Si parla tanto, a volte a sproposito, di Made in Italy.

La questione che non basta che un prodotto, che sia un

auto o un vestito, fino a un mobile sia di origine italiana per avere questa vera e propria patente dautenticit. I
valori da mettere sul piatto sono ben altri e si possono riassumere nel termine qualit associato allaggettivo
globale. Un oggetto Made in Italy, in sintesi, deve essere innanzitutto originale, quindi realizzato al meglio
senza alcun compromesso e, per finire, deve essere in qualche modo riconosciuto tale in maniera ufficiale. Set Sys-
tem, a questo proposito, pu a buon diritto definirsi baluardo sicuro del Made in Italy. Invero, Former ha deciso
di difenderne la novit intrinseca depositandone il modello al fine di ottenere il brevetto italiano dutilit e quello
comunitario di design. Inoltre, lo produce con labituale perizia che la contraddistingue dai suoi albori e che usa per
tutti i suoi articoli, oltre che con i materiali pi pregiati. Tanto che anche Set System si freger del marchio Vero
Legno, marchio italiano registrato in tutti i Paesi della Comunit Europea che certifica lautenticit del prodotto
in legno, diffondendo una corretta informazione sulla gestione e tutela dei boschi, sul taglio degli alberi e sul suo
impiego industriale ed artigianale.
Many times we hear talking about the so called Made in Italy. The main matter is that it is not enough that a
product, a car or a dress or a piece of furniture has Italian origin in order to have this authenticity licence. The
values that must be taken into account are different and they can be summarized with the word quality and with
the adjective global. A made in Italy object must be first of all original, i.e. produced in the best way without
any compromise, and in the end it must officially recognized. Set System can be defined a real Made in Italy bul-
wark. And Former has decided to defend its intrinsic innovation by registering the model in order to get the Italian
common and EU Design patent. Moreover the company produces the program using the usual skill that has always
distinguished Former since its birth and that is used for every product, further to the most valuable materials. Set
system will have the mark Vero Legno too, that is an Italian brand which is registered in every EU country and
it allows customers recognizing the genuineness of the wooden product, it spreads right information about the
safeguard of woods, the cut of trees and its industrial and craft-made use.
Salvaguardare il nostro pianeta ed il suo sistema biologico non deve
diventare mai una semplice dichiarazione di principio. O, peggio
ancora, una frase alla moda. Deve essere, invece, un obiettivo di
fondo da tener sempre ben presente anche perch, pur in chiave
egoistica, legato a filo doppio con la qualit della nostra esistenza.
Anche il progetto di un mobile, dunque, pu esprimersi in questa
direzione. Non a caso, pensando Set System, Former ha coniugato
design e rispetto dellecosistema. Gli elementi che lo compongono,
infatti, sono facilmente identificabili e separabili al momento di
una loro eventuale dismissione con ci aumentando la quota di ma-

The safeguard of our planet and of its biological system cant be a
simple declaration of principle. Or, even worse, a fashionable sen-
tence. It must be, instead, a target that has to be kept in mind also
because, in an egoistic view, it is strictly bound with quality of our
existence. The plan of a piece of furniture can also be expressed
following this direction. Thats why Former, creating Set system, has
matched design and respect of the ecosystem. The elements that
compose it are in fact easily identifiable and separable when the
piece of furniture has to be thrown away and the number of recy-
clable materials, such as glass that is notoriously 100% recyclable,
