Analisi vento
Sulla Regione Emilia-Romagna nella notte e
per tutta la mattinata successiva di luned 11, si
sono formati fenomeni temporaleschi
sullAppennino orientale e sulla Romagna. I
giorni luned 11 il profondo minimo
depressionario si evoluto in un cut-off guidato
dalla corrente a getto. Il centro del cut-off si
gradualmente spostato sul Tirreno meridionale
continuamente a richiamare forti venti di Bora
che hanno interessato lAdriatico centro-
settentrionale per tutto il corso della giornata.
Tale situazione a scala sinottica ha concorso a
produrre la forte mareggiata che ha interessato
la costa meridionale della Regione Emilia-
Romagna.
Nella stazione del Riminese: in particolare la
stazione Rimini urbana (posizionato in centro,
in piazzale Gramsci) si sono verificati verti forti
di bora, con dati di massima velocit superiore
a 55 km/h per 24 ore consecutive. Con un picco
dintensit massima dalle 01:00 alle 05:00
compresse tra 22,8 e 26,6 m/s che equivalgono
a un intervallo di 82-92 km/h.
Gli effetti dei possibili danni causati dal vento
sono associati alla scala Beaufort, che in senso
stretto riferita ai valori di vento medio di 12,6
m/s (45 km/h circa), esso appartiene al valore 6
di detta scala, cui corrisponde leffetto si
muovono anche grossi rami.
I dati di raffica o vento massimo sono invece
associabili ai valori 9 e 10 della scala Beaufort,
a cui sono associati rispettivamente i seguenti
effetti (piccoli danni strutturali agli edifici),
quali cadute di tegole, alberi divelti, ecc. Com
stato effettivamente riscontrato sul territorio.

Stato del mare
Le condizioni degli stati del mare previsti (gi dal
giorno 9, ma confermata dalle emissioni del 10 e 11
novembre) erano di mare agitato sottocosta e molto
agitato al largo nel corso della giornata di luned 11
fino alla mattinata di marted 12, con un primo
picco di intensit prevista per le ore 08-09 UTC
dell11 novembre 2013. Le previsioni del livello del
mare mostrano, per gli stessi orari, valori prossimi a
0,8 metri lungo la costa dellEmilia-Romagna.
Le condizioni del moto ondoso (agitato sulla
costa e molto agitato a largo) in combinazione a
valori del livello del mare sostenuto, erano tali da
essere ritenuti critici per il rischio costiero, sia
per la sola altezza dellonda, che per la
combinazione dei loro due effetti.
Le misurazioni del livello del mare hanno registrato
a Porta Corsina un valore massimo di 84 cm alle ore
17:30 UTC dell11 novembre 2013, mentre le
misurazioni ondametriche della boa Nausicaa di
Cesenatico, posizionata nella parte centrale della
Regione riportano unonda massima di 3,79 m
sempre alle ore 17:30 dell11. Va sottolineato che,
mentre la marea si mantenuta su valori non
particolarmente eccezionali, lo stato del mare ha
registrato unonda significativa superiore ai 3 metri
di altezza per un arco temporale di oltre 24 ore,
rappresentando un trasferimento energetico
rilevante dal mare sulla costa.
I danni registrati sul territorio riguardano
principalmente la fascia costiera dove si sono
verificati estesi allagamenti e fenomeni di erosione.
Nella costa Ravennate e soprattutto lungo quella del
Riminese si segnalano anche ingenti danni alle dune
sabbio erette a protezione dei primi manufatti.
Sempre nel Riminese vengono segnalate anche le
esondazioni del Marano, nel comune di Coriano, e
del Ventena nel comune di Montefiori. Nella fascia
appenninica si registrano anche smottamenti nel
comune di Modigiana (Forli) e Pennabilli (Rimini).

Area di studio
Larea in esame si trova allinterno della costa
Emiliano Romagnola che si estende per circa 130
km, tra la foce del Po di Goro a Nord e Cattolica a
Sud, ed costituita per la maggior parte da spiagge
sabbiose di tipo dissipativo, a debole pendenza e
con ampia zona di frangimento delle onde. Queste
sono interrotte da estese zone lagunari, le Valli di
Comacchio e Vene di Bellocchio, dal Delta del Po e
delle foci di numerosi fiumi e torrenti Appenninici,
circa ogni 10-15 Km.
Pi precisamente la zona dindagine si concentrata
nella provincia di Ravenna, lungo la spiaggia di
Lido di Classe che si estende per 5 km a sud della
foce del torrente Bevano dove si pu notare un
lungo cordone dunoso ben sviluppato (altezza
media di circa 4 m) e continuo, con pineta
retrostante: tutta la zona in questione area naturale
protetta, facente parte della Rete Naturale 2000. La
zona suddivisa in micro aree a differente
regolamento con evidenti differenze nello stato di
conservazione delle dune, dove vietato il transito,
al contrario delle zone in cui permessa la
balneazione, dove, oltre allerosione al piede la
duna soggetta a frequentissime interruzioni
determinate dal passaggio dei bagnanti.
Uno studio stratigrafico realizzato dalla Regione
Emilia Romagna dal 1992 al 2012 ha dimostrato
che gli strati superiori (ad una profondit inferiore a
10 m) sono omogeneamente composte di sabbia.

AREA STUDY
The area in question is located within the coast of
Emilia Romagnaand is part of the Po Delta
Regional Park and is a natural reserve that extends

which is part of the natural network 2000. The area
is divided into micro areas of different regulation
with obvious differences in the state of preservation

Duna and subject to frequent interruptions by the
