La Serie KME C PLUS, che utilizza cinghie Poly V e
pulegge in ghisa a mozzo conico, assicura sempre e
in ogni condizioni di lavoro la massima affidabilità
limitando le perdite di potenza, garantendo un basso
livello sonoro di rotazione e un perfetto allineamento
degli elementi in rotazione. Grazie al sistema a piastra
con scorrimento del motore elettrico, facilita il sistema
di tensionamento della cinghia, permettendo una
regolazione precisa della stessa.
Nella serie KME C PLUS si coniugano i vantaggi di un
compressore a vite compatto, dai costi di installazione
e gestione ridotti con ottimi rendimenti soprattutto
nelle applicazione che richiedono un servizio continuo.
Controllo totale delle funzioni tramite controllore
elettronico user-friendly. Minimo ingombro e
installazione semplificata sono la carta vincente per
risolvere i problemi di spazio.
Il risparmio economico è notevole, nessun costo
aggiuntivo di installazione per i componenti essiccatori
e serbatoio, essendo completamente assemblati,
eliminando così anche le perdite d’aria dai tubi di
collegamento.

The KME C PLUS series, a Poly-V belt-driven system
with cast-iron taper-hub pulleys, always ensures the
highest reliability in any work condition, minimizing

power losses and guaranteeing a low induced-rotation
noise and a perfect alignment of the rotating elements.
The belt tension regulation process is very simple
and accurate thanks to the adjustable electric motor
support plate.
The KME C PLUS series combines the benefits of a
compact screw compressor, with low installation,
running costs and excellent performance, mainly in the
applications requiring continuous service. All functions
are managed through a user-friendly electronic
controller. Reduced overall dimensions and simplified
installation are a winning card to overcome space
problems.
Cost savings are noticeable. There are no added

COMPACT AIR-ENDS INTEGRATED IN JUST ONE SYSTEM
Manufactured to obtain an efficient and long-lasting consistent performance, all
our air-ends guarantee a better air flowrate with minimum energy consumption.
Equipped with wear resistant bearings and made of highly sophisticated machined
components, these air-ends have an extremely low induced-rotation noise and a
very limited maintenance cost. For HD version we use a bigger Pack Smart granting
superior efficiency, reliability and lifetime thanks to low air-end rpms.
This Top-notch pumping system integrated unit is extremely compact and is
composed of the following components:

The electric motor installed in the compressor is an IE3 PREMIUM EFFICIENCY model
that guarantees compliance with the minimum efficiency requirements (MEPS)
specified by the EU community. This first-class performance assures energy savings
over time and the maximum reliability of a high standard certified product.

SISTEMA DI TRASMISSIONE
L’accoppiamento tra motore elettrico e unità di compressione deve garantire stabilità
nella trasmissione durante il funzionamento. Il sistema a piastra con scorrimento del
motore elettrico è studiato per dare basse sollecitazioni degli organi rotanti.
Il nostro sistema, che utilizza cinghie Poly V e pulegge in ghisa a mozzo conico,
assicura sempre e in ogni condizione di lavoro la massima affidabilità limitando le
perdite di potenza, garantendo un basso livello sonoro di rotazione e un perfetto
allineamento degli elementi in rotazione. Il facile sistema di tensionamento della
cinghia, permette una regolazione precisa della stessa.
POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
The coupling of the electrical motor with the compression unit guarantees a stable
power transmission during operation.
The motor support system was designed to prevent stressing of the rotating parts.
Our machine, using poly-v belt-driven system with cast-iron taper-hub pulleys,
ensures the best reliability in all working conditions and limits power losses.
This transmission system also assures low induced-rotation noise and guarantees a
perfect alignment of the rotating parts; moreover, a simple belt tightening system
allows an accurate adjustment of the belt tension.
CONTROLLO ELETTRONICO
A lettura diretta di facile gestione con un microprocessore che governa in modo
sicuro tutte le funzioni della macchina, dal controllo degli allarmi di sicurezza
(temperatura olio, termica motore elettrico, controllo dell’elettroventilatore di
raffreddamento, tempo di manutenzione) ai sistemi di comando (start-stop, reset
allarmi). L’accesso a tutti i parametri del controllore è protetto da password (fornita
solamente a personale autorizzato).
ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER
Based on direct, user-friendly reading, it manages all machine functions safely
through a microprocessor, from control of safety alarms (oil temperature, electrical
engine, control of cooling electrical fan, maintenance time) to command systems
(start-stop, alarm reset). The access to all controller parameters is protected by
password (supplied to authorized staff only).

Sulla gamma KME PLUS è disponibile (in opzione) il controllo Touch Screen Ktronic
100 che rende possibile il controllo da remoto del compressore, purché connesso alla
rete internet. Prestazioni e manutenzioni sono così sempre facilmente monitorabili.
Risparmio energetico sempre in primo piano grazie al timer integrato che permette la
regolazione della pressione di lavoro diurna e notturna con conseguente riduzione dei
consumi. Il controllo totale delle funzioni è garantito dal controllore elettronico user-
friendly che per mezzo della registrazione dello storico di funzionamento fornisce
all’utilizzatori importanti dati per l’ottimizzazione dei costi dell’aria compressa.

The KTRONIC 100 touch screen controller is optionally available for the KME PLUS
series: performance and maintenance are easily monitored. The KTRONIC 100 can
be remotely controlled once connected to the internet. Energy saving always in
the foreground thanks to the integrated timer that allows the working pressure
regulation of day and night shifts and consequent optimized energy consumption.
A log of the compressor working state is automatically memorized providing very
important data when optimizing the cost of compressed air.

SISTEMA DI PREFILTRO ARIA E VENTILAZIONE

La serie KME C PLUS monta un pre-filtro che garantisce la massima protezione dei
componenti interni, filtrando tutta l’aria in ingresso alla macchina. L’elettroventilatore
ad alta portata con basso livello di rumore convoglia tutto il flusso dell’aria in un
unico punto, mantenendo il corretto equilibrio termico a tutti i componenti interni.

SYSTEM OF AIR PRE-FILTER AND VENTILATION

The KME C PLUS series has a pre-filter that guarantees maximum protection of
the internal components, filtering all the air entering the machine. The high-flow
electric fan with low-induced noise level conveys all the airflow in a single point,

L’accoppiamento tra motore elettrico e unità di compressione deve garantire stabilità
nella trasmissione durante il funzionamento. Il sistema a piastra con scorrimento

POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
The coupling of the electrical motor with the compression unit guarantees a stable
power transmission during operation. The motor support system was designed to
prevent stressing of the rotating parts. Our machine, using poly-v belt-driven system
with cast-iron taper-hub pulleys, ensures the best reliability in all working conditions
and limits power losses. This transmission system also assures low induced-rotation
noise and guarantees a perfect alignment of the rotating parts; moreover, a simple
belt tightening system allows an accurate adjustment of the belt tension.
CONTROLLO ELETTRONICO
A lettura diretta di facile gestione con un microprocessore che governa in modo
sicuro tutte le funzioni della macchina, dal controllo degli allarmi di sicurezza
(temperatura olio, termica motore elettrico, controllo dell’elettroventilatore di
raffreddamento, tempo di manutenzione) ai sistemi di comando (start-stop, reset
allarmi). L’accesso a tutti i parametri del controllore è protetto da password (fornita
solamente a personale autorizzato).
ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER
Based on direct, user-friendly reading, it manages all machine functions safely
through a microprocessor, from control of safety alarms (oil temperature, electrical
engine, control of cooling electrical fan, maintenance time) to command systems
(start-stop, alarm reset). The access to all controller parameters is protected by
password (supplied to authorized staff only).

La serie KLE PLUS rappresenta la gamma di
compressori a velocità variabile con inverter, concepiti
per l’ottimizzazione dei consumi energetici nel caso di
utilizzo intermittente.
Caratterizzati dalla trasmissione diretta, da un
innovativo dispositivo di disoleazione, e dall’utilizzo
di motori ad alta efficienza energetica, i compressori
KLE PLUS offrono all’utente considerevoli vantaggi
in termini di semplicità di utilizzo, affidabilità d’uso,
elevato risparmio energetico, basso livello sonoro,
ridotti costi di manutenzione.
La serie KLE PLUS, installata in impianti con consumo
d’aria variabile, assicura l’abbattimento dei costi
energetici in quanto è in grado di regolare la velocità
di rotazione del motore elettrico, e quindi del gruppo
vite, in funzione dell’aria necessaria all’applicazione del
cliente mantenendo comunque costante la pressione
d’esercizio dell’impianto.
Questa modalità di funzionamento, consente di
risparmiare energia stabilendo un equilibrio ideale tra
il consumo di energia e la produzione di aria compressa.
The KLE PLUS series represents the range of variable
speed compressors with inverters, designed to
optimize energy consumption in case of intermittent
air delivery.
Characterized by direct transmission, an innovative
separation tank, and high efficiency motors, KLE PLUS
compressors offer the user considerable advantages
in terms of ease of management, reliability, energy
saving, silent running, reduced maintenance costs.
The KLE PLUS, installed in plants having variable air
consumption, ensures the reduction of energy costs
by adjusting the electric motors RPM, and therefore of
the air-end, according to the air required to customer’s
application while maintaining constant the net air
pressure.
This operating mode allows energy saving by creating
an ideal balance between energy consumption and the
compressed air delivery.

ad alta efficienza, con unità integrata, che permette ingombri

Compact air-ends Integrated in just one system
Manufactured to obtain an efficient and long-lasting consistent
performance, all our air-ends guarantee a better air flowrate with
minimum energy consumption.
Equipped with wear resistant bearings and made of highly
sophisticated machined components, these air-ends have
an extremely low induced-rotation noise and a very limited
maintenance cost.
This Top-notch pumping system integrated unit is extremely
compact and is composed of the following components:
- Oil-injected air-end

Il motore elettrico utilizzato nel compressore si caratterizza per la tipologia PREMIUM

all’utilizzatore finale un risparmio energetico nel tempo abbinato all’affidabilità di

The electric motor installed in the compressor is an IE3 PREMIUM EFFICIENCY model
that guarantees compliance with the minimum efficiency requirements (MEPS)
specified by the EU community. This first-class performance assures energy savings
over time and the maximum reliability of a high standard certified product.

CONTROLLO MOTORE AD INVERTER
La tecnologia Inverter caratterizza la gamma dei compressori a vite KLE. Il sistema di
regolazione elettronica della velocità di rotazione del gruppo vite-motore si adatterà
al fabbisogno di aria compressa variandone la produzione in funzione della richiesta.
Si ottiene così la miglior ottimizzazione di assorbimento dell’energia dalla rete
elettrica, proporzionata alla necessità di produzione dell’aria compressa richiesta
dall’impianto. La gamma KLE Plus offre Ktronic 100 in abbinamento all’inverter
rendendo possibile il monitoraggio locale e, da remoto tramite connessione internet,
dei parametri di funzionamento del compressore e la presenza di eventuali allarmi.
MOTOR CONTROL WITH INVERTER
The airend-motor group electronic RPM adjustment system will self-regulate
according to the compressed air needed in the net by modifying the air delivery
according to the request. The KLE Plus range offers Ktronic 100 in combination with
the inverter allowing both local and remote monitoring (with an internet connection)
of the compressor functioning and possible alarms.
SISTEMA DI TRASMISSIONE
Compressori con trasmissione a presa diretta con rapporto 1:1. Questo significa che
il gruppo vite ed il motore, direttamente collegati mediante un giunto, ruotano alla
stessa velocità. Ciò riduce non solo il fabbisogno di energia e di manutenzione ma
anche il livello di emissione sonora. L’utilizzo di motori ad alta efficienza garantiscono
un risparmio rispetto all’utilizzo di compressori tradizionali con trasmissione a cinghia.
POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
Direct-driven compressors with 1:1 ratio. This means that the air-end and the motor
are directly connected by means of an elastic joint thus making both units rotating at
the same speed. This configuration results in less energy consumption, maintenance
cost and also noise. The use of high-efficiency motors provide saving if compared to
the performance of traditional belt driven compressors.

Sulla gamma KLE D PLUS è installato il controllore Touch Screen Ktronic 100 che
rende possibile il controllo da remoto del compressore, purché connesso alla rete
internet.
Prestazioni e manutenzioni sono così sempre facilmente monitorabili.
Risparmio energetico sempre in primo piano grazie al timer integrato che permette
la regolazione della pressione di lavoro diurna e notturna con conseguente riduzione
dei consumi.
Il controllo totale delle funzioni è garantito dal controllore elettronico user-
friendly che per mezzo della registrazione dello storico di funzionamento fornisce
all’utilizzatori importanti dati per l’ottimizzazione dei costi dell’aria compressa.

The KTRONIC 100 touch screen controller is installed on the KLE D PLUS allowing an
easy performance and maintenance monitoring.
The KTRONIC 100 can be remotely controlled once connected to the internet.
Energy saving always in the foreground thanks to the integrated timer that allows
the working pressure regulation of day and night shifts and consequent optimized
energy consumption.
A log of the compressor working state is automatically memorized providing very
important data when optimizing the cost of compressed air.
