Istruzioni “Spooky”

TESTA: Trasferire il modello della testa su tessuto doppio, il modello del naso su tessuto (dietro) e maglina (davanti) e cucire sul segno.
Rifilare, rivoltare al diritto, imbottire e chiudere le aperture. Ricamare la bocca, applicare il naso con punti nascosti.
Applicare il tessuto in pelo dei capelli fermandolo sulla cucitura della testa.
CAPPELLO: Doppiare il feltro della tesa facendo combaciare il lato corto e cucire formando un anello. Piegare sulla lunghezza e unire prima con alcuni spilli poi con una
filza cucita vicino ai bordi. Trasferire il modello del cappello su feltro doppio, cucire sul segno, rifilare vicino alla cucitura ed imbottire.
CORPO: Trasferire il modello del corpo e delle gambe su tessuto doppio, cucire sul segno. Rifilare, rivoltare al diritto, imbottire e chiudere le aperture. Dipingere le scarpe
con colore acrilico nero. Trasferire i modelli delle mani e braccia sui rispettivi tessuti, tagliare lasciando un margine di cucitura. Cucire insieme le parti nei tratti A-B.
Posizionare le parti con tessuto diritto contro diritto e cucire sul segno. Rivoltare al diritto ed imbottire.
Cucire i polsini su tessuto doppio, rifilare, rivoltare al diritto ed applicare sulle braccia con punti nascosti.
VESTITO: Sovrapporre il tessuto del vestito sui quattro strati di tulle ed unirli insieme con una filza. Tirare il filo per arricciare.
Trasferire il modello del colletto su tessuto doppio, cucire sul segno. Rifilare, rivoltare al diritto e stirare.
ZUCCA: Trasferire il modello della zucca-A, zucca-B, picciolo e foglia su tessuto doppio, cucire sul segno. Rifilare, rivoltare al diritto ed imbottire il picciolo e la zucca-A.
Applicare la zucca-B, foglia e picciolo sulla zucca-A. trasferire il modello della bocca e del naso su carta per appliquè, stirare sul tessuto, ritagliare e stirare sulla zucca.
TOPOLINO: Trasferire il modello del corpo e parte dietro su feltro grigio, tagliare sul segno. Piegare a metà il corpo e cucire nel tratto segnato sul modello ottenendo un
cono. Cucire una filza vicino al bordo, imbottire, tirare il filo arricciando e fermare il punto. Trasferire il modello delle orecchie su tessuto doppio, cucire sul segno, rifilare,
rivoltare al diritto. Applicarle dietro il corpo. Trasferire il modello della coda su feltro doppio, cucire sul segno e ritagliare vicino alla cucitura. Tagliare a metà la pallina di
feltro, una parte avvolgerla al centro con filo nero e cucire due perline per formare gli occhi. Dipingere l’altra metà con colore acrilico nero ed incollare qualche rametto di
saggina per formare il naso con i baffi. Posizionare ed incollare la coda, il corpo dietro, un ciuffo di corda fra le orecchie, poi gli occhi ed il naso.
ASSEMBLAGGIO
Trasferire il modello del manico su tessuto doppio, cucire sul segno. Rifilare, rivoltare al diritto ed imbottire inserendo all’interno un bastoncino di legno.
Infilare ed incollare il bastoncino di legno nella scopa lasciandolo sporgere in parte. Cucire le gambe ai lati del corpo. Applicare il vestito alla base del corpo. Fissare il
cappello sulla testa come da foto. Posizionare ed incollare il corpo con le gambe sulla scopa. Incollare le braccia, il colletto, la testa della strega come da foto.
Infilare ed incollare uno stecchino di legno prima nel topolino e poi sul corpo della strega. Fissare la zucca tra le mani e dipingere gli occhi e il dente.
Truccare e rifinire come da foto… Spooky e’ pronta. La creazione finita e’ alta 56 cm. X80 cm.

Instructions of “Spooky”
HEAD: Trace the model of head on double fabric, the model of nose on fabric (back) and knitting fabric (front), then sew on the sign.
Trim, turn right sides out, stuff and close the openings. Embroider the mouth, sew the nose onto head with hidden points.
For hair apply the fur fabric with hidden points stopping it on the seam around of the head.
HAT: Fold felt of hat brim and short edges matching, sew to form a ring. Fold on the length, stop with pins then joining with sew running stitch near the edges.
Trace the model of hat on double felt, sew on the sign. Cut near the seam then stuff.
BODY: Trace the model of body and legs on double fabric, sew on the sign. Trim, turn right sides out then stuff and close the openings.
Paint the shoes with black acrylic color. Trace the models of hands and arms on the chosen fabrics, cut with leave a seam allowance.
Sew together the parts in the section A-B. Place the parts right sides together, sew on the sign. Trim, turn right sides out then stuff and close the opening.
Trace and sew the cuffs on double fabric. Trim, turn right sides out then press and apply on the arms with hidden points.
DRESS: Overlap the stripe dress onto four layer of black tulle, joining together with running stitch on the length near the edge. Pull tread to curl.
Trace the model of collar on double fabric, sew on the sign. Trim, turn right sides out then press.
PUMPKIN: Trace the model of pumpkin-A, pumpkin-B, stem and leaf on double fabric, sew on the sign. Trim, turn right sides out then stuff only pumpkin-A and stem.
Sew pumpkin-B, leaf and stem onto pumpkin-A. Trace the model of mouth and nose on paper for appliquè, iron on black fabric. Cut, place and iron onto pumpkin.
MOUSE: Trace the model of body and body back on grey felt, cut on the sign. Fold in the middle the body and sew the section as mark on the model to obtain the cone.
Sew running stitch near the edge, stuff then pull thread to curl and stop point.
Trace the model of ears on chosen fabrics, sew on the sign. Trim, turn right sides out then apply on the body. Trace and sew the tail on double felt, cut near the seam.
With cutter cut the felt ball in half. With black tread wrap in the middle one piece and sew black beads to form the eyes. Paint the other piece with black acrylic color
then glue a tuft of sorghum to form nose with moustache. Place and glue tail, body back, tuft of rope in front of the ears, then eyes and nose.
ASSEMBLY
Trace the model of handle on double fabric, sew on the sign. Trim, turn right side out then stuff and insert in part wood stick, letting it stick out.
Insert and glue into broom. Sew the legs to the sides of body. Sew dress to body bottom. Place and glue the body with legs onto broom.
Place and sew hat brim onto head, then sew hat with needle for dolls (see the picture).
Glue the arms, collar and head (see the picture). Insert and glue little wood stick before in the mouse then on top of body.
Sew the pumpkin between the hands. Paint the eyes and tooth. Insert rope on the back for hanging.
Make-up and finished as picture … Spooky is ready.The finish craft is tall 22.00 inch x 31.50

 NOTE
Please read all instrucions, including those on pattern pieces, before beginning.
Trace the pattern onto heavy paper to make a template then cut out.
Trace the template onto wrong side of fabric with vanish pencil.
Sew directly on trace lines then cut seam allowances ¼”.
For few pieces is possibile the seam allowance will be included in the pattern pieces, is written on the piece.
Clip all seam fabric around the piece, specially in curves and inside corners
Trim batting and warm near seam.
Clip a slit in the pieces through one layer only then turn right sides out ½¾¾½
Half line or fold double fabric as marked ¾ • ¾ • ¾
