Installazione anello smorzatore Technical procedure for rework-

su riduttore di pressione modelli ing LI02 regulator (code 536 730 000 –
LI02 codice 536 730 000 – 536 731 000 . 536 731 000 ) with anti noise ring.

Materiale occorrente: ANELLO cod. 173 319 370 Materials: RING. - code 173 319 370

Attrezzatura occorrente: Tools needed:

- chiave a snodo o a cricchetto con bussola - Socket or ratchet wrench with 8mm socket
8mm - Torque wrench with 8mm socket
- chiave dinamometrica con bussola 8mm

Operazione da effettuare a banco.

- Bloccare il corpo del riduttore di pressione, evi-

tando di forzare sui raccordi acqua o gas.

Operation to be performed on the bench.

- Block the body of the pressure reducer, avoiding

to force on the fittings water or gas.

 - Allentare le viti M5 del coperchio, due a due oppo-
ste tra loro.

- Unscrew 2 of 4 M5 screw in orthogonal position.

- Togliere le viti mantenendo pressato il coperchio

del riduttore che per effetto della molla tende ad
alzarsi.

Nel togliere il coperchio ATTENZIONE a non dan-

neggiare la membrana.

- Pay Attention!
The cover can be pushed up quickly by the internal
spring.
Be careful not to damage the diaphragm while re-
moving the cover.

- Posizionare coperchio, viti, rondelle, molla e bic-

chierino su superficie piana.

- Place screws, washers, spring and cylinder on a

plane surface.

- Inserire l’anello smorzatore tra il piattello centrale e

la membrana. Fare attenzione che non si sovrap-
ponga ad uno dei due ma sia perfettamente inse-
rito nell’interspazio.

- Place the anti noise ring in order to fit the external

perimeter of the diaphragm disk and the internal of
the gasket. Pay attention not to overlap the ring to
the disk or to the gasket. Pay attention the open
side of the ring is on the down side.

- Controllare il posizionamento corretto dell’anello.

- Check the correct placing of the ring.

 - Verificare che i fori di guarnizione e membrana sia-
no rimasti in corrispondenza dei fori sul riduttore.

- Riposizionare in sequenza:
 Molla e bicchierino
 Coperchio
 Rondelle e viti
Attenzione a non spostare l’anello smorzatore.

- Reassemble respecting the following steps:

 Spring
 Cylinder
 Cover
 Washer and screw
Be careful not to move the ring.

- Pressare il coperchio in modo da puntare manual-

mente le viti, due a due opposte tra loro.
- Avvitare le viti senza serrarle a fondo.

- Push the cover down and rotate by hand 2 screw

in orthogonal position first, then the last 2.
- Rotate following orthogonal sequence the 4
screw. Do not tighten.

- Serrare le viti con chiave dinamometrica regolata   - Pre tighten the 4 M5 screw @ 4Nm by a torque
