TAMBURI MAGNETICHI
I tamburi magnetici permanenti serie TM
permettono la separazione continua ed automatica
di materiale ferroso,installati a valle di
convogliatori,siano essi costituiti da nastri
trasportatori, scivoli, alimentatori vibranti, ecc.
Principio di funzionamento :
Il nucleo magnetico a posizione rotante regolabile
viene opportunamente regolato alla messa in
servizio mentre l'involucro rotante equipaggiato
con listelli di traino trascina attorno ad esso il
materiale da deferrizzare, portando i componenti
ferromagnetici oltre la divisoria inferiore, Il tamburo
magnetico è il separatore dall'esercizio più
versatile, in quanto può captare corpi ferrosi
grossa pezzatura nonché materiali fini.
Questa prerogativa rimane strettamente vincolata
al tipo di alimentazione adottata ed alla
composizione del campo magnetico, inoltre per
migliore ulteriormente il rendimento si possono
usare più tamburi in cascata.
La MAGNETICA TORRI costruisce tamburi
magnetici standard e su specifica del cliente,
pertanto le tabelle dimensionali considerano solo le
esecuzioni normalizzate.
 
 
MAGNETIC DRUMS
The permanent magnetic drum TM series allow
the continuous and automatic separation of
material ferrous, installed downstream of
conveyors, be they consisting of conveyor belts,
chutes, feeders vibrating, etc.
Principle of operation:
The magnetic core in rotating adjustable position
is appropriately adjustable to commissioning is set
to start service while rotating the enclosure
equipped with strips towing drag around it the
material to be deferrisation, bringing the
ferromagnetic components beyond the lower
partition.
