He further: the female with the defendant seemed intoxicsted while the defendant did not. As to the assault, he was trying to capture the incident on his I Phone when he was hit in the head. his cell ‘He wes shoved at the same time and fell to the ground. The Phone and smashed it on the ground breaking it. The victim said the assault Int and he ‘was afraid of being hit again.
