep, being creative, and then
returning to the world with fresh, new energy.
People with Single Definition (where all of their defined Centers are connected through channels,
without any ‘missing’ Gates) may find themselves needing alone time, and not necessarily feel as
pulled out of their shell to find other people to give them the experience of being whole and complete.
If you go deeper into the design, beneath the level of Gates, you’ll find that there are certain people
who do particularly well in ‘cave-like’ (or secluded) environments, or people with a certain kind of
depth of receptivity that might make them easily overstimulated by the world and in need of
withdrawing and spacing out, without pressure to focus or strategize or produce all of the time.
And of course, we all have different relationship to our designs, and to the world around us. It is a
spiritual practice for all of us to find that right balance between self-connection and other-connection,
between touching base with our own truth and inner peace, and opening up to (and learning how to
benefit from) the influences of the world around us.
A lot of the examples I’m sharing about here are ‘positive’ ones — in that they reflect people’s healthy
and understandable need for being alone. There is also the possibility that for some, being alone a lot
of the time is more ‘not-self’, or coming from a place of fear, than it is being true to their nature. I
know a woman with a 4/6 Profile for example, whose life would have been so much more wonderful
if she had been encouraged as a child and adult to connect to a wonderful network of friends. But she
was conditioned to be a loner, and it took her many years to unleash her social potential… which for
her was deeply connected to living out her life purpose.

There’s so much more, but this gives you an idea of the complexity. Hope it helps.

Every year, as I contemplate the energies at the beginning, a word or phrase comes to me which
contains a theme. This theme is my reference point for how I align the perception of my experiences
for the next 12 months. My phrase this year is particularly significant to me as a Human Design
Projector, because it points to the need to develop a deeper awareness about how to manage my
personal energy and resources.

ROI – Return on Investment

When this term first came to me back in December, I thought it was all about business. As it turns
out ROI applies to all aspects of life. As a Projector who is aware of her human design, the practice
of considering the return on my investment of energy and focus is proving to be quite valuable.
Now that I have a career in the mainstream world that puts me in contact with the public on a regular
basis, I’m finding it essential to consider my ROI in times when I’m tempted to push too hard or resist
the cues from my body to rest. Like a lot of Projectors, I will often feel the need for a nap or a break
in the afternoon. When the body speaks and I give myself permission to honor it, I get a significant
return on my investment. The rest time multiplies my energy for the balance of the day. My head is
clearer and I can be present to the things that are most important. If I ignore my body’s message to
rest, the return on my investment is poor. I usually become increasingly unproductive and cranky as
the day wears on.
ROI in Business for Projectors
Have you noticed that things that work for others in business don’t seem to work as well for
Projectors? When the inconsistent energy to work is coupled with not having motorized energy to
speak and be heard, it would seem that, as Projectors, we are at a disadvantage in the traditional
business world. At first glance it would seem so, but here’s what I’m discovering…
Less is more than enough when you’re in the right environment with the right people.
At the first of this year I joined a small real estate team with the right people who have the motorized
energy to do the heavy work of “lead generation”, selling, paperwork etc. That’s not to say that I
don’t do anything. When a qualified buyer is ready to purchase a home I get to do what I do best as
a buyer specialist … guide the home purchasing process so that my clients get the best deal and have
the smoothest transaction possible. As a Projector, I’m the advisor and guide … for our buyers and
also for the two Generators on the team. My job is to…
Master the home purchasing system
Ask the right questions
Provide the best guidance to achieve the goal (of the buyer and the team)
So before I engage in any activity with my team, I ask myself three questions to insure that I get a
good return on my investment of energy
Is this mine to do?
Is this the right time to do it?
Is this the most efficient way to do it?
As challenging as it is to avoid succumbing to the voices of “You should be doing more” in my head,
I have managed to stay in the waiting and preparation space, so that I don’t waste my energy before
it’s time to use it.
In this first month on my team I have spent a lot of time clarifying my role, so that my undefined G
center doesn’t take on what’s not mine to do… and my undefined will center isn’t tempted to get in
the middle of stuff just to prove that I’m valuable.
In the promotion and marketing arena, much of my time and energy has gone to discerning who I
need to connect with to build my own presence and credibility. Not every networking group is for
me. Not every business person or potential buyer is going to see me and value me for what I bring to
the table. And as a 3/5 Projector, I am probably going to meet the right people by bumping into them
or being introduced by the team.
My team and I have also spent a significant amount of time reviewing and streamlining our work
processes… clearing out clutter, refining our tracking and communication systems, reviewing
software that may enhance efficiency.
Here is a subtle dynamic that I just realized which relates to communication and invitation. Because
I get first right of refusal to work with buyers, I am essentially being invited into each transaction by
my team. In other words when someone comes to our team for help in purchasing a home, I am asked
whether or not I want to work with that buyer. This enables me to use my splenic authority to discern
whether or not it feels correct for me. Believe it or not, I did turn down an invitation, because my
spleen wasn’t feeling it. That’s not how I consciously processed the experience in the moment, but
that was actually the process I used. The reason I’m sharing this experience is because it sheds light
on an important quality of a correct invitation… The people who are inviting you accept you and your
decisions without pressure or judgement. In spite of all of the potential mind chatter that threatened
to arise within me when I turned down the buyer, there was no judgement from my team. My decision
was fully respected.
One thing that really helped me to understand how to work more efficiently in alignment with my
energy type, was a BG5 Career Consultation. I had a very valuable private session with Barbara
Ditlow, a Certified BG5 Consultant who is also a Realtor. She gave me some terrific advice, which
was based in what she saw in my Human Design Chart. Although I had already ordered and studied
the full BG5 report and taken the Foundation Course, her detailed reading and wise counsel really
helped me cement in some pieces to make my career approach more powerful.
As Projectors, our best ROI is virtually guaranteed when we follow our strategy of waiting, watching
and being invited into things which are correct for us according to our authority. Beyond that, there
is also a need for us non-sacral beings to be mindful of how we use and invest the energy that we
have at our access.

So dear Projector…
