La Romeo Cobalchini S.r.l. da tempo ha in vigore al suo Since long time Romeo Cobalchini S.r.l. has got in force a
interno un Servizio Gestione Qualità dotato di mezzi e
risorse appropriati per assicurare la qualità della

produzione e del servizio. Dal 2007 il Sistema Gestione
COMPANY
Qualità ha acquisito la Certificazione UNI EN ISO
9001:2000, successivamente aggiornata secondo la UNI
EN ISO 9001:2008.
Il sistema Qualità assolve i seguenti principali compiti:
> assicura i controlli necessari della merce in entrata, i
controlli e verifiche durante la produzione e sul prodotto
finito;
> garantisce la possibilità di effettuare particolari controlli
su richiesta;
> monitora costantemente i target prefissati per valutare il
livello del sevizio al cliente;
> tiene conto della valutazione e dei suggerimenti forniti dai
clienti tramite la compilazione annuale del “Questionario
Soddisfazione del Cliente”;
> gestisce prontamente le eventuali segnalazioni di non
conformità;
> coordina e monitora le eventuali azioni correttive e/o
migliorative;
> garantisce che il livello di formazione dei propri dipendenti
sia adeguato e aggiornato.
Il reparto Qualità è dotato di una sala metrologica e di
strumenti di misura adeguati per effettuare:
> misure di lunghezza;
> misure di pressione;
> misure di durezza;
> misure di rugosità;
> analisi con proiettore di profili;
> misure della caratteristiche delle molle mediante un
dinamometro specifico;
> indagini metallografiche su pezzi sezionati.
Garantisce inoltre che tutti gli strumenti utilizzati in azienda
siano mantenuti in buono stato e correttamente tarati.

The Quality system fulfils the following main tasks:
> ensures the necessary controls of the incoming goods,
controls and checks during the production and on
finished product;
> provides the possibility to carry out certain checks on
demand;
> constantly monitors the targets set for assessing the
level of service to the customer;
> it takes account of the evaluation and suggestions that
customers make us by filling the "Questionnaire Customer
Satisfaction";
> manages promptly any reports of non-conformity;
> coordinates and monitors corrective and/or
improvement actions ;
> ensures that the level of training of its employees is
appropriate and updated;.
The Quality Department is equipped with a metrology lab
and measuring instruments of adequate to carry out:
> measures of length;
> pressure measurements;
> hardness measurements;
> roughness measuring;
> analysis with profile projector;
> measurements of the characteristics of springs by
means of a dedicated dynamometer;
> metallographic investigations on sectioned parts.
Also ensures that all of the tools used in the company are
maintained in good condition and correctly calibrated .
