Metodologia di prova per taratura camere termostatiche e climatiche funzionanti a temperatura

impostabile nel campo di lavoro da - 196 a + 400°C.

Condizione di misura measuring condition

Le misure vengono effettuate sul posto . Le misure vengono rilevate a camera vuota e funzionante.
Il metodo impiegato è quello per confronto ad una catena termometrica precedentemente certificata.
Operations are made on the spot. Measures are taken at empty but working chamber . The used method is by comparison to a
thermometric chain previously certificated .

Descrizione metodo di rilievo surveying method's description

La metodologia base consiste nell'inserire nel vano di trattamento , a stretto contatto della sonda di regolazione ,
una sonda certificata ( termoresistenza PT 100 1/3 DIN ) connessa ad un termometro anch'esso certificato .
Dopo una stabilizzazione di 30 ( trenta ) minuti alla temperatura di lavoro, si effettua un allineamento degli
strumenti installati , effettuabile tramite appositi Trimmer già installati oppure via software per i regolatori
programmatori di nuova generazione , con lo strumento campione.
La seconda fase consiste nel registrare i valori misurati , vengono effettuate 11 ( undici ) letture ad intervalli di 1
( uno ) minuto . La registrazione dei dati avviene sia in forma tabellare sul modulo 096/B/1, sia in forma grafica
tramite lo strumento certificato .
The methodology consists in inserting a certificated drill ( thermoresistence PT 100 1/3 DIN ) into the treatment room , at close
contact with the drill used for the adjustment , connected to a certificated thermometer .
After a 30 minutes stabilization at 20°C , the installed instruments must be aligned with the sample instrument by appropriate
trimmers already installated or by software , for new generation regulators/programmers .
The second phase consist in registering measured values : 11 values are taken at intervals of 1 ( one ) minute .
The recording data procedure is repeated for all the provided check points set at working range of 30 minutes .
Data are both recorded in schedular shape , on 096/B/1 module and in graphic shape, by the certificated instrument.
By agreement with the operator , set measures can be different from those of the standard procedure , both in value and in number.

Programma di misura measuring program

Le temperature impostate sono: 20°C , -30°C , 0°C , 50°C , 80°C , per camere con campo di lavoro a -80°C viene
effettuata una ulteriore lettura a -60°C.
Confronto tra i valori rilevati e i dati di targa della camera ; determinazionre dell'idoneità degli strumenti installati .
Se non è possibile risalire ai dati di targa, il confronto viene effettuato in riferimento ad una variazione di + - 1°K
in questo caso la nostra è solo una indicazione, in quanto sarà l'utilizzatore a stabilire l'idoneità dello strumento.
Applicazione di una targhetta adesiva riportante l'identificazione , la data di taratura , la scadenza e la firma del
tecnico che effettua la taratura .
In accordo con l'operatore le temperature impostate possono essere diverse da quelle stabilite con la
procedura standard, sia per valore che per numero.

Comparison between taken values and the chamber 's plate data ; determination of the suitability of the installed instrument .
If it is not possible to determinate the original builder's values the comparison is referred to a varietion of 1°K,
in thi case our comparison is just an indication: it is end user's duty to check the conformity of the instruments according
to his standards.
Application of an adhesive plate reporting the identification , the adjustment date , the deadline and the signature of the technician .
