La ditta costruttrice prettamente specializzata nello sviluppo e nella produzione di gruppi statici di continuit(UPS). Gli UPS di questa serie sono prodotti di alta qualit, attentamente progettati e costruiti allo scopo di garantire le migliori prestazioni. Il presente UPS realizzato in configurazione LINE INTERACTIVE - STEP WAVE. Questo manuale contiene le istruzioni dettagliate per luso e linstallazione dellUPS. Per ottenere il massimo delle prestazioni dalla Vostra apparecchiatura, vogliate leggere e seguire attentamente le istruzioni ivi descritte. Conservare il presente manuale vicino allUPS. E vietata la riproduzione di qualsiasi parte del presente manuale anche se parziale salvo autorizzazione della ditta costruttrice. Per scopi migliorativi, il costruttore si riserva la facolt di modificare il prodotto descritto in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso. NORME DI SICUREZZA La presa di rete cui lUPS collegato deve essere dotata di connessione di terra. All'interno di questa apparecchiatura vi sono tensioni potenzialmente pericolose, anche con UPS spento. Tutte le riparazioni dovranno essere effettuate esclusivamente da personale autorizzato. La presa di uscita dell'UPS potrebbe essere in tensione anche quando l'UPS non collegato alla rete. In caso di mancanza di rete (funzionamento dellUPS in emergenza), non staccare il cordone di alimentazione per garantire la continuit di terra allutenza collegata. Evitare che liquidi e/o altri corpi estranei entrino nell'UPS. Poich il cordone di alimentazione dell'UPS inteso come dispositivo di sezionamento, la presa di rete cui l'UPS collegato e/o il retro dellUPS devono essere accessibili e facilmente scollegabili. In condizioni di pericolo e/o per scollegare l'UPS dalle sorgenti di energia, rete e batterie, sconnettere il cordone di alimentazione dalla presa di rete o dal retro dellUPS e spegnere tramite il pulsante OFF. L'UPS genera una corrente di dispersione di circa 1 mA. Per garantire il limite massimo della corrente di dispersione di 3,5 mA assicurarsi che il carico abbia una corrente di dispersione massima di 2,5 mA. Sostituire i fusibili SOLO con altri fusibili dello stesso tipo. Le batterie sostituite vanno considerate RIFIUTO TOSSICO e trattate di conseguenza. Non buttare le batterie sul fuoco: possono esplodere. Non tentare di aprire le batterie: sono prive di manutenzione. Inoltre lelettrolita pericoloso per la pelle e per gli occhi, e pu risultare tossico. Utilizzare lUPS allinterno delle specifiche previste secondo quanto prescritto dal presente manuale duso.

The manifacturer is particularly specialized in the development and production of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). These UPS system are high quality products, carefully designed to meet the highest performance standards. This UPS has been built according to the LINE INTERACTIVE - AVR - STEP WAVE configuration. This users manual contains detailed instructions on UPS operation and care. In order to get the best performance from your UPS, please read and follow carefully the instructions described in the following pages. It is recommended that you keep this manual beside your equipment. No part of this manual may be reproduced in any way without the approval of the manufacturer. Data and drawings are subject to changes without notice and without obligation on the manufacturers. SAFETY REGULATIONS This equipment should be operated by any individuals with no previous training. The mains socket to which the UPS is connected must be grounded. Dangerous voltage may be present in this device even while the UPS is off.. All repairs must be carried out by authorized staff only. The output socket of the UPS could be powered even when the UPS is not connected to the mains. In case of mains failure (battery mode), do not disconnect the input cable from mains so to ensure the earth connection to the loads supplied. Do not let liquids and/or other foreign bodies into the UPS. As the mains cable of the UPS is considered to be a sectioning device, the mains socket to which the UPS is connected and/or the rear of the UPS must be accessible and easy to disconnect. With mains voltage present and the UPS is connected to the mains (even with the UPS off), there are potentially dangerous voltages inside the UPS. Under conditions of danger and/or to disconnect the UPS from the energy sources, (the mains and batteries), unplug the mains cable from the mains socket or the rear of the UPS, and power it off using the OFF button. Attention, hazardous through electric shock. Also with disconnection of this unit from the mains, hazardous voltage still may be accessible through supply from battery. The battery supply should be therefore diconnected in the plus and minus pole at the quick connectors of the battery when maintenance or service work inside the UPS is necessary. The UPS generates a leakage current of about 0,5 mA. "With the installation of this equipment it should be prevented, that the sum of the leakage current of the UPS an the connected consumer exceeds 3.5mA." Replace the fuses ONLY with other fuses of the same type. Replaced batteries are to be considered TOXIC WASTE and handled accordingly. When replacing the batteries, use the same number and the following type of batteries. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire, the battery may explode. Do not open or mutilate the battery or batteries, released electrolyte is harmful to the skin and eyes. A battery can present a risk of electric shock and high short circuit current. The following precaution should be observed when working on batteries Remove watches, rings or other metal objects. Use tools with insulated handles. Use the UPS in accordance with the specifications shown in the technical characteristics table. Note: There is no guarantee that interference to radio/TV will not occur in a particular installation. If this UPS causes interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the UPS off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of following measures:

Im Inneren der USV treten gefhrliche Spannungen auf. Evtl. Reparaturarbeiten drfen ausschlielich nur durch dafr ausgebildetes Personal vorgenommen werden. Die Ausgangssteckdose der USV kann auch dann unter Spannung stehen, wenn die Netzversorgung der USV unterbrochen ist. Es mu unbedingt darauf geachtet werden, da keine Flssigkeiten und/oder Fremdkrper in die USV gelangen. Im Falle eines Netzausfalls (Batteriebetrieb) darf auf keinen Fall das Netzversorgungskabel von der USV abgetrennt werden. Nur so ist sichergestellt, da der Verbraucher am Schutzleiter anliegt. Da das Versorgungskabel der USV als Unterbrechungsvorrichtung gedacht ist, mu der Raum um die Netzsteckdose, an der die USV angeschlossen wird, und/oder die Rckseite der USV leicht zugnglich sein, um eine schnelle Stromunterbrechung zu ermglichenBei vorhandener Netzspannung und angeschlossenem Versorgungskabel sind im Inneren der USV stndig gefhrliche Spannungen vorhanden. In Gefahrensituationen und/oder wenn die Verbindung zwischen der USV und den Energie-quellen, d.h. zwischen Netz oder Batterie unterbrochern werden mu, sollte der Stecker des Versorgungskabels aus der Netzsteckdose oder aus der Steckdose an der Rckseite der USV gezogen und die OFF-Taste gedrckt werden. Achtung: Stromstossgefahr. Auch mit der Trennung dieses Systems vom Stromnetz kann gefhrliche Spannung noch zugnglich sein durch die Batterieversorgung. Daher sollte sie am Plus- und Minuspol von den Schnell-Steckverbindern der Batterie getrennt werden, wenn Wartungs- oder Servicearbeiten innerhalb der USV erforderlich sind. Die USV erzeugt einen Leckstrom von 0,5 mA. Mit der Installation dieser Gerte soll verhindert werden, dass der gesamte Leckstrom einer USV und des angeschlossenen Verbrauchers 3,5mA bersteigt. Die Sicherungen drfen AUSCHLIELICH nur durch Sicherungen des gleichen Typs ersetzt werden Bei den ausgetauschten Batterien handelt es sich um GIFTIGEN SONDERMLL, der ent-sprechend entsorgt werden mu. Beim Ersatz der Batterien dieselbe Anzahl und den folgenden Typ von Batterien benutzen Keine Batterien bei Feuer benutzen, die Batterie kann explodieren. Die Batterie oder Batterien nicht ffnen oder beschdigen, ausgelaufener Elektrolyt ist fr Haut und Augen schdlich. Eine Batterie kann ein Risiko darstellen, da Stromstossgefahr und hoher Kurzschlussstrom vorhanden sind. Die folgenden Vorsichtsmassnahmen sollten beachtet werden, wenn man mit Batterien arbeitet: Uhren, Ringe oder andere Metallgegenstnde abnehmen Werkzeuge mit isolierten Griffen benutzen. Bedienungsanleitung enthaltenen Spezifikationen aufghefhrt sind.

Les UPS de cette srie sont des produits de haute qualit, conus et fabriqus avec le plus grand soin, de faon assurer les meilleures performances. Cet ASI est ralis avec LINE INTERACTIVE-STEP WAVE. Ce manuel contient les instructions dtailles ncessaires l'utilisation et l'installation de l'UPS. Pour que votre appareil fournisse le meilleur de lui-mme, veuillez consulter et respecter scrupuleusement les instructions qui y sont dcrites. Conserver ce manuel proximit de l'UPS. Toute reproducion mme partielle de ce manuel est interdite sans autorisation prable du fabricant. Le fabricant se rserve le droit de modifier sans pravis les caractristiques et schmas repris dans ce manuel. NORME DE SECURITE La prise de secteur laquelle lASI est branch, doit tre fournie dune connexion de mise la terre. Cet appareil contient des tensions potentiellement dangereuses, mme lorsque lASI est teint.. Toutes les rparations doivent tre exclusivement effectues par un personnel habilit. La prise de sortie de l'UPS peut tre sous tension mme lorsque l'UPS nest pas connect au rseau. En case dabsence du rseau (fonctionnement de lUPS sur batteries) ne pas dbra ncher le cordon dalimentation afin dassurer la continuit de la liaison de terre jusqu lutilisation. Eviter que des liquides et/ou autres substances trangres ne pntrent lintrieur de l'UPS. Dans la mesure o le cordon dalimentation de lUPS se rt de dispositif de sectionnement, la prise du rseau laquelle lUPS est reli et/ou la face arrire de lUPS doivent rester accessibles et faciles dsactiver. Lorsque le secteur est present et que lUPS est reli ce dernier, lUPS contient des tensi ons potentiellement dangereuses mme sil est teint. En cas de danger et/ou pour dconnecter lUPS des sources dnergie, savoir, rseau et batteries, dbrancher le cordon dalimentation de la prise du rseau ou de la face arrire de lUPS et teindre laide du bouton-poussoir OFF. L'UPS gnre un courant de fuite denviron 1 mA. Afin de maintenir la limite maximale du courant de dispersion 3,5 mA, sassurer que le courant maximum de dispersion de la charge soit de 2,5 mA. Remplacer les fusibles UNIQUEMENT par des fusibles de mme type. Les batteries remplaces doivent tre considres comme DECHET TOXIQUE et traites en consquence. Ne pas jeter les batteries au feu: elles risquent dexploser. Ne pas tenter douvrir les batteries: Elles ne sont pas rparables. En outre, llectrolyte est dangereuse aussi bien pour la peau que pour les yeux, et peut savrer toxique. Utiliser lUPS en respectant les spcifications reportes dans le tableau des caractristiques techniques qui se trouve dans le prsent manuel.

Para obtener el mximo de las prestaciones de vuestro equipo, quiera Ud. leer y seguir atentamente las instrucciones aqu descriptas. Conservar el presente manual en un lugar cercano del UPS. NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD La toma de red a la cual el SAI es conectado debe ser equipada con conexin de tierra. Al interior de este equipo hay tensiones potencialmente peligrosas, an con el SAI apagado.. Todas las reparaciones debern ser efectuadas exclusivamente por personal autorizado. La toma de salida del UPS podra estar en tensin an cuando el UPS no est conectado a la red. En caso que el UPS est trabajando de bateria, no desconectar el cable de red. De esta forma se continuar a garantizar la conexion a tierra a los aparados conectados. Evitar que lquidos y/u otros cuerpos extraos entren en el UPS. Ya que el cable de alimentacin del UPS se entiende como un dispositivo de seccionamiento, la toma de red a al cual el UPS est conectado y/o la parte posterior del UPS deben ser accesibles y de fcil desconexin. Con la red presente y el UPS conectado a la red, tambin si el UPS est apagado, se encuentran tensiones potencialmente peligrosas en el interior del UPS. En condiciones de peligro y/o para desconectar el UPS de las fuentes de energa, red y bateras, desconectar el cable de alimentacin de la toma de red o de la parte posterior del UPS y apagar a travs del pulsador OFF: El UPS genera una corriernte de dispersin de aproximadamente 1 mA. Para garantizar el lmite mximo de la corriente de dispersin de 3,5 mA, asegurarse que la carga tenga una corriente de dispersin mxima de 2,5 mA. Remplazar los fusibles SOLO con otros fusibles del mismo tipo Las bateras remplazadas deben ser consideradas DESECHO TOXICO y tratadas por consecuente. Nunca echar las bateras en el fuego: pueden exploder. No intentar abrir las bateras: no llevan mantenimiento. Adems el electrolita es peligroso para la piel y para los ojos y puede resultar txico. Utilizar el SAI al interior de las especificaciones previstas segn las instrucciones de este manual de empleo.

De fabrikant is specifiek gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van statistische onderbrekingsvrije voedingsbeveiligers (UPS). De UPS van deze serie zijn hoogwaardige, zorgvuldig ontworpen en gefabriceerde producten die de beste prestaties garanderen. Deze UPS is ontwikkeld met de LINE INTERACTIVE STEP WAVE configuratie. Deze handleiding bevat gedetailleerde instructies voor het gebruik en de installatie van de UPS. Om verzekerd te zijn van de beste prestaties van uw apparatuur verzoeken wij U de instructies aandachtig door te lezen en uit te voeren. Bewaar deze handleiding in de buurt van de UPS. De gehele of gedeeltelijke verveelvoudiging van deze handleiding zonder toestemming van de fabrikant is verboden. Met het oog op productverbeteringen behoudt de fabrikant zich het recht voor om op elk gewenst moment en zonder kennisgeving vooraf wijzigingen op het product aan te brengen. VEILIGHEIDSNORMEN Het stopcontact waarop de UPS is aangesloten dient te zijn uitgerust met een aardaansluiting. Binnenin het apparaat bevinden zich onderdelen met potentieel gevaarlijke spanningen, ook als de UPS is uitgeschakeld. Reparaties mogen dan ook uitsluitend door bevoegd personeel worden uitgevoerd. Het uitgangsstopcontact van de UPS kan ook onder spanning staan als de UPS niet is aangesloten op het elektriciteitsnet. Bij een stroomuitval (werking van de UPS in een noodsituatie), mag de voedingskabel niet worden losgemaakt om een ononderbroken aardaansluiting van het aangesloten toestel te garanderen. Zorg ervoor dat er geen vloeistoffen en/of andere voorwerpen in de UPS terechtkomen. Daar de voedingskabel van de UPS als sectie-inrichting fungeert moeten het voedingsstopcontact waarop de UPS is aangesloten en/of de achterkant van de UPS toegankelijk zijn en gemakkelijk kunnen worden losgekoppeld. Bij gevaar en/of om de UPS van de energiebronnen, netwerk en accus, los te koppelen, moet de voedingskabel uit het voedingsstopcontact of uit de achterkant van de UPS worden verwijderd en moet hij met behulp van de drukknop OFF worden uitgeschakeld. De UPS levert een lekstroom van circa 1mA. Om verzekerd te zijn van de maximale limiet van de lekstroom van 3,5mA moet ervoor worden gezorgd dat de belasting een maximale lekstroom heeft van 2,5 mA. Vervang de zekeringen UITSLUITEND met andere vergelijkbare zekeringen. De vervangen accus zijn GIFTIG AFVAL en moeten als zodanig worden behandeld. Gooi de accus nooit in het vuur: ze zouden kunnen exploderen. Probeer nooit om de accus te openen: zij zijn vrij van onderhoud. De elektrolyt is gevaarlijk voor huid en ogen en kan giftig blijken. De UPS overeenkomstig de voorschriften van deze bedieningshandleiding gebruiken binnen de beperkingen van de voorziene specificaties.

NORMAS DE SEGURANA A tomada de rede qual est ligado a UPS deve ser dotada de ligao terra. Na parte interna deste aparelho h tenses potencialmente perigosas, mesmo com a UPS desligada. Todas as reparaes devero ser feitas exclusivamente por pessoal autorizado. A tomada de sada da UPS pode ficar com tenso mesmo quando a UPS estiver desligada da rede. Em caso de falta de alimentao elctrica (funcionamento da UPS em emergncia), no desligar o fio de alimentao para poder garantir a continuidade de terra ao aparelho ligado. Evite que lquidos e/ou outros corpos estranhos entrem na UPS. Visto que o fio de alimentao da UPS considerado um dispositivo de corte, a tomada da rede qual a UPS est ligada e/ou a parte posterior da UPS devem ficar acessveis e fceis de desligar. Em condies de perigo e/ou para desligar a UPS das fontes de energia, rede e baterias, desligar o fio de alimentao da tomada da rede ou da parte posterior da UPS e desligar mediante o boto OFF. A UPS gera uma corrente de disperso de aproximadamente 1mA. Para garantir o limite mximo da corrente de disperso de 3,5mA, certificar-se de que a carga tenha uma corrente de disperso mxima de 2,5 mA. Substituir os fusveis SOMENTE por outros fusveis do mesmo tipo. As baterias substitudas so RESDUOS TXICOS e devem ser tratadas como tais No deite as baterias no fogo, pois podem explodir. No tente abrir as baterias, pois no necessrio fazer a manuteno. Para alm disso, o electrlito perigoso para a pele e para os olhos, e pode resultar txico. Utilizar a UPS em conformidade com as especificaes previstas segundo o quanto estabelecido no presente manual.

INSTALLAZIONE DELL'UPS
Ispezione
Ispezionare il Gruppo di Continuit al momento del ricevimento. Limballaggio riciclabile ed stato studiato per un trasporto sicuro dellUPS in condizioni normali di transito; consigliamo quindi di conservare lo stesso nel caso lunit dovesse essere trasportata in futuro. In caso contrario smaltirlo in maniera idonea.
Collocazione
Installare il Gruppo di Continuit tenendo presente gli avvertimenti sopra citati nel paragrafo relativo ai requisisiti di instalazione.
Caricare la batteria
Il Gruppo di Continuit effettua la ricarica la batteria ogni qualvolta viene c ollegato allalimentazione di rete. Per un risultato ottimale, caricare la batteria per 6-8 ore al primo uso.
Collegare i carichi
Collegare i carichi (computer, monitor, ecc...) nelle prese di uscita sul retro dellUPS utilizzando i cavi IEC IEC forniti in dotazione. Attenzione: Non collegare stampanti laser o fotocopiatrici al Gruppo di Continuit (per modelli di taglia inferiore a 1500VA). Queste apparecchiature assorbono occasionalmente una quantit molto maggiore di energia rispetto a quando sono a riposo, cosa che potrebbe sovraccaricare il Gruppo di Continuit.

FUNZIONAMENTO
Accensione
Dopo aver connesso il Gruppo di Continuit alla presa di rete ed aver collegato i carichi, per accendere il Gruppo di Continuit premere linterruttore di ON/OFF; il LED verde di "LINEA PRESENTE si accender . Il Gruppo di Continuit pu essere acceso anche in assenza di rete con la medesima procedura ma anzich il LED verde si accender il LED giallo di funzionamento da batteria e verr emesso un allarme acustico intermittente. NOTE: In caso di black-out, il led giallo di funzionamento da batteria si accende e, contemporaneamente, l'UPS emette un allarme acustico. Se il black-out persiste, al verificarsi della condizione di battery low (batterie in fine scarica), l'allarme acustico verr emesso con una cadenza pi veloce. Quando l'energia delle batterie raggiunge la soglia minima, l'UPS scollega automaticamente le batterie e si spegne.

Spegnimento
Per spegnere lUPS premere linterruttore di ON/OFF, i LED di "LINEA PRESENTE" o "FUNZIONAMENTO DA BATTERIA" si spegneranno e i carichi verranno scollegati.
ALLARMI
"FUNZIONAMENTO DA BATTERIA" (Bip ogni 5 secondi)
In modalit di "FUNZIONAMENTO DA BATTERIA", il LED GIALLO di funzionamento da batteria si accende e il Gruppo di Continuit emette un allarme acustico. Lallarme cessa quando il Gruppo di Continuit ritorna in modalit di funzionamento di LINEA PRESENTE. Lallarme pu essere tacitato mediante il pulsante tacitazione posto sul pannello frontale dellUPS.

1. RS232 Connector This is for connecting the UPS to a computer via the RS232 serial interface. Use the serial cable included in the packaging. 2. Cooling Fan This cools the internal circuits of the UPS. 3. Data transfer protection (only for telephone/modem surge protection) Built-in protection device against overvoltages on telephone/modem lines to ensure a more safe connection to telephone and internet services. 4. Input Plug This is used to connect the UPS to the mains using the IEC-Shuko cable supplied in the packaging. 5. Thermal Protection switch In the event of an overload on the UPS or of an output short circuit, the thermal protection switch will disconnect the UPS. To restore normal operation, remove the cause of the overload or of the short circuit and press the protection switch. Then switch off and restart the UPS. 6. Output Plugs These are used to connect the loads (Computer, monitor, printer, etc.), using the IEC-IEC output cables supplied in the packaging.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
Bear the following indications in mind when installing the UPS: The UPS must be placed on a flat and stable surface. Do not install the UPS in places exposed to direct sunlight or hot air. Ensure that the environmental temperature remains between 0C and 40C. Environmental humidity must not exceed 90%. Avoid dusty environments. Place the UPS at least 5cm from the surrounding walls so as to allow adequate air circulation. Ensure that the UPS or any other heavy object is not placed on the power cable. The cables that connect the loads to the UPS must be maximum 10 Mt long.
Installation
Install the UPS ensuring that all the installation requisites are respected.
Battery Charge
The UPS will recharge the battery every time it is connected to the mains power supply. For optimum results, charge the battery for 6-8 hours before using it for the first time.

OPERATION
Switching On
After connecting the UPS to the mains outlet and the loads to the UPS, press the ON/OFF button to turn the UPS on. The green Line Active LED will come on. The UPS can be switched on even in the event of a power failure with the same procedure, but instead of the green LED the yellow Battery Mode LED lights up and an intermittent audio signal sounds. NOTE: In cases of blackout, the yellow Battery Mode LED comes on and at the same time the UPS sounds an audio signal. If the blackout persists, and the battery runs low, the audio signal will sound at a faster rate. When battery power is down to a minimum, the UPS automatically disconnects the batteries and switches off.
Switching Off
To switch the UPS off, press the ON/OFF button. The Line Active or Battery Mode LEDs go off and the loads are disconnected.

ALARMS
"BATTERY MODE" (Beep every 5 seconds)
In Battery Mode", the yellow LED comes on and the UPS sounds an audio signal. This stops when the UPS starts operating off mains power again. The alarm may be disabled using the Silence button located on the front panel of the UPS.
"BATTERY LOW" (Beep every second) When the UPS is operating in Battery Mode and the batteries start getting low, a fast beep will be sounded until the unit stops due to battery failure or until the mains power supply is restored. The alarm may be disabled using the Silence button located on the front panel of the UPS. "OVERLOAD" (Fast or continuous beep that cannot be disabled)
When an overload condition occurs on the UPS (when the connected loads exceed the maximum nominal capacity), a fast or continuous beep will sound. Disconnect any non-essential devices to reduce the load. This alarm cannot be disabled.

Satz
5. Thermoschutzschalter Bei berlast der USV oder bei einem Kurzschluss am Ausgang kann der Thermoschalter eingreifen, indem er die Versorgung zur USV unterbricht. Zur Wiederherstellung der normalen Funktionsweise der USV reicht es aus, die berlast oder die Ursache abzutrennen, die den Kurzschluss ausgelst hat, und die Taste des Schutzschalters zu bettigen. Danach die USV ausund erneut einschalten. 6. Ausgangssteckdosen Sie ermglichen den Anschluss der Lasten (Computer, Bildschirm, Drucker usw...) ber die Ausgangskabel IEC-IEC, die in dem Satz mitgeliefert werden.

Aufstellung
Das USV System unter Bercksichtigung der Anmerkungen, die oben im Abschnitt ber die Erfordernisse fr die Installation angegeben sind, installieren.
Netzanschluss
Zur Versorgung der USV den Eingangsstecker an die Netzsteckdose anschliessen und dafr das mitgelieferte Versorgungskabel IEC-Schuko benutzen.
Batterie laden
Das USV System fhrt das Nachladen der Batterie jedesmal aus, wenn es an die Netzversorgung angeschlossen wird. Fr ein optimales Resultat die Batterie bei der ersten Benutzung fr 6-8 Stunden laden.
Lasten anschliessen
Die Lasten (Computer, Bildschirm usw...) an die Ausgangssteckdosen auf der Rckseite der USV anschliessen und dafr die mitgelieferten Kabel IEC-IEC benutzen. Achtung: Weder Laserdrucker noch Fotokopiergerte an das USV System anschliessen (fr Modelle mit einer Grsse, die kleiner 1500VA sind). Diese Gerte entnehmen gelegentlich eine viel grssere Energiemenge gegenber dem Zeitpunkt, wenn sie sich in Ruheposition befinden, was das USV System berlasten knnte.

FUNKTIONSWEISE
Einschalten
Nach dem Anschluss des USV-Systems an die Netzsteckdose und nach der Verbindung der Lasten, den ON/OFF Schalter zum Einschalten des USV Systems bettigen; die grne LED fr "LEITUNG VORHANDEN wird erleuchten. Das USV System kann auch bei Netzausfall mit demselben Verfahren eingeschaltet werden. Anstatt der grnen LED erleuchtet die gelbe LED fr Batteriebetrieb, und es wird ein intermittierender akustischer Alarm ausgesendet. ANMERKUNG: Bei einem Black-out schaltet sich die gelbe LED fr Batteriebetrieb ein, und die USV sendet gleichzeitig einen akustischen Alarm aus. Falls der Black-out anhlt, wird der akustische Alarm beim Eintreten des Zustands battery low (Batterien am Entladungsende) mit einem schnelleren Takt ausgesendet. Wenn die Energie der Batterien die minimale Schwelle erreicht, trennt die USV automatisch die Batterien und schaltet sich aus.
Ausschalten
Zum Ausschalten der USV den ON/OFF Schalter bettigen, die LED fr "LEITUNG VORHANDEN" oder "BATTERIEBETRIEB" erlschen, und die Lasten werden abgetrennt.

ALARME
"BATTERIEBETRIEB" (Bip alle 5 Sekunden)
Im "BATTERIEBETRIEB" Modus schaltet sich die GELBE LED fr Batteriebetrieb ein, und das USV System sendet einen akustischen Alarm aus. Der Alarm wird eingestellt, wenn das USV System in den Betriebsmodus LEITUNG VORHANDEN zurckkehrt. Das Alarm kann ber die Taste Ausschalten, die sich auf dem vorderen Kontrollfeld der USV befindet, ausgeschaltet werden.

1. Connecteur RS232 Il permet deffectuer la connexion un ordinateur par interface srie RS232. Utiliser le cble sriel inclus dans lemballage. 2. Ventilateur de refroidissement Elle sert refroidir les circuits internes de lASI. 3. Protection Tlphone/Modem Protection contre les surtensions pour les lignes de tlphone/ modem afin de garantir la connexion aux services tlphoniques/Internet avec plus de scurit. 4. Fiche dentre Elle permet deffectuer le branchement au rseau lectrique au moyen du cble IEC -Shuko fourni avec lappareil. 5. Disjoncteur thermique de protection En cas de surcharge de lASI ou de court-circuit en sortie, le disjoncteur thermique intervient en coupant lalimentation lASI. Pour rtablir le fonctionnement normal de lASI, il suffit de dbrancher la surcharge ou la cause qui a provoqu le court-circuit et de presser la touche du disjoncteur de protection. Ensuite arrter et remettre en marche lASI. 6. Prises de sortie Elles permettent deffectuer le branchement des charges (Ordinateur, cran, imprimantes, etc...) au moyen des cbles de sortie IEC-IEC fournis avec lappareil.

CONDITIONS DINSTALLATION
Installer l'ASI en suivant les indications reportes ci-dessous: l'ASI doit tre plac sur une surface plate et stable. Eviter de placer l'ASI dans des endroits exposs la lumire directe du soleil ou lair chaud. Maintenir une temprature ambiante comprise entre 0C et 40C. L'humidit ambiante ne doit pas dpasser 90%. Eviter les atmosphres poussireuses. Placer l'ASI une distance minimum de 5 cm des murs environnants afin de laisser les fentes daration libres pour avoir une ventilation adquate. Eviter de poser l'ASI ou tout autre objet lourd sur le cble dalimentation. Le cble qui relie la charge lASI doit avoir une longueur maximum de 10 m.
INSTALLATION DE LASI
Inspection
Inspecter lAlimentateur Sans Interruption au moment de la rception. Lemballage est recyclable et il a t conu pour un transport de lASI en toute scurit dans des conditions normales de transit. Il est donc conseill de conserver lemballage au cas o lappareil devrait tre transport lavenir. Dans le cas contraire, lliminer de manire approprie.
Mise en place
Installer lAlimentateur Sans Interruption en tenant compte des avertissements cits dans le paragraphe relatif aux conditions dinstallation.
Branchement au Rseau
Pour alimenter lASI, brancher la fiche dentre dalimentation la prise de rseau laide du cble dalimentation IEC-Schuko fourni avec lappareil.
Charge de la batterie
LAlimentateur Sans Interruption effectue la recharge de la batterie toutes les fois quil est branch lalimentation de rseau. Pour obtenir un rsultat optimal, charger la batterie pendant 6-8 heures lors de la premire utilisation.

FONCTIONNEMENT
Mise en marche
Aprs avoir branch lAlimentateur Sans Interruption la prise de rseau et aprs avoir branch les charges, appuyer sur linterrupteur ON/OFF pour mettre en marche lAlimentateur Sans Interruption. Le LED vert de "LIGNE PRSENTE sallumera. LAlimentateur Sans Interruption peut tre mis en marche galement en cas de coupure dalimentation du rseau par la mme procdure mais au lieu du LED vert cest le LED jaune de fonctionnement sur batterie qui sallumera et un signal sonore intermittent sera mis. NOTE: En cas de black-out, le LED jaune de fonctionnement sur batterie sallume et, en mme temps, l'ASI met une alarme sonore. Si le black-out persiste, ds que la condition de battery low (batterie presque vide) se prsente, l'alarme sonore sera mise une cadence plus rapide. Quand lnergie de la batterie atteint le seuil minimum, l'ASI la dbranche automatiquement et sarrte.
Arrt
Pour arrter lASI, appuyer sur linterrupteur ON/OFF, les LED de "LIGNE PRSENTE" ou "FONCTIONNEMENT SUR BATTERIE" steindront et les charges seront dbranches.

ALARMES
"FONCTIONNEMENT SUR BATTERIE" (Bip toutes les 5 secondes)
En mode "FONCTIONNEMENT SUR BATTERIE", le LED JAUNE de fonctionnement sur batterie sallume et lAlimentateur Sans Interruption met une alarme sonore. Lalarme cesse ds que lAlimentateur Sans Interruption revient en mode de fonctionnement de LIGNE PRSENTE. Lalarme peut tre exclue en pressant le bouton exclusion alarme situ sur le panneau frontal de lASI.

1. Conector RS232 Permite la conexin a un ordenador a travs de la interfaz serial RS232. Utilizar el cable serial incluido en el paquete. 2. Ventilador de refrigeracin Sirve para la refrigeracin de los circuitos internos del SAI. 3. Proteccin Telefnica/Mdem Proteccin contra las sobretensiones para las lneas telefnicas/ mdem para garantizar con mayor seguridad la conexin a los servicios telefnicos/Internet. 4. Enchufe de entrada Permite la conexin a la red elctrica mediante el cable IEC-Shuco que se encuentra incluido en el paquete. 5. Interruptor trmico de proteccin En caso de sobrecarga del SAI o de un cortocircuito en salida puede intervenir el interruptor trmico cortando la alimentacin al SAI. Para recuperar el funcionamiento normal del SAI basta con desconectar la sobrecarga o la causa que ha provocado el cortocircuito y pulsar el botn del interruptor de proteccin. As se apaga y enciende nuevamente el SAI. 6. Enchufe de salida Permite la conexin de las cargas (ordenador, monitor, impresora, etc.) mediante el cable de salida IEC-IEC que se encuentra en el paquete

Colocacin
Instalar el SAI teniendo en cuenta las advertencias anteriores, en el prrafo referido a los requisitos de instalacin.
Conexin a la red
Para alimentar el SAI, conectar el enchufe de entrada de alimentacin la toma de red utilizando el cable de alimentacin IEC-Schuko que se acompaa.
Carga de la batera
El SAI realiza una carga de la batera una vez que ha sido conectado a la alimentacin de red. Para obtener un resultado ptimo, cargar la batera durante 6-8 horas antes del primer uso.

FUNCIONAMIENTO
Encendido
Despus de conectar el SAI al enchufe de la red y de conectar las cargas, para encender el SAI pulse el interruptor de ON/OFF; el LED verde de "LNEA PRESENTE se encendenr. El SAI puede encenderse incluso aunque no exista alimentacin de red, a travs del mismo procedimiento, pero en vez del LED verde se encender el LED amarillo de funcionamiento de batera y el SAI emitir una seal acstica intermitente. NOTA: En caso de apagn, el led amarillo de funcionamiento de batera se enciende y, simultneamente, el SAI emite una alarma sonora. Si el apagn persiste, cuando el nivel de carga de la batera sea bajo (batera baja), la alarma sonora sonar con una mayor frecuencia. Cuando la energa de la batera alcance su umbral mnimo, el SAI desconecta automticamente la batera y se apaga.
Apagado
Para apagar el SAI, plsese el interruptor de ON/OFF, el LED de "LNEA PRESENTE" o "FUNCIONAMIENTO DE BATERA" se apagar y se producir la desconexin de las cargas.

ALARMAS
"FUNCIONAMIENTO DE BATERA" (Pitido cada 5 segundos)
En modo de FUNCIONAMIENTO DE BATERA, el LED AMARILLO de funcionamiento de batera se enciende y el SAI emite una alarma sonora. La alarma cesa cuando el SAI vuelve a modalidad de funcionamiento de LNEA PRESENTE. La alarma puede ser silenciada mediante el botn silencio situado en el panel frontal del SAI.
