That a Judgment of Divorce was entered in this matter on November 7, 2005, reference to which is herewith prayed. 2. Pursuant to said Judqment of Divorce the Plaintiff and the Defendant were awarded the joint legal custody of the minor children of the parties, namely: Jacob E. Jurecki, born February 21, 1996, and Kelly L. Jurecki, born January 13, 1998. 3. Mefendant believes that considering the best interest factors, that the best interest of the minor children would best 4. Defendant believes that there is an establis custodial environment with both parties. The children naturally look to both parties for the love, affection, care, custody, control, and the other necessities of life. 5. The “best interest” factore need not be given cqual weight. ‘the weight to be given any tactor is ultimately left to the court's discretion. McCain v MuCain, 229 Mich App 123 (1998). The Defendant believes that when considering the relevant factors, this Court will enter an order changing custody.
