SERRATURE DI SICUREZZA A SCATTO IN AISI 316 L

Sovente sulle imbarcazioni si incontra la necessità di disporre di Serrature di Sicurezza che possano bloccare in
modo tenace e sicuro porte, boccaporti, o altri elementi di copertura o tamponamento di aperture.
Questa Serratura può essere realizzata in tre diverse grandezze, adatte alle forze che devono sostenere, è interamente
realizzata in AISI 316L ed ottone, ed è del tutto adatta ad essere montata sulle parti esterne dello scafo, a contatto
diretto con l’acqua marina.
Le fotografie riportano in primo piano le serrature riprese in configurazione aperta, con il gancio di tenuta solleva-
to ed il perno mobile separato e disposto frontalmente; in secondo piano le serrature sono invece riprese con il gan-
cio di tenuta serrato sul perno mobile; detto perno, entrando dalla parte alta e scendendo verso il basso, determina
lo scatto del gancio di tenuta, che viene bloccato meccanicamente in posizione di sicurezza.
Lo sblocco della serratura può essere attuato manualmente, o con un comando meccanico, o elettrico, agendo sulla
leva posta nella parte posteriore della serratura.

SAFETY CLASP LOCK IN AISI 316L

Many items on board need to be firmly locked by Safety Clasp Locks, be it doors, hatches or other covering or clo-
sing elements for opening parts.
Our Safety Clasp Lock are totally in AISI 316 L and Brass components, and therefore it can be installed on the
external part of the hull structure, even in direct contact with marine water.
It is available in three different sizes, to suit the forces to be held.
The picture shows in the foreground the Safety Clasp Lock in open status, with its arresting hook in open position;
the mobile trunnion is placed in front; the background of the picture shows the Safety Clasp Lock with the arresting
hook closed on the trunnion.
When the trunnion comes down vertically from the upper level, it acts the automatic lock of the hook, which is
mechanically held in the safety position. To unlock the Clasp it is necessary an external command, manual or
mechanic or electric, acting on the level positioned on the back part of the Safety Clasp Lock.
