They stil need to be licensed and have an obligation under the license agreement to provide us with an honest accounting of their product shipments. If we suspect that someone is lying to us, we have the ability to audit their books. If unicensed folks use our IP, we are well protected with patents and must use whatever legal remedies we deem necessary to shut them down or have them take a license from us.
