AFFIDAVIT

I, RO, married, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Brgy. 15, San
Jose, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby avers the following, viz:

1. I am the absolute owner and possessor of a parcel of land particularly

designated as Lot No. 000039-D, CSD-01-006650-D located in Brgy. 15,
San Jose, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte covered under OCT 20436
containing an area of four hundred nineteen (419) square meters;

2. The said parcel of land is neither being tenanted nor cultivated by any
person or group; and

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the foregoing and for all intents
and purposes it may lawfully serve.
