Il presente manuale contiene la descrizione per eseguire correttamente le principali opera-

zioni di montaggio e la sostituzione di parti di ricambio dell‘ operatore di cabina e delle so-
spensioni di piano tipo 2 ATD/S (2 ante telescopiche destre/sinistre).
Le prescrizioni di impiego devono essere scrupolosamente osservate al fine di ottenere le
migliori prestazioni ed assicurare la massima durata dei vari organi.
Si consiglia l'attenta lettura del presente manuale, onde approfondire la conoscenza dell' o-
peratore di cabina e delle sospensioni di piano, prima di iniziarne l'impiego.

This manual includes a description for the correct carrying out of the main use operations
and the replacement of spare parts of the car operators and of the landing top trucks: 2
ATD/S (2 right/left collapsible panels).

Comply carefully with use prescriptions in order to obtain the best performance and assure
the maximum life of the parts.
It is advisable to read this manual with care, in order to deepen the knowledge of the car op-
erator and of the landing top trucks before using them.
This manual shall be considered as an integrating part of the product.

 NORME DI SICUREZZA
GENERALI
Assicurarsi prima di ogni intervento
che l' alimentazione elettrica sia disin-
serita.
Leggere attentamente questo Manuale pri-
ma di procedere alle operazioni di prepara-
zione, impiego, manutenzione, o altri im-
pieghi sul prodotto.
Leggere e rispettare le norme di sicurezza
prima di qualsiasi intervento.
Controllare ed eliminare, prima del mon-
taggio, eventuali anomalie o condizioni pe-
ricolose per la sicurezza.
Non consentire il montaggio e le registra-
zioni a personale non autorizzato.
Si consiglia all'utilizzatore di usare sul luo-
go di lavoro indumenti atti ad evitare qual-
siasi forma di pericolo personale e pertan-
to approvati ai fini antinfortunistici.
Attenzione non appoggiare le mani sulle
parti in movimento e taglienti onde evitare
pericoli di schiacciamento e cesoiamento.
Assicurarsi che il cantiere di installazione
sia conforme alle normative vigenti di sicu-
rezza.
In caso di discordanza tra le prescrizioni
contenute in questo manuale e quelle pre-
viste dalle legislazioni vigenti in materia di
sicurezza, si applicheranno quelle più ri-
strettive.

SAFETY RULES
GENERALS
Before any electrical intervention as-
sure that the power supply is turned
off.
Read carefully this manual before prepa-
ration, employment, maintenance or other
uses of the product.
Read and respect the safety rules before
any intervention.
Before the assembly, check and eliminate
any defect or dangerous condition.
Do not allow unauthorized personnel any
assembly or adjustment.
It is advisable that the user wears safety
clothes on the work place, in order to
avoid personal injury.
Warning: Keep your hands off moving and
cutting parts. Failure to do this could result
in personal injury (crushing or shearing).
Assure that the installation site complies
with the safety rules.
If the prescriptions included in this manual
should disagree with the current laws
concerning safety, the most restrictive
measures shall be applied.

 ISTRUZIONI D’USO
Tutti gli operatori di cabina sono collaudati
prima di essere spediti. Le uniche opera-
zioni da effettuarsi in fase di montaggio, se
necessitano, sono:
a) Taratura sensibilità microcontatto di ria-
pertura porte.
b) Regolazione spinta delle ante in fase di
chiusura.
c) Regolazione microcontatti di fine corsa.
a) La sensibilità del microcontatto di ria-
pertura porte deve essere verificata con
la cabina al piano e le porte accoppiate.
Al momento della prova se la sensibilità
del microcontatto risulta troppo rilevante
o viceversa, per ottenere la variazione
desiderata agire nel seguente modo
(vedi fig.1):
- Svitare le viti A e allontanare o avvicinare
il microcontatto B dal tendicinghia C .

USER’S INSTRUCTIONS
Every car operator is tested before the
shipment. The only operations to be car-
ried out during the assembly, if necessary,
are the following:
a) Door reopening micro-contact sensitivity
setting
b) Panels thrust adjustment for lockup.
c) Limit stop micro-switch adjustment.
a) The sensitivity of door reopening micro-
switch shall be checked with the car on
the floor and coupled doors. During test,
if micro-switch sensitivity seems to be
too high or vice versa, do as follows to
obtain the change desired:
- Unscrew the screws A and move away
or approach the micro-switch B to the
tightener C

b) La regolazione della spinta delle ante in
fase di chiusura si ottiene avvitando o svi-
tando il dado A (vedi fig. 2) per ottenere
una regolazione ottimale è necessario che
la rotella B non esca dalla sua sede prima
che sia intervenuto il microcontatto di ria-
pertura.

c) La regolazione dei microcontatti di fine
corsa A (vedi fig. 3) in chiusura ed apertu-
ra si effettua anticipando o posticipando il
loro intervento sulle camme della puleggia
di comando B. Per un corretto funziona-
mento è necessario che con l' intervento
del microcontatto, il braccio C si arresti in
posizione orizzontale e prima che l' aletta
posteriore della puleggia vada in appoggio
sul tampone di fermo D.

b) Panels thrust adjustment for lockup
shall be obtained by screwing or un-
screwing the nut A (see drawing n. 2). In
order to obtain an optimum adjustment, it
is necessary that the roller B does not
exit its seat before the intervention of re-
opening micro-switch.

c) Limit stop micro-switch adjustment A
(see drawing n. 3) during lockup and o-
pening can be made by advancing or po-
stponing their intervention on the cams of
the drive pulley B. For a correct opera-
tion it is necessary that the arm C stops
on horizontal position during the micro-
switch intervention, before the pulley rear
tab goes to lean on the stopper D.

 TENSIONE CINGHIE DI TRASMIS-
SIONE
Dopo un periodo di funzionamento dell' im-
pianto si consiglia di controllare la tensione
delle cinghie ed il funzionamento dei mi-
crocontatti di fine corsa. Qualora le cinghie
abbiano subito un allungamento, per ten-
derle bisogna agire su ogni singola cin-
ghia. La prima cinghia da tendere è quella
della puleggia di comando; nella fase suc-
cessiva si tende la cinghia che collega mo-
tore-puleggia intermedia.
- Tensione cinghia puleggia di comando
(vedi fig. 4):
svitare le viti A e tendere la cinghia B me-
diante la vite C. Riavvitare il tutto come pri-
ma.

DRIVING BELT TENSION
After a certain period of system operation,
it is advisable to check belt tension and
the operation of limit stop micro-switches.
If the belts are stretched, it is necessary to
stretch every single belt. The first belt to
be stretched is the drive pulley, then
stretch the belt which connects the motor
with the middling pulley.
- Drive pulley belt tension (see drawing n.
4)
unscrew the screws A and stretch the belt
B by means of the screw C. Restore the
unit by screwing.

- Tensione cinghia lato motore (vedi fig. 5):
svitare i bulloni A e tendere la cinghia tra-
mite la vite B. Quando si è avuto la giusta
tensione riavvitare il tutto come prima.

- Motor side belt tension (see drawing n.
5):
unscrew the bolts A and stretch the belt by
means of the screw B. After reaching the
proper tension, restore the unit by screw-
ing.

 REGOLAZIONE
SOSPENSIONI DI PIANO
Come per gli operatori di cabina anche le
sospensioni di piano sono collaudate pri-
ma di essere spedite.
A montaggio avvenuto, in base alla docu-
mentazione di installazione, l' unica opera-
zione da eseguire è la centratura della ro-
tella della serratura di piano con la camma
di abbinamento operatore.
- Regolazione rotelle serratura (vedi fig. 6):
la regolazione delle rotelle della serratura
si effettua con le porte di cabina e piano
accoppiate e completamente chiuse. Con-
trollare che le rotelle A siano centrate alla
camma B ed abbiano una interferenza di
circa 10 mm, se ciò non è verificato agire
nel seguente modo:
- per la centratura svitare le viti C e sposta-
re tutto il gruppo a destra o a sinistra fino
ad ottenere la giusta centratura. Per otte-
nere la giusta interferenza svitare il dado
D e regolare le rotelle A, in avanti o indie-
tro, della misura desiderata. A regolazio-
ne avvenuta, per maggiore sicurezza, ef-
fettuare alcune manovre di apertura porte
manualmente.

LANDING TOP TRUCKS
ADJUSTMENT
Just like the car operator, the landing top
trucks are also tested before shipment.
After the assembly (carried out by referring
to the installation documents), the only o-
peration to be carried out is the centering
of the landing lock roller with the car
operator coupling cam.
- Lock roller adjustment (see drawing n. 6):
the lock roller adjustment shall be carried
out while the car and landing doors are
coupled and closed. Check that the roller
A is centered to the cam B and its interfe-
rence is of 10 mm approximately; if not, do
as follows:
- for centering, unscrew the screws C and
move the whole unit to the right or to the
left until the proper centering has been
obtained. The proper interference shall
be obtained by unscrewing the nut D and
adjusting the roller A ahead or backward
as to the measure desired. After the a-
djustment, assure to open the doors ma-

Le porte di piano possono essere spedite
nel seguente modo:
a) Montate completamente
b) Montate parzialmente
c) Smontate
Nel primo e nel secondo caso la sospen-
sione e la soglia sono già montate nella
giusta posizione.
Nel caso di spedizione smontata, per un
corretto montaggio, agire nel seguente
modo (vedi fig. 7):
- Fissare la sospensione A al telaio con n°
4 viti TE M8x16 (rif. B) posizionandola in
modo che la tacca di riferimento sull' ala
del piastrone della sospensione risulti a
filo luce lato battuta.
- Fissare la soglia C sul supporto del telaio
con 3 viti TE M8x25 (rif. D).
Dopo aver montato la sospensione e la so-
glia, il proseguimento del montaggio è i-
dentico per tutte le tre soluzioni.
Per fissare la porta al muro bisogna prima
applicarvi le staffe E (n° 2 nella parte supe-
riore - n° 3 nella parte inferiore). Nella par-
te superiore le due staffe vanno fissate sul-
l' ala del piastrone della sospensione nelle
apposite asole con viti TE M8x16 (rif. F).
Nella parte inferiore si fissano con le stes-
se viti che fissano la soglia. Tutte le staffe
sono regolabili sia in senso orizzontale che
in verticale.
Dopo aver fissato la porta al muro si può
passare al montaggio delle ante e del
grembiule.
Nella parte superiore le ante G sono colle-
gate alla sospensione con tiranti filettati
M10x70 (rif. H) con possibilità di regolazio-
ne in senso orizzontale e verticale.
Il guidaggio inferiore nella soglia è ottenuto
tramite pattino di scorrimento (rif. I).

LANDING DOORS ASSEMBLY
The landing doors can be shipped as follows:
a) Totally assembled
b) Partially assembled
c) Disassembled
In a) and b) the top trucks and the sill
are already assembled in the proper posi-
tion.
In case of disassembled shipment, do as
follows in order to carry out a proper as-
sembly (see drawing n. 7):
- Fix the top trucks A to the frame by using
4 screws TE M8x16 (ref. B). Position the
top trucks in such a way that the refer-
ence mark on the top trucks plate tab is
centred to the opening.
- Fix the sill C to the frame support by us-
ing 3 screws TE M6x25 (ref. D) in such a
way that it is fixed in the support slots.
After assembling the top trucks and the sill,
the rest of the assembly is the same for
the three solutions.
In order to fix the door to the wall, it is nec-
essary to apply the brackets E (2 to the up-
per part and 1 to the lower part). On the
upper part, the two brackets shall be fixed
to the suitable slots of the top trucks plate
tab by using screws TE M8x16 (ref. F). On
the lower part, they shall be fixed by using
the same screws which fix the sill (TE
M6x25 ref. D). All brackets are adjustable
either horizontally or vertically.
After fixing the door to the wall, proceed
with the assembly of the panels and of the
sill - guard.
On the upper part the panels G are con-
nected with the top trucks by means of
stay bolts M10x70 (ref. H) and can be ad-
justed either horizontally or vertically.
The sill lower guide is formed by the gui-
ding rail (ref. I).
Il grembiule (rif. L) viene fissato al suppor-
to del telaio con viti TS M6x12 (rif. M) e
facendo in modo che la parte superiore del
grembiule entri nella scanalatura della so-
glia.
Ultimato il montaggio, per sicurezza, si de-
vono eseguire delle manovre manuali per
verificare se tutto funziona perfettamente.
The sill - guard (ref. L) is fixed to the frame
support by means of screws TS M6x12
(ref. M) in such a way that the upper part
of the sill - guard fits the sill slot.
After the assembly, it is better to move the
unit manually in order to check if every-
thing works properly.

 GARANZIA
GARANZIA
Il venditore si impegna a riparare tutti gli
eventuali difetti di costruzione che si mani-
festano durante il periodo di garanzia fis-
sato in 12 mesi dal momento della con-
segna al compratore.
Sono escluse dalla garanzia deficienze e
difetti dovuti al consumo normale di quelle
parti che sono, per loro natura, soggette a
continua usura.
Al fine di potersi giovare della garanzia, il
compratore dovrà attenersi all'uso corretto
del prodotto come indicato nel manuale.
Per la sostituzione di parti il compratore
dovrà utilizzare solo ricambi originali.
La garanzia decadrà qualora siano avve-
nute modifiche senza il consenso della dit-
ta fornitrice.
Per tutte le rimanenti clausole vedere con-
tratto di vendita del fornitore.

WARRANTY
WARRANTY
The seller commits to repair any possible
manufacturing defect that may appear dur-
ing the warranty period, which is of 12
months beginning from the delivery to
the Buyer.
This warranty excludes any deficiency and
defect due to the normal use of those parts
which are subject to wear.
To take advantage of the warranty, the
Buyer shall make a proper use of the prod-
uct, as shown in the manual.
For replacement of parts, the Buyer shall
only use original spare parts.
The warranty will expire if changes will be
made without supplier agreement.
For all the remaining clauses, see the sup-
plier’s agreement for sale.

NORME PER L'ORDINAZIONE DELLE PARTI DI RICAMBIO

Per la sostituzione di parti, il cliente deve avvalersi esclusivamente di ricambi origi-

nali, ordinandoli direttamente alla ditta CMM; nell'ordinazione deve essere specifica-
to il numero di tavola e della figura. Per alcune parti è necessario specificare l' a-
pertura "PL" e il senso di chiusura .

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDER OF SPARE PARTS

For the replacement of parts, the Customer shall only use original parts and shall or-
der them directly from CMM Company. The order shall specify the table number
and the drawing number. For some common parts it is necessary to specify the
“PL” opening, the lockup direction; also specify if the parts above are used
for the operator or for the top trucks.
