Questi modelli sono stati progettati con motore elettrico

accoppiato direttamente al gruppo compressore.
Sono macchine tecnicamente all’avanguardia, potenti
e silenziose. Si presentano molto compatte, richiedono
un minimo di sorveglianza e poca manutenzione. Sono
compressori ideali per piccoli lavori di verniciatura, lavaggio
gonfiaggio per tutti i lavori di una piccola azienda. I cilindri
sono di ghisa speciale, la lubrificazione è automatica a
sbattimento, le valvole sono a lamella di acciaio inox.
La pressione di esercizio è di 8 bar, ma per alcuni modelli può
arrivare a 10 bar.
La strumentazione di controllo comprende:
pressostato con interruttore marcia-arresto, valvola di
sicurezza, riduttore di pressione e manometro.

These patterns have been planned with electric engine coupled

directly to the compressor.
They are technologically advanced machines, powerful and
silent. They present very compact, expect little surveillance and
little maintenance. They are ideal air compressors for small works
o painting, washing and inflating jobs: for all works of a small
firm.
Cylinders are in special cast iron, the lubrication is automatic at
slamming, valves are lamellar of steel inox. Pressure of exercise is
of 8 bar but for a few models can arrive at 10 bar.
The control equipment comprehends:
Pressure switch with on-off switch, safety valve, pressure reducer
and pressure gauge.

Compressore d’aria monocilindrico o bicilindrico

collegato al motore elettrico mediante cinghia
trapezoidale con riparo. Serbatoio in lamiera
d’acciaio con piedi di appoggio o carrellato,
collaudato a norme CE. I compressori fissi sono
senza riduttore di pressione, è previsto l’attacco
per l’applicazione dei riduttore a richiesta.
La strumentazione di controllo comprende:
Pressostato con interruttore marcia-arresto,
valvola di sicurezza, riduttore di pressione e
manometro.

1 or 2-cylinder air compressor led electric motor

with a Vee-belt with shelter. Steel tank with standing
feet or wheeled CEE rules teste. Fixed compressors
are not equipped with pressure reducer but they
have a fitting for its installation, if required. Control
equipment include: Pressure switch complete with
on-off switch, safety valve, pressure reducer and
pressure gauge.

I compressori di questa serie sono macchine

progettate secondo una tecnologia all’avanguardia:
la tecnica dei doppio stadio garantisce una
produzione di aria resa dei 80%. L’albero a gomito è
in acciaio forgiato a caldo oppure in ghisa sferoidale.
La lubrificazione è automatica a sbattimento.
Il successo che accompagna questi compressori
è strettamente legato alla lega di ghisa speciale
adoperata nella costruzione dei cilindri e delle teste.
La strumentazione di controllo comprende:
Telepressostato con interruttore marcia-arresto,
valvola di sicurezza, riduttore di pressione e
manometro.

These compressors are designed according to the most

modern machine technology standards. Twostage
processes guarantee 80% air delivery efficiency.
The crankshaft is made of hot-forged steel or in
spheroidal cast iron. Automatic splash lubrification is
used. The success of these compressors is closely tied
to the special castiron alloy used to make the cylinders
and the heads. Control equipment include:
Telepressure switch complete with on-off switch, safety
valve, pressure reducer and pressure gauge.

COMPRESSORI SILENZIATI
SILENCED COMPRESSORS
Questa serie di compressori sono stati realizzati per rendere
la macchina estremamente compatta: il gruppo compressore
è insonorizzato tramite una carenatura metallica rivestita di
materiale fonoassorbente.
Il funzionamento privo di vibrazioni è stato ottenuto
interponendo tamponi appositamente studiati con
caratteristiche antivibranti. Molte delle soluzioni adottate sono
già il frutto di esperienze acquisite. Una delle caratteristiche
di questi modelli è che possono essere installati in ogni punto
della fabbrica, poichè rispondono perfettamente alle normative
CEE.

These series of air compressors are made to produce a very compact

machine: the pump unit is sounddampened by a metal cowling
with sound-absorbing panels. The silent and without vibration
running are made by pads studies with antivibrabon devices.
The solution adopted in the compressors is the result of the study.
One of the characteristic of this model is that it can be installed in
every point of the work ambient because of it’s tested to the CEE
rules.

La dotazione integrata di serbatoio ed essiccatore rende il

sistema completo e funzionale. I nostri gruppi compressori
a pistoni bistadio con cilindro e testa in ghisa garantiscono
il massimo delle prestazioni e affidabilità. Il nostro sistema di
raffreddamento con ventola di grande diametro assicura un
eccellente raffreddamento del compressore.
Cabina insonorizzata con materiale fonoassorbente;
il compressore può quindi essere utilizzato per tutte quelle
applicazioni professionali e industriali dove per legge il
livello di rumorosità dell’ambiente di lavoro non deve
superare un determinato numero di decibel.

The equipment integrated dryer and reservoir makes the

system complete and functional. Our two-stage piston
compressor units with cast iron cylinder and head provide
maximum performance and reliability. Our cooling system
with fan of large diameter ensures excellent cooling of the
compressor. With exceptional soundproofing cage with sound
absorbing material; the compressor can then be used for all
those professional and industrial applications where by law the
noise level of the working environment must not exceed a given
number of decibels.

Questi compressori sono completi di tubi speciali di
raffreddamento (tra il 1° e il 2° stadio) e di mandata, valvola di
ritegno, telepressostato, valvola di sicurezza e volano in ghisa.
I modelli a 20 bar hanno la valvola di ritegno tipo Hoerbiger.
I compressori con potenza da 7,5-12,5 HP sono completi di
teleavviatore stella-triangolo in cassetta e di elettrovalvola.

These air compressors are complete of special tubes of cooling

(between 1st and 2nd stage) and tubes of delivery, non return valve,
tele-pressure switch, safety valve and flywheel in cast iron.
The models at 20 bar are assembled with non return valve Hoerbiger
type. The air compressors with power from 7.5-12.5 HP are complete
BOOSTER with star- delta starter in box and solenoid valve.

adeguata capacità.

These booster compressors are machines that produce compressed

air at a maximum pressure of 40 bar using the 6 to 10 bar compressed
air present in the existing network. The models on the base are high
performance machines.
The compressors are equipped with special cooling piping between
1ST and 2ND stage and delivery, telepressure switch, non-return
valve, safety valve and cast iron flywheel.
