Contec Industry srl è una società di ingegneria che opera principalmente nell’ambito della consulenza
e progettazione meccanica e industriale e che offre propria clientela soluzioni tecniche mirate e
personalizzate e tecnologicamente innovative assicurando elevati standard qualitativi e garantendo
un’assistenza completa in tutte le fasi del processo tecnologico: dall’idea progettuale alla sua realizzazione
(formula “chiavi in mano”), passando per l’ingegneria di base e di dettaglio, la consulenza tecnica, la
direzione lavori, la certificazione e marcatura CE degli impianti e delle attrezzature e collaudi finali.

PROGETTAZIONE, FORNITURA, MARCATURA CE DELLE

ATTREZZATURE DI SOLLEVAMENTO
Tenendo conto del movimento da compiere e del carico da movimentare, Contec Industry è in grado di
progettare e realizzare attrezzature ed apparecchi fornendo soluzioni adeguate alle specifiche esigenze
dei clienti. Le attrezzature sono progettate e costruite in conformità a quanto previsto dalla direttiva
2006/42/CE e ai requisiti delle seguenti norme principali:
UNI EN ISO 12100 - Sicurezza del macchinario. Concetti fondamentali, principi generali di progettazione.
UNI EN 13155 - Apparecchi di sollevamento. Sicurezza – Attrezzature amovibili di presa del carico.

In ottemperanza alla norma ISO 9927-1 Contec Industry srl garantisce inoltre le ispezioni regolari e
approfondite da parte dell’ingegnere esperto, con verifica dei cicli vita residui.

Contec Industry srl può inoltre certificare e marcare CE le attrezzature esistenti, con la costituzione e
conservazione del fascicolo tecnico relativo.

Contec Industry srl is an engineering company focused on the field of industrial and mechanical design and
technical consulting. Contec Industry offers custom-tailored and technologically innovative solutions ensuring high

to its realization (“turnkey” system), from the basic engineering and detailed design to consulting services on
rules and regulations governing design and machinery safety, from the construction management to inspection,
final test and “expending” activities, from the drafting the technical dossier to the certifications and CE marking
of component, plants and equipment.

DESIGN, SUPPLY, EC MARKING OF LIFTING EQUIPMENT

Contec Industry designs and builds equipment providing tailored solutions to the specific needs taking account
of the movement to be performed and of the load to be handled. The equipment is designed and constructed
in accordance with the requirements of Directive 2006/42 / EC (“Machinery Directive”) and of the following
standards:
UNI EN ISO 12100 - Safety of machinery - General principles for design - Risk assessment and risk reduction
UNI EN 13155 - Cranes- Safety - Non-fixed load lifting.

On the basis of the ISO 9927-1, Contec Industry srl also ensures rigorous regular inspections by the experienced
engineer, with the checking of residual life cycles of the equipment.

Contec Industry srl offers also the needed certification and the CE marking to the existing equipment, with the
drafting and conservation of the related technical dossier.
