Coprinox Spa has been operating in the chemicals

processing field for over 30 years. Always attentive

to the needs of its customers, the company has now
launched a new series of powder mixers on the market,
CE conform, available from stock.
The new ribbon mixers model MX004, has a total
capacity of 400 lt, and are made entirely of stainless
steel (AISI304).
Coprinox mixers are "2 way/Ribbon" type machines
having a fixed body and an internal rotor, capable of
mixing of an extensive variety of chemical and agrifood
products quickly and thoroughly.
Thoughtfully designed, these are machines offering high
levels of reliability and maximum safety for the operator.
Easily dismantled parts allow routine maintenance
procedures to be carried out with minimal disruption.
The geometry and constructional features of these machines
are designed also to maximize ease of cleaning internally and ensure there
will be no "dead zones".
Dust-tight in construction, it can be used for inertization at 400 mm l.c.

Coprinox Spa, presente nel campo della chimica di processo da oltre 30 PRO
anni, per meglio soddisfare le esigenze dei propri clienti si propone oggi
sul mercato con una nuova produzione di miscelatori per polveri in pronta
consegna.
Interamente realizzati in acciaio inox AISI304, i nuovi mixer Coprinox
MX004, hanno capacità di 400 lt e appartengono alla categoria "2 VIE /
RIBBON". Dotati di un corpo fisso e di un agitatore interno rotante,
permettono una veloce miscelazione dei più svariati prodotti chimici ed
agroalimentari.
Ideati in base ad una progettazione estremamente accurata, gli apparecchi
offrono caratteristiche di estrema affidabilità e sono in grado di garantire
la massima sicurezza per l'operatore. L'estrema facilità di smontaggio delle
parti consente di effettuare agilmente tutte le operazioni di ordinaria
manutenzione.
Le caratteristiche morfologiche e costruttive degli apparecchi consentono
inoltre il massimo grado di semplicità nella pulizia interna e l'eliminazione
delle cosiddette "zone morte".
Costruiti a tenuta di polvere, essi sono predisposti per l'eventuale
inertizzazione a 400 mm c.l.
La costruzione in serie ha potuto garantire standard qualitativi elevati,
unitamente ad una sensibile riduzione dei costi.
I mixer sono progettati in conformità alle direttive CE, e vengono forniti
pronti per la messa in esercizio, già equipaggiati di motoriduttore,
quadro elettrico, valvola di scarico.
