William McKenna 5922, being duly sworn, does depose and state that he is a member of the Middletown Police Department and has been since 4/3/1995. Atall times mentioned herein he was acting as a member of said department. The following facts and circumstances are stated from personal knowledge and observations as well as information received from other police officers acting in their official capacity and from official police reports and statements made by prudent and credible witnesses. 2.On 9-23-09, at approx. 2:44a.m., Angelo Passanisi (D.0.B. 5-11-84) reported a motor vehicle accident that he alleged occurred in front of his residence, located in Middletown, Ct. to the Middletown Police Department. Passanisi reported that his vehicle, a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta color | blue bearing Ct. reg # 722SCP, was parked unattended in front of the residence, on the roadway, facing east. He alleged that another vehicle had "side swiped” his vehicle and left the area. | Officer Pulverenti responded to the scene to take the report as Officer Galm canvassed the area with negative results for locating a suspect vehicle that may have fled the scene.
