Fly direct to PL NDB. After PL NDB fly heading 013^. At D17.0 CLO VOR
initiate a 15^ bank RIGHT turn direct to PL NDB. Level off 737NG at 4600',
E190 at 4000', and retract flaps while continuing to turn. Continue climbing
to 6000'. At PL NDB initiate a 15^ bank LEFT turn direct to CLO VOR.
Join in published holding pattern over CLO VOR.
Note: If flap retraction not completed by 5 minutes at takeoff thrust,
complete with MCT.
