Il presente listino annulla e sostituisce tutti i precedenti e può essere modificato senza alcun preavviso. Tutte le specifiche contenute nel presente catalogo sono indicative e possono essere
soggette a modifiche e variazioni secondo le esigenze del produttore, senza obbligo di preavviso.
SPEDIZIONI: la spedizione viene eseguita secondo richiesta del cliente o in mancanza di precisazioni, con il mezzo da noi ritenuto più opportuno. La merce s’intende sempre venduta franco
nostro stabilimento con imballo e trasporto addebitato al cliente. La merce anche se venduta franco destino, viaggia a rischio del committente.
IMBALLO E TRASPORTO: al costo.
GARANZIA: tutte le nostre macchine sono garantite per difetti di fabbricazione, per la durata di mesi 24 dalla consegna. La sostituzione in garanzia è subordinata alla restituzione dei pezzi
avariati.
TERMINI DI CONSEGNA: Le consegne saranno da noi effettuate nei termini concordati all’atto dell’ordine, salvo imprevisti non dipendenti dalla nostra volontà.
I.V.A.: I prezzi s’intendono Iva esclusa.
PAGAMENTI: I pagamenti vanno eseguiti nei termini concordati e comunque in contrassegno per importi netti fino a Euro 100,00. Il mancato pagamento autorizza la sospensione delle
consegne.
SCONTI: Saranno validi quelli concordati con la direzione commerciale, nessuno sconto sarà applicato per ordini inferiori a Euro 100,00.
RECLAMI: I reclami non saranno accettati se trascorsi otto giorni dall’arrivo della merce al destinatario.
RESI: Non si accettano resi se non franchi da ogni spesa ed autorizzati dalla AMAS.
RISERVA DI PROPRIETÀ: È espressamente prevista a favore della AMAS la riserva di proprietà (art.1523 Cod. Civ.) fino a quando l’Acquirente non avrà provveduto all’integrale pagamento di
quanto spettante alla Venditrice.
CONTROVERSIE: Qualsiasi controversia che dovesse sorgere sull’esecuzione e/o applicazione delle presenti condizioni di vendita sarà competente l’Autorità Giudiziaria di Pistoia.
REGOLAMENTO RESA MERCI IN SOSTITUZIONE GARANZIA
1) Le spese di trasporto dei pezzi riconosciuti in garanzia, della mano d’opera per la rimozione dello stesso e l’eventuale sostituzione, non sono inclusi nella garanzia.
AMAS non accetterà per nessun motivo eventuali reclami per la sostituzione in conto garanzia, se non verranno rispettate le disposizioni sotto citate. La restituzione dei particolari in garanzia
presso la nostra sede in porto assegnato non verrà ritirata.
2) Richiesta di sostituzione con reso contestuale:
- Invio del materiale difettoso con D.D.T. di reso in porto franco presso la nostra sede
- Valutazione richiesta di garanzia
- Invio particolare di sostituzione e/o in conto vendita in porto assegnato
3) Richiesta di fornitura particolare in conto sostituzione senza reso contestuale:
- Invio del particolare richiesto con addebito in fattura del trasporto con D.D.T. di vendita a rimessa diretta
- Valutazione della richiesta di garanzia del particolare difettoso ricevuto in porto franco presso la nostra sede
- Eventuale riconoscimento della garanzia con relativo accredito della fattura originariamente emessa. Oppure in caso di esito negativo, sarà richiesto il pagamento della fattura già emessa
4) Risarcimento danni da trasporto:
La richiesta di risarcimento della merce mancante o danneggiata durante il trasporto deve essere accompagnata da riserva apposta sulla propria bolla e su quella del corriere con la firma del
trasportatore.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

This price list annuls and replaces all previous price lists and may be subject to change without prior warning. All specifications in this catalogue are approximate and are subject to change and
variations as required by the manufacturer without notice.
CONSIGNMENT: consignment shall be carried out according to the customer’s requests or, unless specified, by means which we deem most suitable. It’s understood that goods are sold ex
works. The customer shall be charged for any packaging and haulage costs. Even if goods are sold free of carriage, haulage is at the customer’s risk.
PACKAGING AND HAULAGE: at cost price.
WARRANTY: all our machines are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery. Replacements under warranty are subject to the return of the faulty
parts (Ministerial Note N° 800655 dated 18/04/1975). Failure to comply with the 30-day term mentioned within the aforesaid clause shall authorize us to issue a regular invoice.
TERMS OF DELIVERY: we shall deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery dates agreed upon when the order is placed, unless it is not possible due to unexpected events beyond our
control.
VAT: Prices are net of VAT.
PAYMENT: payment shall be made within the agreed terms and cash on delivery for net amounts up to 100,00 Euro. Failure to pay shall authorize the suspension of deliveries.
DISCOUNTS: only the discounts agreed with the marketing management shall be held as valid. No discount shall be applied for orders less than 100,00 Euro.
COMPLAINTS: complaints shall only be accepted during the 8 days following the delivery of the goods to their destination.
RETURNED GOODS: returned goods shall only be accepted if free of all charges and if authorized by AMAS.
RETENTION OF TITLE: a retention of title (art. 1523 Civil Code) in favour of AMAS is expressly provided for all sold products until the purchaser has entirely paid the amount due to AMAS for
capital, interests and whatever else is due for any reason.
CONTROVERSY: any controversy arising out of the execution and/or interpretation and/or application of these Conditions of Sale shall be ruled exclusively by the judicial power authorityof
Pistoia.
CONDITIONS REGARDING THE REPLACEMENT OF RETURNED GOODS COVERED BY WARRANTY
1) The warranty does not cover costs regarding transport and labour to remove or, if necessary, replace parts covered by warranty.
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall AMAS accept any claims for replacement under warranty if the following conditions are not complied with. Returned parts covered by warranty sent to
us carriage forward shall not be accepted.
2) Request for the replacement of returned goods:
- The faulty material must be sent carriage free to our offices along with a returned goods transport document.
- The warranty claim shall be evaluated.
- The part to be replaced and/or sold shall be sent carriage forward
3) Request for the replacement of goods yet to be returned:
- The required part shall be sent along with an invoice and transport document for direct remittance
- The warranty claim for the faulty part received carriage free at our offices shall be evaluated.
- If the fault is considered to be covered by the warranty, the invoice shall be credited. If the fault is not considered to be covered by the warranty, payment of the previously issued invoice shall
be demanded
4) Compensation for transport damages:
The request for compensation for goods which have gone missing or been damaged during transport must be accompanied by a report enclosed with the transport document and with the
accompanying document of the haulage agent which must be signed by the person responsible for haulage
