Il piccolo appartamento in afhtto, posto nel mezzanino, suddiviso in un corpo verso strada (ingressocon nicchia e&tto per il cameriere, camera da pranzb salotto raccordata assialmente alla stanza da letto, sala da bagno e riposo con antibagno) e un corpo di serviziointerno (tinello, cucina). L4 celebre stanza da letto, con motivo di fronde di ciliegio sui tessuti alle pareti, sulla coperta e il baldscchino del letto, e su tende,poltroncine e tappeto, ha pareti rivestite in acero verde e soffitto bianco con rilievi in stucco a strisce. I mobili, di forme semplici ed essenziali,comprendono due armadi scuri ad anta unica a specchio e vari elementi con sottile ossatura a vista in ottone. The small rentecl appartment situated on lhe ntezzanine, is divided into one part facing the sreet (entrance with recess and bed for the servant, dininglliving room axially linked v,ith the bedroom, bathroom and landing with anticlnmber of bathroom), and one part for interna! services (pantry, kitchen). The famous bedroom, with a cherry leaf motif on the v'allsfabrics, on the bedspreadand canop_r-and on the curtains, armchairs and carpet, has walls lined with green maple and a v;hite ceiling v;ith a striped stltccovork relief. L'abitazione a per due-tre schiera, persone,rielabora molto liberamente il tema dell'abitazione di Wagner, con un soggiorno passanteassociato al doppio letto, una scalaa due rampe sovrapposte per I'accesso alla cantina e al heazzoposto soprala zonadi servizio, una ampia copertura a volta e una veranda sul lato verso strada.Particolare rilievo dato all'aspetto cromatico e decorativodei materiali di pavimentazionee di facciata.

The terraced house, for two or three people,very liberally reworks the theme of Wagner's house, with an open living room joining a double-bedroom, a staircase with two flights of stairs located one on top of the other to allow access to the cellar and to the terrace above the service area, a broad, vaulted roof and a yeranda on the side of the housefacng the street. Particular emphass is placed on the chromatic and decorative aspects of he materials used on the fioors and on thefagade.
