The Tense

English:

The most important thing is to understand and remember the difference between this tense and Present
Simple (future use) and be going to structure. In the latter two the event we are talking about is either
already on the way to happen, visibly about to be, or scheduled with a degree of certainty, so we usually
rely on an external proof for our assertion, and can show for example the black clouds which promise rain
for tomorrow. That's not the case when we use Will: with Will we are predicting something about the future
without having any proof of it. People have to take our word for it.

La cosa più importante è comprendere e ricordare la differenza tra questo tempo verbale e il Present Simple
(future use) e la struttura grammaticale Be going to. Negli ultimi due casi, l'evento di cui stiamo parlando
può essere visibilmente sul punto di accadere o pianificato con un certo grado di certezza, quindi di solito
possiamo basare la nostra affermazione su una prova esterna, come ad esempio le nuvole nere che
promettono pioggia per domani. Questo non è il caso di Will: con Will stiamo predicendo qualcosa sul
futuro senza averne una prova. Le persone devono fidarsi della nostra parola al riguardo.
