WME AND RESDENGE (Town) OF ACCUSED COURTTOBEREIDAT fom) | CANO
Passanisi, Angelo 222 MAIN ST, Middletc Middletown 09,
AFFIDAVIT
The undersigned affiant, being sworn, deposes and says:
her why({iGHMBBBfeall log (which he turned over to me) did not show the calls’in which the faxed record
showed. She explained to me that many of thé calls were "routed" from Passanisi tol via a cell
tower and when a call is routed, it looks as if it is two calls but in fact it is one. She also explained that
many of the calls were Passanisi attempting to call MF. but the call went directly to IY voicemail
and were not a picked up call, She further explained that the rest of the calls were that of Passanisi
attempting to "text message” (HEI All of the missing calls from the two were explained and were
consistent with! inal statement.
20.0n 11-04-09, | received Passanis's search warrant results for his cell phone records. These were
sent me via e-mail from AT&T's corporate security center. | saw that Passanisi had called (3IgiMfirst on 9
-23-09, at 1:47a.m. which was consistent to {MM records and statement. | also saw that Passanisi
made several calls to several different numbers after the original call to QM It showed many out going
and in coming calls during the times of 1:47a.m. and 9:44a.m. (when Passanisi told JM that he tied
about the accident). On 11-04-08, | contacted the New England State Police Information Network
(NESPIN). We use NESPIN as a resource in our investigations. I spoke to Robin E. Etheridge, Criminal
Intelligence Specialist at NESPIN. | asked her to assist me with determining the user information on
several of the phone numbers on Passanisi's call log that were unknown to me._I gave her the unknown
numbers and she researched them in their data base. After Passanisi called, Fon 9-23-09 @ 1:47a.
m., he then called a cell phone number for Nikole Doolittle, Passanisi's girlfriend. The log shows that he
spoke to her for approx. 2.5 minutes. | attempted to call Doolittle and did not receive an answer. He then
called (33 number that lasted for three seconds, followed by a call to Doolittle again @ 2:11a.m.,
which lasted approx. six minutes. The next call was at 2:17a.m. to a number which comes back to an
Angelo Passanisi. Research shows that the number is an AT&T wireless phone, possibly Angelo's father.
That call lasted for approx four seconds. A call was then made @ 2:18a.m, which lasted for 22 seconds.
Research shows that this is a phone that comes back to Pratt and Whitney in Middletown. An incoming
call then came in @ 2:19a.m. which lasted for approx. 10.75 minutes. This comes back to Pratt and
Whitney as well. On 11-4-09, | called Pratt and Whitney and spoke to supervisor Bob Oulette. He
advised me that the first number is a Pratt and Whitney communications center incoming dispatch line.
He stated that it is a recorded line. He then advised me that the second number is an outgoing, non
recorded line that the dispatth center employees use for personal phone calls, | asked if Angelo
Passanisi Sr. worked there and he said he does work the "midnight shift", and that Passanisi Sr. should
have beert working on 9-23-09 during those times. He stated that he was going to check with Pratt and
Whitney's Human Resource Dept. to verify that.
