Sites S.r.l. was founded in 1989 as a natural development of the activities performed by founders with a strong specialization in the installation of electrical systems. Over 20 years it has
been able to diversify and expand its range of
activities, which now spans through such sectors as automation, design, installation, and
maintenance of electrical- instrumental plant
and mechanical plant.

We have built plants in several fields including:

From detailed engineering (supplied either by us
or by the customer), we buy the instrumentation
for our customers, assemble it on site, and ensure the calibration and commissioning.
We make all circuits, both electric and pneumatic, for the connection of the instrumentation to
the process, up to control units.
The extensive experience gained in this field
allows us to solve all possible problems related
to the making of industrial instrumental plants.
We build "skid" plants according to international
standards and specification, as well as electrical
control panels, managed by PLC or DCS, of

and availability studies, in planning the availability of materials in consideration of the ISOs
issued for construction, by this improving the
management of materials, the efficiency and
optimization of the assembly programs.

La fabbricazione delle tubazioni e il loro successivo montaggio costituiscono attivit che si collocano sul percorso critico della costruzione dellimpianto,
SITES organizza da sempre accuratamente questi
lavori al fine di garantire tramite, una corretta programmazione, la disponibilit al cantiere delle risorse, attrezzature e mezzi necessari.
SITES, supporta il proprio Cliente nellesecuzione
degli studi di fattibilit, disponibilit materiali verso ISO emessi per costruzione, migliorando in tal
modo la gestione dei materiali, lefficienza e lottimizzazione dei programmi di montaggio.

SITES S.r.l. has gained considerable experience

in the techniques of handling and welding a
wide range of materials (carbon steels, LTCS,
austenitic steel, duplex steel, low alloy steel,
incoloy, etc.) as well as the welding of high
thickness pipes, up to 15 mm: for these works,
SITES is equipped with portable, technologically
advanced machinery, in order to perform pipes
cutting and preparation of single bevel or double bevel compound. This equipment can easily
be used in the prefabrication workshop or onsite during assembly.

SITES S.r.l. ha maturato una consolidata esperienza

nelle tecniche di manipolazione e saldatura di una
vasta gamma di materiali: acciai al carbonio, LTCS,
austenitici, duplex, basso legati, incoloy etc. nonch nella saldatura di tubazioni ad elevato spessore sino a 15mm, per le quali dotata di macchine
portatili tecnologicamente avanzate necessarie per
il taglio meccanico e la preparazione dei lembi
single bevel o double bevel compound facilmente
impiegabili non solo nelle officine di prefabbricazione ma anche durante le fasi di montaggio.

SITES S.r.l. has an up-to-date series of machinery including electric-welding machines,

engine driven welding machines, equipment for
PWHT etc.

SITES ha un moderno parco attrezzature elettrosaldatrici, motosaldatrici, apparecchiature per PWHT,

etc. assicura di far fronte agli impegni piu gravosi.

Non-Destructive Tests are normally contracted

to specialised companies capable to perform
any kind of tests, including PMI, ultrasound
tests and TOFD.
Our know-how also includes experienced
knowledge in the assembling of underground
piping, using non-metallic materials (GRP, GRE),
and the execution of joints on-site.
The tightening of bolts rods for flanges up to
1800 Nm and the carrying out of hydraulic testing up to pressures of 400 bars complete our
companys technological capabilities in the field
of piping.

I Controlli Non Distruttivi vengono Normalmente

appaltati a societ specialistiche in grado di coprire
anche le esigenze di controlli PMI o controlli ultrasuoni con tecnica TOFD.
Anche lesperienza nel montaggio di tubazioni interrate in pressione, di materiali non metallici
(GRP, GRE) e l esecuzione di giunzioni laminate in
cantiere sono parte del nostro know how.
Il tensionamento dei tiranti per flange fino a 1800
Nm e lesecuzione di collaudi idraulici fino pressioni di 400 barg, completano le potenzialit tecnologiche della societ nel campo tubazioni.

MANUTENZIONE

A completamento dei servizi di progettazione e di

realizzazione degli impianti, diamo ai nostri clienti
un servizio accurato e competente di manutenzione e verifica degli impianti.
Da sempre affianchiamo il ns. cliente nelle opere di
manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria con possibilit di assistenza fissa in loco.
Le competenze tecniche del ns. personale di cantiere, costantemente diretto e supportato dallo
staff tecnico di sede, ci consentono di garantire un
servizio di manutenzione con un livello qualitativo
molto elevato per unalta continuit di servizio.
Ogni anno facciamo importanti investimenti in
mezzi e opere legati alla sicurezza; il ns. personale
frequenta costantemente corsi di aggiornamento
sulla sicurezza per garantire la certezza di dare al
cliente la tranquillit di un operato competente e
sicuro.
Lesperienza tecnica acquisita negli anni, permette
alla SITES S.r.l. di operare e mantenere i vs. impianti con un alto standard di affidabilit, siano
essi del settore chimico industriale, chimico farmaceutico, alimentare, grossi impianti di produzione e di processo.
Uno staff tecnico di primordine, unito ad una vasta
gamma di strumenti di verifica (tenuti costantemente tarati e verificati presso centri SIT), ci permette di essere in grado di coprire ogni esigenza
tecnico/normativa di verifica degli impianti.
Per qualsiasi verifica impiantistica dobbiate effettuare (sia essa inerente il campo elettrico o il campo strumentale), noi siamo in grado di effettuarla
sollevandovi da ogni onere legato agli strumenti e
