Allinterno di 100 m3 daria compressa si trovano*: 2,2 litri dacqua (75% in forma liquida e 25% in forma gassosa), 2 grammi dolio, 8 milioni di particelle solide e odori, determinati dal processo di compressione ma principalmente dallambiente in cui il compressore aspira laria. Acqua, olio, impurit ed odori, sono allorigine di alterazioni nella qualit dellaria prodotta, corrosione dei tubi e danni agli equipaggiamenti pneumatici, peggioramento delle prestazioni. La qualit dellaria compressa dunque fondamentale per laffidabilit dei macchinari e la qualit stessa del prodotto finale. La norma ISO 8573-1:2001 (vedi tabelle) classifica i valori massimi accettabili per ogni applicazione, in termini di contenuto in olio, acqua e particelle, definendo i requisiti di qualit dellaria dellimpianto stesso, in funzione delle esigenze del processo. Water, oil, impurities and odours cause alterations in the quality of the air produced, corrosion of the pipes and damage to the pneumatic equipment, thus negatively affecting performance. The quality of compressed air is therefore fundamental for the reliability of the machinery and quality of the final product. The ISO 8573-1:2001 standard (see tables) classifies the maximum values accepted for each application, in terms of oil, water and particles content, defining the quality requirements of the air of the same system, based on the process needs. Die Qualitt der Druckluft ist daher die Grundvoraussetzung fr die Zuverlssigkeit der Maschinen und die Qualitt des Endprodukts. Die Norm ISO 8573-1:2001 (siehe Tab.) klassifiziert die akzeptablen Hchstwerte fr jede Anwendung, in Bezug auf den l-, Wasser- und Partikelgehalt und definiert dadurch die an die Druckluftanlage gestellten Qualittsanforderungen in Anhngigkeit ihrer Prozessansprche.

The compression process increases the concentration of solid particles suspended in the atmosphere, generated by natural phenomena but also by polluting agents or industrial processes. Der Verdichtungsprozess steigert die Anhufung der festen, in der Atmosphre schwebenden Partikel, die aus der natrlichen Umgebung stammen, jedoch auch aus Schadstoffen oder Industrieprozessen. Einige Produktionsprozesse tolerieren das Vorhandensein solcher Substanzen nicht.

Nei compressori lubrificati lolio parte del processo di compressione e ne rimangoo tracce nellaria compressa. Durante la compressione la concentrazione dellumidit, sempre presente nellaria, pu aumentare fino a diventare condensa allo stato liquido. In lubrified compressors oil is part of the compression process and traces are always present in the compressed air. As well, humidity, during the compressor process, can reach a such high rate to become condensate, as liquid. Gli essiccatori a refrigerazione ARTIC RD assicurano la produzione di aria di qualit, pulita e secca, indispensabile per preservare gli impianti e la qualit del prodotto finito. Sono stati appositamente progettati per eliminare lumidit contenuta nellaria compressa, mediante un processo di raffreddamento. Lessiccatore funziona sfruttando le caratteristiche proprie del ciclo frigorifero, integrando prescambiatore e scambiatore a piastre, separatore di condensa e scaricatore automatico in un unico blocco effettivamente compatto, in grado di trattare da 0,9 a 81 m3/min. di aria. Sono estremamente versatili e possono essere utilizzati per svariate applicazioni, sia come unit indipendenti che integrati nel compressore. ARTIC RD refrigerating dryers ensure the production of clean and dry, high quality air, essential to preserve the systems and quality of the finished product. They have been specifically designed to eliminate the humidity contained in the compressed air, through a cooling process. The dryer works by exploiting the characteristics of the cooling cycle, integrating pre-exchanger and plate-type exchanger, condensate trap and automatic drain in a single compact block, able to treat from 0.9 to 81 m3/minute of air. They are extremely versatile and can be used for different applications, as independent units and also integrated in the compressor. The wide range of FINIs cooling dryers allows to choose the most suitable model for the specific use, with the assurance of high performance and reduced costs.

Die Kltetrockner ARTIC RD garantieren die Produktion von sauberer und trockener Qualittsluft - eine unerlssliche Voraussetzung fr den Schutz der Anlage und die Sicherung der Qualitt des Endprodukts. Sie wurden eigens unter Bercksichtigung der Mglichkeit entwickelt, das in der Druckluft enthaltene Kondenswasser mittels Khlungsprozess entziehen zu knnen. Der Trockner nutzt die Eigenschaften des Khlprozesses anhand der Integration folgender Einheiten: Vorwrmeaustausches und Plattenwrmeaustauscher, Kondenswasserabscheider und automatische Kondensablassvorrichtung - alles in einem einzigen kompakten Block, der in der Lage ist, von 0,9 bis 81 m3/Min. Luft aufzubereiten. Diese Trockner sind besonders vielseitig und finden ihren Einsatz in den unterschiedlichsten Anwendungen, entweder als unabhngige Einheit oder als integrierte Komponente des Kompressors. Efficienti, funzionali, ecologici.

Assicurano prestazioni eccellenti anche in condizioni ambientali sfavorevoli, abbinate ad elevate temperature dellaria in ingresso. Lo scambiatore modulare ultracompatto in alluminio, grazie allelevata efficienza, in grado di funzionare correttamente con temperatura ambiente fino a 45C, con perdite di carico ridottissime dellaria compressa in transito. Il corretto funzionamento viene monitorato attraverso il controllore elettronico. I led indicano la condizione operativa dellessiccatore (punto di rugiada). Il controller, con un timer ciclico comanda lelettrovalvola di scarico condensa, con una sonda rileva la temperatura di condensazione ed attiva il ventilatore di raffreddamento del condensatore. La valvola di by-pass gas caldo permette di adattare le potenzialit del compressore frigorifero al carico sullevaporatore, evitando cos la formazione di ghiaccio in qualsiasi condizione operativa. Il modulo di essiccazione in alluminio ha lesclusivit di dirigere completamente il flusso dellaria umida lungo un percorso verticale discendente, quindi con scarico della condensa naturalmente facilitato. I materiali sono ad alto grado di riciclabilit. Da diversi anni perseguiamo una politica ambientale finalizzata alla continua ricerca di materiali eco-compatibili, con utilizzo di refrigeranti ecologici ed adeguamento della componentistica alle Direttive Comunitarie 2002/95/CE RoHS (restrizione nellimpiego di sostanze pericolose) e 2002/96/CE RAEE (rifiuti da apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche). I modelli dallRD 9 allRD 32 sono equipaggiati con fluido frigorigeno ecologico R134a, tutti gli altri utilizzano R407c.

Efficient, functional, ecologic.

RD dryers achieve excellent performance even in instances of high ambient and high inlet temperatures. The highly efficient and ultra compact heat exchanger is able to operate effectively in ambient temperatures up to 45C, ensuring a reduced compressed air pressure drop. Operation of the RD dryer is monitored by the electronic controller. The LEDs indicate dryer operating condition (Dew Point). The controller controls the condensate drain valve via a cyclic timer and the condenser fan via a temperature probe. A hot gas by-pass valve allows the dryer to operate at part load and prevent the evaporator from freezing. The aluminium module has a vertical flow layout ensuring the wet compressed air flows down to the automatic drain. All materials used in the construction of RD dryers have a high recycling factor and in compliance with our environmental policy, only environmentally friendly refrigerants are used. Components conform with 2002/95/CE RoHS (restriction of hazardous substances) and 2002/96/CE WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) European Directives. Models from RD 9 to RD 32 are equipped with ecologic refrigerating fluid R134a, all others use R407c.

Leistungsfhig, Funktionell, Umweltfreundlich

Die Trockner der Baureihe RD gewhrleisten ausgezeichnete Leistungen auch unter ungnstigen Umgebungsbedingungen in Zusammenhang mit hohen Eintrittstemperaturen. Der ultrakompakte, modulare Wrmetauscher aus Aluminium ist dank seines hohen Wirkungsgrades darauf ausgelegt, auch bei Umgebungstemperaturen bis 45 C korrekt zu funktionieren. Der ordnungsgeme Betrieb der RD Trockner wird ber die elektronische Steuerung berwacht. Die LEDs zeigen den Betriebszustand des Trockners (Drucktaupunkt) an: Die Steuerung steuert mit einem zyklisch arbeitenden Zeitgeber das Magnetventil fr den Kondensatablass, misst ber eine Sonde die Kondensationstemperatur und aktiviert den Khlventilator des Kondensators. Ein Heissgas-Bypass-Ventil verhindert das Einfrieren des Kltetrockners. Die Strmung der Druckluft im Trocknermodul erfolgt von oben nach unten. Die Schwerkraft untersttzt eine hohe Tropfenbildung des Kondensats und erleichtert somit das Ableiten. Die Materialien, aus denen die RD Trockner gebaut werden, haben einen hohen Recycling-Faktor. Seit vielen Jahren betreiben wir eine umweltfreundliche Politik mit dem Ziel, umweltvertrgliche Materialien zu finden, umweltfreundliche Kltemittel einzusetzen und eine Anpassung der Komponenten gem der EU-Richtlinie 2002/95/EG RoHS (Beschrnkung der Verwendung gefhrlicher Stoffe) und der EU-Richtlinie 2002/96/EG WEEE (Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgerte) zu erreichen. Die Modelle vom RD 9 bis RD 32 sind mit dem umweltfreundlichen Khlmitte R134a befllt, bei allen anderen Modellen wird das Khlmitte R407c verwendet.

Per un migliore utilizzo dei dispositivi di trattamento dellaria compressa opportuno seguire una sequenza ben precisa di installazione. Il prefiltro QF deve essere montato a monte dellessiccatore frigorifero, per mantenerne pulite le superfici di scambio termico. Quindi, a valle dellessiccatore, possibile installare i filtri con grado di filtrazione pi spinto, secondo la sequenza indicata ed in funzione del livello di qualit dellaria compressa necessario. In questo modo i diversi componenti svolgono la loro funzione correttamente e le prestazioni del sistema di trattamento sono ottimizzate e garantite pi a lungo nel tempo.

The best performance of the different compressed ait treatment devices depends on the installation sequence. The QF prefilter has to be installed upstream the fridge dryer, in order to keep the heat exchanger surfaces clean and efficient. Then, downstream the refrigerating dryer, the other filters can be installed in the shown order and depending on the required compressed air quality demand. Following these basic instructions any air treatment component will operate with its best performance for a longer operational time.

Im Hinblick auf eine bessere Einsatzmglichkeit der Druckluftaufbereitungsgerte sollte eine genaue Installationsfolge eingehalten werden. Der QF Vorfilter muss vor dem Khltrockner installiert werden, um die Wrmeaustauschflchen sauber zu halten. Daher knnen hinter dem Trockner, in der angegebenen Sequenz und in Abhngigkeit des erforderlichen Qualittsniveaus der Druckluft, Filter mit einem hheren Filterungsgrad installiert werden. Auf diese Weise funktionieren die verschiedenen Komponenten in korrekter Weise und die Leistungen des Aufbereitungssystem resultieren optimiert und knnen ber lngere Zeit hinweg gewhrleistet werden.

Una corretta scelta dei filtri evita problemi agli impianti causati dalla presenza di olio o impurit nellaria. I filtri FINI assicurano aria compressa pulita, priva di olio e di impurit, per le pi svariate applicazioni, anche le pi esigenti. La gamma comprende 4 differenti tipologie di filtri, come riportato in tabella.

FINIs filters ensure clean compressed air, free of oil and impurities, for the many different applications, also the most demanding ones. The range includes 4 different types of filters, as indicated in the table.

Nella linea completa di dispositivi per il trattamento dellaria compressa, Fini dispone di una linea completa di accessori di filtrazione che permettono, opportunamente selezionati e disposti, di raggiungere elevatissimi standard di qualit. In funzione della tipologia di utilizzo la gamma rende disponibili prefiltri per la rimozione delle polveri, filtri anti olio e filtri a carboni attivi per la eliminazione di vapori ed odori di olio. Tutta la gamma caratterizzata da una minima perdita di carico e da una elevata vita operativa. I filtri hanno disponibile come optional lo scaricatore di condensa automatico a galleggiante e naturalmente possibile installare scaricatori a controllo di livello elettronico.

The complete range of air treatment devices includes a widespread line of compressed air filters which allow, when correctly selected and installed, to achieve the highest compressed air quality standards. The line includes prefilters, for dust removal, antioil filters and carbon activated filters in oder to reach vapourless and odourless compressed air. The whole filter range features a minimum pressure drop and a long lasting operational lifetime. All filters can host the optional available automatic floating condensate drain such as the electronic level controlled drain devices.

Separatori acqua-olio
Le leggi europee prevedono un contenuto residuo di olio per litro di acqua scaricata nella rete fognaria non superiore a 10 mg/l. Nelle condense non trattate il contenuto di olio superiore a 250 mg/l. I separatori acqua-olio EcoWater sono in grado di separare, nelle condense provenienti dagli impianti di aria compressa, olii minerali e sintetici derivati dallutilizzo di qualsiasi tipo di compressore, ottenendo un valore di olio residuo molto inferiore ai valori previsti dalle attuali normative. Qualsiasi tipo di scaricatore di condensa (a galleggiante, temporizzato, capacitivo, ecc.) pu essere collegato allingresso del separatore, lacqua trattata in uscita pu essere scaricata direttamente nelle fognature.

Oil-water separators
According to European regulations, the residual oil content per litre of water released into drainage systems must not exceed 10 mg/l. The oil content in non treated condensate exceeds 250 mg/l. The EcoWater water/oil separators are capable of removing mineral and synthetic oil resulting from the use of any compressors from the condensate discharged by compressed air systems giving a residual oil content well below current law limits. Separator inlet accommodates any type of condensate drain (float, timer-operated, capacitance drains, etc.) and outlet water can be piped directly into the drainage system.

l-Wasser-Trennvorrichtung

Das so behandelte Wasser kann direkt ins Kanalisationsnetz abgelassen werden.

Essiccatori ad adsorbimento
Alcune applicazioni quali industria elettronica, farmaceutica, alimentare, o installazioni esterne con temperatura ambiente inferiore a 0 C, richiedono un punto di rugiada inferiore a +3 C (essiccatori a refrigerazione). Per queste applicazioni sono disponibili gli essiccatori ad adsorbimento ARTIC AF, che permettono di raggiungere un punto di rugiada (dewpoint) in pressione di -40 C (-70 C a richiesta). Questi essiccatori sono costituiti da due serbatoi disposti in parallelo, contenenti materiale adsorbente. Mentre laria compressa viene essiccata in una colonna, nella seconda avviene il processo di rigenerazione del letto adsorbente saturo. Una parte dellaria gi trattata viene utilizzata per la rigenerazione in controcorrente.

Adsorbption dryers
Applications in the electronics, pharmaceutical and food industry or for outdoor installation at ambient temperatures below 0 C require dew points below +3 C (refrigerated dryers). Ideal for these applications, the adsorption dryers ARTIC AF achieve a dew point of -40 C (or up to -70 C on request) under pressure. Artic AF adsorption dryers feature two parallel adsorbent columns. While compressed air is dehumidified in one column, the saturated desiccant bed in the second column is regenerated. Part of the already dried air is used in the countercurrent regeneration process.

Absorbtionstrockner
Einige Anwendungsbereiche: Elektronik-, Pharma-, Lebensmittelindustrie usw. oder externe Installationen mit Umgebungstemperaturen unter 0 C, bedrfen eines Drucktaupunktes unter +3 C (Kltetrockner). Fr diese Anwendungen sind die Absorptionstrockner ARTIC AF vorgesehen, mit denen ein Drucktaupunkt von -40 C erreicht werden kann (-70 C auf Anfrage). Die Absorptionstrockner ARTIC AF bestehen aus zwei parallel installierten Behltern, die absorbierendes Material enthalten. Whrend die Druckluft in der einen Sule getrocknet wird, erfolgt in der anderen der Regenerierungsprozess des gesttigten Absorptionsbettes. Ein Teil der bereits behandelten Luft wird fr die Regeneration in Gegenstromrichtung verwendet.

I prodotti della gamma LINEARIA sono stati concepiti soprattutto per la distribuzione dellaria compressa; possono per essere impiegati con successo anche per altri fluidi gassosi in pressione, per lacqua potabile e liquidi alimentari e per moltissimi altri fluidi, aggressivi e non. I tubi sono realizzati in lega di alluminio estruso e calibrato EN AVV 6060 secondo la norma UNI 9006/1, sottoposto a trattamento termico bonificato T6 e a trattamento di cromofosfatazione ed elettroverniciatura esterna Qualicoat di colore azzurro (RAL 5015). I raccordi sono realizzati in tecnopolimeri termoplastici di ultima generazione. I particolari metallici dei raccordi sono realizzati in acciaio inox AISI 316 e AISI 403. Le guarnizioni delle valvole, raccordi, derivazioni e manicotti sono realizzate in NBR. Disponibili su richiesta guarnizioni in EPDM, FTFE o VITON. Tutti i materiali utilizzati sono classificati autoestinguenti, sono completamente riciclabili, non sono infiammabili e rispondono a tutte le normative e prescrizioni sulla sicurezza e salute, dettati dalle norme CE.

The LINEARIA products range is designed principally for distributing compressed air however, these products may also be used for other gaseous fluids under pressure, drinking water and other alimentary fluids, in accordance with all main European regulations. They might also be used for transporting several aggressive and non-aggressive fluids. The pipes are manufactured in aluminium alloy EN AVV 6060 extruded and calibrated according to UNI 9006/1, then hardened and tempered (T6 treatment). Pipes undergo chrome phosphating treatment and external blue Qualicoat electro coating (RAL 5015). The fittings are made of latest generation thermoplastic techno polymers while their metal accessories are in AISI 316 and AISI 403 stainless steel. Gaskets on valves, fittings, unions and couplings are manufactured in NBR; EPDM, FTFE and VITON gaskets are available upon request. All these materials are self-extinguishing, completely recyclable, flame proof and comply with EC safety and health rules and standards.

Sie knnen jedoch auch fr andere unter Druck stehende, gasfrmige Stoffe, fr Trinkwasser und Lebensmittelflssigkeiten sowie auch fr viele andere, sowohl aggressive als auch nicht angreifende Flssigkeiten verwendet werden. Die Rohre sind aus einer Legierung von fliegepresstem und kalibriertem Aluminium nach EN AVV 6060 gem der UNI-Norm 9006/1, mit Thermobehandlung T6 und Chromphosphatbehandlung sowie auen mit einer hellblauen Elektrolackierung Qualicoat (RAL 5015) versehen. Die Verbindungsstcke wurden aus thermoplastischen Technopolymeren der neusten Generation gefertigt. Die Sonderverbindungsstcke aus Metall sind aus Edelstahl AISI 316 und AISI 403 gefertigt. Die Dichtungen der Ventile, der Verbindungsstcke, der Ableitungen und Stutzen sind aus NBR. Auf Anfrage sind Dichtungen aus EPDM, FTFE oder VITON verfgbar. Alle verwendeten Materialien sind als selbstlschend eingestuft, komplett recycelbar und nicht brennbar und erfllen smtliche von den EG-Normen vorgeschriebenen Bestimmungen hinsichtlich Sicherheit und Gesundheit.
