ATTUATORE IDRAULICO LINEARE IN AISI 316 L

La nostra produzione di attuatori lineari è stata concepita espressamente per le applicazioni nella industria nautica
e nella industria chimica e farmaceutica.
E’ stata infatti dedicata grande attenzione all’aspetto tecnico per garantire la massima affidabilità del prodotto in tutte
le sue applicazioni, ed è stato dotato di una serie di caratteristiche accessorie che lo rendono particolarmente adatto a
tutte quelle applicazioni in cui la sicurezza dell’utilizzatore deve necessariamente essere al massimo livello.
Tra queste caratteristiche speciali, sottolineiamo la possibilità di dotare i nostri attuatori di:
1. Un anello magnetico sul pistone che consente la rilevazione della posizione dello stesso, individuando con sicu-
rezza a mezzo di un rilevatore magnetico se il cilindro è in posizione aperta o chiusa. Il segnale elettrico prove-
niente dal rilevatore può essere trasportato al PLC di controllo, o trasmesso direttamente in plancia all’apposito
segnalatore.
2. Le cerniere oscillanti (sempre in AISI 316L) sia sulle testate inferiori dei cilindri che sulla cima degli steli, per
rendere il movimento fluido ed in grado di assorbire anche eventuali piccoli disassamenti dei punti di fissaggio.
3. Le testate dei cilindri non sono saldate sul corpo dei cilindri, ma semplicemente avvitate per evitare i problemi
di infragilimento degli acciai che le saldature sempre procurano.
4. Le corse sono realizzate rispettando le richieste specifiche del cliente.
5. Gli alesaggi disponibili vanno da 25 mm a 160 mm; pressione di lavoro fino a 160 Bar.
6. Le superfici esterne degli attuatori lineari sono interamente satinate, per donare loro un aspetto particolarmente
gradevole e per rendere il prodotto facilmente inseribile anche in ambienti che non siano specificamente tecnici.

LINEAR HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR IN STAINLESS STEEL AISI 316L

Our Linear Hydraulic Actuators production is expressly conceived for applications in the off-shore, chemical and
pharmaceutical industry.
Special attention has been dedicated to the technical part, to ensure the maximum reliability of the product in all its
applications. In fact the linear actuator has been provided with technical characteristics that enable it to be particu-
larly indicated in all those applications in which user’s security must be at top level.
Among these characteristics we like to point out we can fit our actuators with:
1. A magnetic ring on piston, which allows the localization of the piston’s position. It indicates with accuracy,
through a magnetic sensor, if cylinder is in open or closed position. The electric signal from the magnetic sensor
can be transmitted to the PLC control unit, or directly transferred to a proper signal light on the command brid-
ge.
2. Oscillating hinges (AISI 316L) on the rear head of the cylinders and on top of the piston rod, to let the move-
ment be fluid and able to absorb even any small misalignments of fixation points.
3. The heads of the cylinder are not welded to the cylinder body, but simply screwed.
This feature avoids all problems of fragility and rusting possibility of Stainless Steels caused by welding.
4. Strokes are on specific customer’s request.
5. Diameters are available from 25 mm to 160 mm; working pressure to 160 bar.
The external surfaces of linear actuator are entirely satinized; that gives it a particular good look and let it be used
in any environments, even not technical.
