Fin dall’arrivo al terminal il nostro personale esclusivamente
dedicato si occuperà del vostro bagaglio e vi accompagnerà nella
Vip Lounge dove verrà effettuato il check-in in assoluta
tranquillità.
Una hostess vi farà accedere ai controlli di sicurezza saltando
le eventuali code e sarà a vostra disposizione fino al momento
dell’imbarco.
In attesa del volo potrete rilassarvi nella Vip Lounge situata dopo
i controlli di sicurezza, oppure una personal shopper vi darà utili
consigli sulle boutique presenti in aeroporto e sui ristoranti in cui
degustare piatti di chef stellati. Un minibus dedicato verrà messo
a vostra disposizione per accedere al piazzale aeromobili e, se al
viaggio di ritorno atterrerete nel nostro aeroporto, vi attenderà al
vostro arrivo dove verrete accolti da una hostess.
Inoltre, verrà messo a disposizione un servizio di facchinaggio
che si occuperà del ritiro del vostro bagaglio e lo caricherà sulla
vostra auto.

who want to begin their journey with top-level services.
From the moment of arrival at the airport, our exclusively-
dedicated personnel will take care of your luggage and will
accompany you to the VIP lounge, where you will be able to
check-in in complete relaxation.
A hostess will give you access to the security checks, avoiding
any queues, and will be on call for you until boarding.
While you wait for your flight, you can relax in the VIP Lounge
located after the security checks, or a personal shopper will
provide you with useful suggestions regarding the boutiques
in the airport, as well as the restaurants, where you can
enjoy dishes prepared by award-winning chefs. A dedicated
mini-bus will be available to take you to the airport apron
and, if your return journey brings you back to our airport, it
will be waiting for you on your arrival, where a hostess will
welcome you.
Furthermore, you will also have access to a porter service
which will handle the collection of your luggage and will load
it into your car.
