HELMET
Casco Off Road ECHUS disegnato e sviluppato in base alla nuova
normativa ECE 22 06, pensato per i Piloti esigenti che vivono l’Off
Road più estremo ma sempre in totale sicurezza.
Calotta esterna stampata in HPF (High Performance Fiberglass)
di ultima generazione, questo composito di fibre è fuso insieme
per ottenere un unico strato ultra resistente e flessibile. La calotta
esterna del casco, dall’esclusivo design con le sue speciali nervature,
è progettata per massimizzare l’assorbimento e la dissipazione degli
urti ed è stata progettata con le più moderne tecnologie del Nuovo
Reparto R&D.
Casco realizzato in due diverse misure di calotta esterna e due
misure di EPS interne stampate e doppia densità per il massimo
assorbimento urti ed offrire il più alto livello di comfort.
Frontino regolabile integrato con la calotta in modo da ridurre gli
attriti e conferire al design del casco fluidità e aerodinamicità
rendendolo un riferimento di stile nella la sua categoria
L’apertura del campo Visivo offre la totale compatibilità con le più
ampie misure e marche di maschere Off Road sul mercato garantendo
inoltre un ampio raggio di visione laterale.
Il sistema di ventilazione è caratterizzato da numerose prese d’aria
frontali che convogliano l’aria direttamente all’interno della calotta.
L’EPS interno è canalizzato per distribuire perfettamente il flusso
d’aria fresca all’interno per poi farla fluire fino agli estrattori d’aria
che sono distribuiti nella parte superiore, posteriore e laterale del
casco, permettendo di dissipare in maniera ottimale il calore interno.
Con questo sistema studiato da UFO PLAST il casco sarà molto più
confortevole anche nelle condizioni di utilizzo più estreme.
Gli interni realizzati in materiali traspiranti e anallergici con spugne di
densità differenziate per offrire un comfort perfetto e dissipare liquidi,
sono completamente smontabili e lavabili per consentire il lavaggio e
garantire una perfetta igiene. Il nuovo design permette di mantenere il
fit ottimale in tutte le condizioni d’utilizzo.
I guanciali sono dotati del sistema di emergenza ESS (Emergency
Safety System). Lo sgancio rapido per i casi di emergenza consente di
rimuovere i guanciali con il casco indossato consentendo di facilitare
in sicurezza la rimozione dello stesso senza causare ulteriori traumi.
Cinturino con chiusura DD in alluminio anodizzato rosso completo di
bottone di fissaggio.

ECHUS
The Off Road ECHUS helmet was designed and developed based
on the new ECE 22 06 legislation, made for ensuring the safety of
riders who live for the most extreme off road experience.
This generation’s exterior is printed in HPF (High Performance
Fiberglass): this composite fiber is melted together to obtain a
single ultra-resistant and flexible layer. The external helmet cap,
with an exclusive design and a special edge, is designed to maximize
the absorption and dissipation of shocks and has been designed
with the most modern technologies of the new R&D department.
The helmet is made with two different external cap sizes and in two
measures of internal printed EPS with double density for maximum
impact absorption and to offer the highest level of comfort.
The adjustable visor is integrated with the shell to reduce friction
and form a flowing, aerodynamic helmet design, making it a style
preference in its category.
The opening of the visual field offers total compatibility with the
most famous brands of off-road goggles on the market, it also
guarantees a wide range of lateral vision.
The ventilation system is characterized by numerous front air
sockets to bring air directly inside the shell. The internal EPS is
made to distribute the fresh air flow inside and then up to the air
extractors.
Air is distributed in the upper, rear and side part of the helmet,
allowing to dissipate the internal heat optimally. With this system
studied by UFO PLAST, the helmet will be much more comfortable
even in the most extreme conditions.
The interiors are made of breathable, hypoallergenic materials with
different density sponges to offer comfort and to dissipate liquids.
The interior pads are completely removable and washable to ensure
hygiene. The new design allows to maintain the optimal fit in all use
conditions.
The cheek pads are equipped with the ESS emergency system
(Emergency Safety System), the quick release is design to safely
remove the cheek pads to avoid causing further traumas in
emergency scenarios.
