ATTENZIONE!
Tutte le operazioni sul cambio devono essere
effettuate da personale specializzato, un cambio
registrato in modo errato può essere causa di
incidenti, lesioni fisiche o morte.
• Smontate le rotelline (svitate le viti con una chiave
a brugola da 3 mm), la vite di registrazione e il bilan-
ciere (Fig. 1).
• Sostituite l'inserto di regolazione (A - Fig. 2).

ATTENTION!
All the operations on the gear shifter must be
carried out by trained personnel, a badly adju-
sted gear shifter can cause accidents, injuries and
even death.
• Remove the rollers (unscrew the screws with a
3mm allen key), the adjusting screw and the derail-
leur cages (Fig. 1).
• Replace the adjusting insert (A - Fig. 2).

• Inserite il gambo della molla (B - Fig. 2) nel foro
indicato in Fig.2.
• Inserite la vite di attacco bilanciere (C - Fig. 1) e
avvitate di circa due giri con una chiave a brugola
da 5 mm.
• Ruotate il bilanciere, caricando la molla D (Fig. 1)
fino a superare il fermo anti-rotazione (Fig. 3). Serrate
la vite di attacco bilanciere alla coppia di serraggio 8
Nm - 6 lb.ft.
• Inserite la vite di registrazione (E - Fig. 1) e registra-
tela a circa metà corsa.
• Rimontate le rotelline alla coppia di serraggio di 3
Nm - 2.21 lb.ft.
• Insert the spring stem (B - Fig. 2) into the hole shown
in Fig.2.
• Insert the derailleur cages fixing screw (C - Fig. 1)
and screw in two turns with a 5mm allen key.
• Rotate the derailleur cages, loading spring D (Fig. 1)
till the anti-rotation stop is overcome (Fig. 3). Tighten
the derailleur cages securing screw at the coupling
torque of 8 Nm - 6 lb.ft.
• Insert the adjusting screw (E - Fig. 1) and set at about
half travel.
• Refit the rollers and tighten at 3 Nm - 2.21 lb.ft.
ATTENZIONE!
Le due rotelline sono diverse: nella parte superio-
re va montata la rotellina (F - Fig. 4) stampigliata
“UPPER” (con gioco laterale); nella parte inferiore va
montata la rotellina (G - Fig. 4) stampigliata “LOWER”
che è unidirezionale e deve essere montata in modo
che ruoti nel senso indicato dalle frecce (Fig. 5).
Nota: per qualsiasi informazione sull’utilizzo del
cambio, fate sempre riferimento al libretto istruzioni
del cambio stesso.
ATTENTION!
The two rollers are different: the roller (F - Fig. 4) with
“UPPER” stamped on must be fitted at the top (with
side clearance); the roller (G - Fig. 4) with “LOWER”
stamped on is unidirectional and must be fitted at
the bottom so that it rotates in the direction of the
arrows (Fig. 5).
Note: always refer to the gear shifter handbook for
any information on using the gear shifter.
