In attività dal 1996, Arblu è un’azienda specializzata nella produzione

di box doccia.
La gamma dei prodotti si è sviluppata rapidamente prediligendo,
a fianco del costante aggiornamento stilistico, soprattutto la qualità
e la ricerca di materiali certificati.
Tutte le lavorazioni e l’assemblaggio sono realizzati interamente
in Italia da personale qualificato che esegue tutti i più scrupolo-
si controlli richiesti.
L’azienda è dotata di impianti all’avanguardia per la lavorazione
dei profili (1) e di linee di imballaggio speciali (2) che permetto-
no l’eliminazione del polistirolo all’interno delle scatole: un’at-
tenzione in più per la salvaguardia dell’ambiente.

The range of the products has quickly developed having a preference for, beside a constant
stylistic update, mostly on the quality and the research of certified materials.
All the production and the assemblage are entirely realized in Italy by qualified personnel
that performs all the most scrupulous controls required. The company is equipped with
advanced systems for the manufacture of profiles (1) and special packing lines (2) that make

NEW TREATMENT SHOWER GLASS PROTECT
SHOWER GLASS PROTECT:

Clearshield is a world leader company with more than 30 years of experience into the business of treatment
applications in the building industry for outdoor glasses as well indoor ones. Shower Glass Protect in an
optional treatment, on customer’s request, which aims to keep the shower cabin glass to be inert towards all
processes of corrosion and oxidation and therefore preventing the loss of transparency, brilliancy and clear-
ness. The glass treatment can be performed on all our glasses either curved as flat ones.
• Corrosion is mostly due to the humidity and the alkali whom producing the phenomenon of hydrolysis they
impoverish the glass of Na+ions (Sodium) creating thus some micro slits which allows an easier deposit of
the dirtiness.
• Oxidation makes the glass to become more opaque due to a chemical link (weak) among the silica, which
compose the glass, the limestone, the metal oxides and the silicone.
The treatment creates on the glass a non-adhesive effect and makes in a way that humidity, limestone
sediments and soap residue easily slide away from the surface with simply the rinse.
Medium efficiency of the Shower Glass Protect treatment in standard utilisation conditions is about 5 years
which can extended at 8 years with the utilization of the specific maintaining kit (available in the price list)
denominated AFTER CARE.
After Care:
It’s a cleaning product to use instead of the normal ones employed. It has the characteristic to extend the
protection of the Shower Glass Protect treatment efficiency bringing it from 5* to 8* years approximately.
It has obviously also a cleaning and sanitising action and it’s applied as a whatsoever cleaning product.
The glass treated with Shower Glass Protect, normally, after the shower cabin utilisation, is in need of a
simple drying action and only seldom of the utilisation of the After Care product. Hence, the evaluation
of the package duration of a bottle (500 ml.) is about of 12 months.
Clearvision:
This kit is used for the treatment of the shower cabin glasses on place when the customer is wishing to
perform the same treatment which has been done into our establishment, right at his own home, on a already
installed or previously treated cabin which its efficiency has decreased. For the remaining considerations
is valid all what said for the Shower Glass Protect.
The content of a single kit of Clearvision has the following items:
- bottle of 70 ml of Remover,
- bottle of 70 ml of Renovator,
- bottle of 70 ml of Protect,
- a sponge coupled for the surface preparation,
- wool cotton pressed tampons for the application of the product.
The kit comes with an illustrative sheet containing treatment characteristics, care and application instructions,
security warnings and indications of the standard duration of the product.
With a kit of Clearvision it’s possible to treat 3-4 mq. of vitreous surface obtaining an excellent result.
*The product forecast duration is a result of technical essays and achieved experiences. We intend them reliable
presuming a daily use with waters having hardness according the standards aqueduct regulations where its neat-
ness happens in a correct and normal way and therefore not using aggressive detergents or abrasive tools.

NPG POLYESTER resins.
The formulation of particular resins, fil-
lers, pre coat-solutions and various additi-
ves is specified and tested many times.
Differently from similar products, TECNO-
RIT® is submitted either in the phase of
raw materials that in the mixture at the
VACUUM PROCESS, which produce the
homogeneity, uniformity and total absen-
ce of air bubbles in the mixture.
Not having any porosity and being homo-
geneous in all its thickness, TECNORIT®
can easily be repaired into scratches and
little grazes with the utilisation of the
abrasive paper.
All this is generating the next 4 main

I MATERIALI. L’alluminio utilizzato nei nostri telai, oltre ad essere della migliore qua-
lità, viene protetto con una verniciatura speciale a base di polveri epossidiche.
I profili vengono realizzati con lega primaria 6060 (Norma UNI 9006) seguendo le nor-
mative dei marchi europei “QUALANOD” per l’ossidazione e “QUALICOAT” per la
verniciatura.
I CRISTALLI E LA SICUREZZA. I cristalli inseriti nei nostri box doccia, di vari spes-
sori secondo il modello scelto, hanno la garanzia della sicurezza, in quanto vengono
temperati attraverso macchinari all’avanguardia che conferiscono loro un’ecceziona-
le resistenza allo sfondamento, all’urto e alla flessione, seguendo le normative euro-

MATERIALS. The aluminium used for our frames, apart from being of the best quality, is protected by a spe-
cial finish using epoxide powders. The profiles are made using the primary alloy 6060 (UNI 9006) according
to the European standards “QUALANOD” for oxidation and “QUALICOAT” for the finishing.
GLASS PANELS AND SAFETY. The glass panels that are inserted into our shower enclosures, varying in thick-
ness according to the chosen model, are guaranteed for safety as they are tempered by the latest machinery
that makes them exceptionally resistant to breaking, knocks and bending, in accordance with european safety
standards UNI EN 12150-1 LUGLIO 2001. The processing of the glass panels is constantly subjected to quality
controls with guarantees, during production, of shattering and bending tests as ascribed in the point “process
control” of the same standard.

La pulizia
CLEANING
Nel fabbricare i suoi box doccia Arblu ha studiato anche come agevolare
le operazioni per mantenere la massima igiene nella stanza da bagno.
Per consentire una facile pulizia, i cristalli, che non si sovrappongono ad anta
chiusa, sono stati dotati di guarnizioni trasparenti ed antimuffa, facilmente
sfilabili e infilabili.
For the manufacture of their shower enclosures Arblu also researched how to facilitate operations for
maximum hygiene in the bathroom. For easy cleaning, the glass panels, which do not overlap when
closed, are provided with transparent anti-mould seals that easily slide on and off.
Arblu propone un prodotto fondamentale per mantenere intatta la bellezza e l’igiene

del box doccia impedendo all’acqua di fermarsi sulla sua superficie.
Il vantaggio è di avere un box doccia sempre pulito e brillante, senza depositi di cal-
care, sporco e sapone, senza utilizzare detergenti aggressivi e prodotti abrasivi.
Il prodotto va applicato sulla superficie interna del cristallo con il suo panno morbido,
senza essere diluito, e successivamente va lasciato asciugare per qualche ora senza
utilizzare il box doccia. Il risultato è un cristallo brillante e pulito nel tempo.
Il trattamento, può essere ripetuto col passare del tempo, così da rinnovare l’effica-
cia del prodotto.
Arblu offers a basic product that keeps the beauty and hygiene of the shower enclosure intact, allowing water
to slide off its surfaces. The advantage is a shower enclosure that is always clean and sparkling, without lime-
scale, dirt or soap and without using strong detergents or abrasive products. It should be applied on the
inside of the glass panel with its soft cloth, without diluting it and then it should be left to dry for a few hours
without using the shower. The result is a glass panel that is clean with a long-lasting sparkling effect. The pro-
cess can be repeted steadily, in order to renew the effectiveness of the product.
