AURICOR 406 è una particolare doratura a base acida in grado di depositare una lega
di oro-rutenio dalla colorazione marrone. Tale doratura è composta da una sofisticata
matrice organica che mantiene stabile l’elettrolita e rende semplice la gestione. In
particolare, la tonalità del deposito può essere gestita con uno speciale additivo scurente.
AURICOR 406 is a particular acid based gold plating solution, able to deposits a brown
colour alloy of gold/ruthenium. This gold plating solution is composed by a sophisticated
organic matrix to stabilize the electrolyte and guarantee an easy maintenance of the
process. The brown colour shade, can be adjusted using a special additive.

più resistente. RUTENOR HD è semplice da usare e non richiede l’impiego di raddrizzatori di
corrente grazie al suo utilizzo per semplice immersione.
Black and gun-metal grey ruthenium coats have the disadvantage of not being very
resistant to abrasion and consequently they get damaged quickly. RUTENOR HD is an
innovative chemical process developed at Berkem laboratories that’s able to harden and
consolidate the generally tender ruthenium deposits status. RUTENOR HD is easy to use and
does not require any rectifiers since it is simply used by immersion.

SILCOR 501 is a cyanide-free electroplating silver plating process that allows the deposition
of an extremely white layer of silver. The special features of this process are the electrolytic
stability and the high quality of the deposit in total absence of cyanides in solution. SILCOR
501 can be applied directly on silver and gold, or, through a special pre-treatment, even
on nickel and copper alloys.

barrier or polished finish. BRONILOR 100 guarantee an excellent resistance to corrosion and
can be used for both rack and barrel plating. The deposit obtained consists of a ternary
alloy of copper, tin and zinc in percentages that give the coating a silver white or yellow
colour, with high hardness and good levelling power.

Con CATAFOR 200 l’utilizzatore, non ancora sicuro delle esigenze di colorazione dei propri clienti,
può applicare una prima verniciatura trasparente e successivamente post-colorare in funzione

CATAFOR 200 is a post-coloring process that allows coloring of lacquered surfaces through
immersion in a solution consisting of a carrier and by particular pigmented particles that can
be incorporated into the lacquered surface. The CATAFOR 200 series is available in various
colorings that can be applied on objects treated with transparent lacquers and/or colored.
With CATAFOR 200 the user, not yet sure of the coloring requirements of its customers, can apply
a first transparent lacquering and then post-color in response to the requests. The versatility is
combined also with the extreme ease of use of the product, for which it is not necessary to
have specific equipment.

MASKING LACQUERS
Si tratta di una linea di prodotti mascheranti utilizzabili sia in cataforesi sia in galvanica
tradizionale, finalizzati all’ottenimento della multicromia sull’oggetto da trattare. Le vernici
mascheranti Berkem si distinguono per la facilità d’impiego: la loro rimozione dall’oggetto può
avvenire manualmente per pelatura oppure con l’ausilio di un solvente. Berkem inoltre ha
sviluppato l’unico prodotto nel mercato per la mascheratura di vernici cataforetiche.
It concerns a line of masking products that can be used both with cataphoresis and
traditional galvanic, aimed at obtaining the multichromy on the object to be treated. The
Berkem masking lacquers are distinguished for their ease of use: their removal from the
masked object can take place manually by peeling or dissolved in a solvent. In addition,
Berkem has developed the only product in the market for masking of cataphoretic lacquers.

METALCOR is a particular conductive lacquer based on highly purity colloidal silver

capable of making conductive substrates of nonconductive nature such as plastics, wax,

distribution on treated parts and is suitable in all those cases where it could be necessary

all’ossidazione senza alterare l’aspetto originale del manufatto. PROTECOR 201 a differenza
degli altri antitarnish chimici può essere anche utilizzato per via elettrolitica tramite
l’aggiunta di sali conduttori e di speciali elettrodi. L’applicazione elettrolitica di PROTECOR
201 incrementa esponenzialmente il livello di protezione.
PROTECOR 201 is an innovative nanocomposite non-toxic passivation for silver and gold
alloys with low caratage which gives the objects treated considerable resistance to
oxidation without altering their original appearance. Unlike other chemical antitarnish
products, PROTECOR 201 can also be used electrolytically by adding conductive salts and
special electrodes. Electrolytic application of PROTECOR 201 exponentially increases the
level of protection.

miscelando esclusivamente resine epossidiche di alta qualità che, una volta indurite,
possono essere lucidate/lappate e marcate a laser. Gli smalti ENALOR pur rientrando nella
tipologia “a freddo” per poter indurire, oltre agli appositi catalizzatori da abbinarsi in funzione
dell’applicazione desiderata, necessitano di una cottura in forno a temperatura controllata.
Tutti gli smalti ENALOR sono esenti da metalli pesanti e conformi alla normativa EN 71 parte 3;
1994 ed appendici del 2000 ed AC 2002.
ENALOR are a series of cold enamels with high technical grade because obtained using
exclusively high quality epoxy resins that, once hardened they can be post-workable
or rather, they can be polished/lapped or laser marked. The ENALOR enamels even if
considered “cold type”, in order to became hard, as well as the dedicated catalyst in
relation to the desired application, they require a baking in a ventilated oven with precise
temperature control. All ENALOR enamels are free of heavy metals and compliant to the
regulation EN71 part 3; 1994 and appendix of 2000 and AC 2002.

DS-1000 is the practical electro-pneumatic jewellery glaze doser from Berkem for accurate and fast applications
without waste or contamination. The pneumatic glaze doser makes the work easier for operators and guarantees
better results in terms of quality and time, reducing the risk of defects and thus significantly increasing process
margins at larger scales thanks to the elimination of waste. DS-1000 is equipped with: anti-drip system for the
management of low viscosity glazes; digital timer, adjustable from 0.01 to 30 seconds, for programmed precision

BENCHTOP PLATING PLANTS
GALVALINK è una linea di impianti pilota modulari composti da una unità base alla quale
si possono collegare delle unità satellite. L’unità base è composta da due bicchieri in vetro
pyrex da 2 litri, con un riscaldamento e una movimentazione nella quale è installato il
raddrizzatore di corrente da 12 V - 10 A. Le unità satellite invece non contengono alcun
raddrizzatore, sono collegabili all’unità base e sono equipaggiate con due bicchieri da
2 o 5 litri in vetro pyrex, movimentazione e riscaldamento a seconda delle necessità del
cliente. Ogni unità base è espandibile fino a 3 unità satellite per un totale di 8 vasche.
GALVALINK è la prima galvanica modulare di questa dimensione presente sul mercato.
GALVALINK is a line of modular pilot plants consisting of a base unit to which satellite units
can be connected. The base unit consists of two 2 liters Pyrex glass tanks, with heating and
stirring in which the 12 V - 10 A current rectifier is installed. The satellite units doesn’t contain
any rectifier, they can be connected to the base unit and are equipped with 2 pyrex glass
GALVALINK® 2 or 5 liters beakers, stirring and heating according to customer requirements. Each base
unit can be expanded up to 3 satellite units for a total of 8 tanks. GALVALINK is the first
modular plating plant of this size present on the market.

DOSINGPOWER è l’innovativo dosatore automatico progettato da Berkem per il ripristino
dei bagni galvanici in funzione del loro reale consumo riducendo gli interventi manuali, gli
sprechi e gli errori di dosaggio. DOSINGPOWER funziona unicamente collegato ai raddrizzatori
POWER serie 300 o 400 che, grazie al computer integrato, calcolano gli ampere minuti
necessari all’attivazione del dosatore stesso. Quindi al raggiungimento di un determinato
numero di ampere minuti il raddrizzatore attiva in automatico DOSINGPOWER che aggiunge
la quantità di replenisher necessaria al perfetto ripristino del bagno. DOSINGPOWER è dotato
di 2 pompe dosatrici che possono essere gestite singolarmente dal raddrizzatore POWER
e garantisce la massima versatilità di utilizzo: la gestione di 2 diverse miscele di replenisher
oppure il diverso dosaggio di replenisher all’interno di uno stesso bagno.
DOSINGPOWER is the innovative automatic dispenser designed by Berkem to restore plating
