Il Frantoio EVO del Borgo nasce nel borgo

di Arqu Petrarca alle pendici del monte
Bignago, in una delle terre pi rinomate dei
Colli Euganei. Qui noi della famiglia Callegaro
trasformiamo da tre generazioni lamore per
questa terra in un lavoro quotidiano, che
si nutre di sacrificio e passione.

The Olive Oil Mill Evo del Borgo was founded in the village of
Arqua Petrarca on the slopes of the Bignago hill, one of the most
renowned lands of the Euganean Hills. Here, us members of the
Callegaro Family, have been turning our love for this land into
our everyday work, which is nourished by sacrifice and passion.

OLIO EVO
Lolio Extra Vergine di Oliva si ottiene dalla
spremitura meccanica di frutti sani e di
qualit eccellente, senza trattamenti
industriali. Nasce dalle olive pi pregiate,
selezionate e lavorate a freddo per
mantenere intatte tutte le caratteristiche
organolettiche dellolio.
Extra Virgin Olive oil is obtained through a mechanical
pressing of healthy, excellent quality fruits, free of any
industrial treatment. It originates from the most refined
olives, selected and cold-pressed to preserve as whole
all the organoleptic features of the oil.

proviene dal territorio prestigioso dei Colli
Euganei, dai nostri ulivi che coltiviamo ad
Arqu Petrarca. il risultato di un insieme di
qualit essenziali per ottenere un prodotto
eccellente che rispetti i parametri pi rigidi.
Our EVO oil, with PDO certification, comes from the
prestigious land of the Euganean Hills, from our olive tree
groves that we grow in Arqu Petrarca. The result is a mixture
of qualities that are essential to obtaining an excellent
product that complies with the strictest parameters.

e raccolta nei nostri vigneti. Colore giallo
verdolino, perlage a grana finissima.
Il bouquet fragrante, con dolci note
dal sapore di mela e fiori darancio.
La sua spuma elegantemente cremosa
anticipa limpatto vibrante al palato.
Exclusively grapes from Euganean Hills, grown and
harvested in our vineyards. With a yellow, pale green
colour, extra thin perlage. Its bouquet is fragrant,
with sweet taste of apple and orange flowers.
Its foam is gracefully creamy and anticipates a
vibrant impact on the palate.
