Le bussole coniche ROLLER TAPER-LOCK di concezione

molto semplice (forma tronco conica) sono alesate
scanalate e quotate allestremit degli alberi standard
(secondo le norme dei motori elettrici).
La bussola conica ROLLER TAPER-LOCK si alloggia
nellalesaggio conico di un organo di trasmissione e
permette di allineare o di bloccare questo organo su
unalbero con il solo aiuto delle viti fornite con essa.

ROLLER-TAPER-LOCK bushes have a truncated cone

shape and a grooved bore. They are positioned at the
end of the standard shafts according to the regulations concerning the electric motor. The ROLLER-TAPERLOCK has to be fitted into the slot of the transmission
unit which is equipped with a cone shaped bore. This
device enables the alignment and the locking of this
part of the shaft using the screws supplied.

Permettono ugualmente:
Un montaggio immediato senza rialesaggio e non
necessita di personale specializzato.
Un recupero delle tolleranze grazie alla bussola conica elastica.
Unaccoppiamento efficace sull albero per trasmettere delle coppie importanti.
Uningombro ridotto : nessun pezzo in sporgenza, il
serraggio uniforme su tutta la lunghezza della bussola autorizza una portata nominale.
Un posizionamento assiale facile per leliminazione
di rondelle e viti sulla testata dellalbero.
Uno smontaggio facile e rapido senza utensili speciali, i cuscinetti non rischiano nessun danneggiamento. I pezzi sono sostituiti con tempi minimi e sono
riutilizzabili.
Uneconomia per la semplificazione della lavorazione degli alberi, lassenza di rialesaggio degli organi
da trasmettere, leliminazione di aggiustamenti precisi e un guadagno di tempo sia al montaggio che
allo smontaggio.
Una bussola o unorgano di trasmissione rimpiazzato
sempre riutilizzabile.

It also enables:

need of skilled workers for its functioning)

taper bush
An effective connection to the transmission shaft.

disassembly).

bussole ROLLER TAPER-LOCK, con tutti i loro vantaggi, su tutti i corpi rotanti con alesatura cilindrica.

This kind of TAPER ADAPTOR facilitate the use of

ROLLER-TAPER-LOCK bushes and can be assembled on any rotating part with a cylindrical bore.

L'anello tagliato, cilindrico all'esterno e conico all'inteno, si alloggia nell'alesaggio cilindrico del
corpo rotante da trascinare.

This product, which has an outer cylindrical

shape and a cone-shaped internal one, fits the
cylindrical bore of the rotating part that has to be
pulled.

L'insieme deve essere montato con chiavetta nel

caso di coppie elevate da trasmettere o per resistere a sforzi violenti e colpi; rimane bloccato grazie al taglio dell'anello della bussola ROLLER TAPER-LOCK

Thanks to their complementarity, the ROLLERTAPER-LOCK bush and the TAPER ADAPTOR form
a block. TAPER ADAPTORS are both resistant to
heavy stress and shock-proof (if assembled by a
key).
