1. Sicuramente uno dei progetti più interessanti e meglio concepiti e la casa a schiera in stile moderno
sito in Roma.

La casa a schiera si articola su due livelli, al piano terra e composta da salone, ingresso, bagno, cucina e
un amplio giardino posteriore.

Al piano primo abbiamo un disimpegno, 2 camere da letto e una matrimoniale e bagno.

La struttura presenta un aggetto nella stanza matrimoniale e una contrazione nella parte dell’ingresso,
creando due coperture una per l’ingresso e una per la parte del giardino. Sia l’aggetto che la
compressione sono ricoperti di legno per migliorare l’effetto visivo

È presente anche un vialetto di accesso e un parcheggio coperto alla sinistra della casa. La parte
sovrastante al garage è presente un terrazzo.

Dal punto di vista più tecnico la casa ha come basamento una fondazione continua a T rovesci, in tetto
invece è piano caldo rovescio, e in fine per garantire massime prestazioni termiche i muri hanno una
intercapedine isolate in PUR (per garantire massime prestazioni). tutto il complesso di case a schiera e
in un parco privato con presenza di molto verde e alberature, per garantire massimo confort e
benessere all’ Utena. Nel parco sono presenti vialetti alberati con forme geometriche irregolari, vialetti
pedonali, e tre piazzette con rivestimento pavimentale in legno.

2. Surely one of the most interesting and best conceived projects is the modern style terraced house
located in Rome.

The terraced house is on two levels, on the ground floor and consists of lounge, entrance,
bathroom, kitchen, and a large rear garden.

On the first floor we have a hallway, 2 bedrooms and a double bedroom and bathroom.

The structure has an overhang in the master bedroom and a contraction in the entrance part, creating two
covers, one for the entrance and one for the garden part. Both the overhang and the compression are
covered with wood to improve the visual effect

There is also a driveway and covered parking to the left of the house. The part above the garage is a
terrace.

From a more technical point of view, the house has a continuous inverted T foundation as its base, while
the roof is inverted warm floor, and finally, to ensure maximum thermal performance, the walls have a
PUR-insulated cavity (to ensure maximum performance). the whole complex of terraced houses and in a
private park with lots of greenery and trees, to ensure maximum comfort and well-being at user. In the
park there are tree-lined paths with irregular geometric shapes, pedestrian paths, and three squares with
wooden flooring.

3. Z pewnością jednym z najciekawszych i najlepiej pomyślanych projektów jest nowoczesny dom

szeregowy zlokalizowany w Rzymie.
Dom w zabudowie szeregowej jest dwupoziomowy, parter składa się z salonu, wejścia, łazienki, kuchni i
dużego, tylnego ogrodu.

Na piętrze mamy przedpokój, dwie sypialnie oraz (dwuosobową sypialnię i łazienkę) -master bedroom.

Konstrukcja posiada podwieszenie w głównej sypialni i zwężenie w części wejściowej, tworząc dwie osłony,
jedną na wejście i jedną na część ogrodową. Zarówno nawis, jak i kompresja są pokryte drewnem, aby
poprawić efekt wizualny

Na lewo od domu znajduje się również podjazd i zadaszony parking. Część nad garażem to taras.

Z bardziej technicznego punktu widzenia, dom ma fundament jako podstawę z ciągłego odwróconego T,
podczas gdy dach jest odwróconą ciepłą podłogą, a na koniec, aby zapewnić maksymalną wydajność
cieplną, ściany mają wnękę izolowaną PUR (aby zapewnić maksymalną wydajność). Cały kompleks domów
