Carcoseal / SCA, sebbene
I normalmente forniti chiusi,
possono anche essere forniti
in esecuzione aperta (split) per
facilitare il montaggio che,
in questo caso, non necessita
di smontaggio delle parti
meccaniche poiché l’anello
di tenuta Carcoseal / SCA / Split
viene divaricato e passato
intorno all’albero. Anche per
il Carcoseal / SCA / Split per
assicurare buona tenuta nella
zona del taglio, viene inserito
in fase di stampaggio un breve
tratto di tutta gomma in modo
che il contatto fra le due
estremità avvenga fra superfici
elastiche omogenee.
Poiché i Carcoseal / SCA vengono
normalmente montati in coppia,
si ricorda di posizionare i tagli
sfalsati di 60°. In generale i
Carcoseal / SCA / Split vengono
montati in alloggiamenti dotati
di flangia di chiusura; tuttavia
in casi particolari possono venir
anche montati in alloggiamenti
aperti, cioè senza flangia,
utilizzando Loctite® 638
e attivatore Loctite® N764
per incollare l’anello alla sede.

dei diametri sono indicate
in tabella 10, si rimanda invece
all’allegato elenco misure per
sezioni fuori standard.

Carcoseal/SCA/Split
arcoseal / SCA are usually
C supplied endless but are also
well suited for mounting in the
split form when dismanting of
existing part is not possible.
In this case, infact, the Carcoseal
is opened wide apart and passed
through the shaft.
Also on Carcoseal / SCA, when
supplied split, to ensure effective
sealing also at the split ends,
a short full rubber section is
moulded at the terminals so that
contact between homogeneous
elastic surfaces maximises
sealing. Carcoseal / SCA are
normally fitted back to back, we
remind you to position the splits
sfaggered by 60°.
Carcoseal / SCA / Split are
generally fitted into housing with
retaining plate, however
they can also be installed into
open housings (with no retaining
plate) using Loctite® 638 and
Activator Loctite® N764.

cerradas, aunque también se
pueden instalar en versión
partida cuando no es posible
desmontar las piezas mecánicas.
En estos casos, la junta se abre y
se pasa alrededor del eje. Para
asegurar un estanquizado eficaz
en los extremos, las juntas
Carcoseal / SCA / Split
incorporan en sus terminaciones
un sector fabricado en caucho.
Al entrar en contacto las
superficies de los extremos,
elásticas y homogéneas, se
maximiza el efecto de
estanquizado.
Al instalar juntas Carcoseal/SCA,
en montaje tipo espalda a
espalda, los extremos partidos
deben formar un ángulo de 60°.
Las juntas Carcoseal / SCA / Split
se montan generalmente en
alojamientos provistos de bridas
de amarre, aunque pueden
instalarse en alojamientos
abiertos (sin brida de amarre)
empleando Loctite® 638 y
activador Loctite® N764.
La tabla 10 indica las secciones
estándar en función del
diámetro. Para verificar la
existencia de secciones
especiales, ver la tabla adjunta.

geeignet, um in geteilter Form da
eingesetzt zu werden, wo die
Demontage der vorhandenen
Maschinenteile nicht notwendig
ist. In diesem Fall, in der Tat,
kann der Carcoseal weit geöffnet
und um die Welle gelegt werden.
Wenn der Carcoseal/SCA in der
geteilten Form geliefert wird, sind
die Enden an der Trennstelle mit
einem kurzen homogenen
Gummiende vulkanisiert, wodurch
der Dichteffekt an der Trennstelle
maximiert wird. Für den Fall, dass
Carcoseal/SCA Rücken an Rücken
eingebaut sind, erinnern wir
daran, die Position der
Trennstelle um 60° zu versetzen.
Carcoseal/SCA/Split werden
generell in Gehäusen mit
Halteplatte eingesetzt. Sie
können jedoch ebenfalls in
Gehäuse ohne Halteplatte
eingesetzt werden. Hierbei muss
Loctite® 638 und Activator
Loctite® N764 angewandt
werden. Standardquerschnitte als
Funktion des Wellendurchmessers
sind in Tabelle 10 aufgeführt.
