On 11-16-09, | spoke to Ed Duffy who stated that he made a copy of Angelo Passanisi's employee attendance record for 9-23-09.. He faxed me a copy of that recard.. Upon receipt of the record, it showed that Passanisi clocked in on 9-22-09 @ 22:42 (10:42p.m.) and worked until he clocked out on 9-23-09 @ 0800 (8:00a.m.) | then attempted contact with Bob Oulette to ask him to make a tape of the 22 second recording. He called me back and stated that their legal department advised him that it was o.k, to release the recorded conversation to me. On 11-17-09, | retrieved the copy of the 22 second conversation. The conversation was bumed toa TDK compact disk, which was labeled "23 Sept 2009" by Oulete. | played the disk and listened fo the onversation, which consisted of this: paces father: "Protective services, may | help you?" Son: "Hey Dad" Father: "Ange" 3on: "How are things?" ather: "What's happening?" 3on: "OH, ( then a brief pause) | just crashed my car." Father: “What?” , 3on: "Ya" ather: "Ah, call me on another line, this one's taped." 3on: “Alright, call me, ah, why don't you call me on my cell phone." rather: "OK" 3on: "Alright, bye" ‘ather: "Bye" “he call was then ended. Passanisi's cell phone records showed that this call was placed on 9-23-09 @ :18a.m. f 2.0n 11-17-09, Angelo Passanisi came in to HQ for a scheduled interview accompanied by his attorney, ohn J. Kelly. Kelly advised me that he advised Passanisi that he does not speak and answer any uestions. Passanisi honored Kelly's request and refused to answer any questions. | did not ask ‘assanisi any questions relating to the investigation.
