Nessuno is used in negative sentences
Non dome nessuno - means no body sleeps
Qualcuno dorme - means somebody sleeps
Con pi soldi potrei viaggiare di pi. - If I had more money I could travel more.
Mi piacerebbe andare in Europa. - I would like to go to Europe.
Vorrei andare in vacanza ma non ho i soldi. - I would go on vacation but I have no money.
