Su richiesta, la produzione di lingotti con peso fuori sagomario sarà oggetto di studio di fattibilità/ On demand, it is possible to
examine solutions to obtain ingots with weight not available on the catalogue.

La fornitura di colate con lingotti di geometria e/o taglia diverse è oggetto di studio di fattibilità/ It is possible to study the
feasibility for heat with different ingot sizes and/or geometries.

La taglia della colata standard è 55÷70 ton, ma su richiesta si realizzano, limitatamente alla disponibilità, le taglie 40÷55 ton e
70÷80 ton./ The weight of the standard heat is 55÷70 ton, but on demand it is possible a limited production of heats with
40÷55 ton and 70÷80 ton.

Per ragioni metallurgiche la caduta al piede è funzione della geometria e peso del lingotto, dell'applicazione e delle specifiche
di controllo qualitativo del prodotto finale. Nella tabella seguente si suggeriscono alcune percentuali di caduta calcolate
sull'utile del lingotto./ For metallurgical reasons the discard at the bottom is linked to: geometry and weight of ingot , product
typology and specifications of quality control. Some recommended percentages of discard, calculated on the ingot net weight,
are available in the following chart .

Per i lingotti di taglia media è possibile scegliere la geometria ed il peso del bombè in funzione delle richieste qualitative
prescritte per il prodotto finale. In assenza di richieste specifiche viene applicato il fondello denominato standard / It is
